Also; tried calling your area TL (Nallagandla); he doesn’t seem to respond or neither call back. What are you folks up to?

To this day it wasn't resolved and on top of that your support team were consistent in giving false promises. Yours has to be the worst downfall in customer care.

In the 10 day gap there are 2 service disruptions of more than 24 hours. Faster service. FYI I will not renew further and will end the services by July 2026 as mine is a quarterly plan.
