Dear @ACTFibernet in a month your service remains down for 15 days and yet you guys shamelessly charge for whole month. @TRAI you guys are the worst Instituition who doesn’t bother to penalise service providers for offering pathetic services.

@ACTFibernet Net is not working from past 3 days. No action was taken from 2 days, they were giving reasons repeatedly but today there engineer called and asked for location then he also didn’t turn up. In pandemic you are hurting ppls jobs who are working frm home worst service
