    Would never recommend @ACTFibernet to anyone. Pathetic customer service. Doesn’t give a damn if customer wants to terminate the connection due to issues with service. What a wow.

    @ACTFibernet Worst Network i have ever used !! Internet is down from Last January !! i have raised a more than 20 tickets, whenever i call, they say issue will be fixed in another 24 hours !! latest Ticket no.SR10253750216330 @ACTFibernet @balla

    @ACTFibernet have been raising ticket after tickets but no one seems to be concerned to customer queries. My account number 102014024461 .. All tickets raise are closed with the technicians calling to promise they will resolve .. immediately I get a msg stating issue resolved

    @ACTFibernet the internet is down again, app is not responding, hence not able to open a ticket. Customer service will not be open until 8am
