  @ACTFibernet I'm staying in the bangalore location and facing a lot of problem regarding services. Scam is happening for router charges, recharge and plan by local executives. Is there anyone be responsible to take care? or ACT is supporting these scams? Few points -

  @ACTFibernet 4th time it's happening now, Wifi suddenly loses connection and yout ticket resolution takes DAYS. You ticket says 9:00pm tonight, but it's still not back. Time to cancel, clearly.

  @ACTFibernet I had no internet from the last weekend till Wednesday and again after a day of getting fixed i have no connection. I would definitely like to proceed and terminate my connection as this is not what i paid for and your competitors are way better at this point.
