@ACTFibernet its pathetic how your customer is suffering with connectivity issues and slow speed issues and you are not even able to arrange an engineer for visit. have raised SR10248663927472 yet again,this is the last time i am raising this as final complaint.

@ACTFibernet I have paid for 3months in sept-Nov, but billed again for Nov. Last six months ACT had not provided adequate service, check service requests. ACT promised rebate for service interruptions, but not honoured. Please revise billing amount to my satisfaction.

@ACTFibernet Cd u kindly process my refund? U took the amount more than 15 days back, promised installation and then vanished. Xfr my money back to my acct. Less than 200m away there is an act junction box with only 1 connection and yet you feign ignorance. Very bad customer service
