    @ACTFibernet I have made multiple escalations or complaints via all contacts. Still no response, are you ppl even bothered about the customers ? Payment received correctly and it’s been 7 days no proper response for the new setup. Worst ever customer service experience.

    This is so bad and you lost your trustworthiness @ACTFibernet , My network dropped today in my WFH & in online class session for the 4th time in this 1 week! SR10343144867602 the SR number i reopened today! Registered number: 8870720125!You lost your quality!

    @ACTFibernet Account No. 103706743157. There is frequent disconnection and the speed is not optimum. I have raised complaint but haven't received any call back. Kindly terminate my connection. I don't want to continue this any further. @fiber_jio kindly let me know the new plans.

    @ACTFibernet Really ACT, a customer needs to wait for 10 days to get approval from your team to service engineer to replace the Battery of your Junction box?Even the service engineer Asking time for 2 days to replace it everytime when i raised the ticket ,but never replaced,cont.

    @ACTFibernet always prefer ACT 🌹 some people stuck to ONE+ mobile bcs genuine user from genuine service, same way i like ACT 🌹

    @ACTFibernet poo service. When I raise complaint that network is slow they execute who called me is telling me it will be like that when we stay away from router. Is the expectation that we sit in the router and use all the time?

    Without even providing solution @ACTFibernet team has closed my service request. I am following up with them to get a solution for poor connectivity. Till now no one is responding. Highly surprising!

    @ACTFibernet I paid full amount for the new connection on 21/08/2020. From then I spoke with 3 different engineers and 1 sales person who coordinated for the payment, No proper response from any of them. 7338745620 sales person ph num. worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with the executives. Till I make the payment they called several times, after I made the payment they not even bother to communicate about the delay. Now they are telling they don’t know the issue and I have to contact customer care. DM for customer ID

    @ACTFibernet Never trust ACT broad band they have deliberately complicated the customer care. You can never send a mail for any action, only auto reply you get, the never pick up the phone. Best way to migrate to better service provider.

    @ACTFibernet I am fed up with you guys. Every 2 weeks i have to argue with your support guys. You put junction box connected to my house and not giving the refund as promised. And saying that it is not in Port 1 yet. Doesn't your connection know this?? I want my refund

    @ACTFibernet my internet connection was disconnected for no reason and despite contacting customer care it hasn’t been restored even after 48 hours! The due date as per my bill is 24th November, still unable to understand why my connection has been suspended. Pathetic service.
