  @ACTFibernet - I am from chennai with ACT for 6months plan, my internet is not working since 5 days and have a heavy loss due to this. Can i still believe your team will fix it? Nobody attends the tickets. Should i switch to other SP to keep my work going on in this case?

  Facing the worst service from @ACTFibernet and not getting resolution from them. Delays ok every complaint and even after resolution that problem will arise again and again. Seems my money got wasted on this.

  @jellayfish_fry @ACTFibernet Noo! The issue was not even resolved but I received a text saying it was resolved. Have reopened it and waiting like a dog! I used to be proud of the services but now starting to hate it!
