@ACTFibernet I have been raising a concern for a disconnection of my act network. There was no one who contacted me on this and it’s been more than 7 days I need this to be sorted ASAP AND PROCESS THE DISCONNECTION AND REFUND THE AMOUNT I PAID ridiculous customer service

@ACTFibernet I want to discontinue WIFI service as I am relocating to my hometown due to Covid. Last month we paid for a pack of 6 months. We would want refund for the the 5 months which we would not be using going further. Tried support but very poor customer service.

@ACTFibernet I paid the bill using Amazon pay for this month. On the due date I got text message about account suspension, even after paying the bill. When called for resolution the representative said they longer going to accept payments from Amazon (1/2)

@ACTFibernet It's terrible experience am having I made the payment twice still got the message as suspended while my app also is updated as payment done ...now u guys are making me repent of taking ACT frequent net disconnections in last 2 hours 20 times where the internet was down...
