@ACTFibernet extremely disappointed by the billing team. SR10866661962364 was opened for a electricity waiver which was closed without any resolution. I had to open a new SR10866691164915 but this time, billing person disconnected the call while talking.

@ACTFibernet It's been 2 and half hours now! No one has come yet to resolve the issue! How much longer do we have to wait for internet? What is the issue? Why is it taking this long to resolve it? Have you even started working on it? Christmas is over! Have you not returned to work yet?
