Praveen (@praveensmart410) reported from Tirupati, Andhra PradeshHi @ACTFibernet it’s been 15 long days since i have applied for ACT fibernet connection by paying the amount (Rupees 4064/-) for six months plan silver on 05.11.2020 . But unfortunately the Tirupati ACT team have never showed up and took no intrest in getting connection to me.

After taking the initial payment for 3 months the service representative has stopped responding to calls. Just hope the refund comes on time.
