    @ACTFibernet When ever I ask a help from backend team they redirect me to field agent even after mentioning clearly that I have tried everything with field agent, why is your backend team not understanding this. Further, why do I never receive a call back from manager.

    @ACTFibernet Hi @ACTFibernet incorrect resolution message was just dropped without even discussing. I even have evidence as tweets that our service was started too late and now they are saying you sent mail 2 days late. Not acceptable. Kindly discuss and resolve issue properly

    @ACTFibernet I really understand that, but please don't test someone patience. Also, where is the call back that you promised me in the personal chat. I came on Twitter because your customer suport doesn't provide a supervisor call back. Are you also doing the same as your worst cx support.

    @ACTFibernet disgusting service. Fooling from last 2 days. Whenever calls to the service engineer, he says call tomorrow, and his tomorrow never comes. @Sunderraju57 exasperated with your team.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet For the last 1 month, I am trying to get my refund after disconnection(Nov 28). Multiple calls to customer care but no solution was given. CCare team is not able to tell the mode in which the payment was processed. Poor Service @consumerforum_ A/c : 119434772264

    @ACTFibernet May be the final resolution will be filling a legal complain in consumer court @jagograhakjago. I pay you so that I can use AWS Workspace, but your connection fluctuate continuously damn. Do you literally need so much time yo resolve this one issue
