    I have raised the internet issue yesterday morning i.e(5th March 2021)Since from yesterday , whenever I call customer service. They are saying single dialogue it will take 24 hrs to resolve the issue.Already 24 hrs crossed. May I know when this 24 hrs will complete. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet hey what’s wrong with your password day by date,registered 4 compliant in past 5 days ,still an issue , at least send a technician or call me .your customer service reading pre cooked stories ,have some respect towards your customer #worstinernetprovider #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet I had booked an act Fibernet basic plan. The Engineers came to my house to check if there is a possible to hang it but they didn't fixed anything and they gone earlier too.😡

    @ACTFibernet Having a hard time getting my connection installed. I was promised connection on day 1, been a week no progress. I was even promised a refund if not installed by today. I request you all to please install my connection today or refund my amount. Very bad service.

    @ACTFibernet Do TAKE ACTION AS PER UR POLICY. U R AN IDIOT. IM ALSO ABLE TO TAKE ACTION AS PER CONSUMER ACT FOR NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE RELATED TO WALL DAMAGED BY UR ENGINEER. I HAD PAID RS.1500 TO LABOUR. AND WROTE MULTIPLE TIMES TO U GUYS
