    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service in Bangalore. I got the connection and recharged for 75mbps plan, and the router setup was done by company technician. Due to low speed, we upgraded the plan to 150 mbps, and still same issue. (1/3)

    @ACTFibernet After 24+hrs waiting to fix my internet listening to the fake info & promises. Finally made a discussion to disconnect the @ACTFibernet service and go for other SP. Kindly LMK why i want to pay 1298Rs for cancellation when you can't give a proper service? @Balamalladi13

    @ACTFibernet It’s resolved for now but the box is little damage. I request for a permanent fix of box so that this shouldn’t repeat frequently.

    @ACTFibernet No resolution yet ? I am getting calls to check what the issue is and have been telling them again and again, but without any updates. Will this be resolved today ? One last time, if no response by today - changing service providers is the only way for me. Thanks.

    @ACTFibernet Complaint no is SR10366321600124 and still internet is down but ticket is closed. Don’t gimme BS tht customer is not picking, ur engineers r doing the same since last 2 days.
