@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

@ACTFibernet again drama of your engineers and customer service has started. No internet since last night. Ticket not assigned. Engineer not there, no ETR. Work from home is in a deep ****. Getting whole area moved to airtel/jio fiber now.

@ACTFibernet team, I called your cc. What worst experience I got seriously, No one bothered about customer problem. Ur cc supervisor was not able to handle my issue he put my call on mute a disconnected the call without solving my problem.. Awaiting the quick reply and resolution
