    @ACTFibernet your team is not helping me relocate my connection. Feasibility was done and now you want me to go the new location request tranfer using the app. Claim they you have this stricnt process and nothing can be changed. @JioCare @airtelindia any support ?

    One of the worst experience I had with @ACTFibernet They will create a service request if we request customer care, but engineers will close service tickets without resolving the issues. We don't need them in future.😡

    @kannan696 @ACTFibernet Well, buddy things have changed with ACT now. They were definitely good once upon of time. Infact I had opted for ACT thinking of good customer service. However things have changed now and it’s turning from bad to worst.

    @ACTFibernet Today again internet down. On 10-14th April I was told it's becoming hectic because of the kind of service ur providing. Every month 4-5 down has become habit. WFH is terrible now due to u.
