    @ACTFibernet You and your technicians clearly don’t understand the issue. I called to report it, but no one answered. Around 4 PM, someone finally picked up and had no information because they were working at a different site. Do you only have 2–4 technicians to handle all these issues?

    @ACTFibernet Zero updates, i don't have any expectations from you, by looking at ur service i felt pity on myself for choosing ACT, My ticket assigned to invisible person Banda Ganesh, raised connect request in ur app, no reply from him, that's level of service u providing.

    Dear @ACTFibernet , I raised a ticket few days back , instead of resolving it your team closed it without any solution. This is really pathetic 😡. Unable to reopen the ticket also. Ticket No SR10280892583664 . Please help
