Hey @ACTFibernet I want to cancel the ZEE5 subscription. I selected no auto renewal when I did at free trial last month. U charged 56 rupees and now u renewed it automatically without giving us notification.. Plzz help

Worst experience from @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since internet is not working. Called more than 100 times, every time they are asking 24 H time. No respect to customer from a brand like ACT. Customer care claims they do not have any mangers to talk with customer

@ACTFibernet worst support and service by Act team, even escalation team is providing fake promises and won't call back.. Action needs to be taken on priority.. Fedup with calling customer care.. Same dialogue to wait for 24 hrs... Worst job by ACT
