    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from yesterday evening(1st March 5PM) in our society (Saideep hulas). It’s not yet fixed, when I reached out to customer support, I have received an arrogant answer that I have to wait for 24 hours later again 24 hours more. @tv9kannada

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 6 days, i have been facing connectivity issues. 3 Technicians have visited to resolve but they couldn't address problem. They said the problem would be resolved by the next day and it's the 4th time I'm raising a complaint.(SR10149972369472).

    @ACTFibernet No field engineer came to fix it today also, everybody calls to just ask for 24 hours ,if no body came be assured tomorrow i will call to disconnect my connection

    @ACTFibernet I talked to the customer care, I was told that d junction box was not approved from the Head office. May I know when will you reslove d complaint raised? Everyday I have Been calling ur support team for the updates, but there r clueless. Its been almost 20 days without Internet

    @ACTFibernet I raised a request to activate my Fibernet connection last Friday but so far no action taken. SR is closed without activating my account I reopened again SR10349990595533. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet worst service. My complain of relocation was closed without any consultation. On paying for new installation, no one is turning up. Please take care "Retail Prospect Converted to Customer 102500776859"

    @PrasannaMasi @ACTFibernet I share the same frustration. Worst thing is they close tickets saying issue is resolved. Don't have the decency to atleast document the correct reason.
