Completed regretting for being an @ACTFibernet customer! 🙏 Just to avoid nuisance, I chose to pay the highest premium available for 1-year to avoid all the non sense. Yet, it doesn’t reflect on your app & it still says ‘amount is due’ No one cares to answer it too!

@ACTFibernet i plan to surrender my service. A standard answer saying, we will get in touch with you soon is what I get to hear all the time. But so far has called me nor responded. I think it's high time i take a call.

@ACTFibernet I need the internet today. Not after 24 hours. Also, when I'm paying for 3 months, I would expect full internet for 3 months. If issues like this come once in a month, then I've lost 3 days of internet usage. Will ACT give me a bill for 3 days later in that case?

SR108640431349 this ticket was raised as the @ACTFibernet bill for Jan was mistakenly billed up for ₹1329.4 instead of the regular bill amount of ₹1268.5 despite after so many calls they keep closing the ticket as resolved but still the issue persists. Regret @ACTFibernet
