    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet The service disrupts again. You can see the frequency. It’s been 2 days for today and no resolution. Faced lot of inconvenience on my project works. It’s common problem with ACT. Better to switch for Other service providers with immediate effect

    @ACTFibernet I don’t have Internet since last weekend I have raised complaint but to no avail complaint #sr1026762144012 this is the second this this is happening and I don’t get any reduction in monthly bills! You better get u r ACT together or people will move on to other ISP!

    @ACTFibernet @aravind_ind Looks like each time for some issue or other. Twitter is the solution. Finally the router connection has been setup. Waiting for Wi-Fi login details to be received as SMS. Will surely contact in case of further issues.

    @ACTFibernet you have **** all call centre good for nothing on hold for more than. 10 minutes and no one picks up i am customer for last three years i want to downgrade the plan on app only upgrade option is there bunch of thugs i want to get back to blaze from storm

    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet the service interruption saga continues. Again same story. Services not working. It’s better to switch for other service providers instead of escalating the issues twice in a month. It’s been 2 days still no resolution.
