    @ACTFibernet Since 11:00 AM the internet went down when I was in a meeting. Raised a ticket immediately. Your technician committed that it will be resolved in 45 mins at around 12:00 Pm. Now it's 3:20. More than 3 hours. I don't know if 45 mins is equal to 3 hours for act staff.

    @ACTFibernet having the slowest and pathetic service. It has been more than 24 hours since complaint is raised but they don't care to provide any update not entertain the query. #worst #CustomerExperience

    @ACTFibernet, Now when I tried to reach the technician simply he disconnecting my call as if there is no issues or like he does does not care about the office work of your consumers.

    Hi @ACTFibernet yesterday after putting everything on twitter you immediately sent a tech to fix the issue and he did fixed the issue but as always it was only for few hours, i.e. until today. And today I am having the same issue again.

    @ACTFibernet And a technician of yours told me the same. And they always say the reason for delayed service is because they have been given the complaint ticket late. Make a long term solution for people like us who have to suffer because of the technicians behaviour. 2/2

    @ACTFibernet It is solved. But my point of tagging you is to make you guys aware of the pathetic service you guys always do. Not the first time that I have faced internet issues. Your customer service guy once told me if there is a major incident. Then technicians come after 24 hrs. 1/2
