    @ACTFibernet. I have a Act connection.i don't want internet connection for the month of June.i told your CC executive to disconnect.again to activate on July I have to pay 150 rs.This is how you are giving good service. For every request we have to pay isn't it. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet raised issue on 22May and received a response stating issue resolution by 17:00 on 23May.On 23rd May the ACT representative visited and then closed the request without resolving.#horrible #ACTdoesnotact

    @ACTBroadbandIn .@ACTFibernet your service in Bangalore has degraded in the last 4 months. You have had a lot of downtime and I don't know what you are doing to fix it. Feel guilty that I renewed for another year while still trusting you!

    @ACTFibernet Stop spamming with messages & calls from multiple numbers consistently! First of all there was no agreement of pro-rata basis, secondly by pressing 1 on IVR for support I never got support! If you therefore continue to spam we will take actions accordingly!

    @ACTFibernet ACT has changed my account status to Active , but after disconnecting the box and connection from my house , is this a way to just get more money without providing service ? @Balamalladi13 @ACTFibernet. I am not going to pay a penny for the nuisance caused by the customer support

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 Pre sales service is best by @ACTFibernet but after payment...some dayes later I got no connection issue, in app it's showing minimum 1 day for response, called customer care, they also disconnected call. I think this is not a good service.

    @ACTFibernet Ask them to get power backup at junction that is it. What is taking time and they are simply closing tickets like its a play. Its a problem ticket it should be closed when it is resolved. Not a toy.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet no it is not resolved. Again they closed the ticket without resolving it. Its pathetic service from your local technical team here. They comment on ticket building where junction is fixed that building was not having power that is the reason customer didn't get net.
