    @ACTFibernet In Hyderabad due to some govt regulations ur service impacted. We didn't receive optimum speed as per plan with outages. No complementary provided, now u expect us to pay amount again for next month don't u think it is injustice with customers acct#101005196494

    Such a Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet. Whatsoever no response from the team. Other ISP's hav restored within a day r two. Today is 8th day without internet. Atleast have d courtesy to listen to customers concerns.
