    @ACTFibernet Why have I been charged a 117 late fee when I made the payment on time? Meanwhile, your service was down for 5 dayswhere is the compensation for that? You charge customers instantly, but take no accountability for prolonged outages. Please reverse 117

    @ACTFibernet I ordered a 4K Set Top Box on 27 July with a promised delivery within 2 days. Despite multiple follow-ups with customer service, I have neither received the box nor been given a clear or convincing timeline. Ticket# SR10381355245705. Improve your customer service.

    @ACTFibernet My complaint no is SR10381474176154. i facing internet issue every alternative day...its taking more than a day to fix this issue. how will people work with this kind of net work issues
