    @ACTFibernet Oct2 - my bill was paid by HSBC bill pay service. Oct12-I sent an email & raised a ticket noting that my payment is not reflected.Everyday someone closes, without resolving the issue. Now I receive a call threatening that service will be disconnected. Unprofessional, poor service

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD my name is spelt incorrectly in your system & I need the bill as proof for some work. Informed one of your executives over call but no correction has been done. How come despite providing PAN/Aadhar the spelling isn’t entered correctly? Please help.
