    @ACTFibernet 2 weeks ago we were without internet for 2 days because your team failed to shift the junction box from a discontinued customer. Now we've been without internet for 4 hours, with a 24-hour ETA for restoration. This, during WFH. What ****** service is this?

    @JioCare Same answer as @ACTFibernet no problem. These are your standards. It cannot be helped. I had high hopes. But only DISAPPOINTMENT with thele fiber companies.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet why do the ticket raised by me was closed without even resolving the issue and not even got a single call from the service once after reopening.. fed up with your service.. better pls disconnect my connection… worst ever customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Till now the internet is not fixed. it has been almost 1 week. Each time i call support, they tell 24 hr resolution everyday but no resolution was done. The technician is dodging the calls and lying to us saying he will come in 1 hour every time i call. Please resolve ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet Sry to say. I am going to cancel my service. Getting too delay just for changing plan. This is worst. For plan change they are taking more than 3 days.

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 3rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Thanks for processing the refund finally. I have received the amount. It could happen only from social media, customer care number is still pathetic and sales team owns nothing on customer journey. I appreciate the retention and social media team. Thanks.
