@ACTFibernet Its been 8 hours I have raised a complaint but no one looked into the issue, at least twice in a month we are facing issues. No one can work if you provide this kind of service. Giving more GB doesn't work but you should make sure give consistent network.

@ACTFibernet With Extreme Frustration & humiliations to state that I applied for an ACT FIBER on 24th & we paid the fee in full for six months. Feel down & very disappointed. A Followup ends in an 24 hour promise that never materialised. Now asking for a week again delay

@ACTFibernet Worst experience from your team on very first day. Tou people onlg respond for new installations after that you will be too rude customers? Your representative is telling this is how we work, we wont resolve it soon. But u will do fake installations?

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am using act internet since nov 2019. I need month wise proper bill invoice receipt per month wise. The receipt which i got from mobile app is not proper. I called many times to customer care. But unfortunate, they couldn't receive my call.
