    @ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have few suggestions for the act fiber net app. 1. Add a option (radio button) for suggestions for future 2. Enable dark mode native support 3 make the tiles on the home screen image an rounded corners. Make it more appealing

    @ACTFibernet Raised this ticket and no action taken on it SR10358376234972. The Engineer called me and asked me to change the port by myself in the common box, I said I don't know much about it and asked him to visit. He simply closed the ticket. Worst experience guys.

    @ACTFibernet Its been 6 days already. And everytime any query or concern. The Pathetic Customer Service of ACT doesn't responds. Even last time it took 12 days for a resolution. This is absurd

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC Pathetic Connection. And worst Customer Service. Been 6 days raised the ticket for billing dispute. And till now noone has responded. And they just close the ticket without any resolution.
