    Dear @ACTFibernet , I raised a ticket few days back , instead of resolving it your team closed it without any solution. This is really pathetic 😡. Unable to reopen the ticket also. Ticket No SR10280892583664 . Please help

    @ACTFibernet Your team demonstrated out of the box thinking to solve my problem-they deleted the ticket itself from the system !! Pleased by this innovative skill, I have raised another ticket - to discontinue the services for which I made full payment in advance. Keep the change! @TRAI fyi

    They said the issue will be resolved by 01/07 - 9.00 to 13.00 then another message comes saying its taking longer time and revised time is 19.30 to 21.00. All the given times are crossed. Because of this I am loosing my work! @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct
