I've been using #broadband @ACTFibernet for a long time and getting pathetic services. The agents are not giving a proper resolution. The plans were changed without pre-informing and I have got one more bill after making the payment, closed SR without confirmation.

It's been more than 4 days since I made the full payment for my new @ACTFibernet connection but unfortunately there's no response from anybody despite several followup calls. Horrible experience @ACTFibernet never expected this, pls refund my money @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Pls don't call me and bother me with your new connection offerings etc. Pls respect the decision of the customer and don't harass. Receiving approx 5-10 calls a day. Remove me from your promotional list.

@ACTFibernet finally got a call from Mr.Naveen to inform us that the plan cost has gone from ~10,000 a year to 20,000. Amazing how their internet is horribly poor but the speed & efficiency is in their prices going up & service going down. Cheating at its best #unethicalBusiness
