@ACTFibernet Nice service guys. Raised request to change plan and no update even after 3 days. Now even internet is not working. Account suspended and can't repay as plan is not changed. If not resolved today, better to switch to big and reliable brands. #poorcustomerservice

So @ACTFibernet is cleverly making *illegal* agreement with owners for not allowing any ISP except ACT. I’ve registered for Airtel which is available in my area. Formalities done, but at the end owner objected to it. He isn’t telling me to install Act but raising security issue!

@ACTFibernet it’s been more than 48 hours my issue is not yet handled. Customer care said I’ll get a call before 6:30 pm I guess their watch stopped at 6:29 pm. Will you people atleast have the courtesy to call and update the status. Shame on @ACTFibernet no regard for customers.
