    @ACTFibernet Hi, I am using your service for past 4 yrs. Now I am facing lot of issues in terms of billing and internet speed. There is no solution from your team after so many complaints. Without any information my bill has been increased.. your customer service is worst.

    @ACTFibernet i have been calling customer care to resolve my bill issues since 15 days and no body is responding . The kind of service you are giving is not at all good i was thinking to remove my connection . Never subscribe to internet connection from @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet when I was having connection with local provider I didn't had this kind issues towards negligence to resolve customer issues but I could affirm the internet speed was not that good as @ACTFibernet I believe senior management is looking into this

    @ACTFibernet Hello still my issue is not resolved. So I want refund I will shift another network. Your team said it will be resolved by 5 but till now no response. None of them were lifting. So please I'll beg you refund my money I'll shift to another network.
