    @ACTFibernet Hi team, I have few suggestions for the act fiber net app. 1. Add a option (radio button) for suggestions for future 2. Enable dark mode native support 3 make the tiles on the home screen image an rounded corners. Make it more appealing

    ACT's internet service is down from past 3 hours for me residing in Bangalore! No response from chat support, not reachable on call support! Excellent customer support @ACTFibernet in IT city when people are working on hybrid mode... This is why people switch to Jio.

    The worst experience using Act fibernet @ACTFibernet I had cald the customer service but no response i don't have a internet from past 12 hours.i have paid full amount & what ******** service your giving😡😡 i beleive it's time to change the service @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @ACTFibernet Looks like most of the Bangalore is having internet outage. Couldn’t raise complaint through app and website. Please fix it.

    @ACTFibernet I am unable to connect , Internet is download modem is blinking for past 5 hrs. Location - Laxminarayan Temple Rd , Munnekolal. My registered mobile no. - 9583120059. Kindly look into the matter ASAP. @BalaMalladi - Pathetic Customer Service.

    @ACTFibernet is just the worst service provider out there. Took a connection 7 days ago, and it hasn't worked for 5 days out of that.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for your response. It's working today. But it was definitely down yesterday around 9PM in many areas in Bangalore. I suggest now Technical team should look at why Mobile App was not working and Why customer care numbers were not going through in hour of need.
