    @ACTFibernet @bada_paww @ACTFibernet Worst internet service provider ever. The customer service is the worst. I've requested installation for an internet connection a month ago. They took my money and to this day they didn't complete my request. They even refuse to cancel/ refund the money.

    @ACTFibernet Not even a week again facing same issue and I'm done with the ACT and they need 24hours to fix this and they can't transfer to manager over the call sucks AT&T, Done!!

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service for service request raised.SR10260411437295. When you provide first installation within a day why so much delay in transferring connections? You are on the verge of losing a customer!!

    Dear Team, @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD There is a miscommunication from your end.. Requesting your support.. Yesterday I paid the amount for 3months plan (New user), today came for installation.. There is a problem.. They were saying that they cannot change work order..

    @ACTFibernet Hats-off to your brave field technician team and not so helpful customer service. What a pity? It seems like getting a new connection is faster that getting a refund or shifting a connection same city. New account is better than old. @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet You guys are worst service providers. I keep complaining for last 2 months ans nothing is being done to fix the slow internet. I am paying for 75Mbps and it keeps fluctuating below 1 Mbps . If this is not fixed I am going to close this connection.@ACTFibernet
