    I changed my home and accordingly changed my net connection to new location, got connected in noon yet unable to access Internet, raised complaint but of no use. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet giving regular trouble, atleast once a week it won't work atleast for few hours.😑😭🤢

    The service that @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet is providing to its customers is really not acceptable these days. Have not experienced so frequent internet issues which are eventually affecting work life. We r bound to switch to different broadband connections. #unhappycustomer

    @ACTFibernet your representative called me few days back and after discussion he said some discount will be given and it will reflect in 2 days but it’s still doesn’t and you suspended the service . Can you help immediately

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165829312154 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Sep (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT 3 days completed for this ticket issue not solved yet i will discontinue my connection from @ACTFiberne worst broadband service I have ever seen.

    @ACTFibernet one of the bad internet service ever i have faced I thought act is best but it is not the best if i get Internet for 30mins then another 30mins no Internet what is this type of service i did not experience with Hathway,jio,local network also .

    @ACTFibernet you guys never fail to surprise us. Every month there is an internet issue. You guys are absolute ****. I mean is this the way of looting customers like two days of each & every month you want the customers to not use internet and pay you complete month bill!

    @ACTFibernet why your service provider doesn't provide fiber connection to all the customers when the jio and airtel is providing this is the basic infrastructure that all the customers should have fiber cable
