    My situation today: @ACTFibernet down. The technical team wants to help me on phone. Need to troubleshoot my internet on phone call, but router is inside the house where my Mobile Networks (@Airtel_Presence @JioCare) are bad and call drops. Need for Landline!!!

    @ACTFibernet @NetflixIndia ACT Tv is the most fraud company i have ever come across, i had paid for happy sony sports india pack, where they didn’t bother to activate it despite calling 7 times, & customer care won’t even receive call for a period of 45 minutes,

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have few suggestions for the act fiber net app. 1. Add a option (radio button) for suggestions for future 2. Enable dark mode native support 3 make the tiles on the home screen image an rounded corners. Make it more appealing

    @ACTFibernet we have requested for a router on 15th February by making an online payment of 699 rupees.but we still did not receive router till today.Daily customer care is saying it will be installed within 24 hours. our registered mobile no is 8800197938.

    @ACTFibernet it has been now close to 3 weeks we have paid money online but are yet to receive the router: everyday we call customer care they say it would be done in 24 hours,,, this is the worst we can expect... Please refund our this month's charges due to unused data

    @narayananh @ACTFibernet Narayanan, Please consider switching to One Airtel Plan. I have had terrible times with ACT and finally made the switch. It's a combo plan and you will end up saving a few hundred rupees.

    @ACTFibernet Again same common reply from the customer service representative. Just asked me to buy a new router or he wants me to connect the cable directly to the device. Instead of resolving the issue why you guys are asking us to resolve on our own by extra cost. (1/3)
