Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

The issue never gets resolved on the very first complaint. Customers need to chase the CC to get the issue resolved.

Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.
