    No resolution to our internet problems @ACTFibernet SR10176805559792 which has been dead since 25 Aug. Yet you have sent a bill for the whole of August. I have requested already to revise the bill for days of no service and deduct pro rata for the days of no internet.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD No internet since Thursday evening. As stated by Banjara Hills head office, if I face another internet issue, they will refund my money and allow disconnection. I need disconnection today.
