    @ACTFibernet no internet from the past 48 hrs ? No resolution ? When is it going to be resolved? Ticket resolution time keeps changing and your customer service is worst than a robot answering questions.

    @ACTFibernet is pathetic. My plan upgraded but speed fluctuations is fhere now they are saying.. It's wirh router.. I don't like support

    @ACTFibernet You and your technicians clearly don’t understand the issue. I called to report it, but no one answered. Around 4 PM, someone finally picked up and had no information because they were working at a different site. Do you only have 2–4 technicians to handle all these issues?

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Looks like this has become a WEEKLY ISSUE... PLEASE RESOLVE THIS SOON, OR I WILL BE FORCED TO CHANGE MY INTERNET CONNECTION... TOO MUCH COMPLACENCY AND NEGLIGENCE BY YOU ALL... CAUSING CONSTANT HEADACHE AND INCONVENIENCE. #pathetic customer service.
