  Hey @ACTFibernet I want to cancel the ZEE5 subscription. I selected no auto renewal when I did at free trial last month. U charged 56 rupees and now u renewed it automatically without giving us notification.. Plzz help

  Worst experience from @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since internet is not working. Called more than 100 times, every time they are asking 24 H time. No respect to customer from a brand like ACT. Customer care claims they do not have any mangers to talk with customer

  @ACTFibernet Reg no : 9710983284 wifi is down since hours Yemalur Kempapura Main Road, Ittina Anai. Called multiple times to customer care nd there is no resolution. Its a working day and how will people work with no wifi. This service is really bad in these times.
