    @ACTFibernet internet is down from Sunday , please resolve asap. As we are doing WFH it's effecting. If u can't resolve please refund amount so I can go for other providers.

    @Jasoftw1 @ACTFibernet No :), still constant packet loss to SEA servers, games unplayable, but using Cloudfare Warp gets rid of the packet loss but adds around 20ping which is fine for me. No thanks to ACT's ****** and ignorant service.

    Hi @ACTFibernet, The internet has been down since 630 pm yesterday. I called your customer care couple of times already but the issue is yet to be resolved. How long can I use my mobile data for Team meetings. Its already been 18 hours. I have shared the details in DM. Please ACT

    @ACTFibernet claims to be one of the best internet provider with best customer service!! But it doesn't hold true anymore. I took the services frequent connectivity issues came up and i had to decide to disconnect and till here it was easy!!

    @ACTFibernet why is it that every month your net fails and you need 2 days to resolve the same, we are fortunately or unfortunately living in the age of internet and our work suffers please let me know when you will resolve this issue of drop in connectivity every month.
