Dear @ACTFibernet it’s Reg your service at Nellore, we requested to convert 3 month plan to one month for the April, followed by disengage the service as we are moving. Many times I called to customer representative non of them given any confirmation yet (1/2).

@ACTFibernet It's been a month since internet is not working at my place, placed 2 complaints and both closed without resolution, no confirmation taken. Is this what is called customer support? Latest complaint SR10254705331862. I am not expecting much, but still hope the best!

@ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday in NR layout, IVR status says problem to be resolved in 24 hours. How can you sit on a problem for even 24 hours on a working day..the only reliance is wifi for Working from home. Pathetic service day by day.
