    @ACTFibernet SR10245621451642 request has been raised two days back. This has not been addressed since then. It is not the first time this is happening. Last time internet was down for a week. The CC number is always not reachable. Such pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet in Bangalore is literally the worst service provider .They do not value their customers .Kindly unsubscribe ACT My internet has been down for days i have made a complain and they haven't even reached out to us yet .Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet Thanks for the response. After several phone calls and sufferings, the issue has been addressed. The internet service is restored a few hours ago. Hope your team ACTs promptly when required.

    @ACTFibernet I am having a pretty bad experience with ACT. I switched to ACT less than 2 months ago. I face frequent internet disconnections and slow speed. If this continues then I will switch out of ACT for sure at the time of renewal.

    @ACTFibernet Hi please check the complaint raised under SR10245545693662. I had upgraded my plan to lighting in the month of March 2020,however only yesterday I was told by an ACT agent that the router I am having can get a max speed of only 100 mpbs.I believe this is clear case of cheating.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service by Actcteam, My brother has created a relocation of broadband connection within same area(1Km). Act team is not responding to calls and have exceeded the timeline. Its been more than 15 days just to move internet connection

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic!! Unstable and Slow internet of 15 MBPS speed for a 200 MBPS connection. Worst Customer Service. Internet isn't working for 36 hrs so far but no one has responded for repeated calls. They close the ticket without resolution.#crapactfibrenet #InternetinIndia

    @ACTFibernet thinks they r bloody oversmart .My service request for termination n refund of deposit lodged on 11th Sept vide ticket No SR10245564134231 n they were supposed to act lol on it in 48 hrs.Scumballs start sending me sms saying " thx 4 reconnecting ".Terminate n refund

    @ACTFibernet Very poor services from Actfibrenet. Even after 48hours no rectification. What do you think of the business customers. Don’t you value the time. I got message today indicating it may be resolved after another 24 hours. Do you need 3 days to resolve your network fail?

    @ACTFibernet It was resolved in 2 days, which was double the promised. worst part is, no one gave clarity on whats happening. CC Team and you say they would call me but no one called. I just kept waiting, ETA kept going further & I was kept in dark till magically it gets fixed.

    @ACTFibernet 3rd class service, done a mistake by taking your 3rd class internet. Every week getting disconnected and have to wait for 1 to 2 days, who will pay my mobile data bill, why should I pay double charges for net. If not able to provide service refund my money

    @ACTFibernet I got a message stating the Internet will be fixed by tomorrow around 7 PM. Are you guys kidding me? This is so frustrating. In this pandemic, you need to understand the criticality and fix the Internet asap as we need to work.
