  @ACTFibernet This is the complaint no. SR1026188505732 I raised on MONDAY 11:30 AM . Your customer care executive told that it will get restored within 24 hrs but you took 54 rs to restore issue. Without informing me they closed the complaint better to go to Airtel.This s called worst service

  The most horrible customer service is @ACTFibernet. Raised issue last month and still in open state for most of the people. They even charging for closed accounts. Really worrying for choosing @ACTFibernet No one will be responsible for your issues

  @Ronak_RJS @ACTFibernet From my experience I'm telling you they have the worst service so try different ISP. Little rain and your internet will be down for hours and they will keep you on hold for 20 mins to talk to customer support and still no help.

  @ACTFibernet Stop spamming with messages & calls from multiple numbers consistently! First of all there was no agreement of pro-rata basis, secondly by pressing 1 on IVR for support I never got support! If you therefore continue to spam we will take actions accordingly!

  @ACTFibernet I'm not sure what confidence @ACTFibernet is having and updating me that they have already been refunded? One of your customer support said, they refunded to my bank account which was closed on March 9th 2022. He gave an explanation as well.

  @ACTFibernet what is the logic behind not refunding a balance unused recharge amount? First of all, you don’t have any plans for unlimited internet at reasonable prices like competitors @JioCare We would like to terminate our connection and need the refund for unused months

  @ACTFibernet Fix your poor routing in Madurai to Chennai path or at least give us a timeline. I cannot plan my usage around your poor quality service every time. We pay for what you advertise and it's your responsibility to deliver it.
