    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet What a service from you? My internet has been cutoff since yesterday and no resolution yet. Technicians doesn't call back and thry don't pick calls.

    @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.     @TRAI @jagograhakjago @ACTFibernet , ACT is a highly problematic snd unprofessional company, if I am not provided a satisfactory resolution soon then I would have no choice but to escalate this matter and take legal action
