@ACTFibernet At the beginning of the installation only I already to the person to keep extra wire we need to shift to 3rd floor he did not do that also. When I trying to connect with the customer support IVR is directly disconnecting the saying raise request from @ACTFibernet app.

@ACTFibernet This is how they are dealing with the customer no proper answer at the time to installation and looting the customer money without any reason. @airtelindia is the best arrange the wiring in my area to take your connection. In your service we also get landline also.

@ACTFibernet I don't understand which decade you're living in. Who takes 24 hrs to fix an internet issue? I have no internet since morning and this is the second time in the same week. On top of that you don't even have a well trained staff to provide a relevant response

@ACTFibernet Services are so horrible that even after disconnection they are not able to refund the amount which they took in the starting of connection, moreover ticket number is also generated for the same and that was expected to resolve by 18th march.. And what date is today

@ACTFibernet I am facing internet issues in Hebbal Bangalore for the last 2 weeks. Every time I raise a complaint it gets fixed in 2 days and stops working in half a day. Please take a note and resolve. Latest ticket#: SR10264440689294 I am unable to reopen tkt in app as well

The act fibre net is the very worst network service provide their staffs are very lethargic in work they couldn’t even resolve the problem higher authorities please look into this issue @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Within 48hrs of resolution of the internet issue, it ran into the problem again now. How do you addresses this for a strategic solution guys? Disconnecting the service and looking for another provider is the best solution you guys suggest?
