@ACTFibernet i would recommend instead of showing empathy, work on issues on urgent basis as your SLA of 10 am has surpassed .i demand discount on bill for the days the service are down.@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir this is the level of support of private companies. horrible. Customer last for them.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It's the third day and internet is still not working. No service engineer has called me yet. No one has visited our housing society. ACT doesn't even care about its customers. I want to escalate this issue to the highest authority. Moving to @reliancejio Fibre.
