    Still we didn't get any response of connection. When I called to call @ACTFibernet call center they are saying some box issues. So I asked for refund or cancel my connection so that I could move for other internet providers.

    @ACTFibernet It's Sunday! It's festival. Internet goes off in the middle of the day. Tomorrow have to resume work. With this connectivity issues, it's being unbearable now.

    @ACTFibernet Your technician knows the exact issue and resolution. He needed to fix your box at my residence and I granted him permission. But has delayed in the work resulting in repetitive issue. He disconnects my calls.

    @ACTFibernet never get act connected to your home. One of the worst service in bangalore they just dont ruin your time they will also be ruining your money, no proper customer service, nor any quick service requests. Please refund all my money so that i can trow you away.
