    Hey @ACTFibernet I want to cancel the ZEE5 subscription. I selected no auto renewal when I did at free trial last month. U charged 56 rupees and now u renewed it automatically without giving us notification.. Plzz help

    Worst experience from @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since internet is not working. Called more than 100 times, every time they are asking 24 H time. No respect to customer from a brand like ACT. Customer care claims they do not have any mangers to talk with customer

    @ACTFibernet I very disappointed with the service. Every time I had power cut and restored, my net stopped working. I never got permanent resolution. Even today I called asked for quick turn around because if which my visa slot booking got stuck. Account#101636600905

    @ACTFibernet ACT seems to be above all and everything. It is no wonder they r very unprofessional & have the impression that nothing or nobody can touch them. They never respond or take notice of any complaints by consumers like me.

    @ACTFibernet There is no internet connection since today morning and we have raised a ticket regarding the same. However, the tentative timeline for the resolution is tomorrow at 9 am. Can the relevant team, please expedite this as we can't afford to wait so long in WFH situation
