    @ACTFibernet your sales rep is not picking up my call since yday after i made the payment for 3 months of STORM plan. Router yet to be delivered. He has not picked up my 30 calls since yesterday. Now I am on HOLD FOR 14 MINS with your customer care after i explained the problem 3rd time today

    @ACTFibernet it’s almost 26 hrs since your net is down. >2 hrs since your committed resolution. Do you have any shame? Like a ritual every 10-12 days the connection is down for 2+ days. TRAI / DoT - do you even care? @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw - what is your action ?????????????

    @ACTFibernet STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!!! I was promised that today by 3.30 the issue will be resolved and it is 4 PM and no resolution.
