    @ACTFibernet @trspartyonline This is the 3rd time in 15 days my internet is not working.actcrop guys provide high level service only to collect bills only.I dm u b4 u guys told me you provide services asap but u provided after 24 hrs Gud work guys.

    @ACTFibernet dear ACT please stop doing this.. such a worst experience I have had because of ur internet service.. u know this is lockdown and all gonna work from home in this tough situation u couldn’t able to address our issue on time Today I lost my internet connectivity

    @ACTFibernet Still no action, only received a courtesy call back. Remember we are working from home!! This is my first service experience with ACT and it's super disappointing

    @ACTFibernet worst service. Yesterday Internet was configured and in night it stopped, miserable experience. No support tickets automatically closing. Pls remove all from my place.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 24hr, still the complaint is not resolved. Your support team keeps on extending the resolution time. SR10157751766382 Every one is working from home this delay caused a lot of trouble bto working people.

    @ACTFibernet It's more then 36 hours ur internet services are not working, what kind of service u r providing @ACTFibernet Everytime i call ur customer care deparrment they ask me for 2 hours, If this continues i m afraid I'll have to tag MCIT & TRAI in my next tweet
