    @AirtelFiber why still Airtel fiber net service not planned for Ramanshree California Gardens Layout Yelahanka.??? Many Residents waiting for Airtel.! Currently BSNL only service available here and @ACTFibernet coming within a week.

    One of the worst experience I had with @ACTFibernet They will create a service request if we request customer care, but engineers will close service tickets without resolving the issues. We don't need them in future.😡

    @ACTFibernet Team is not doing anything sir. Actions speaks, not just words here in twitter. So I need swift action in this. I have raised complaint also to address my issues in new location earlier also, but no respond, it’s a time to shift to other service provider

    @ACTFibernet I have been waiting for a refund on an installation since 2 weeks now. Raised two tickets but no action was taken and ticket was closed automatically. Even the customer service number is not responsive.

    @ACTFibernet facing slow speed issue. I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.

    @ACTFibernet it has been more than 2 days and there is no internet. Other flats in the same building have the line up. Engineering is bluffing everyday and not working well. Just check the number of tickets raised for the issue in last one week. Need urgent support

    @ACTFibernet Arre yaar when do you plan to resolve my issue. I gave paid 9k for 6 months to upgrade plan. Are you even considering to fix my plan or ignoring. APPEAL TO ALL MY FRIENDS THIS IS THE UNIMAGINABLE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM @ACTFibernet please think twice before going for this.

    @ACTFibernet Raised a Complaint for “No internet” issue and its expected to fix today Before 7.00 pm Still No resolution, and I have to wait for one more day where I have raised 2 tickets and here we are doing our office works without wifi after paying .

    So, the @ACTFibernet people came and disconnected the hub but went back home without fixing it. I mean why to even remove it in the first place if not in the mood to do it? @ACTFibernet customer care know about the progress on tickets as much as my cook knows about Rocket Science
