@ACTFibernet I’ve initiated reconnection request 5 days ago. It’s still not activated yet.but the ticket(SR11465933327632)was closed without any information. Technician calls and I wait at home but he never shows up.I ended up wasting my time for the last two days staying home.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic internet service I've raised three tickets in even the first time itself every time your technician comes and does the speed test and gives silly reasons to close the ticket. I am seriously done with this improper response
