@ACTFibernet They never resolve your issue. It's just temporary. Installation person and services people are rude/use inappropriate language for customers. Never allow them when you're alone at home. They are not trustworthy reliable people.

@ACTFibernet It's a work of only 5-10 mins. For this small work u guys are taking more then 8 days. If this issue won't get solve today. I vll remove all connections from that box and vll remove and throw that installation box in to garbage.

@ACTFibernet worst service provider in Hyderabad, Nagaram. They close the complaint without customers knowledge, no follow up from customer service. More over they charge huge amount then the local internet provider. The speed is never stable and always provide less then mention

@ACTFibernet My service number is 111010698962, and this is the third time in two weeks that I've had connectivity problems. Each time, they take a 24-48 hour buffer time to resolve the problem, and then it's the same after a day or two, pathetic service.
