Customer care told the status as the cables are used through EB lines and when EB employees comes for a checking in the poles they are cutting

I have applied for a new connection last week and the executive has got the payment through online and promised that I will get my connection by this week Monday. Still I didn’t get the connection. Giving excuses and reading the policy but no resolution. Where the hell is your customer focus? Will you tolerate non payment of bills?
