    @ACTFibernet I'm supposed to be provided with a data speed of 150Mbps , whereas in reality it's only 50Mbps. On top of this, internet service stops working once in every month and Im pushed to slog behind your personal to get it rectified every time. Your services are pathetic!!

    @ACTFibernet Ticket No SR10164638356954.act fiber net did not paid the junction box electricity due to the appartment owner..due to that reason the owner has stopped the services to the customer(rahul) my services wil be discontinued by this month.. reopened tckt fix imdiate

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD How much time to resolve a junction box issue ,if you are taking more than 24 hours, its really not worth to have act connection for WFH purpose. Your poor services impacting our work

    @ACTFibernet I have made the payment this month for the upcoming 2 quarters till October in advance. I would like to cancel and refund to be initiated immediately bcz I’m looking uninterrupted service. ACT is seriously done now.

    @airtelindia worst service! No resolution for the issues, it’s been 7 days. Service engineer won’t pick up call. Customer representative will tell same answer “ wait for another 24hrs” . Frustrated with #airtel #AirtelDown @ACTFibernet I just need a new connection, please DM

    Dear @ACTFibernet There is no response from your customer car since a day on my ticket raised SR10164634369024. Do you have any SLA in resolving critical requests? Or it just marketing strategy to publish 2hrs resolution time?

    @consumerforum_ @ACTFibernet I've had many issues with the internet, and ACT take forever to resolve them. Past month, I lost internet multiple times. This has an impact on my work. The customer service is inept and unhelpful. The worst ISP. Overpriced and unreliable. #NoBrand
