    @ACTFibernet @MrComplaintBox worst service ever thier customer service S***ks network goes down once a weak and when it goes down they take ""exact"" 24 hrs or more to resolve it even call to customer service for support they hesitate to respond proactively. Deserve 0 star

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet at last you ended up doing nothing. Thank you so much for you ignorance. I’m never again using ACT. Pathetic service not able to access internet for a day had to take leave coz of internet. I used to use @HathwayBrdband never had such issues.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since my connection is down, I registered a complaint, called local technician but still my issue doesn't resolved.. - Thanks will be moving to Jio fiber 🙏👍

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Will you be able to resolve the issue with the home security camera? I have been following it up since weeks. The camera does not work. It asks to contact the helpdesk. The helpdesk does not respond. Pathetic service.
