    @ACTFibernet I had connectivity issue Today. Spoke to one of the Customer care executive(Arun) said it will be resolved with in 2 hours.after an hour I spoke to another executive(Shiva Prasad) who was really rude. Don't even know the basic etiquette about how to speak to customer

    @ACTFibernet Every time I connect with customer service they are disconnecting my call in the middle of conversation they don't even know how to behave with a client. Is this the way you treat your customers and if it is then it's disgusting and pathetic

    I have registered for your new wifi connection on 21st may, yet no one from your side came for the installation. Thought your service is best in up market, but you guys are proving it wrong. I need a follow-up and resolution soon on my issue.@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet Fake promises made by act that after disconnection we will get the refund once we return the router. My colleague has returned it till now haven't received the refund. Even ur customer service executives are useless

    @ACTFibernet Been more than 48 hrs the filed complaint got closed thrice without any resolution provided! Such a shame!!

    @zerodhaonline Thanks. This helped to connect for now. Working fine on Airtel and Jio, but not on @ACTFibernet which is my primary high speed connection. It was working well till yesterday for all these years. Suddenly what happened! Can you please help resolve this?
