@ACTFibernet I've been told everyday since Sunday that the internet issue will be fixed by end of day. Now I'm being told only by 26th Dec. This has happened a couple of months ago as well. Your response time in this area is pathetic. Someone is not doing there job.

@ACTFibernet Worst customer service ever. Every 2 days the internet stops. Sent multiple emails to find permanent solution. No reply. Called multiple times, everytime been promised a call back from supervisor, never happened. I do not wish to continue like this.

@ACTFibernet Issue from the day 1 (Yesterday) .After installation it was fine for first 45 mins, then after no internet till today. Raised complaint 3 times from yesterday, commitment was today 9.00 AM nobody has come to check the Junction Box to check. A/C No - 102341062400

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, No, the internet service is still poor. There is lot of latency and packet loss sometimes it feels like a 2G/3G network instead of FiberNet. If there is no improvement by the end of this month, I would like to discontinue the services and change to a better provider.

@ACTFibernet Sorry to say, I just completely lost trust on you guys. This is the 7th or 8th time I got this issue with junction box in last two years. And the behavior of the technician is very pathetic. People except some politeness while talking which is completely invisible.

@ACTFibernet I called almost 10 times customer service why my connection is disconnected. They spoke politely but they quite could not answer my questions and resolve the issue. I appreciate customer care guys of handling people. But it wont bring back trust until issue resolved
