@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet nearly every 2 weeks, especially on weekend there's an internet outage of 1-2 days.. This, time post my complaint, there's no msg or call from your end even! There's no responsibility from ACT. Either return my money or I'm going to consumer court in the evening.

@ACTFibernet You Guys Called me only once in the morning & that too from a landline! I can’t even return the call, where in my case I called 12 times. This clearly shows your interest & attitude towards customer Service! You guys don’t even have courtesy of sharing contact persons name & no.!

@ACTFibernet Yes thanks for resolving this issue....will let you know my feed back in another 2 days or so....as still I see an issue where after power goes down internet connection is lost as per ur technician he said he has resolved issue but I don't see that..

@ACTFibernet has turned out to be the worst ISP I've ever dealt with. Today is the 8th day since I made payment for a new connection and the installation guy hasn't shown up yet. I've requested for a refund but @ACTFibernet wouldn't even give me my money back.

@ACTFibernet multiple disconnections, internet outage in a month. trend - its happening on weekends mostly. Extremely slow, poor resolution of complaints. No proper customer care. APP based ticketing sucks. Made a mistake to switchfrom @HathwayBrdband. Will not recommend.

@JioCare Thanks jio surely have to look at your services. Meanwhile @ACTFibernet it was just loose power from junction box and u have taken 48hrs to fix this. No so called cable cut and all. Please be prompt in solving issue rather giving fake reasons.

@Airtel_Presence Switched from @ACTFibernet to @airtelindia broadband 3 days ago and in these 3 days experienced worst possible customer care, crappiest app and lowest uptime. Reminder to Airtel: you are claiming 99% uptime, for god’s sake. Help ASAP.
