    @ACTBangalore my experience has been worst with your service. I requested for new connection, got it after 23 days!!!!! 2 days after that internet is not working. Raised request and customer care number provided in sms are not in service! @ACTFibernet

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare @airtelcare @vodafone @ACTFibernet you should check the signal reception between 940pm to 1030pm daily. It disconnects everyday. Very weird

    One of the worst experience I had with @ACTFibernet They will create a service request if we request customer care, but engineers will close service tickets without resolving the issues. We don't need them in future.😡

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD You are becoming worst in providing service to people. If you dont have enough capacity to resolve wifi issues just give us info like we will take at east 2 days to resolve the issue then we can think whether we need to opt your fibernet or not.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Really disappointed with ACT. Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct How do I talk to agents on Help? I get only automated responses and i responses? @AshwiniVaishnaw Ji there shud be an option for all contact centers to allow customers to chat with humans. Even after paying money, we are forced for this #bullshit

    @ACTFibernet Your team promised to refund from 14th march but refunded me from 23rd march (day my connection got removed). I asked to disconnect right from 16th march and your team must have those records. Please provide refund else i would raise a consumer complaint legally.

    @ACTFibernet Now they inform that all nodes are full why was this not informed yesterday when I asked to upgrade the speed? You take money but no resolution no response such a pathetic service
