    Extremely disappointed with @ACTFibernet services. No internet service in Mangalam area in Tirupati from yesterday morning..its 3rd time happening in 7 days. Customer care not helping much. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP. Work has been pending from two days.

    @ACTFibernet Very worst in kolathur chennai-99 Last three days i lost internet connection in act fibernet. I complained more then 8 times . Still issue is not resolved. I am doing WFH due to this three days i am not worked. Here after provide effective support to the service

    .@ACTFibernet My complain is pending for more than 24 hours now (no. SR10163508159694). What kind of shoddy internet service do you guys provide. It's not even a week since I got the broadband service from you guys,& I am already facing outages. You guys should be blacklisted

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 4th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernet Your executives and staff are least responsible in solving the issue. Installed junction box at my place and promised to give power usage refund, it is not given. Now internet is not working. Everytime I call, you say technical is on way and will resolve by EOD since 10days
