    @ACTFibernet I paid for new connection on 25th August and till today nobody has called and I didn’t get the connection . If I call to the customer care they say your registered mobile number is different . I have sent detailed email on this . Could you pls reply ?

    ACT Internet is not working from last 72 hrs in Yemlur,Raju colony. In this covid 19 situation everyone is doing wfm & such a shame and horrible service provided by ACT. I hv called multiple times to ACT customer care &received horrible response. Sshame ACT service. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have been getting these type of messages in SMS,and then "Ticket Closed" Let's take this to a logical conclusion! Enough! Message like switch off for 10minutes,switch on...etc, are just waste! Any other subscribers of @ACTFibernet in Bangalore not having problems?

    @ACTFibernet : Bengaluru- Reminder . Inconsistent connectivity and low band width super slow speed! Mailed, complained,you SMS as "Ticket Closed", Problem persists! Now time to call all! May I request all @ACTFibernet service suffered people to join? Do we pay for incompetence?

    Whenever we enter in a lockdown. @ACTFibernet makes sure you suffer to the core by their internet fluctuations 2nd time in past 24 hours internet is down for 2 hrs. Just wondering is this any cost saving strategy or just you extract pleasure to see people suffer @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet worst service ever. I paid for the new connection one week back. And till now there is no response from the executive . I raised more that 2 complanints in the help line numbers and the executive which I paid the money is not responding and avoiding my messages.
