    @ACTFibernet Dear act, I have DM you regarding my plan change,which i have not given authorization for,i am very much disappointed with ACT CUSTOMER CARE(no reply),without any confirmation from my side you have changed my current plan.

    @rrrathishbabu @ACTFibernet Just call them and say you are going to cancel the connection and request for refund. Next day you will have people in your home for installation ;)

    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @easwar59 @ACTFibernet I have tweeted a complaint earlier and it was resolved. Personally I could see there has been continual improvement.

    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet Good Updates given by SMS from the ACT app on a tech.issue.Also the Madurai Service Engineer Mr.Karthik Natha was very prompt&giving updates every 30 mins.The Best part is he committed before 15.00 today but completed by 14.00.Congrats&Good Customer Service by ACT🙏

    @ACTFibernet My original ticket for shifting was closed and I got another ticket registered by calling ur customer care. ETR was 06/06/26. Now that is closed without any explanation or contact at ground level. And another ticket is opened to further move the ETR?. Is this some joke ?.

    Hello @ACTFibernet @FiberAct I had requested for a connection shift in bangalore. It has been more than 8 days. No update from ACT. The guy who was about to shift is not picking up the call. Customer support gives a new deadline every time you call. It is frustrating, bad service

    Dear @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i live in the same community as Srini and its been 3 days…you are unable to fix a connection…and your customer support is terrible and till date nobody visited home not even a call on the status…how many days do you need to fix a connection?

    @ACTFibernet Even the house owner is chasing ACT team to remove it from his terrace. For that also there is no response. Whoever is handling the box installation is causing all the trouble Be a Lil more responsive, when 3 active connection holders are complaining about one issue with box.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since we raised the request for relocating my Act connection in Chennai Chromepet. SR no. SR10380569359824, est date of resolution was given as 4th June 2026 as reflected in the App but there's no response from Act since then. Please help asap.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Disconnected service. Refund not paid to bank last conversation balance transfer to another ACT account . Now suddenly sending dues email.Stop misleading customers. This is unacceptable and feels like deliberate confusion and harrassment

    Unbelievable incompetence from @ACTFibernet. Down for 48+ HOURS because a technician disconnected my active line while disconnecting a neighbour's connection. Now they claim they can't fix it because they "need permission to move the junction box."
