    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues has the worst customer service. I've been raising an issue continuously and nobody has bothered to address it.Only for new subscription they keep calling

    @ACTFibernet Still the problem is not solved, you guys seriously taking care of your customer. It's been almost 48 hours but still there is no solution. With due all @ACTFibernet customers should move to another telecom service

    @ACTFibernet I don’t think you guys need to resolve anything, technician is assigned but not picking the call since morning now it’s more than 30 hours and I am following up but no clue whether is it resolve or not. And customer service is worst.

    @ACTFibernet My regular A Max 500 plan cost has changed from 2400 to 3900 all of a sudden. What is this? Why would I continue this if it costs more than 50%. DM to help and for details.
