    @ACTFibernet despite after raising request also they offered me only 300 as discount which is not satisfied, i request act to disconnect the box from my house and i will be moving to other service providers.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @ACTFibernet I don't know how patiently I have to wait for internet to work. I think I have to wait 24 more hours or a week. Stupid service. No matter how many times i call or tweet, there is absolutely no reaction. I am fed up. SR10166287802214

    @ACTFibernet Worst experience ever with ACT Fiber Hyderabad because i am paid the amount for 1 Month your customer executive said it is possible to connection in your house and wifi. Box now your technician said that due to the local operator issue it is not possible to provide

    @TPLINK_INDIA we r facing huge net issue wd ur TPlink router in Warranty @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet ppl saying it’s ur router fault every time hanging . Dear Customer, A/c 101108620009 help on this ASAP .

    @ACTFibernet Awaiting a resolution. Please see the complaint history of this connection. Every month at least there is disruption. But you collect bills for 6 months in one shot in advance.
