    @ACTFibernet Thanks @ACTFibernet the issue has resolved. I would suggest to train your representatives to behave like Naveen (who solved the issue) and to take ownership of the process.

    Hey @ACTFibernet , your sales executive took the payment yesterday on immediate basis claiming the technician will install the new connection today but now no communication from his side nor he has updated me about the same.. This is how you treat your new customers..??

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet I have disconnected my broadband connection last month, however I haven't received my refund yet. The same has happened to me last time as well. After raising ticket its been getting resolved without any solution. Please look into this.
