    @ACTFibernet Stream TV 4K booted up and I was setting up. It rebooted on its own saying an Android update is installing. Now it just displays the ACT logo and then falls into a reboot loop. Customer service is not picking up. No reset switch to be found.

    @ACTFibernet provides one of the worst services to their customers, it's been 12 hrs since I had raised my complaint for internet connection failure still i have not recieve any calls regarding that. This is one of the worst services ever had.

    Hello @ACTFibernet here is my account number : 103106735265,I paid for your STREAM TV 4K on 16th of August,Till now I didn’t receive the product.I called your so called customer care more than 10times and i got a response saying wait for another two days. Pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet every month atleast once or twice internet is getting disconnected technician resolves the issue happens again next month. From October till now it has happened continously. No respite for this issue. 103016711170. I want the issue resolved at earliest.

    @ACTFibernet This is very bad, I still don't have a resolution for the outage...I will wait a couple of days and move on to another service provider. The general feedback on your service is poor, wonder if you have given up due to competition from @JioCare #JioGigaFiber

    @ACTFibernet been trying to get your team to resolve issues with internet for the last two weeks. No resolution still. The technicians, support center seem to be giving contrasting information. What’s going on???
