    @ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have few suggestions for the act fiber net app. 1. Add a option (radio button) for suggestions for future 2. Enable dark mode native support 3 make the tiles on the home screen image an rounded corners. Make it more appealing

    @ACTFibernet The issue has been resolved after 36 hours. One suggestion please work on the resolution time of the issues raised by the Customer since almost everybody is working from home and a issue that persists for more than 24 hours can have a disastrous impact on the a person's career.
