I’ve seen bad service before (Indigo Airlines, Swiggy, Uber), but nothing in life ever prepared me for the absolute worst tier of service that is @ACTFibernet. Their customer service and responsiveness is an embarrassment to us, as a species. (8/n)

@ACTFibernet Laidback attitude of support team, they think almost to the level that they are our boss. Complaints will be resolved when support team feel like working, until then have a backup plan for the internet. I'm happy that finally, the time has come to go with other ISP.
