@ACTFibernet It's been more than a month and I am having the worst ping ever, you are one of the biggest in India yet have only two parameters for your service which are if internet is working and it's speed. There's no mention of PING anywhere. I'm so tired now #mentalHarassment

@ACTFibernet One of my friend is using ACT FIBERNET with 40 Mbps speed, need his bill as such as to be paid by monthly basis. But he said not getting any option for that. Due to this, he is cancelling the connection itself. Any support will be good.
