    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. If you can't provide a good service close down your shop. Not even a single guy in your organization is worth their pay. Never seen an irresponsible people

    @ACTFibernet Following a brief 30 minute storm the Fiber went down and now this is the third day and it’s still not up. All we get it the standard message that it is taking more time. Can someone ensure that some decent service level is assured?

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet service. Even after raising multiple complaints, the issue is still not resolved. No technician visits the site — they just call, say the issue is resolved from the backend, and close the ticket without any proper solution.

    What are you guys doing @ACTFibernet . Almost 24 hours have passed without wifi. Is this why we pay you? Estimated time of resolution keeps increasing shamelessly. Pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet I raised my complaint around 6pm but you have the worst customer service as you never resolved the issue on the same day if reported after 4pm. I faced this issue in the past as well. Completely bullshit

    @ACTFibernet I’m facing Internet issue from 2 days, I re-opened the ticket SR10380387303044, when I am trying to reach your technician he is disconnecting the call, no response at all, from last 2 days internet is not working from morning 5 AM.. worst service #act #badservice

    @ACTFibernet Still now no one has fixed the issue. It's been 24hrs I have escalated and issue was raised last 10 days back. How many days you want to fix this issue? #Noactfibernet

    @ACTFibernet Again issue facing issue. Why during office hours the internet is giving problems. Getting very less speed, getting just 15Mbps. Getting no help, no update in ACT chat and local technician.
