    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working from yesterday evening(1st March 5PM) in our society (Saideep hulas). It’s not yet fixed, when I reached out to customer support, I have received an arrogant answer that I have to wait for 24 hours later again 24 hours more. @tv9kannada

    @ACTFibernet my user ID is : 102656415211 The broadband is down and thru your app i am Unable to raise ticket and cx care number on waiting frm 45 mins. This is second time in a month. Either fix in 20 mins or cnsdr this tweet as a request for cancellation

    @ACTFibernet Their service is pathetic. Frequent disconnections. My net is not working since last Saturday. When I call their customer care, they get away with some flimsy reason with no solution. Imagine the work getting hampered during WFH. Request you to look into the issue asap

    @ACTFibernet De-installation of my router has been done almost 4 weeks back. Still waiting for my refund which is claimed to be reimbursed within 1 week of de-installation. Kindly help in this regard.
