  @ACTFibernet What’s the point of paying a premium for your service if, when it matters most, the support is nowhere to be found? It’s been over 2 hours since I raised a ticket, and I haven’t received any response or update. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing. Please resolve this issue urgently.

Since my connection could not be shifted within the promised timeline, I had no option but to get a new internet connection. I cannot keep waiting because of the delay from your end.   @ACTFibernet No, I won’t. Last time I allowed this, your team created a lot of problems while accessing the building. They were walking in unannounced & would leave without closing the gate, without informing. Too many security lapses and your technical team was very rude too. Very risky
