@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@ACTFibernet Internet down since last 18 hours and there is no sign of this getting resolved. The ETA was shifted from 1300 today to 0900 tomorrow. This is ridiculous service and there is not transparency on what's going on behind. Ticket no SR10267463984244. Ac id 102018505929
