    The worst Ever customer care support is with #fiberactnet how many time i make a call also they are putting on hold and cutting the call in between. Irresponsible network service provider in the whole world. On Thursday i raised issue till now not resolved. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet What a worst support you guys have and I have been your customer for last 7years. I have been requesting for shifting connection and in your app the request could not be raised due to some issue after eKYC since yesterday and I have tried over ten times.

    @ACTFibernet how do you guys feel when you take salaries for not working how does it feel? Does OT feel good by doing nothing and earning?? This is the 3rd day without internet for almost 4k+ users in boduppal Hyderabad. Where is you team head contact him and ask do you even work

    @ACTFibernet I moved to ACT with very high hopes on your service. But I am disappointed. Called Support to speak to Exec, In queue for 13 mins & then dead air Opened a ticket at 4:40 pm IST yesterday, still no one has responded and issue still persists, hampering work. Attn Pls !
