@ACTFibernet Got a call from 9789982027 asking if my Internet account is active. I really don't understand why you people trouble your customers?? I have been using ACT services since 2004. I reported this to you multiple times but still I keep receiving this nonsense.

@ACTFibernet , I am seriously fed up with act and their inefficiency every time,, 10 days of every month it’s so painful either it is depreciated speed or completely no access . You guys just are worried about monthly rental .. never miss sending messages and reminders.#pathetic

@vamshik02 @ACTFibernet Everyone is doing work from home. You guys are not providing proper service..simply saying that still in process still in process..how much time will take for just name change and you guys even not informed that account will deactivate if we change name.

@ACTFibernet worst ISP in #bengaluru Connectivity is so poor that u have to rely on ur mobile hotspot for work. Told the issue to so many representatives and they just keep on calling and ask the issue. Yesterday they closed the ticket without consent.
