@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@TheWarden04 @ACTFibernet Same issue. Been talking to customer support but they don't even care I'm from Madurai and my ping is over 60ms to mumbai, while other ISP pings are 35ms from here.

@ACTFibernet It has been 24 hours without any internet service and you guys just keep postponing the technician visit time. Technician visit postponed from yday to this noon to tonight. Given this callous treatment would have to switch, post Dec, as subscription ends anyway.
