It was then pushed to today 10 AM, now it’s 1:30 PM and still not resolved. I frequently face the same problem always please look into it

If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Anurag (@anurag_abk) reported@ACTFibernet This is a very poor service from the @ACTFibernet after wasting 12hrs I am told that we will update you in 24hrs. The issue is that they pay 70Rs to someone a month in area to let them use power for the hub. And that guy left home so no power and no wifi to the whole area.
