    @ACTFibernet is the worst internet service provider I’ve ever seen. No internet for a week. Reason: neighbour where ACT has installed the box has turned it off. Customer service was worse than this. Apparently, it’s unreasonable to expect internet even after paying 1600 a month.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet internet is not working here in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad. Please fix it asap. Need internet to get my office work done. My user id - 101649260234. Please make sure that this is fixed as soon as possible. Without Internet life comes to a standstill.

    @ACTFibernet I've been facing consistent issues with my connection since the past few weeks which your team is unable to permanently resolve. Is there an escalation mechanism or is shifting to another provider the only way out?

    @ACTFibernet @ravindumys Act is at it again, harassing customers, trying to charge them for amounts already paid. They have slowed down the internet speed significantly! Worst billing experience. Escalated to the nodal officer who has not taken any action to resolve the issue #GetYourACTtogether

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I have raised a complaint in the morning regarding my internet issue and the ticket no. is SR10165041403634. TAT is given as before 7 pm in the evening, still not resolved and now the time is 6pm. I am unable to complete my office work.

    @ACTFibernet I disconnected your service SR10265025341814. Don't you think it's basic courtesy to take out the cables from apartment? And don't you think you should refund the amount not utilised? Not taking back good memories of this association

    @ACTFibernet, our connection has been down for 24 hours now. It is quite unfortunate that you cannot resolve the issue within 24 hours in a city like Bengaluru. You may soon lose a customer.

    @Airtel_Presence For your faults why should I wait for 7-10 days to get the money refunded?? Atleast i can go for @reliancejio or @ACTFibernet who are ready to provide the service
