    @ACTFibernet I have 5 more old complaint numbers , post which on 30 may, 2021, 294rs out of 1000rs is deposited back to my amount.I have no clue about what happened to remaining amount. Open sr SR11458244346822

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I paid for a new connection yesterday and was told we'd get the connection by 11 am today. It's 3. I had that I needed to attend and I have no internet. We switched from Airtel because of bad customer service and you guys are even worse.

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet is a fraud company, making its customer fool, they take customer money on the name of booking and then don't respond. Customer care is below par, top management is zero.

    @ACTFibernet is the way to response to a customer through customers call.. While talking agent moved call to hold state. Thinking about switching to @JioCare or @Airtel_Presence

    @ACTFibernet Backend technical team called and asked me to change the to 5G channel through browser. Problem still persists.
