    @ACTFibernet 4 outages in d past 31 days, (Nov 8, 27, Dec 3rd & today). Latest SR# 10233344018282. This is sm PATHETIC & 3rd-grade service !! Please hv somebody fix dis issue 4 once & 4 al r simply disconnect, will go 2 a different vendor. Awaiting your quick response !!

    @ACTFibernet Update for you @ACTFibernet . The issue is not fixed!!!! Now the internet does not go down immediately but after 5mins of power cut. Seriously i am tired of your sucky service.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet My new connection issue is lasting since 6th Dec. Neither sales person(Krishna- mob: 7032962990) nor customer care are responding. Escalation are not getting handled by anyone. Please look into issue. Looks like it was a mistake opting for ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Totally annoyed with the customer support team, they just raise the SR don’t understand the situation and they can not do anything at their end, they should be given privilege to activate internet. The application sucks, it doesn’t allow you to pay other amount but u have field

    @ACTFibernet I doubt my decision for yearly subscription when customer care doesn't respond. The single call that I got was for collecting money, even the sales person stopped taking up my calls.
