    @ACTFibernet customer id - 101004141103 I am using act since more than 12 years now and i have raised complaint about the internet is down in our area and there is no response from the help support they just say we will fix in 24hrs but they never keep their word.

    @KRISHNA83138665 @ACTFibernet Same issue. Tickets get resolved without taking action. Worst service switching to airtel if repeats.

    @ACTFibernet I have paid the amount for new connection 5 days back that time your employe told me it will activate in 2 days but wiring not happened yet & I'm not getting any seticfactory answer from coustomer care service also if I don't get connection today I want my money back

    @ACTFibernet Received call back. And simply told that I will get call back in 4-5 days fr billing dept. Closed the ticket.. what a terrible customer support team.. @ACTFibernet shameful. Improve the support team. I am even tired of asking now.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Sorry to say but really pathetic service. close to 40+ hours of no service. There was a promise made and no delivery. No technician. Your in-efficiency has affected my work-day.
