    @ACTFibernet Even your customer support ivr takes 20 minutes to assign a customer support agent. But sales team contacts in less than a minute. This behaviour is unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct @AcTbalamalladi ACT-ai_101780672110 customer ref Ticket no SR10181242464047 should be resolved before the cricket match and FIFA World Cup finals otherwise we will disconnect the service for good.

    why is it that we have to reach via social media to even get a decent ticket resolution and updates. @ACTFibernet like ETA resolution time just keep on expanding without comments. is there any technician man power shortage or operational challenges? No roper escalation paths

    @nithitsuki @ACTFibernet Bangalore, ACT layed out a fiber line, but it doesn’t terminate at my home, there’s a common box for connections in the area, so not true FTTH

    Very disappointed with the service from @ACTFibernet. I was assured that the installation technician would arrive by 6 PM today, so I took permission from work and came home. It's now past the promised time, and I haven't received any update.
