    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet Hi one lady called last week and promised the invoice will be updated. But I have not received any update after that. My ticket was also closed. Issue is still pending

    @ACTFibernet SR10252454594682 Customer since 2016. Raised a ticket for slow & fluctuating speed. Technician visited the premises but no resolution was given. The technician was supposed to get back tomorrow with a resolution.

    We are facing lot of issues with ACT FIBERNET.. alternate days we will not be having internet and it has one of the worst customer supports. They are changing for 200 mbps speed and giving only 50 mbps. @ACTFibernet @DoT_India @consumercourtin

    @ACTFibernet why is your official App not allowing to downgrade plan ? When it comes to upgrade your App is so user friendly but to downgrade we need to connect with your Support team over a call following your IVR. In tamil we call this ECHA !!

    @ACTFibernet SR10252454594682 I was shocked to hear ticket has now been closed without a resolution with the below comments "Customer is asking for a FREE dual band router" Which is an humiliating LIE FYI - I CAN AFFORD A ROUTER. That is so CHEAP! I feel hurt .
