@ACTFibernet I already placed the request to disconnect my act fiber internet dated 25/06 and place the refund request but till date i not received any refund again and again I have to call customer care there are telling to call after 48 hr , Account number 101013639790 I just want my refund

@ACTFibernet Internet is down from morning, needed assurance that it will be getting rectified immediately. Raised a request, ETA is given for a day more, some hours outage is fine but full day outages are not good. Please look into SR10265292427064

Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. Placed a request to change the ownership of a 6.5 year old account to my father. Been 3 days and there has been no communication after the account was initially disconnected. There's no way to check the status of the Service Request.
