@ACTFibernet Great service. After repeated following, First commitment was yesterday 11/4/2021 1700hrs. Second commitment 12/4/2021 1100 hrs. Now simple saying EoD to buy time. What's the guarantee that it will be resolved by EoD. It's a pain, they don't even give intermediate update.
