    @ACTFibernet saying that it will resolve by 16th,I have taken a premium plan and paid for 6 Months, that’s why you are behaving like this,if service is that poor from starting I don’t want to continue,please revert back my subscription and payment.

    @ACTFibernet learn how to respond from ICICI Bank. They just found their name in my tweet and responded. You took 18 days to process a refund and only a partial refund was issued. I had paid 2355 for the connection and 1389 only was refunded. Service failure👎 was by Act Fibrenet

    This is the 3rd complaint in this month. The internet isn't working since evening. I do have work!! I have referred my friend and she has taken ACT connection couple of days before, now you guys are providing horrible service. Fix this ASAP. @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore

    @ACTFibernet @PMOIndia @MoitOfficial I had asked ACT fibrenet to disconnect the bb connection within 48 hrs of installation due to speed & service issues. Service request No. SR10765247369769 was created for disconnection and refund on 25/06/2022. no refund till date is issued
