    @ACTFibernet hi team, internet not working for last few days, some router issue,I had requested for home visit to fix it n specifically told them come with laptop n LAN, your executive came home n was extremely rude n said he can't fix it and asked to call customer care

    @ACTFibernet This is the case always. Each time there is an issue, I have to run pillar to post to get it fixed. It works for a few days and again I am back to square one.

    @ACTFibernet Account number:102414787259 and account number, 10856491 Both connections not working since morning. No response from customer care, CEO ACTFIBERNET not taking any action. WFH badly affected. Total apathy by ACT FIBERNET. Want to cancel. Company not refunding money

    @ACTFibernet no rectification even after 3 days of lodging complaint about our broadband. Also shared my contact number. It shows your poor and pathetic service to the customers. How many days do you need to rectify ?

    @ACTFibernet Regretting doesn't solve the problem. It's now 18 hours from disconnection. Even a small provider can do faster than this

    @ACTFibernet you have a ridiculous supper team and you are so bloody irresponsible. Jio is better then you got sure ! Every single month some or the other issue pops up from your end and you are incapable of solving it ! Shut it down if you can’t provide good service.

    @ACTFibernet With Extreme Frustration & humiliations to state that I applied for an ACT FIBER on 24th & we paid the fee in full for six months. Feel down & very disappointed. A Followup ends in an 24 hour promise that never materialised. Now asking for a week again delay

    @ACTFibernet If humans are available, somebody reach out to me on 9731447810. Worst customer care I have ever seen my entire life. I have called at least 30 times to resolve my issue. Nobody is trying **** in help me past a week.

    @ACTFibernet He told me to disconnect my connection If I'm not satisfied. His name is Sukesh I guess and he even raised a disconnection request. And the request no. is SR10243220758654. What kind of stupid service is this? Act Fibernet's reliability has gone to dogs! 2/3

    @ACTFibernet As we all know that most of us working from home. When we raise complaint, we expect it should get resolved ASAP. Since 3 days we had connectivity problem and raised a ticket 3 days ago, your customer support has closed it without any resolution. Please look into it.

    @ACTFibernet One of worst internet service. When internet is not working and called service support, they are least bothered and acting like they're owner. Taking my money and not giving service which I paid for.
