@ACTFibernet Unfortunately I have put a negative feedback here coz collected money almost a month ago for new connection and no response till now, it's shame on your service, with this feedback atleast start collecting money once the connection is provided.

@rsprasad @DoT_India Also no response when we call the customer care, request you to please make them collect money only when they can provide service and it's ready for connection, many people are fasing this issue specially with @ACTFibernet in tough time and refund also not happened till now.

@ACTFibernet when they can't give proper response they cancel the request for the connection after they have received the money & behave like dog & will inform you tht they will you give connection tomorrow,
