@ACTFibernet Issue not resolved, there is no cable broken in OR around kundrathur. No major damage because of tree fall, still ACT not working here. My bosses will not agree if I cannot complete my work, and therefore I cannot agree if my network is not fixed. Need immediate support!

@ACTFibernet Logged a compliant on 9 Dec that internet was not working. ETA 11 AM IST on 11Dec. Called today, as I see no engineer working, was update that issue will be resolved by 4 PM IST. New request is opened. It's 4 PM now and i have zero updates on it.

Its been two days of no internet @ACTFibernet App doesnt load to track the service request neither do uour engineers pick up the phone. Time to look at alternatives.

@ACTFibernet I have no internet for two days and I am living in a old washerman pet chennai.I am already compliant for this.Each time I called They said any one of 3 reasons 1. Issue will resolve by 9 pm 2. Due to Cyclone power outage 3. Technical person reach will you nxt day

@ACTFibernet it’s been a couple of days since I’ve raised my complaint. The fiber is broken for 2 days, still no actions taken, why do you even have the support page?
