    @ACTFibernet worst service from Act Fibernet . I did payment on 7-03-2020 . But still no one is came for installation. From then , I did three calls to their support . No one is ready to resolve .

    @ACTFibernet I’m from Madurai TN. I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Please help🙏🏻

    @ACTFibernet I have completed the installation on 27th Jan 2026 and if these things not getting fixed today I would request to cancel and refund the money. This is simply not acceptable

    @ACTFibernet After closing account and submitting router on 6th January 2026, my ticket has been prematurely closed without refund 3 times, sufficient email and call followups has been taken to, kindly give refund. @nch1915 please help resolving the situation

    @ACTFibernet ACT fibernet is a best choice for WORST SERVICE & RESPONSE. while installation polite promises all fake further. Worst technicians. Worst communication forum. No reply. Just for shifting reinstallation they estimate 9 days. Interrupted net availability. Shame.

    @sathishemjay @ACTFibernet All their support staff seems rude and don't listen to issues to resolve. They start arguing instead of addressing the issue. Worst customer support ever 😡 rate this service zero everywhere. I am not going to use their service again. Good riddance.
