Hey @ACTFibernet I want to cancel the ZEE5 subscription. I selected no auto renewal when I did at free trial last month. U charged 56 rupees and now u renewed it automatically without giving us notification.. Plzz help

Hi @ACTFibernet it’s been 15 long days since i have applied for ACT fibernet connection by paying the amount (Rupees 4064/-) for six months plan silver on 05.11.2020 . But unfortunately the Tirupati ACT team have never showed up and took no intrest in getting connection to me.

@ACTFibernet it has been couple of weeks since i have got the new connection, the disappointment is the internet is not working from yesterday and also i have raised the ticket SR11149660315892 but no one has reached out to me yet. Please resolve ASAP as it is impacting my work.

@ACTFibernet Your team respond only if there is a disconnection request or will follow with 100 calls for any delayed payment but your team sleeps when customer needs support, does not bother to call customer even after two weeks of repeated emails
