    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD For shifting a connect in metro city it takes 7 paid days without extending the validity?? In these days everyone is WFH and how can we work if there is no service available. @TRAI please look into this

    @ACTFibernet since I am massively overpaying for a service that I am not receiving. I only plan to wait till the end of the month before looking for other services - your app doesn't even allow me to downgrade my connection to the actual level of service being provided

    @ACTFibernet once the power is down, i loose internet immediately though I get DG power. This issue raised is 3 times already. So far you haven't worked on it. Please tell me if i should move to your competitors. You can check my DM for my account details.
