@excitel_rocks The worst service I have ever encountered.. Upgraded my plan to 100 mbps but never got more than 40 mbps and none of you ever care thrlough raised several concerns. You guys need to learn a lot from @ACTFibernet @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet @yajulsrivastav They just cheat in the name of speed. You'll have this correct for a week now and when you check the speed it'll drop again. I faced same issue and my speed would even drop to 1-3 Mbps. They're not even give response. I had my connection and due to their fault they disconnected.

Friendly advise do not take an @ACTFibernet connection, their contact center is impossible to reach, app won’t allow you to raise a service ticket and they won’t allow you to downgraded your plan. “If we allow that the customer will reduce his plan” … meaning and we lose revenue

@airtelindia so lethargic is the service of airtel broadband..that even the bill has hell lot of mistakes...the name the address etc...to top the cake the wifi broadband constantly flutters every 10 min...@ACTFibernet may do a good job..
