    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet The issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED. 4 days and still counting. No technician has contacted us. There has been absolutely no update regarding the cause or the expected resolution time. How much longer are we expected to wait for a service that we are paying for?

    @ACTFibernet again there is problem first request (SR11880463575664) was supposed to be resolved by by 28May between 1-4 pm and now, it's taking longer than expected to resolve your ticket. Revised timeline is 28-May 19:30 to 21:00. Your team is not reachable @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet What type of worst service and customer support are you guys providing?? When a consumer faces issue you have kept chatbot to reply same message "Sorry can't assist due to technical issue" for every concern he/she wants to raise the ticket. Worst ever service in BLR.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Internet has been down for more than 30 hours, and office work is badly affected. No follow-up call or proper update has been provided. This is really bad service and is seriously impacting my office work. Ticket No: SR10280406243134

    Hi ACT. I am facing continuous internet connectivity issues for the last 4 days. Due to this, my office work is getting seriously hampered. Kindly resolve the issue on priority. If the problem is not addressed immediately, I may be forced to change the connection. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I want to shift my WiFi, but I am being asked to pay ₹707. The new location is not far; I am just moving it across the road. Airtel Fiber is offering me the same thing for free. I don't want your WiFi anymore. Please come and take your device back. I can get a new @airtelindia connection for ₹1500 for 3 months. Very disappointed with this service.
