Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. All service providers had to replace the wires. Your service is pathetic despite 100 calls, you still don’t have the time and manpower to resolve the issue.
