@ACTFibernet has the worst support. I do not recommend this connection. It's now been 3 days with no connection, and no one is taking up the responsibility to fix it. Horrible. Why do we pay such high amounts for such useless service.

Worst installation time by @ACTFibernet. Don't know the urgency of internet for a company. There has been 4 requests from the same building and everyone are upset about your service. It's been 15 days since we requested & some 30 days. Refund on the way. #dontoptforact

@ACTFibernet I paid my bill on Feb 3rd, yet it's not reflecting and my net isn't working. If I contact the customer care, they say it will take 72 hrs to resolve the issue. This is the second time such a thing is happening. This is pure failure of ur system.

SR10177348951624, @ACTFibernet Today when called CS and asked at last I want to disconnect, she is ready to disconnect ans says call at 9:30 am disconnect team will be there and we will not give the refund. Now they are not bothered whether customer to be there or not.
