@ACTFibernet this is really testing patience. Even though they promise to fix the set within 3 days .... It's more than a week after making the payment and they still are just postponing the time. Need my money back. Enough of this nonsence. Worst service ever.

@ACTFibernet My wife booked internet 1.5 month back, after 2 week of constant follow up they cancelled the connection saying no feasibility. Even after daily follow up no refund processed. Tried contacting appellate no help either. @DoT_India @TRAI plz intervene and assist!

What a poor service from @ACTFibernet. Internet has been disconnected for almost a week now. Made a call to their support team everyday and I hear the same response that it'll be fixed. They even went ahead and closed the support ticket TWICE saying its fixed without fixing.
