    Please ask your ACT engineer to call me as whenever I call customer Care it will take 10 mins to connect and every time i will get reply like “It will take 24 to 48 hours to resolve” from 27th May and hardly I used internet for 7 days @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet sucha worst service in Bangalore!When we trying to call to customer care,the call gets disconnected as soon as we reach token 1!And the installation guy speaks in sucha rude manner, he installed the same service next to our home!Now he says he never visited our area!

    @ACTFibernet The reason for advance request to disconnect d connection is to avoid another bill to be generated.I dont understand why a connection cannot be disconnected when a customer wants to disconnect. why should a new bill be generated.? #bangalore #wifi #TRAI @DoT_India

    @ACTFibernet I had a conversation with Shabana. Very very very rude. 1st she said there is outage at my area. I am very frustrated with all customer care agent and Engineers. This Girl Shabana was showing disgusting attiture without any reason.

    ACT Internet Team remains extremely apathetic towards its customer. Have raised an internet connectivity issue multiple times and the team just resolves it without rectifying the issue. Extremely disappointed! @ACTFibernet

    Internet is not working since morning and I raised a complaint. @ACTFibernet sends back a message saying it will be fixed by 19.30-21.00. No contact yet. How does one rely on this connection for working out of home? Can't wait to get over this and move to another provider.
