    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, support function on your app is having issues w.r.t resolution. As per billing I am supposed to pay Rs 842 monthly app shows outstanding as 942 raised complaint still no one contacted or resolved the query.

    Has anyone switched out from @ACTFibernet ? I closed it as they could not provide stable & on promise service. I am now harassed with a dozen spooky calls per day to reconnect. And the IVR option for ‘don’t call again’ doesn’t work. Calls come across the country. @ACTBroadbandIn

    Worst experience They made me transact trough online and once transaction is over they are not responding my calls nd not activate my internet since morning and cstmr care is also not responding because of this i m able to attend my exam enquiry id:-110648085015 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet No resolution yet and I've already called customer support 3 times. No call backs, no update on the open ticket.

    @ACTFibernet Our housing society & nearby ones are definitely moving out of your network. ACT is unreliable in banjara hills, with an average of 3 breakdowns a week resulting in outage, figure out a long-term solution rather than fixing than jugaad. DM/connect to resolve this.
