@ACTFibernet I raised SR11063158033712 in the morning but no updates or no callback received moreover your sales person who made commitments regarding customer service, dropped the call without listening to me. At the time on installation that guy boasted about the your services.

@ACTFibernet Lately, has become a company with one of the worst customer supports. Had an issue with connectivity and raised an issue ticket after 48 hours I receive a call and later the agent confirms it be resolved in an hour.Its been half a day and I am still waiting...

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD complaint no- SR10163126242672. first i was given commitment to resolve by 12.30pm yesterday, then 4pm, then 8pm. i escalated, was told by 12pm today. except fake assurances, not getting service. is this your motto to harass customers @jagograhakjago

Lots to say about dear @ACTFibernet. Their "technical team" blantantly threatened me against tweeting or reopening the complaint. Yes, a custome who pays $$ is THREATENED by their "technicians". They provide terrible suggestions, like "reboot your router". Disgusting.

@ACTFibernet Hyderabad I have been trying to shift my wifi connection from Friday but no one from customer care or from the @ACTFibernet app is helpful. Please sort out my issue orelse I'll shift to another new internet connect.
