Hello @ACTFibernet I really feel pathetic about the customer service ACT broadband is providing, I have been behind them for a small shift over of my connection from my ground floor to the terrace but there’s no response from anyone within ACT.

@ACTFibernet so far the worst wifi provider in my area code 600080. Even complaining and logging multiple times the network still sucks and not worth of any money paying towards it. Not even working with one device at time and always giving me issue. Not a recommended for anyone

@ACTFibernet Hey, what is the status on the Sub-sea cable damage you guys informed us about? Is there any progress? When can we expect this to be resolved? It's been a few weeks now with no word. Ping to EU servers are still 100ms+ over what they usually are.

@ACTFibernet Your team is not responding to Phn calls. We have not been able to work since yesterday evening. How much more time will it take to fix the issue. Ur customer care team like ur SM team is equally useless. @TRAI please help. The internet is stilll not working.

@ACTFibernet Team, I am not satisfied with the resolution given by the customer care. Customer care and technical team does not have the sync and they are saying different words. Finally they are not replacing my router. Want to quit the act fibernet. No thanks for the service

Hi @ACTFibernet, my internet is not working since morning. After raising the complainant, I got a message that it will be resolved by tomorrow afternoon. What is taking som much time to get resolved. I am stuck and not able to work
