@ACTFibernet My Act id - 101013925215 . We shifted our home and requested for Shifting of my Act connection, 2 days back technician came and said he will bring new box , now he said he starting process now and it takes 2-3 days. very Worst service by Act fiber. Need Net Asap

@quartermiler @ACTFibernet The use case is pretty neat actually. They do a quick scan if there's a network outage in your location, if so they'll tell you then and there. Kind of saves you hassle of speaking to someone. UX should improve to make it look less shady though.
