    @ACTFibernet hello team, I am struggling with broadband down since more than 3days and no one responding. Trying to call customer care but not connecting even wait for 45min.. is it a service commuted by you guys.. hopeless and worst support.. not recommended

    The most horrible customer service is @ACTFibernet. Raised issue last month and still in open state for most of the people. They even charging for closed accounts. Really worrying for choosing @ACTFibernet No one will be responsible for your issues

    @ACTFibernet havn lots of prob wit d connection, speed has dropped, evry few days connection is down. If u cant provide service tell us will shift to sm othr ntwrk. Minimum 7 days netwrk is down in a month which is ridiculous 😠 waiting for @reliancejio fiber

    Other ISP pings are 8-15msms to chennai. Why is @ACTFibernet 28-30ms? And why don't you respond to issues? Other ISPs I've used atleast acknowledge the routing issue and give me an estimate to fix but @ACTFibernet is just ignoring the issue.
