    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet इस जन्म में हो जाएगा क्या relocate WiFi?? Your helpline agents are so dumb they don't even know the process to expedite and deny to have conversations with supervisors. Sick of your delay in service. Accept that yours is not a customer friendly company. 👎👎👎👎

    @ACTFibernet How much time does it takes for giving a connection after making payment, was promised to give connection within a day and now it's been 3 days and have been running in circles to get a connection. Account number 102548742255. Very bad service.

    @ACTFibernet why you guys don't fix the reoccurring issues 1st... This is 3rd time when no internet connection... Your support system is very bad.. For every complaints just an automatically raised ticket... And when your Technical support team what they will fix... 1/2

    @ACTFibernet Thank you all, whoever helped to resolve this issue on exceptional case. And special thanks for your MD and #CEO for approving the refund by taking deviation for company like us. Today I got a call for processing d refund, I will post once we receive the fund. Thanks once again
