Everytime your technician calls me when the SLA of the ticket is about to be missed. You guys work to save SLAs or improve customer experience??

Is this the kind of service we expected?

Bharat (@brathorin) reported@ACTFibernet Say,if 15d off ws false, I still hv alrdy paid for 2.5mo, & so far i hv used it for 15d only. Who would b responsible for a day off that i had to call because of this issue? My connection is nt yet resumed, & wht will u do for another day off i might hv to call tmrw?

The agent accepted the request for remaining 4 months connection. Great customer retention. Better lose customer than service properly right?
