    @ACTFibernet Please stop your false and fake advertisement. BSNL is better than you. This is the 2nd time I am facing issues with the internet in a single month. #ACT_ek_dokha_hey And you don't follow agreed SLAs. There is no timely closure of tickets.

    @ACTFibernet internet disconnection is become common with you guys, internet was down for first 6 days of the month, now once a week and you send a full month bill. Unable to use internet connection for last 2 days. And you guys don't even respond. Becoming worst.

    @ACTFibernet your service provider in chennai cheated me saying one month free offer? Also the power usage bill is not paid to me as the junction box was placed at my home. Worst service ever used and such a bad experience in dealing with your customer care representatives.

    @ACTFibernet got the connection several months ago. But today I m very disappointed with the service and billing services.instead of 884rs they are charging 1000rs-1100rs every month. When I talk to customer support they told they'll resolve it but they didn't. very pathetic.

    I will not recommend @ACTFibernet to anyone. Worst broadband services they provide. Local broadbands are much better than these idiots. No proper response from their technicians, CC people and so called their nodal officers. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS F***KIN SERVICE

    @ACTFibernet Been more than20+day,issue unresolved(used net for 10days)yet ticket closed. Today got a text asking me to pay the bill for nxt month ,should I pay the bill n wait for you ppl to resolve within 2021? Anyway cant rely on u ppl, got a back up connection from @excitel_rocks thank u

    @ACTFibernet Worst Customer Service.Its been over 3 days and you have still not entered request for disconnection.Not sure how many days are required for disconnection.Had heard of people struggling for new connection but never imagined one needs to struggle for disconnection too
