  @ACTFibernet What’s the point of paying a premium for your service if, when it matters most, the support is nowhere to be found?   Never use the @ACTFibernet app to renew your subscription for a plan change. I asked renewed for a plan with lesser speed and paid amount showed y app but they failed to effect plan change and harassed me with a view to keep me on the old plan with higher subscription. Frauds
