  @excitel_rocks My best advice first un tie with @playboxtvapp and tie up with good OTT providers. Then your service will be grown. Any how I am planing to move @ACTFibernet as you have removed ETV win for new customer and renew plans.

  @ACTFibernet It took 5 guys to fix my ACT connection. First 2 morons came, then a smarter guy came and figured out it was connected previously to Airtel. And another senior with his assistant came by. And it's all fixed.

  @ACTFibernet Your internet service is absolutely pathetic. The connection is down, and there’s no proper resolution despite being a paying customer. We pay for a reliable internet service, not constant outages and endless waiting. Fix your network and stop making customers chase.

  Though of switching to @ACTFibernet on this Independence day.. Very Horrible Experience with Customer Support.. With offer they mentioned it will take 15 days for installation and ask not to choose offer and felt they thinking Customer are Slave and they all are King.. #Shame
