@ACTFibernet I pay you 1400 for my 100 Mbps internet and I dont even get 2mbps speed! Me and my wife don't even get Wi-Fi in the next room! No signal at all! I sit next to the router still nothing! Raised complaints no help! One of the worst connections and support

@ACTFibernet Wow what an early reply.Your service Engineers wont lift calls on time and if signal is gone and we complaint,they will reply very late and wont lift calls even we call for 20-30 times.Punctuality is required .so when you recruit them..see this is as a first quality.

Such a bad experience with @ACTFibernet initially it was bad speed, then relocation is frustrating. Customer care not bothered. They promised 24hours but nothing delivered I’m a prepaid customer at a loss. It was a mistake switching from @airtelindia really frustrating.

@reliancejio Jio fiber customer care is horrible, it’s taking 2 days time to get the connection back, not able to use internet. @ACTFibernet was way better as they had technicians coming to home the same day.
