@ACTFibernet 1 of the worst service. Irresponsible response when called to customer care. You are not monopoly and there are competitors. It seems we need to call daily and ask for resolution. Who will pay the bill without using the service.

@ACTFibernet very bad customer care services. I requested to disconnect act fibre connection and executive call me to confirm and i asked him to disconnect but it is not disconnected yet and send sms to continue and paying for advance bill. Shame!!!

@veggiediplomat @ACTFibernet This is the exact reason I deactivated my @ACTFibernet couple of years ago after having used their service for nearly a decade. As the company gets bigger individual customers matter less.

@ACTFibernet my no:SR10263952468144 hasn't been resolved yet. It been high latency issues. Funny enough, I get a promo mail after a few days for no-buffering but I'm suffering from buffering issues till now.

@ACTFibernet I applied for new connection in the name of jadam rajesh on 30 Jan 2022 and I paid the amount. It's already 2 days .Till now they didn't given the internet connection.They came yesterday and said port is not there.please slove the issue and give connection soon.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is your server always down? Why do your engineers sell your company stating Servers will be down at night times and you shall have unstable internet? And to my surprise that is true. Worst company these days unlike Beam Telecom which it used to be.

Namaste Sir, @ACTFibernet Very worst customer care number: 9121212121 calling many times regards for the complaint that's the Network is not working at my Store. For language 1 then to speak with customer care executive 9, Then call cuts.
