    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    @ACTFibernet regular disconnection in Munnekolala area. Every time the reason is cable fault. I spoke to someone named Karthick just now. Giving excuses and reading the policy but no resolution. Where the hell is your customer focus? Will you tolerate non payment of bills?

    @ACTFibernet I feel they intentionally do this so that more tickets are cut for them to receive good pay, they r not at all concerned about service or it’s impact on customers. SPEAK TO UR TECHNICIAN AND ARRANGE A CALL ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Can you please provide one additional connection in a location that has 30+ connections within the villas. Can you check why a customer has to wait for more than 30+ days and still have no idea on when we might get the connection

    @ACTFibernet The correct factor affecting my speed is provision of low speed by @ACTFibernet service provider. Tested all means and confirmed the same. Always act fibernet cheats public in terms of speed. Don't know how govt tolerates such frauds

    @ACTFibernet I am a software professional and I do WFH.I have been using ACT for the past 3months. From yesterday 10 am my internet stopped.I did check my router and could see led blinking for the internet port.I have raised a complaint on app No: SR10165896419974. pls hlp

    @ACTFibernet It’s not about that. It’s about your services being so poor. Ever 2nd day I have to complain about slow speed. I have to reset the modem at least 5 times a day. This is not what you expect when you pay so much money for something
