Hey @ACTFibernet I want to cancel the ZEE5 subscription. I selected no auto renewal when I did at free trial last month. U charged 56 rupees and now u renewed it automatically without giving us notification.. Plzz help

@ACTFibernet Even customer service is giving false ETAs and not helping at all! Not even assigning a customer rep to talk to. NEEDED TO START WORK 2 hours ago! What is the point of such an Internet connection in times where we are so dependent on a broadband connection!

@ACTFibernet I urgently need to move my connection to different city.. As per process, I opened request online. SR was closed without any contact made to me and without resolution. There is act available with our building and road. connection xfer request is urgent

@ACTFibernet am not going to recommend this broadband to anyone, one of the worst customer service and till today i am receiving all communication with incorrect name. Had wasted my 4hrs of time and still the issue didnt got resolved. I wont recommend this provider to anyone.
