    @ACTFibernet I already placed the request to disconnect my act fiber internet dated 25/06 and place the refund request but till date i not received any refund again and again I have to call customer care there are telling to call after 48 hr , Account number 101013639790 I just want my refund

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down from morning, needed assurance that it will be getting rectified immediately. Raised a request, ETA is given for a day more, some hours outage is fine but full day outages are not good. Please look into SR10265292427064

    @ACTFibernet Still the connection has not happened. This is how a Company which markets fast internet at jet speed gives Service slower than a Tortoise.

    @ACTFibernet This is the 3rd internet disconnection in the last 2 months! Are we supposed to not work from home when your internet doesn’t work? You guys have got the most pathetic customer support and your engineers never contact us. Regret the decision to take your connection!

    *- The internet that had treated me well for the last four years has turned into a disaster in the last 4 days, technicians come & go problem remains unfixed ,call centre arranges call backs which dont come the company refuses to replace my modem asks me to pay @ACTFibernet (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet several requests ticket no SR11065273970904. Tried customer care several times and no resolution despite multiple requests. ACT post sales services are pathetic. Team ACT please take prompt consideration on above ticket number.

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. Placed a request to change the ownership of a 6.5 year old account to my father. Been 3 days and there has been no communication after the account was initially disconnected. There's no way to check the status of the Service Request.

    @ACTFibernet It has been 15 days passed and I have not got any solution in my case. I am totally disappointed with service of @ACTFibernet
