Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router,but that hasn’t fixed anything.

I requested cancellation 2 days ago but it was closed without resolution. Cancel my plan effective 10-04-26 and process a full refund before renewal.

I will never recommend nor opt for act to any one with immediate effect let me wait for the payment you looted gets consumed. I will also approach consumer forum to take action against you suitably.
