    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet provides the worst internet & customer service. After waiting for 30 mins on line to speak to their executive, got to lodge my complaint. He said that will recieve a call from the team, but till now no one called me. @MIB_India @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet How many years u will take for resolving the issue..if ur unable resolving refund the my money I will switch to other network

    @ACTFibernet My connection is terminated but i didn't get any my refund amount, its been 1 month, pathetic service, taking money from customers and not responding @ACTFibernet No response from customer care when i called them they will rise a ticket and within 15 min i receive that resolved

    @ACTFibernet I'm really fed up with frequent disconnection, you guys are not providing permanent solution. I've even bought new router, changed port, still the problem is not resolved. I've been trapped after paying for 6 months. #NeverUseActFibernet

    @roshanpv94 @ACTFibernet Act service is very poor I paid 6 months renewal of Rs 7222. The broadband was not for more than 10 days and I surrendered the connection. Now ACT is not refunding the money I paid. Before taking ACT kindly note this poor service od ACT

    @ACTFibernet Yep, it was resolved but we need to wait and watch for how long. This time the technician said that it’s a two way switch which was the issue. So, not sure who is telling the truth. This could have been resolved if u could have installed a box in my house. Thanks though
