    @ACTFibernet At least have the courtesy to look into this matter why is there such frequent breakdown in a month. And have a resolution for the same. If this will happen again I will be removing ACT and also tell everyone to do the same.

    @Aman_Gupta125 @ACTFibernet I raised my ticket 2 weeks ago, and still there is no resolution. They are just extending the estimated resolving time again and again. Forget 3 days - in my case it's already been 14 days! #ConjuringAct

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing a serious network down at my flat for the past 10 days. Every day the ETR is being extended. Customer care is not available. The sad part is that residents of the same apartment are getting the internet. Complaint no:SR10176839546534
