    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have few suggestions for the act fiber net app. 1. Add a option (radio button) for suggestions for future 2. Enable dark mode native support 3 make the tiles on the home screen image an rounded corners. Make it more appealing

    @ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

    @ACTFibernet If making payment twice in a month would given the option for me then I would have taken new connection of your act or any other broadband,everyone prefer for your service and connectivity but you guys do this type,every one would opt to get disconnected.9902959314

    @ACTFibernet @electron0zero First, you need start responding to service calls promptly & resolve issues within hours instead of days. I'm still your customer but you may lose me soon if your customer service doesn't improve soon.

    @ACTFibernet Got a call immediately. @ACTFibernet is good at calling customers. Only thing you are good at. Got the same dialogue - “we are escalating”. Will my problem be resolved? I don’t think so. No hopes. Switching to other broadband seems to be the only option.
