Hey @ACTFibernet I want to cancel the ZEE5 subscription. I selected no auto renewal when I did at free trial last month. U charged 56 rupees and now u renewed it automatically without giving us notification.. Plzz help

@ACTFibernet I have been trying to raise a complaint since afternoon 2pm for "no internet". I had 3 of your team numbers, called them, two of them directed to call some other numbers, of which 1 call centre number didnt work and one person number didnt work.

@ACTFibernet Your service is becoming low now a days and when raised a SR ticket your agent is responding that the problem exists only customer side even after following all@the trouble shooting steps as guided. Pls make sure you have a proper training given to agent.
