    @ACTFibernet Good Updates given by SMS from the ACT app on a tech.issue.Also the Madurai Service Engineer Mr.Karthik Natha was very prompt&giving updates every 30 mins.The Best part is he committed before 15.00 today but completed by 14.00.Congrats&Good Customer Service by ACT🙏

    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    @rrrathishbabu @ACTFibernet Just call them and say you are going to cancel the connection and request for refund. Next day you will have people in your home for installation ;)

    @ACTFibernet Dear act, I have DM you regarding my plan change,which i have not given authorization for,i am very much disappointed with ACT CUSTOMER CARE(no reply),without any confirmation from my side you have changed my current plan.

    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    Dear @ACTFibernet . My internet connection goes off for the second time since I got the connection last month. Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

    @ACTFibernet I'm having frquent internet disruptions. In last 10 days this is second time and i face same kind of issue every month. I'm not sure what kind of service you are giving. You are taking whole day to resolve the issue

    @ACTFibernet Hello I have been using Act Fiber net since 3 to 4 yrs. But never I paid late but due to some unforeseen circumstance I could not pay on time due to that i have been penalized with RS 118/- Acc# 101591628104. Such a pathetic and worst service.

    @ACTFibernet The bill issue was resolved. The internet connection was restored. But once in a while there are interruptions of 1 minute to 3 minutes to duration!

    @ACTFibernet I am not happy with the procedure being followed by your sales team. He's not picking the call itself What type of service are you guys giving. Sales guy is not even ready to tell office address.

    @ACTFibernet It's the worst service of ACT fibernet, It's the 4th time in a month internet got disconnected. Every complain takes minimum 2days resolve. The details are attached for your reference 10feb , 9th mar, 24mar , 31 mar which is not resolved

    @ACTFibernet please ensure that you provide basic speed I stay in appasamy city square, Perungudi, Chennai and internet is not working since a week...your technician is not doing anything and giving useless excuses. Why do u charge money whn u don't provide even basic service.

    Extremely frustrated with @ACTFibernet Service. Office WiFi has been unusably slow for days and now it’s completely down. Ticket pushed to evening how are we supposed to work? Technician refused to come without assignment. Get this fixed NOW. SR10279646577064
