@ACTFibernet Internet speed these days is a big issue, out of 40 mbps speed most of the times it’s less than 5 mbps, when complained the speed will be ok for a day or two, thereafter the same issue repeats ... fed up

@ACTFibernet Also - Internet speed went down drastically from ACT and there is no solution given to it yet. Till the time the complain is open it is working ok. After that it is back to its worst. This also you should mention.

@ACTFibernet Also ur tech called for feedback of network. Informed him about battery backup issue . He told he will fix. I gt only 1/2hr backup. He took otp and no response. Where as airtel gives full 3+hr backup. @Airtel_Presence appreciate airtel fiber connection for this.
