    Very poor service by the @ACTFibernet my internet is not working I did complaint my complaint no is SR11055735215542 at the act app it's shows your internet restored on 25-4-2021 at & :00 pm but now it's 26-4-2021 8:30pm till now I am waiting for response 🤔🤔🤔

    This is very worst service @ACTFibernet I have opened a ticket#SR10255623980332 on 22 Apr 2021 still issue is not resolved and no one from technical team are responding to calls, its almost 5 days

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am facing network issues in my area frequently. I am not at all happy with your service. In a month i am facing this atleast one day during my working days if it is weekends it is okay.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC Today after fighting for refund for more then 10 days they gave another SR number and said wait for another 15 days for refund. never pay upfront never go for act they have refund policy which changes from day one,old sr SR10255218905597,SR10255796800281

    @ACTFibernet SR10255784117482. Are you seriously asking users to wait for more than 24 hours for a resolution when all your uses are working from home ? No commitment to resolve issues but more irritating is the lack of respect shown to user issue by your contact centre.
