@ACTFibernet 10+ days, no internet. Every time I call @ACTFibernet, I only hear “48–72 hours expected.” Today, customer care told me: 👉 “If you want, disconnect. We’ll refund.” Seriously? That’s the level of service? Arrogant replies + zero resolution = Worst experience ever

@ACTFibernet Don't give standard reply I want internet connection in next one hour. Listen to my call with customer care i spoke few minutes ago. Your technician should know somethings when on work to inform senior manager. Check DM right now

Spoke to customer service @ACTFibernet today... They said it will take 72 more hours and cannot """guarantee""" a fix... I asked to discontinue service and get a refund (subscription till 17th Oct) but they refused. Executive was rude
