@ACTFibernet I was told that the issue will be solved by 6pm . It is not fixed . You can go ahead and disconnect the line . I will be taking an alternate service .

@ACTFibernet Ur useless team said it will be resolved by 4pm. Is ur clock slow? How many 24 hours u need? If u can't satisfy customer, then atleast make refund faster after cancellation. Ur senseless team told 24 hours from past 2 days and now telling the same thing again.
