    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    @ACTFibernet Good Updates given by SMS from the ACT app on a tech.issue.Also the Madurai Service Engineer Mr.Karthik Natha was very prompt&giving updates every 30 mins.The Best part is he committed before 15.00 today but completed by 14.00.Congrats&Good Customer Service by ACT🙏

    @ACTFibernet Dear act, I have DM you regarding my plan change,which i have not given authorization for,i am very much disappointed with ACT CUSTOMER CARE(no reply),without any confirmation from my side you have changed my current plan.

    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet I am writing you because of no body from ACT responding for issues resolution, everyday internet not working from 12pm to 6pm. If we called customer care they are putting call on hold and not listening our voice.  If this is the case please refund my entire money

    @ACTFibernet You guys are becoming the worst from the best. This is the 6th time in a span of 30 days, I'm facing internet issues during my working hours. Connected Without Internet is the issue I'm facing. I need to work, but because of the frequent disconnects I'm unable to.

    @ACTFibernet I am sharing this issues in all social media pages also let people should know the real face of ACT Fibernet company. Refund me the amount I have paid for the connection else disconnect the connection completely with full refund of the paid amount.

    @ACTFibernet very pathetic internet service in Bangalore. For 75mbps I am getting 10-15 mbps speed even after lot of follow-up there is no resolution yet. @ACTFibernet engineer said router is not compatible for 75mbps. Please look into this matter ASAP.

    I have already DM'ed the account details so please do the needful and fix the issue as soon as possible. If this keeps dragging on I'll have to switch to @ACTFibernet or @reliancejio and my neighbours who are facing the same issue will mostly switch as well. Thanks.
