Worst experience from @ACTFibernet it's been 5 days since internet is not working. Called more than 100 times, every time they are asking 24 H time. No respect to customer from a brand like ACT. Customer care claims they do not have any mangers to talk with customer

Hey @ACTFibernet I want to cancel the ZEE5 subscription. I selected no auto renewal when I did at free trial last month. U charged 56 rupees and now u renewed it automatically without giving us notification.. Plzz help

Hi @ACTFibernet it’s been 15 long days since i have applied for ACT fibernet connection by paying the amount (Rupees 4064/-) for six months plan silver on 05.11.2020 . But unfortunately the Tirupati ACT team have never showed up and took no intrest in getting connection to me.

Amazing service by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC no one will bother to address the issue of no internet on an active line but after disconnecting they call multiple times in day/SMS... please stop harassing as we have chosen far better service than yours.

@ACTFibernet please make me use a smooth internet, since 1.5 month I have been facing a lot of problem, the internet is very slow sometimes, it doesn't work sometimes, I don't know what kind of facility you are providing... I complained in app also , no use...

@ACTFibernet Thanks, the issue has been resolved. But why it happens that everytime my internet speed is being throttled down from 70Mbps to 1 Mbps and post complaining the speeds gets resumed back to normal. Is it some kind of control?

@ACTFibernet My Internet connectivity is down since yesterday, stereo type response from customer support that issue will resolve in 24 hours. In this day wfh is new normal. ACT respond immediately and restore my connectivity immediately and also refund amount for downtime
