    @ACTFibernet Stop spamming with messages & calls from multiple numbers consistently! First of all there was no agreement of pro-rata basis, secondly by pressing 1 on IVR for support I never got support! If you therefore continue to spam we will take actions accordingly!

    @ACTFibernet. I have a Act connection.i don't want internet connection for the month of June.i told your CC executive to disconnect.again to activate on July I have to pay 150 rs.This is how you are giving good service. For every request we have to pay isn't it. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet This is the complaint no. SR1026188505732 I raised on MONDAY 11:30 AM . Your customer care executive told that it will get restored within 24 hrs but you took 54 rs to restore issue. Without informing me they closed the complaint better to go to Airtel.This s called worst service

    @ACTFibernet I have taken new connection on July 1, 2021 as a changeover from Hathway due to slower network and frequent disconnection. I have opted for a plan that is 3 time costlier than the previous one for uninterrupted network.
