    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet your new customer care numbers aren’t working, been calling for the past 3 days at various times, AND ITS ALWAYS BUSY! Fix it asap! Sincerely, Frustrated Customer.

    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @ACTFibernet every Sunday for the past 1 month the internet does not work for the whole of the day and no resolution een after we raising complaints. Can any one look into this?

    @ACTFibernet weird thing happening I am getting really bad speed from couple of days and today for a lot of things in Apple devices it says “could not reach servers” I tried restarting modem n even the net but no luck.

    @ACTFibernet 48 hours of internet connectivity issue. Defect has already been raised and no one has even contacted me as of now .. very poor service by ACT NELLORE .. 👎
