    @ACTFibernet Its really bad since that time, the connectivity broke yesterday night, as usual nothing productive communication from your customer care, just same repeated answers. You can save a lot by using bots 🤖 I must say.

    @ACTFibernet you call us multiple times to reconnect. But activate random plans and then your customer care personnel says they cannot change plan!! So are your promotional calls just to fool customer and lure them to reconnect?? Your customer care is worse than your bot!

    @ACTFibernet Ur Eng says I am getting erratic services bcz my neighbouring flat hs electric issues where ur junction box is . So 1.gv a separate connection with my electric source 2.gv me a bill only for the days it works 3. just discontinue ur services. is tht a big ask?? @TRAI

    @ACTFibernet This is not the first time. Almost every month I face the same issue, with outages lasting more than a day. While taking the connection, promises were made about quick resolution within a few hours, but the reality is completely different. Worst service
