    @ACTFibernet For 15 days, having much problem in Act fibrenet broadband services. Given complaint in customer care services. Initially the problem was no intenet. Later its getting disconnected every hour or so. Advised to change router. Now problem is no one to assist to fix it.

    @ACTFibernet This is repeated from last couple of months and there is no permanent solution and every time team saying that fiver issue it shouldn’t be the issue with fiver on every alternate day of reporting issue..

    @ACTFibernet internet services are very poor. Have been raising complaint. Executives dont bother to visit home and solve issue. Internet works good for a day after complaint then again worst. Please send a executive. Rewiring was advised by one executive but no response
