    @ACTFibernet I have raised relocation request on 21 July and no process has been done. I tried calling customer care but that dumb number of yours is always busy. What customer support you guys brag of? Is there anyone in your office who can take up responsibility and resolve.

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working and I am on production support so it's working for me over week ends. Can you guys please do something to resolve the issue. Customer care number is not connecting at moment and app doesn't show option to log a ticket.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down and I called your Customer service team. They are saying that I have to wait for 24 hrs for fixing the issue which is not acceptable at this moment. I have to attend client calls and if I wont attend the calls I have to resign the job.

    @ACTFibernet Pls cancel my subscription as I am not going to pay for the internet I am not able to use. Even after 4-5 days, the relocation of internet service request is not raised at your end. Really pathetic!!! I made a mistake by taking internet services from you.
