    @ACTFibernet Seens past 10 days I was unable to connect with an actfiber agent regarding act fiber box at resident my electric wave off 600 need to be reduce from plan amount but now there are saying from now onward it will update you need to wait for next 6 month for bill worst service

    @ACTFibernet @KunalVijay40479 Very fraud @ACTFibernet service providers never recommend anyone for the Act Internet. I am facing a similar issue but no one is addressing it .

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer support ever facing an issue in my internet connection since yesterday ETA was 5 May, but no resolution yet. Today I was informed abouyt issue near high-tension wire, but no clear timeline given. This is impacting my work. Kindly resolve ASAP

    @ACTFibernet My ACT Fibernet internet is down for the 4th time in the last 2 weeks (down the whole day and night) Here are my support tickets: SR11880193819394 (current) SR11880091697404 SR11879990828574 SR11879958459404 ACT is the worst internet provider I have ever used.

    @reliancejio is the worst either in mobile or fiber. No response even if you visit a store. From past 48hrs my wifi is not working and cables are damaged due to rain. Rain stopped 36hrs ago and still no one to repair it. @ACTFibernet resolved within hours for my other connection
