    @ACTFibernet What's wrong with ACT broadband? Most of the time I have issues. It stopped working today and it has been 1 hour still down We are paying full amount so expecting full service, now a day ACT has become like BSNL, most of the time down.

    @ACTFibernet I will explain one thing clearly when the customer is taking ACT service you mentioned that is any issue will occur resolve by 24 hours, after facing the internet issue for 13 days still not resolved, you are saying patience is the matter.

    @ACTFibernet I am using your service .I was paying 659 monthly plan .but today they charged rs 796 .means 118 for late payment.its not right.if I am paying my bill after late they are charging too much then if I will any internet problem will they pay me money for that.

    @ACTFibernet What's the point of even asking for your customer's preference for relocation date in relocation form when you are going to decide the relocation date by yourself, not understanding the customer's situation? Your feedback form is not working either.

    @ACTFibernet My Ac No: 110637323329 (Shakarpur, Delhi) Service stopped in June 2025 but I already paid ₹2828 for 3 months. Router returned in Aug 2025. Still no refund after 10+ months & 50+ follow-ups. Getting repeated calls for router return. This is harassment. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet you guys are the worst. Every week there is an issue with your interest. Your customer service agents vijay and that supervisor srinath can't even help because their systems don't work. Just close your company already. You guys are not even good compared to startups
