    @Mukeshag1911 @ACTFibernet Yes, they do that every time resolving tickets without following up.. Poor Cx service.. They cannot take the load.. Poor analytics.. They do not follow demand and supply rule..

    @Shivchetlapalli @ACTFibernet Shiv, you know ACT BEAM cable will simply call you after 48 hrs and will inform that issue is resolved without doing anything, or else they will teach you to switch of your router & switch on, simply they want to close the request without doing anything iam well experienced.

    @ACTFibernet I was assured that the stupid zee5 subscription would be cancelled a month ago. Even spoke to them, but now on my act portal, it’s saying to pay 45 rupees? Why should I pay when I was assured it would be cancelled?

    @ACTFibernet i gave a complaint. Executive called and one day it worked fine. Again issues. Very poor service. Please let me know how to disconnect ur broadband services. Fed up truly fed up.. #worstinternet #actfibernetwaste. I need a solution. Re wiring from other box is ok.

    @ACTFibernet I don't know what to say. Again same situation. Very very bad internet connection. Very very slow speed. To download 459 md video it is taking almost 10 hours. Really shameful. In our colony act group has ver bad name. I am shifting to JIo after the due date. No more words.
