But unfortunately the Tirupati ACT team have never showed up and took no intrest in getting connection to me.

All calls go through the system and get dropped off. If someone picks up, they say this is not the correct department. OK, fine. If I ask them to transfer to the correct department, they say they can’t, wtf Your internet is good, but customer service is terrible. Please improve.
