    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago horrible service ACT has, no resolution for my internet issue and worst customer facing app and IVR number. Seriously feels like in a trap where we pay money but we don't get service.

    @ACTFibernet I cant raise a request on the app because I have no active connection. I cant even use the app to ask for a new connection in the new location. What a way to treat loyal customers!

    @ACTFibernet hey once again I am here for 2 days there was no packet loss after your engeineer changed dns via router now again same issue packet loss so anything can be done?

    @ACTFibernet cheap tactics from you. I raised a cancellation for my connection. You closed my ticket updating, I agreed to continue my service. Fraud customer care. Avoid ACT
