    @ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

    @ACTFibernet If making payment twice in a month would given the option for me then I would have taken new connection of your act or any other broadband,everyone prefer for your service and connectivity but you guys do this type,every one would opt to get disconnected.9902959314

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have few suggestions for the act fiber net app. 1. Add a option (radio button) for suggestions for future 2. Enable dark mode native support 3 make the tiles on the home screen image an rounded corners. Make it more appealing

    @ACTFibernet There is frequent daly long break in internet connectivity due to power failure in the common area of the apartment building, where the Fiber Terminal Box is placed. I have highlighted this issue multiple times, but no solution to this issue. Request ACT to support.

    Horrible experience @ACTFibernet , recently moved to a new place and discovered 2 junction boxes whose electricity bill I am paying , when enquired , they said only one waiver for one junction box could be provided, could be provided.
