@ACTFibernet thanks for arranging call back and still asking me if the internet is bsck. Am still telling you there is no light in your network cable. You guys did nothing to resolve the issue. Asking all my friends to go explore other internet options.

@ACTFibernet it’s been a pathetic customer service after paying bills promptly. My Internet issue not solved since last 2 days. Your guy doesn’t want to visit home. Ticket no SR10162387947572 has been closed without the resolution.

@ACTFibernet What a garbage internet service provider, I wanted to vet a refund but these people try and dodge my request for a refund. In the meantime internet is stopped working within a week of me getting a connection.
