    @ACTFibernet In Lucknow , why engineers request us to not raise ticket and call them to get your issues sorted and when you call them without raising ticket they often take 24 hours to react. All needed to do a router config which hardly takes 10mins MAXIMUM

    Hello @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I'm taking new connection just 24 hrs back, yesterday mrng team was visited and they installed setup router and all. In between before 24 hours only got an network issue. Ticket was automatic opened. Still issue was not resolved. I have a work.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No Internet from yesterday SR10180289208004 without fixing the issue you have closed the SR, if the SR is closed where is the connectivity.
