    @ACTFibernet Still no update, no resolution and no Comms ACT! Such a pathetic service. At the time of asking for payment, you executive called me so many times to pay w/o any reference number or order, but when it issue resolution, you don't bother!

    @ACTFibernet the main switch for our internet connection is in the terrace of our house and whenever there is a power cut, there is no internet access. We've complained multiple times over the past 6 MONTHS with NO resolution! Terrible customer support. Please fix ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet My internet connection is down since 2nd of August and without solving the issue the ticket is getting closed.. Every time I call back they promise me call back from escalation team but no one has called till now..

    Not a unique internet service by #ACT it's like any other service provider depends on what speed u choose. But to aware all never make UPI payments to @ACTFibernet at billdeskpg.acttv@icici , ur money will be debited and ACT will say they have not received. Be careful

    @ACTFibernet After waiting in line for 15mins - 2 calls go dead, no response. One agent told me - tech support will call me back in 2hrs, that was 3hrs back. When you so prompt in collecting monthly due on time, be prompt in helping too,Ticket no:SR10212254554561

    @ACTFibernet The internet is down again! It's not even a month, complaining abt connectivity n waited for 3 days to get it resolved. N it's down again. Can't place complaint in app, coz of mandatory updates! How do u expect usr to updt app w/o internet!

    @Abhishekpositiv @ACTFibernet You can never expect good service from a company whose vision is the be the most fraudulent company in the world. I believe most of @ACTFibernet customers are paying for 30 days while being served for maximum of 15 days. That's how they make money!
