    @ACTFibernet cheats!! Almost 15 to 20 days following up for a mail to customer care but looks like you people cleverly ignore, since mail asks about the promises you maid and points out wrong billing.

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI #ACT broadband; Time to switch Frequent disconnections (I experienced 16 days of internet blackout in 2 months). Activity time of less than 75%. Frequent internet downtime because of maintenance.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD when called customer care executive they are telling for late payment for 1 day late 100₹ fine.worst service ACT will go for other broadband connection .I will request not to go for ACT connection to all 🙏

    @ACTFibernet your charge your customers for the full month and give service for only a few days. This month alone I have raised complaints nearly every alternate day. Get your ACT straight! it’s become a bloody nuisance.

    @ACTFibernet Yes I got the call and I talked, but the issue is still not fully resolved.. 1. Package is showing as 75mbps but actually I am getting 50 mbps 2. Initially my bill used to come as 1031 rupees and now it is coming 1131 rupees, And during this two months, GST rate has not changed!!

    @ACTFibernet Laidback attitude of support team, they think almost to the level that they are our boss. Complaints will be resolved when support team feel like working, until then have a backup plan for the internet. I'm happy that finally, the time has come to go with other ISP.

    @ACTFibernet Service cannot be worse than this. No Customer care no response . It's completely fraud. Relocation request was not done and charged rs 400. It's completely looting Customer.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I had raised a request for service discontinuation for my broadband last week and was told it will be discontinued effective Sep 1. Why am I getting a bill now for Sep month? Stop harassing users by denying them service discontinuation and not cancelling.

    @ACTFibernet i requested & paid 4 new connection yesterday morning around 7:30-8, it was assured to me that installation will b completed by 3pm. It's not done till now, everytime I call customer care, they say it's added in ticket they'll get back. No progress no service at all.

    Having the worst experience using @ACTFibernet! My WiFi is down since 28 Aug and I'm contacting the customer service everyday and they only give me a 24 hr buffer time each day for resolution and yet no person visits my area to check for the issue. Tired of contacting them daily!
