    @ACTFibernet Your network is erratic. Workmen don't come even after raising complaint. This state of affairs is pathetic. If you can't run efficiently , get out of this business.

    @ACTFibernet Have told your engineers that as a doc dealing with emergencies I need the net all thru the night to be contacted by hospitals and patients about reports .. you never bothered ..

    @ACTFibernet Team is not doing anything sir. Actions speaks, not just words here in twitter. So I need swift action in this. I have raised complaint also to address my issues in new location earlier also, but no respond, it’s a time to shift to other service provider

    @ACTFibernet Yes!! There would be multiple factors affecting the speed only for #ACTGiga i have no other internet line/router conflicting with your #Giga connection! So stop these canned response and work on resolution. If the issue was sorted i wouldn't have responded to this!

    @ACTFibernet Resolution has to be taken but what about the loss of 7 + days incurred by me ? This amounts to deficiency in service.

    @ACTFibernet Such pathetic service, I pay for 300mbps but never got more than 150mbps. Ur Technician does not know the reason behind that. Plus disappointing Network drops in between #pathetic #actinternet #actbroadband

    @ACTFibernet would you care to explain why did my 5g network decide to disappear out of thin air? Before an unexcused network outage and now this? Really? How much do you want to get rid of me? I dont want a network that i am forced to restart my router for 5g network everyday 🫠

    @ACTFibernet Even now i have raised a ticket for the network not working and the ticket number is SR101797588654. Looking forward to what the issue is now again (maybe the municipality works again)

    @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR11079755958424 has been reopened. You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app. Team ACT Above message ticket not closed for more than 24 hours. After years of service from ACT They seem to have become very arrogant . I give up.

    8 days, no internet, no resolution — worst experience ever. Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your Service request SR10179750318014 is expected to be resolved by 14-Apr between 07:30 to 09:00AM NO CALL, NO RESOLUTION YET. IF UNABLE TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER, PLEASE DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE AND REFUND THE AMOUNT.

    @ACTFibernet So the internet provided by @ACTFibernet to your home is dependent on someone who might just cut the power and the internet to your home. I have had local wifi and other brands wifi as well but never heard of such dependency of power on random person.

    @ACTFibernet Requested disconnection on Apr 6—service stopped promptly.After 5+ days, no one has collected the assets despite daily “will be recovered” msgs.This delay is cost me daily rent due to pending handover.Who is accountable? Is this service quality in a metro city?
