    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have few suggestions for the act fiber net app. 1. Add a option (radio button) for suggestions for future 2. Enable dark mode native support 3 make the tiles on the home screen image an rounded corners. Make it more appealing

    @ACTFibernet Since the second day from installation 08 feb 2020 bangalore, internet is not working, i have raised a complaint and its been more than 48 hours, and still problem is not resolved. I keep on calling to customer care and only reply is that they are working on it.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a request to relocate my broadband connection within the city. There is no response from your team on the update and moreover your customer care helpline asks me to use the app for tracking my request. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet I must say one of the most horrible customer cares I’ve come across in last couple of years. Customer care executives are as dumb as possible and whenever they don’t have answers to your query they just go silent!! Wow. So competent!!! 👎🏼👎🏼

    @ACTFibernet I disconnected my service 2 months back. It is now made active without my request notice or anything else. I never called anyone to activate it again.

    @ACTFibernet no resolution from your customer care team despite repeated follow-ups over the last 3 days of no wifi/internet. Constant promises of “we’ll fix it by tomorrow”. It’s absurd that this is what I need to do to get proper attention. What’s happening?

    @stfuixalmao @ACTFibernet No use shouting at them, Ixa. Deactivate at the end of this month becoz anyways they will charge you for March. Hathway service is really fast. Net apapo tension pannum but they respond immediately.
