    Dear guys @ACTFibernet I have requested for disconnection on 28th June, you can’t close connection on 6th July and ask me to pay 1k as monthly charge as I haven’t used at all as net was not working.

    @ACTFibernet I had a man calling me and was too rude on the call and abruptly disconnected. I don't wish to get a call from the same person again !!!

    Why can’t you fix internet issues at once @ACTFibernet! Every single time, the tech support uses temporary fixes/workarounds and it takes days to work again. Tired of complaining everyday

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC Pathetic Connection. And worst Customer Service. Been 6 days raised the ticket for billing dispute. And till now noone has responded. And they just close the ticket without any resolution.

    @ACTFibernet just don't be in a hurry to close tickets, help the customers who are paying their bills to get a pathetic service as yours. During a pandemic when internet is a vital part of our lives, is this the kind of service you will provide? Disgusting.

    @ACTFibernet I have to cancel my internet service and there is no option on your call center nor on the app. You are not in the local I am shifting to. Why is it so difficult to manage? When you don't have service to a local then why is an issue to cancel the service.

    @ACTFibernet 'SR10259108759532' the internet keeps disconnecting throughout the day. Cable has to be replaced and there is no action taken since 2 months!!! #Act please tell me if you can't 'Act' I will change my internet service provider! Highly disappointing service.
