  @ACTFibernet 4th day of not having internet connectivity here in Shanthinagar, Bangalore. Explanations went from "server down" to "box is in a house someone has vacated" to "No clear status". How much patience is enough patience?

  Hey @ACTFibernet For an outage you guys take 4 - 5 hrs. So basically one would loose his half day salary because you and your engineer do not upkeep the connections. Is this quality service. And this is not the first time.
