    @rithishdhoni7 @ACTFibernet dont change plan change your network act will not reply to your question if your upgrading your plan its waste of money I made payment for 1yr but from 2nd month i am getting trouble on my internet if i am raising complaint the field person will close your complaint at late night

    ACT service calls are getting disconnected automatically and instead of reaching out through any other means, @ACTFibernet is closing complaint tickets to maintain good TAT. This is unprofessional and unethical on their part. My sales guy is not responding my calls.. 2/3

    @ACTFibernet 6366954829 - this guy was out of town during the weekend, returned today from hometown, assured to fix before end of day, spoke to me at 4pm, said one hour then I called at 5pm he said before end of day by 6pm. I called him at 6pm and he did not respond to my call
