@ACTFibernet In the current situation where work from home is a necessity, there is a problem with our junction box. The customer care says 24 hours which means work cannot happen for nearly two days. Can this be sorted much faster #customerservice #workfromhome #slowinternet

While my neighbour enjoys an uninterrupted @ACTFibernet connectivity unfortunately can't say the same for @Airtel_Presence And goes for poor customer service too. It's been 2 days without any connection and no plans for resolving too. Time to disconnect immediately!!

@ACTFibernet Previously "in Feb whole area is under maintenance hence no CONNECTION "..yet once again in this month 2nd of May "my port is having a ISSUE hence no CONNECTION.."... it's time to switch over to other ISP's. I'll pay 1200/- every month for uninterrupted CONNECTION

@ACTFibernet I've been running though pillar and post to get a dual-band router installed, I've lodged a request on August 20, 2022 and still waiting...Called your customer care spoke to multiple levels, but no help. Refund the Subscription fee, if you can't fulfill the request.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD , your network services always sucks. Its been the fifth time after taking ur connection that i have been complaining. You cahrge for 75 mbps and provide less than 34 mbps. And rest of the time your boxes wont work to provide internet. @jagograhakjago
