@ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

Bureaucratic way of functioning is the policy adopted by @ACTFibernet .. The issue is with the wireless router which is not able to transmit the 400Mbps of speed as provided by their cable, but the team is again coming back checking the issue at backend cable..
