    @ACTFibernet I just taken plan in last 4 days and this is second time main box for area is not working why such issue is happening. As u know that we r doing work from home and internet is very much required. act should provide good service .From Bommanahalli,Viratnagar area 9th

    @ACTFibernet This is now resolved for today. However, we want stable connectivity. Two days in a row we have faced the issue. We trust you and we do not want to lose that trust and trust other ISP!

    @rsprasad @DoT_India Also no response when we call the customer care, request you to please make them collect money only when they can provide service and it's ready for connection, many people are fasing this issue specially with @ACTFibernet in tough time and refund also not happened till now.
