Ravi.T (@VaanampaadiRavi) reported from Kannānendal, Tamil Nadu@ACTFibernet Good Updates given by SMS from the ACT app on a tech.issue.Also the Madurai Service Engineer Mr.Karthik Natha was very prompt&giving updates every 30 mins.The Best part is he committed before 15.00 today but completed by 14.00.Congrats&Good Customer Service by ACT🙏

ನಿನಾದ | निनाद | Ninaada (@ninaada) reportedIt has become common to see electricity vanish at the slightest hint of rain. Now even the internet goes off when it rains. Some responsibility and accountability @ACTFibernet. This is the 3rd time the internet has gone down within a month. I would expect a refund or extension of the duration of the downtime to my plan. That's the bare minimum I'm expecting.

Worst service out there with virtually zero customer support. 12 days since a plan change request and no one has showed up. Now got a msg from them saying if I dont pay for the old plan they will cut the wifi.

Jai Prakash (@Jaiprakash172) reported@ACTFibernet This is a repeated fault and not a one-time issue. Please arrange an immediate technician visit and provide a permanent fix. Also, consider downtime compensation for the service disruption. If not resolved today, I will escalate this further.
