    @ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have few suggestions for the act fiber net app. 1. Add a option (radio button) for suggestions for future 2. Enable dark mode native support 3 make the tiles on the home screen image an rounded corners. Make it more appealing

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet I am a customer already and I still got a call from a rude act sales agent seling new connection. And am sure ACT leadership is very aware where the contacts are being sourced from and that the DND is being fully ignored.

    @ACTFibernet They came and changed all wiring. It worked for few hours and issue came back. I reopened ticket again. Please have someone who is capable of fixing it permanently visit our place and fix it.
