@ACTFibernet I applied for reconnection and they took 2 weeks to lay the cable and now have issues with payment. No proper response from the CC. After all this, thinking that disconnect is the better option.

@ramszz @ACTFibernet @consumercourtin What the hell. Speed test can be done by the user itself but that isn't the impending issue here. I hope @ACTFibernet adds up lost days to the package and extended the renewal date for the losses the user has to go through.

@ACTFibernet Internet down complaint raised on 13th. Till now no resolution and no update, I have made more than 10 calls to CC. Every time they are buying time asking 4hrs , 2hrs or by EOD. No escalation matrix in @ACTFibernet for customer complaint, strange! @HathwayBrdband ?

@ACTFibernet As we all know that most of us working from home. When we raise complaint, we expect it should get resolved ASAP. Since 3 days we had connectivity problem and raised a ticket 3 days ago, your customer support has closed it without any resolution. Please look into it.
