@ACTFibernet Hi team, I have few suggestions for the act fiber net app. 1. Add a option (radio button) for suggestions for future 2. Enable dark mode native support 3 make the tiles on the home screen image an rounded corners. Make it more appealing

@ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

@ACTFibernet Act is not able to provide the relocation, connection so they told me you have only one option that is disconnecte the service this is really bad experience I will recommend all the internet users to not take act connection @IndianExpress @ZeeNews @airnewsalerts @WeAreBangalore

@ACTFibernet this is pure harassment. In Sept, your executive told me to pay ₹850 — all dues cleared, valid till Oct 31, next bill from Nov 1. Yet you raised ₹508 on Oct 1, cut my service & keep closing my ticket without a single response. Totally unethical & unacceptable.
