    Hey @ACTFibernet I want to cancel the ZEE5 subscription. I selected no auto renewal when I did at free trial last month. U charged 56 rupees and now u renewed it automatically without giving us notification.. Plzz help

    Worst experience from @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since internet is not working. Called more than 100 times, every time they are asking 24 H time. No respect to customer from a brand like ACT. Customer care claims they do not have any mangers to talk with customer

    @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD: Initially 2 days back your team said issue would be resolved by 6.30 PM and that my request will be worked On Priority. Is this what you say as priority? If this is prioiry what is that which is not priority for you?

    @ACTFibernet Very bad experience with customer service. Rude and not helpful. I ask for ideas and the person says you can cancel the connection.

    @ACTFibernet is honestly one of the worst internet service providers there can be. Horrible connection, even worse customer service, it is a sad abomination of a start-up #failure

    @ACTFibernet The entire day has gone by and you guys haven't done anything to sort out my internet. Horrendous customer care solutions team. Your response time of 24hrs is bullshit. The complaint was made 6hrs and nothing has been done to fix the situation.

    @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD : Your customer support is next to horrible. I have raised a transfer of ownership request 3 days back. I am yet to receive username and password. I already lost 2 days of working leading to escalations (1/2)
