@ACTFibernet I made 100 trouble tickets and with out my consent the trouble tickets are being closed. I have to raise a new trouble ticket every other day for the same issue. It has been 6 months and the act team has advised me to change the router, router placement, routerbrand

@ACTFibernet I’ve raised a connection shifting request SR10253439297614 almost 2 weeks back.. Waiting for someone to contact from your end.. The customer care team has a standard response that in 24 hours something will happen.
