@ACTFibernet Wow what an early reply.Your service Engineers wont lift calls on time and if signal is gone and we complaint,they will reply very late and wont lift calls even we call for 20-30 times.Punctuality is required .so when you recruit them..see this is as a first quality.

@ACTFibernet I pay you 1400 for my 100 Mbps internet and I dont even get 2mbps speed! Me and my wife don't even get Wi-Fi in the next room! No signal at all! I sit next to the router still nothing! Raised complaints no help! One of the worst connections and support

@ACTFibernet The speed is not the one which i am paying you calling to your customer care no the executive don't have a single idea the SOP questions she/he is asking, then without raising a incident report ttansffered the call to some technical team and it disconnected.

@ACTFibernet Dear team, feed the person when he's hungry not when he's full. Providing high speed internet isn't only good service, there must be immediate response and action towards complaints, we have to pay for internet and also to listen from manager when internet doesn't work.
