Call customer service about 8-10 times still the issue persist. Sometimes customer service agents r not responding on calls properly.

My issue is to setup installation box from front side of wall to backside. Pathetic service u guys have very poor service. I vll disconnect after my plan vll get finish.

I vll remove all connections from that box and vll remove and throw that installation box in to garbage.

C) Then they suspend your account and make you wait 16 hours to reactivate. D) Then they let you use internet for a day and deactivate your account.
