    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet more than 72 hours interent is not working. Great job. No action till now. Do not force me to switch to @HathwayBrdband. Its now getting awful service provider in India. Enough is enough

    @ACTFibernet service request no.1015383136872 It's been almost 40 hours since my internet is not working. This is the second time this is happening in the same month. If you cannot provide internet in some areas then just let the consumer know rather than selling them a lie.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Your ACT Fibernet Ticket no:SR1015624468312 has been registered. I’ve slow internet issues for few months now each time I raise a complaint some random guy calls and says issue fixed. It works fine for a day or two, however, same issue continues!!

    @ACTFibernet I’ve seen most of my co residents shifted to @airtelindia due to its stability in connection and ETA to fix any issues, which is in hours if there are any. You are giving me a chance to think about shifting, unless you resolve my issue Asap

    @ACTFibernet . Pathetic service at lal Bazar, TRIMULGHERRY. Internet gets disconnected for no reason. This is 5th complaint in 2 weeks. Your technician's fix something and close the ticket but the problem arrives once he leaves. Need action. Not paying sure until it is resolved.

    Are you even tring to solve this. Or u r just simply hiding under the hood that its resolved... @ACTFibernet u are not able to manage ur field service agents. Same issue evy month.. and an unproduvtive customercare. Fools !

    @airtelindia Horrible service, chngd frm #ACTfibernet hoping the uninterrupted service claim was true. Thr are frequent disconnection issues & it's frustrating when I'm on imp work calls/ online classes the service is crap. There is no possible way to complain in Xstream app.

    @ACTFibernet - Btw, I even told Anwar that I need the 2nd new connection referred from my first. I'm not sure he even did that. I've been trying to reach him since 2 days and he is royally ignoring me, because the payment has been received right? So much for 'customer service'!
