    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @ACTFibernet i register a new connection and paid for 3 months plan and installation happened on jun 2nd. i’ve now received a notification saying service suspended and bill of 707 is due tomorrow. i’ve raised a ticket SR10280753231094 but i want to talk to a support person

    Hi @ACTFibernet Buffering issue still persist. I m unable to watch movies online. For this issue I hv raised complaints multiple times, technicians always provide temprary solutions & gt a lot of showoff calls 4m cust care 2 know the reason bt no permanent resoln provided yet

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down and there has been no resolution. Ticket SR10180741534844 is still ongoing. The chat support team is not responding, and despite multiple requests, the assigned engineer has not called back. This level of service is unacceptable.

    Act Fibernet has the worst customer service possible in Broadband services. No resolution whatsoever on whatever complaints you raise. Do not opt for Act Fibernet ever. @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.
