Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. Now being asked to host ACT box with 24x7 power support in rented premises for just ₹59/month. I pay ₹9/unit electricity. Compensation not justified. Active prepaid plan till July but no resolution yet.
