    @ACTFibernet Why there is no online option to downgrade a plan when you have an option to upgrade it through app. Can you please justify? Does it make any sense? Just to loot a few higher bucks in the name of service?

    @ACTFibernet Yesterday around this time I was told the issue was resolved only to have it go down again today .So not at all happy about the consistency .

    @ACTFibernet Thank you got the issue resolved it was fault my bill was due and it was semiannual plan with 2 months free so missed to pay the bill. On paying the bill got the speed back
