    @ACTFibernet How can u guys sleep over things like net being down. Your guys tell us that some server is down somewhere and they're not sure of recovery. It's been off since yesterday night in yemalur area . All this with wfh. Is it better to choose Airtel again over u guys?

    @ACTFibernet The technician is now here to solve the issue, though the Internet is not working as of now. But concerned people at ACT still haven't replied over my email. Repeated issues from one community over a span of 6 months...who are these sleepy heads?

Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end.     @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since Thursday 11 PM. It came back for only a few hours before failing again. My ticket was closed without fixing the issue. I reopened it, but nobody is responding. It's been over 24 hours I expect the promised compensation and permanent fix.

    @ACTFibernet Again you did it!! Even after many escalations from my end still you couldn't fix the issue. It's the 4th day now. I tried all the ways. There is no proper response. Nobody knows the issue and what is going on. I asked for a disconnection but you couldn't do that too
