    @indhavaainko @ACTFibernet @airtelindia same with every provider.BSNL was super duper but now that it has outsourced it after sales support, it is also in a downward trajectory.THe giant BSNL has to wake up from its slumber &give us the great service it once did and kick every other player where it will hurt the most.
