I want to raise a ticket to tell that there is no due from my side. Paying another 1500 for raising a ticket seems to be too costly

The technician was worried about closing SR than providing lasting resolution. Now I am without uninterrupted internet for the last 10 days. So much for big claims made by @ACTFibernetHYD
