@ACTFibernet Got a text message about a maintenance activity. Guess that's the reason for interruption in service. Would be better if these scheduled maintenance is informed to users in advance.

@ACTFibernet The internet stops working in peak office hours and after waiting for 10-15 mins (atleast) in order to get in contact with your customer care support, the agent says the same thing again and again that they will send technician and this is will not happen again (2)

Hi @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore the connection is not working since morning 11am. Can somebody please update the resolution or the problem for ticket SR10265220274464. Never have I ever faced a downtime of more than 2 hours..

It is showing 19:00 but still till 19:30 its not at all working. @ACTFibernet Always under maintenance, don't know what they maintain or just and excuse to tell customer whenever they complaint.

@ACTFibernet Today again I received this sms change in dates. Your ticket SR10365007039536 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 29-Jun (DD/MM) between 07:30 to 09:00AM. Team ACT. What's happening ru PPL planning to resolve the issue r just sending change in dates.
