    @ACTFibernet I took your service on3rd Jan with the promise given by your sales guy stating service will resume in 24hours. However no response from anyone. Neither sales guy responses over the call or message. I am lost.Quite disappointing. I feel big brands are better option

    @ACTFibernet Ticket No SR10163828496864 was closed without taking any action. The issue is still the same. You do not let me reopen the ticket and send me error.

    @ACTFibernet Their complaint resolution is nothing short of terrible. Someone from their team called me this morning asking me to be at home since he was coming in 5 minutes, it’s been more than 5 hours, and this is how they behave after I mentioned it was urgent. Sad!

    @ACTFibernet SR10263762661144 was raised for disconnection and I was told that it will be transferred to new tenant. I have received the bill this month even after my disconnection date was 24th December 2021 hence please look into this issue

    @ACTFibernet all the connections are done by ACT team. Now they are saying the router is not working as the adapter is changing. And are blaming us.
