We have no internet connectivity for the past 3 days and we have recieved zero updates on the progress. No responses to mails or complaint tickets or calls.

It's more than a week after making the payment and they still are just postponing the time. Need my money back. Enough of this nonsence. Worst service ever.

They dont resolve complaints from customer, rather they assure you with false promises that it will be restored within 24-48 hrs.
