@Airtel_Presence Raised request 11013610135 for issue with broadband, received call from engineer and promised a visit but no one has visited so far. Pathetic service, surely will move to @ACTFibernet once the advance payment is adjusted.

@ACTFibernet as mentioned u still didn't refund my money for box If a customer didn't pay the bill u will penalize them now u should taste your own medicine now. Even if I keep money in bank account I will get interest and I paid via credit card so they will charge me for not paying.

Still no internet since morning. SR10376085867374- initial ETA of 3PM is now pushed to 9PM — and even that seems uncertain. Reliable service is not a luxury, it's a basic expectation. Hope @ACTFibernet treats this with the urgency it deserves. #BroadbandDown #DoBetter
