    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I paid for 6 months renewal. Account was suspended due to ACT backend issue and service was poor. Forced to shift to Airtel and requested disconnection. Now ACT refuses refund to original payment source and forces wallet credit. This is unfair.

    Act has got to be the worst ISP out there. The app barely works to raise issues and have been on call for more than an hour now and still unable to talk to a human agent. @ACTFibernet

    @NaayiBaala @ACTFibernet They have informed as resolved and suggested to router turn off and on. But after doing the still we are facing the same issue

    @ACTFibernet Working as of now. But there has to be a better way to contact customer care when App chat bot is not working, the 18001022836 toll free number is saying "the number is busy"
