    @rsprasad @DoT_India Also no response when we call the customer care, request you to please make them collect money only when they can provide service and it's ready for connection, many people are fasing this issue specially with @ACTFibernet in tough time and refund also not happened till now.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service and a huge scam. Every month they bill us 1000’s and the internet is crappy by half the month. With WFH during the lockdown these guys need to get their act together if we hve 2 be productive. @CMofKarnataka @BBMPCOMM they shd be fined!

    @ACTFibernet Act is not able to provide the relocation, connection so they told me you have only one option that is disconnecte the service this is really bad experience I will recommend all the internet users to not take act connection @IndianExpress @ZeeNews @airnewsalerts @WeAreBangalore

    Hey @ACTFibernet , been 3 days since Internet stopped working. Complaint raised, called Customer care.. says issue will be resolved by 7 p.m... same story continues every day! You guys take money on advance for service and then end up like this.. absolutely pathetic!!

    @ACTFibernet Your internet service is going from bad to worse. There has been no internet since yesterday morning. After raising a tt, you’ve sent us a message mentioning that the internet will start working by 7pm, which clearly didn’t happen.

    @ACTFibernet Unfortunately I have put a negative feedback here coz collected money almost a month ago for new connection and no response till now, it's shame on your service, with this feedback atleast start collecting money once the connection is provided.

    For only bill payments, you will follow up regularly. Already we are WFH, there is no net from yesterday and there will be no prior information regarding the technical problem. But if we call the CC to complain first they are asking the do payment. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet My internet in Hyd has been down since 18 hours due to broken wire. Barely completed an exam. Problem was identified 17 hours ago but repair was delayed till morning. Everything is digital these days half the society on standstill expect faster service from your end.

    @ACTFibernet I am calling your technician repeatedly to help in extending my internet connection to first floor.. he is just bluffing and not addressing the issue of extending my internet connection to first floor… its been close to 4 days now he is not picking up my call.
