    @ACTFibernet @ManojTamilaras Worst service. Issue not resolved within the given time. Issue still persists. No proper response from customer service team except it will take max 24 hours. Despite the engineer visiting my place in the working hours issue was not resolved. Pathetic service....

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through different media's since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available. This is the 90th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???+

    @ACTFibernet Provided ETA on or before 8PM but till now issue not resolved. Just think If you are an existing customer for @ACTFibernet broad band, you are facing the same issue, What will you do??? Just asking!!!!

    @ACTFibernet Konkona. Contact : 8971804499 City: Bangalore. I lost complete trust on ACT & contemplating on taking Airtel as this issue needs to be resolved asap.. I need the invoice urgently from ACT or we have to change to Airtel. Your customer care is pathetic.

    Worst service ever @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Spoke to 3 agents abt network issue & all 3 of them are useless & just want to end the call not the issue! Ur agent Shivani promised me a call back from escalation team before 12! Neither the issue is resolved nor i got a call back

    @ACTFibernet Your internet connections is getting disconnected so often that it becomes extremely difficult when working from home. Repeated complaints have not help resolve this issue. Can someone intervene and have this resolved without ant further delay.

    @ACTFibernet I'm using act from last 1 year. I am very frustrated with his support services. Takes whole month to resolve queries but without any resolution closes the ticket. Last complaint raised on 10 fab. Still no resolution and support executive still raising new complaint
