@ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

My @ACTFibernet broadband just keeps disconnecting between every 5-10 minutes. Called customer care 1000 times no resolutions so far😡. As an IT professional, I'm working from home and completely pissed off of this behaviour of @ACTFibernet #Bangalore it it continues will switch.

Hey @ACTFibernet I have discontinued, cancelled my subscription when it ended & how dare you call me with a "we will initiate recovery proceedings" Recover what? A customer by threatening him for cancelling his subscription?

@ACTFibernet Yes. Resolved for 24 hours. It's gone again. You guys have some seriously messed up backend issues - network connectivity is NOT consistent. Drops abruptly amid calls and meetings. Tech support: Please restart router, clear cookies and cache. Hello? In the middle of meeting?
