@ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

@ACTFibernet Hi team, I have few suggestions for the act fiber net app. 1. Add a option (radio button) for suggestions for future 2. Enable dark mode native support 3 make the tiles on the home screen image an rounded corners. Make it more appealing

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I got the owner name changed on my account and installation charges were added which is not required. On raising a complaint the installation amount was waived off a week ago. But it’s not updated on my account.
