    @ACTFibernet Dear act, I have DM you regarding my plan change,which i have not given authorization for,i am very much disappointed with ACT CUSTOMER CARE(no reply),without any confirmation from my side you have changed my current plan.

    @easwar59 @ACTFibernet I have tweeted a complaint earlier and it was resolved. Personally I could see there has been continual improvement.

    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet Good Updates given by SMS from the ACT app on a tech.issue.Also the Madurai Service Engineer Mr.Karthik Natha was very prompt&giving updates every 30 mins.The Best part is he committed before 15.00 today but completed by 14.00.Congrats&Good Customer Service by ACT🙏

    @rrrathishbabu @ACTFibernet Just call them and say you are going to cancel the connection and request for refund. Next day you will have people in your home for installation ;)

    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    Since yesterday I have been facing issues with my ACT fibernet in my area I have raised a ticket expected ETR also passed by but the issuenot solved tried contacting CSR no response please make necessary actions about the concern or else I'll make it a serious issue @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Fibernet connection is down for the 6th day in a row. Any idea to bring up the service at least before the end of this month?. So frustrated with your service.🙄. Fake ETA's after every call to your support team.

    @ACTFibernet My god you guys are even the worst. You responded to me saying that it will take another 48 hours? Seriously 6 days for resolving a technical issue and you expect me to pay one whole month subscription?

    @ACTFibernet It's a shame that ACT cannot publicly give an announcement to their customers so they are aware of what's going on. No emails, No SMS. ACT should be really ashamed of not able to fix it on time whereas the other service providers were able to fix it #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing internet issues for the past 4-5 days and no resolution till now. Please make a public announcement so that everyone knows that in a metro city like Chennai you are not able to provide a turnaround even after 5 days. Pathetic service!!
