    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore again pathetic services by your customer service have been chasing my referral amount but when I tell it to customer service they hang the phone up on me. Such a disgrace. Do something.

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 24hrs without the internet service. Registered a complaint SR10163522631564.There ain't any reply from ur executive.The technician's not appointed.The worst thing is the ticket raised was closed without any intimation. Kindly look into it ASAP!

    @TheWarden04 @ACTFibernet Same issue. Been talking to customer support but they don't even care I'm from Madurai and my ping is over 60ms to mumbai, while other ISP pings are 35ms from here.

    @ACTFibernet It has been 24 hours without any internet service and you guys just keep postponing the technician visit time. Technician visit postponed from yday to this noon to tonight. Given this callous treatment would have to switch, post Dec, as subscription ends anyway.

    @ACTFibernet It’s been 5 days I have been raised the request for the connection shifting but the same it not addressed wrost service ever had by @ACTFibernet I have not received any call or any message from ACT team. @ACTFibernet worst service

    @ACTFibernet This high time, I have called twice now to your customer service, 1st they don't speak my language kannada. After hera my problem and my request to cancel internet connection, they are disconnecting the call,why?No internet for whole day, is this the way you treat a customer. Bad
