@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@ACTFibernet There is issue of connectivity when power goes off where the Hub is installed. Our power line and Hub's power line is different. So when power goes off the Internet also goes off, even though we have power, multiple times a day. So provide battery back up to the Hub.

Struggling with ACT internet. No internet for more than 12 hours.. same thing happened last monday where outage lasted 36 hrs.. in this WFH era this is a killer.. please ACT swiftly @ACTFibernet worst part.. no update on the complaint so I have no idea what is going on..
