@ACTFibernet is the worst internet service and a huge scam. Every month they bill us 1000’s and the internet is crappy by half the month. With WFH during the lockdown these guys need to get their act together if we hve 2 be productive. @CMofKarnataka @BBMPCOMM they shd be fined!

@ACTFibernet Your internet service is going from bad to worse. There has been no internet since yesterday morning. After raising a tt, you’ve sent us a message mentioning that the internet will start working by 7pm, which clearly didn’t happen.

@ACTFibernet Its more than 4 days i am not receiving the Internet. Called the customer care also , raised a complaint also ( 4 days back ) But it looks you are stubborn and errant regarding hearing the issue. It’s time you proved that I should shift to different Ntwk. company.

@ACTFibernet Hello Team, As My ACT Fibernet Request SR10240431668362 is Expected to be resolved by 5/29/2020 02:00 PM.still the issue remains same.I have called the customer care they are not listing the customer issue and they are saying, It will take another 48 hours as you are given TAT.
