Ravi.T (@VaanampaadiRavi) reported from Kannānendal, Tamil Nadu@ACTFibernet Good Updates given by SMS from the ACT app on a tech.issue.Also the Madurai Service Engineer Mr.Karthik Natha was very prompt&giving updates every 30 mins.The Best part is he committed before 15.00 today but completed by 14.00.Congrats&Good Customer Service by ACT🙏
