@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet My Act id - 101013925215 . We shifted our home and requested for Shifting of my Act connection, 6 days back technician came and said he will bring new box. Till now no update. Very pathetic service by Act fiber Hyderabad. I will remove connection

@ACTFibernet i have my plan period till November, otherwise i would have disconnected and apply for other cheap service providers. In the center of Hyderabad you are not able to provide internet. #Actfiberwosrt hyderabad.

@_ManojC @JioCare Yes maga.. Ditched @ACTFibernet a year ago when their service guy said I can't fix it in a day.. If you have problems, go for other service provider. With JIO, Had one 30min downtime in one year Cust care is too good 100 Mbps plan costs 825 a month incl. GST. Very satisfied

@ACTFibernet What are you located looking at? The customer support team has disconnected the call twice now... They say the resolution time is 28th... No internet from 25th where I have paid 3658 for 6 months and you are holding the account for 251 rupees.
