@ACTFibernet I had recently applied for a new connection and had received one. The plan requested and amount paid for is silver plus but the plan offered was only silver. When I called support team they said it was a clerical error and said they incorrectly updated as silver.

In this digital one has to wait for 24 hours to get their interest issues resolved. It's high time for @ACTFibernet to retrospect their SLA to resolve issues. Highly disappointed. Looking for other vendors now.
