    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    Why cant you stop being douchebags & pay the money for electricity bill that your distribution box uses. Because of this every connection from that box is not working. As the person who was supposed to get compensation was denied. Acc No : 110000061801 @ACTFibernet @Yajaman_Sunil
