  @ACTFibernet Bought a fibernet connection on the 30th of April. I live in Sithalapakkam, Chennai. it's the 8th of May today. I haven't received a connection till now. The state has announced a lockdown in 2 days. Please fix this issue before then. Very poor quality of service.

  @ACTFibernet it's high time to train your so called technical support engineers basic manners on how to talk to customers. Your engineer is so adamant on not listening to what is happening at the customer end and blabured in regional language and disconnected the call..

  @ACTFibernet I have registered a complaint. It's over 24 hours but no one called me till now. Ticket number SR10156292075852. One person called me said he will come in 5 minutes at 11.30 AM. Still I am waiting. Box is not good at all. Change my wiring now.
