@ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

Beware of Free Router scheme of @ACTFibernet. They are providing old used Tenda routers as admitted by them on complaining about router not working within 18 hrs of installation. Ask for new dual band branded router.

@anirudhux @ACTFibernet Every internet provider in India follows dark patterns for customer retention. I have been hassled by Tata Indicom, Airtel, reliance. With every shift of city I dread the months long process of surrendering the connection. :(
