    @ACTFibernet Respected Act , I wanted to change my existing plan of act blaze to act swift . I called the customer care and they informed that the least plan available is act rapid plus and said that act swift is completely removed.

    @ACTFibernet my internet has been down since May 27th. I raised a request to get this fixed and was intimated on the 28th that it would take 24-48 hours to be rectified. It's the 2nd of June now and I haven't recieved any intimation from your team and my internet is still down

    Dear @ACTFibernet I’ve already had “your connectivity issue will be resolved within the next 24 hours” twice for the last 2 days and this is the second time I’m having to raise a same complaint regarding internet connectivity within a span of 2months.

    @ACTFibernet We raised a complaint regarding internet connection, the executive appointed has constantly avoided our calls. The interest act showed while creating the connection is not there when it comes to customer support.

    The @ACTFibernet service ppl have this weird habit of closing the ticket before resolution. Closing the ticket to show that you have less downtime without rectifying it isn't best management practice. Fyi.

    @ACTFibernet I was not aware of the fact before opting @ACTFibernet that it's very lazy and unproductive when it comes to resolve an issue and vice versa in advertising. It hurts the most when u pay bill before time and are unable to use service. SR10164777638074
