@ACTFibernet the service they provide is pathetic lot of issues in Bangalore with ACTFibernet. I don't suggest anyone to buy ACT. There is no coordination between there own team. Customer service representative hangs up the call. Field engineers not worth it. @ceoACTFibernet.

@ACTFibernet Iam waiting for this case SR10240873639205 to be addressed from past 15 days. I have raised multiple tickets on this and also contacted your customer care. I should say this is a pathetic service. And then u send me a bill for unused service. Irritating. #actfibernet

@ACTFibernet My wife booked internet 1.5 month back, after 2 week of constant follow up they cancelled the connection saying no feasibility. Even after daily follow up no refund processed. Tried contacting appellate no help either. @DoT_India @TRAI plz intervene and assist!

@ACTFibernet Ticket ID: SR10175912624294 Internet is not working and I have been told that the resolution will be done by tomorrow. You cannot expect us to wait for the resolution till tomorrow. When ever there is an issue you are almost taking 20 hours as a resolution time.
