  @ACTFibernet and within two weeks the internet has stopped working again. Customer care says "connectivity issue". At this rate it is getting impossible to use the service. I've upgraded plan and yet horrible service. Only option left is to terminate act connection

  @ACTFibernet hello act, during this WFH situation, I chose to go with act, after the initial survey and paying deposit, I get response saying my area is not eligible. Now as I ask for my refund. I am getting no refunds. And customer service is not picking my call. Help me.

  @vtlogu @ACTFibernet Great even I am facing the issue since 28th March and their grounds team are also not polite enough to talk well.. Request CONSENT for our field engineer to visit your premise, in case needed, to resolve SR10254422252864.

  @ACTFibernet This is the second downtime I'm facing in a period of one month alone. Can't tolerate it any longer. Have already registered the complaint with you. But it's gonna take 24 hours it seems to resolve it. Done with you guys. @airtelindia waiting for your assistance here.
