Balaji (@Balaji_Ambs) reported@ACTFibernet it is simply not acceptable to wait for 24 hours to set right the broken connection in this age. You should be able to do it remote or atleast send some one to check if not immediately then within 1-2 hours. Raised last evening 7pm and still waiting

If in the initial phase itself you are not able to fulfill your promise then i am not sure about future.
