@ACTFibernet Worst cust. service & even worse complaint TAT. For 18 hours internet not working. Not the first time. This is after paying 100% annual advance. Pathetic!! Choose them at your own peril! Complaint no. SR11060383279112

@ACTFibernet since I stopped using act fibrenet for about 2months because of low speed and gave chance to other isp ! Once again I asked to reconnect my act network ! customer care put the requested which I didn't received any resolution after 48hrs

@ACTFibernet Yes. After multiple follow ups and listening to false promises to retire services in a timely manner. There seems to be no coordination between the on ground support staff and online customer service team. I got only vague responses and no commitment to complete on time.

@ACTFibernet not expecting standard/default replies from your side. Please resolve the issue at the earliest and hope the connection issues don't repeat frequently. Not sure how responsible is your POC in our city. They only tell to contact 9121212121.
