    @ACTFibernet I work for private sector, the thought of WFH would come in anyone’s mind. When internet providers like ACT provide the connections they make big promises and make them appear as consumer driven companies compromised on but when it comes to making those promises work, they FAIL.

    @ACTFibernet Where is the update??? Calling customer is not a service... Rectifying or closing the issue is service... Fedup with actfiber team, customer care executivves... More than 5 hours I spoke with your team from last 5 days.... No response..

    @ACTFibernet The "sometime" of ACTFibernet is more than 24 hrs is it? Even 36 hours after registering complaint No internet or your "update"! Even ACTFibre has no clue of what is happening!. Anyone who wants to take New Connection from ACTFibre please think twice. They don't even reply!

    @ACTFibernet most useless and pathetic service provider. Request all not to use it or subscribe it. They provide pain and frustration but no internet. Please avoid @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing connectivity issues for 2 weeks and raised multiple cases. Your service team just kept doing small fixes and nothing to resolve the issue. My internet still does not work and this has created a lot of problems at my work place. Very disappointing!!
