Inspite of follow up the team turn up and now says that I device GX & Update the plan to Act Blaze.Pathetic service. I have this connection for almost 4 yrs now.Before Covid also i had the same GX connection and for which I had already paid.@ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Account No. 102340389924 There is a wrong Netflix bill of Rs.199 for January 21. Had disconnected netflix on 29th Dec 2020. Because of this bill, I'm not able to pay for 6M+1M plan due on 27th April. Sorry to say, the issue is not getting resolved.

@airtelindia @ACTFibernet there seems to be an interconnect issue between you two guys in my area (pincode 560043). On speedtest on my act fibernet,i get good speeds on all servers except Airtel Bengaluru (less than 1Mbps).
