@ACTFibernet your bloody customer service associates hung up on me three times.. and this is the service that you ant to give .. guys stop using @ACTFibernet this is just of no use. Customer support just keep hanging up ...worst service ever . Airtel and Jio are better than you.

@ACTFibernet I would like to raise a complaint on the bad service rendered by your customer service representative. I was asked to make payment for a router and not provided receipts despite several reminders! And only get unprofessional responses.

@ACTFibernet It's been more than 24 hrs. Issue not fixed. As said you people are just sitting behind social media and call centre. Can't talk to customer at any point. You have the most ridiculous SLAs on issues. In the last 4 months I wasn't provided internet for ~40 days.
