    @ACTFibernet It's become everyday's story internet is down again, u shud be sensitive to the fact that ppl here r WFH. @GmInfinite @GMInfiniteecity throw act fibernet out of the complex. They're unresponsive to customers.

    @ACTFibernet NO. 11 days, 2 tickets, 2 calls, ZERO action from your end. Besides just closing down the tickets, that is. I do not want your junction box, wires on my property.

    @ACTFibernet I was hung up on 4 times this morning, after a whole night w/out internet, WFH is very challenging. False promises 1 after another. Facing issues since 9 days @GMInfiniteecity do something about it coz @balamalladi is not going to.

    @ACTFibernet My problem hasn't been solved. I've applied for new connection on 12th Feb which is promised to be done within two days. Still I've waited for the resolution period which was 19th Feb 6:38:20 pm. They're not answering my call from last 4 days.
