@ACTFibernet Complaint #SR10257205396072 dtd 27/5. There's no internet for 5 days.The Service engineer/customer-care do not respond. They do not escalate the issue. Was promised a call back which hasn't happened. Every month it's the same story! Can we please expect a resolution?

@ACTFibernet From 48 hours my internet was not working First of all don't trust the sales person first during getting the order they will assure that they will give best service. I have installed just two days before. From starting day itself it is having problem.

@ACTFibernet Facing this issue for every 15days, Please have some commonsense or atleast sense about customer service and for god's sake stop calling you as India's best ISP. A local Provider is good than you.

@amathur2k @ACTFibernet @toi Yes you r right, but they took time to cancel my connection after 15 days that to they did temperory cancellation instead of permanent, & iam getting calls every day, seriously duffers are sitting at higher level.

@ACTFibernet .hey so called isp provider company . Just 1 day back there was fibre cut and it took almost 24hrs to resolve and today again internet not working .just after 1 day of so called fixing the problem. Worst service .should rate 0 if options available
