    Dear @ACTFibernet , I mailed you on 11th regarding disconnection request and share billing amount payment link on pro rata basis and sent another mail on 14th. So far no reply then connected to your customer care as today is last date and he told someone will connect shortly

    @ACTFibernet worst customer service,I made the payment of my bill on first April and today is the due date,still no payment receipt and it is it still showing that I have due to pay .I have subscribed for your internet service for mainly WFH.
