worst service and worst connection i have ever received till date . Your team cannot handle the shifting request for my connection and company is promising 100% service. It just took 7 days for your team to visit my location after 50+ calls to customer service. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Your speed sucks! i have a 300Mbps plan, i hardly get 200 Mbps. Your Engineer who came for service told the router you have given wont give 300 Mbps. I pay for 300, but i am getting 200. My ticket has been closed mutliple times even after reopening. Shame

@ACTFibernet Such a hassle dealing with your customer agents. You folks make me do the work of dealing with different states and conveniently put the blame on the customer. No acknowledgement of your lapses and zero empathy for the customer

@ACTFibernet Hey, just facing some bad experience.. can you lemme know why most of the Android apps doesn't work when its connected to wifi (Act fibernet) when i use the same app via mobile network then it works fine.. Jiotv, banking apps and financial apps like phone pe,paytm etc this apps

@ACTFibernet Everyday right after 1:15 Pm my internet speed is dropping to less than 2MB/s. It's happening during work from home and getting resolved after 2 hours .I am struggling with this now....need a solution for this badly
