Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze.Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 yrs now.Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Day by Day your services become worst I am seeing the changes of SRV from last 6 years. Low speed issues every day but no response from Team. Never going to recommend your srv. Meanwhile I am removing server from my house which you guys installed on my roof top.

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, No, the internet service is still poor. There is lot of latency and packet loss sometimes it feels like a 2G/3G network instead of FiberNet. If there is no improvement by the end of this month, I would like to discontinue the services and change to a better provider.

@ACTFibernet Sorry to say, I just completely lost trust on you guys. This is the 7th or 8th time I got this issue with junction box in last two years. And the behavior of the technician is very pathetic. People except some politeness while talking which is completely invisible.

@ACTFibernet I called almost 10 times customer service why my connection is disconnected. They spoke politely but they quite could not answer my questions and resolve the issue. I appreciate customer care guys of handling people. But it wont bring back trust until issue resolved
