No proper customer care. APP based ticketing sucks. Made a mistake to switchfrom @HathwayBrdband. Will not recommend.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet nearly every 2 weeks, especially on weekend there's an internet outage of 1-2 days.. This, time post my complaint, there's no msg or call from your end even! There's no responsibility from ACT. Either return my money or I'm going to consumer court in the evening.
