@ACTFibernet this is really testing patience. Even though they promise to fix the set within 3 days .... It's more than a week after making the payment and they still are just postponing the time. Need my money back. Enough of this nonsence. Worst service ever.

@DoT_India Internet connection is not working from past 12 days now and there is no response from @ACTFibernet !!! Even after mentioning I am working from home, the work is not prioritised and not even a single call I got from technician till date!!

Dear @ACTFibernet, there is no internet connection since 10 days. 01.06.2020 was the last day i had used your services. Twice I was assured that the issue would be resolved within 24hrs, but # SR 10240638838682 pending since 10 days. Didn’t know your services are pathetic.

@plabanpriyadars @ACTFibernet Brother @plabanpriyadars they have the worst customer service. Internet is down since 10 days. They dont resolve complaints from customer, rather they assure you with false promises that it will be restored within 24-48 hrs.

I have availed 6 months plan. As I shift my home ,I had requested to transfer my net connection, no updates about the service request.Good to say more than 50 people uses ACT fibernet in my flat.Request Ticket No:SR10240962051523.#ACTFibernet resolve it ASAP.

Is anyone else facing this problem? It’s clearly some issue with @ACTFibernet. Because the rest of the internet works on the wifi connection. It’s only some banking websites that show error. This has been happening over the last week.

@ACTFibernet I asked for refund of my security deposit as I disconnected connection on 1st September 2021. They didn't refund my money which said was refundable, still waiting for money. Your customer service is also not helpful, they only know to create ticket which not resolved

@ACTFibernet I am not sure why the connection is reconnected once again. If you disconnect of your own wh cant you reconnect once the payment is done from our end. Your promises are always poor, you claim that in next 4 hours things are going to be shorted by I don't anything.
