    @Immyselfever @ACTFibernet @pola_vikrant Yes, agree just for the name sake act is mentioning 24/7 support. However in reality the turn around time is 24to 36 hours. Hope the request is (Your ticket SR10165325769534, SR10165325258014)consider on priority and will be resolved asap.

    I only get less than half the speed that I’m paying for. This has been happening for a while. Ideally I should be paying half my bill or less. I’m posting here so other people don’t choose @ACTFibernet for their internet. I know your team won’t care to fix my issue anyway!
