@ACTFibernet Hi, This is the 1st time I'm facing this issue after very long time. I love act fibernet but this time it's really disappointing after smart network technology. From past 1 month it got network issue for almost 4-5 times and that's unacceptable in WFH days.

@ACTFibernet I have raised ticket that it's not working but suddenly ut got working last night now again it stopped. This type of service will cost huge due to WFH. It's really important and I highly rely on your network but I'm afraid it's not No.1 anymore for me.

@ACTFibernet you call us multiple times to reconnect. But activate random plans and then your customer care personnel says they cannot change plan!! So are your promotional calls just to fool customer and lure them to reconnect?? Your customer care is worse than your bot!
