    @ACTFibernet Worst service! raise multiple issue but everytime issue is closed without any call & resolution. Installation guys placed router as per his convenience now due to uneven signal speed is very poor don't even get 20mbps out of 300mbps. Do something or refund our money

    @ACTFibernet Team, It's time to improve the service quality you provide. Every month there is a service disruption in name of "core switch down". What quality of switch are you using which goes down so often. This is bad for people working from home and relying on internet..

    I m rlly fed-up as a consumer now. 5th Feb I upgraded service to 150mbps which will be 3 months plan and router wub be free. All pymt done bt m still waiting fr dis offer to be activated after 20 days of purchasing it.Every 5-6 days experiencing connectivity issus. @ACTFibernet
