@ACTFibernet : They always raise a request and tell that billing department will call you in 48 hours and there is no call even after raising the same issue multiple times. you are literally harassing and cheating your customers

@ACTFibernet worst ever customer support and technicians, not even picking up calls and almost 1 and half day and they still resolve my issue. Let's see whether they'll response here and solve here. Or else I've to consider my money went waste with these guys

@ACTFibernet Your service is pathetic. I lose connectivity every couple of days and calling your support numbers is no help as they always seem to "cannot hear." Complaints raised on the app have a turnaround time of 24 hours! Everyone in my building is pissed & ready to switch.

@ACTFibernet : Your customer support is so rude that they put the call on hold and do not listen to customer issues . Your sales executive is a big cheat and try to sell VAS services by saying that it won’t be auto renewed and after a month it gets renewed automatically.

@ACTFibernet i have been facing an internet outage for a second instance this month alone. Whenever I call them for an update they just say fiber cable got cut , it is very frustrating especially when we are working from home
