    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    It’s been more then 4 years I’m using ActFiber never encountered suchPathetic service. Everything improves day by day but @ACTFibernet is gradually decreasing it’s stranded of service. WFHis new normal still facingthe network issues andExpected time to resolve remains same 24 Hrs

    @ACTFibernet I m using ACT from last 5 years in Bangalore and recently started facing slow speed issue,logged the complainant many times to call center and through App as well but I have never seen company who close the service complaint without attending or resolving the issues

    3. .. I have one more connection (12yr old) that I am going to disconnect as soon as it's service period is done. Everytime I call your customer service, they just keep stalling me. I have had enough. Will be serving @ACTFibernet a legal notice. Not gonna let them default users.

    @ACTFibernet Bangalore service is pathetic. The closed ticket without sorting out issue and a person supposedly calling from ACT says the repair works are completed today and there is no issue in back end. He has no clue about the type of connection I have. 1/2

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Do you get pleasured by taking our money & not providing basic reliable internet connectivity? You have junction box, “smart” wire cut issues like 5 times a month. You guys are sick! You should NOT BE IN THIS BUSINESS. After 24+hrs,I still am offline

    @ACTFibernet U guys just do know how 2 take Money & not give service. UR so called Latest Tech WiFi router has a download speed of 10.11 mbps against D promised 75 mpbs. FYI,its just 9 feet away frm my laptop. UR CC is D pits. Complaint raised everyday but not 1 single call back.

    @ACTFibernet After multiple attempts to first relocate, then disconnect, the connection was finally taken off a month ago but no refund has come for the 6 months that I paid for in advance. Worst service!

    @ACTFibernet : Account No : 101001037858 , i have been trying to raise a ticket for shifting my connection through ACT mobile app,but when i choose online KYC , it says that KYC is completed and Clicking on "proceed" shows "Webpage not found". Please help me.
