@ksuresh9626 @ACTFibernet I got it disconnected today.. they take 24 hours to fix an issue and take at least 3 days to give connection but worked out a disconnection request in just couple of hours ..

@ACTFibernet I have recently ended my subscription and my connection is now disconnected, till now no one has came to collect the router and issue the refund, i have been calling you many times but not getting answers, pl look into this and collect the router

@ACTFibernet I spoke to customer care representative and he has mentioned how your so call customer care agents get rid of their customer by falsely updating the details on customer tickets. I have the entire call recording. I wish I could upload it here
