@ACTFibernet I disconnected my broad band connection on feb 9th 2023. You owe me a refund for it. No action from your end inspite of many calls and tickets raised. All the tickets are being closed sayind issue resolved but no credit to my a/c from which I paid the bill. #

@ACTFibernet There is nothing wrong with there service internet just fix in hours . But i dont like there plan for 300 mbps you have to pay 8k and i use 33-100 gb a month so i am using mobile now .

@ACTFibernet - Pls educate your Customer care folks to speak with decorum to your Customers. Spoke to a staff, Jeeva, 1.20pm IST - 5th Feb. Had some genuine concerns and this guy's was very rude to me and literally fighting. Pls teach them to behave. Acct no 102384328721.

@ACTFibernet is doing fraud in #Bangalore #whitefields. Took INR 4000 for connection then said cannot install due to area issue. Why are you not aware of this in the first place? When will the refund be issued?
