    @ACTFibernet Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone. If this is how they treat customers who have already paid for their service, think twice before choosing ACT. I hope no one else has to go through such an experience. #ACTFibernet #PoorCustomerService #Broadband

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet "Incompetent moron" is not a foul word. It is a statement of fact. Only an incompetent moron company would have such pathetic systems that send a message like this and days AFTER a payment has been made! If you don't like this, moron, feel free to cancel my account.

    On 13 july 2026 my @ACTFibernet stopped working, raised a ticket on app, said will get done on 14 eve, my payment was up, called them to extend date, they said cannot but will adjust for not working days, after ticket closes new charges will get updated then u pay, fine, tq

    @ACTFibernet I'm facing selective app connectivity issues. Basic websites work, but streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video, and Hotstar aren't loading on my TV. I've already raised a ticket SR10281264299414 Please look into this at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet what stupidity is this when the due date is tomorrow. How can it be overdue when due date is tomorrow. Also receiving mails that my account is prone to late payments when every payment for the last 6 since have been before time. No response to my mails.     @ACTFibernet my client wanted a internet connection so I recommended you, the sales guy pressured them to make the payment ASAP. Till date no connection has been given and giving only excuses. My client wants a reimbursement as he wants to cancel.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket on 4th july till now nobody approached me. This is how it is and I frequently called customer care and every time they say have escalated. I believe you are not interested to improve customer experience in Hyderabad.

    if anyone is planning to subscribe @ACTFibernet for OTT, dont risk. They do not know how it works. My Amazon Prime is not working, and they are clueless about how to solve. Their only solution is talk to Amazon Prime. Thats their solution. But i hv given money to @ACTFibernet.
