    @ACTFibernet These guys are a looting new connection people by saying there's wiring issue in your apartment, even when you stay at known Gates Community. And force and try to up sell you expensive plan. Think twice to call them for new connection. Stay safe guy.

    @ACTFibernet Yes!! There would be multiple factors affecting the speed only for #ACTGiga i have no other internet line/router conflicting with your #Giga connection! So stop these canned response and work on resolution. If the issue was sorted i wouldn't have responded to this!

    Poor customer support of act fiber et in Bengaluru @ACTFibernet. When the power goes in our area internet also goes @TOIBengaluru. It's been almost a year, no proper measures have been taken so far.
