  @ACTFibernet Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this email with lot of frustration. ACT broad band Internet is not working for past three days, and I have raised SR with the helpdesk. I am reaching to help desk every day only to hear from them that they regret for the inconvenience.

  @ACTFibernet as usual behaviour. Still issue is not resolved. Its been 24 hour now. Well i'll make sure to take new network from next month, at least there will be good support. The time has come to kickout ACT.

  @ACTFibernet @Majji007 ACT has memorized few lines to their customer support resources. 1- we have prioritize ur ticket. 2- Sir dnt wry it'll be resolved within 24 hr. Mine 24 hr is going to over morning 8 AM. Lets see which engineer is coming midnight to resolve my issue.

  @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am facing network issues in my area frequently. I am not at all happy with your service. In a month i am facing this atleast one day during my working days if it is weekends it is okay.
