    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer care support they don't care they put on mute more then 10mins without response.if they are not in cl or not audible they have to disconnect they not connecting some agent are disconnectin call when there are not able to give answer when I'm askin to transfer to TL

    @ACTFibernet why do you not invest in power backups. I have no access to internet whenever there's power outage in my area, even though I have a UPS at home.

    Am using @ACTFibernet from 2020,I observer that service is going down frequently. When I call to the customer care initially they said we will raise a SR# & will resolve in 24hrs, beginning days I thought this will happen rarely am Wrong 😑, This is occurring frequently #poorACT

    After taking advance payment of 4195, delaying the installation process along with rude behavior. After all this I canceled my registration and waiting since 14 days for refund. They are just raising and closing the case without taking any action on it. @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibrenet service very poor. Till date no one has done shifting at my new premises. I have been waiting for 5 days since SR raised. Very pathetic commitment
