    @ACTFibernet Great. Your SM response is slower than Slowest Ball of @imkuldeep18. Problem is resolved and I have understood to operate @ACTFibernet through the APP. None of your numbers work, get them off.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Customer, Your ticket no SR1026734645140 is closed. This was the last msg to me on 28th May. It was not resolved fully. Your phone lines never work. I would like to discontinue your services.

    Worst support from @ACTFibernet. Ur customer care doesn’t work. No one even answers even after being on hold for 20 minutes. Uve introduces some BOT system which is horrible. Pathetic service.

    @abhishekraok @ACTFibernet Their service is getting poorer and poorer. I disconnected their ILL and 1 broadband connection. Soon will disconnect the other one too i guess.

    @ACTFibernet Very bad facility off-late.. Customer care 24/7 service don’t respond.. they take 4 days to rectify a complaint.. I wonder how companies relying on ACT work.. Very very pathetic service..

    Absolutely no effort to reach out to me despite lodging complaints through 3 different modes. Issue was promised to be resolved by yesterday evening. No news yet. 5th day without a functioning @ACTFibernet connection..

    @tmatthewj @ACTFibernet Try Hathway. Have been using it for a few months now. Connection went down for a day when there was heavy rain and the cable was damaged. Other than that no issues faced.
