Sukumar (@sukumards) reported@ACTFibernet I would again raise another issue, I booked new connection via mobile no. 9972204292, based on the ACT area incharge who told new line has need added to my apartment block, who promised me to do the connection by 15th May. I paid 6month advance on 13th May. Till now no response.

Ashis Karak (@ashis_karak) reported@ACTFibernet Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet service. Even after raising multiple complaints, the issue is still not resolved. No technician visits the site — they just call, say the issue is resolved from the backend, and close the ticket without any proper solution.
