    @ACTFibernet Its been more than a week and still no call or resolution. It shows your commitment towards customer issues. U r best in market in terms of wifi service but u have to be good in customer service too

    @ACTFibernet Hello to the worst service provider. I have raised a request few days back and issue hasn't been resolved yet and the support team is ultimate worst doesn't understand the issue and raises a ticket without probing.

    @ACTFibernet Please look into this. Extended periods of break in service should not be enforced upon the users.

    @ACTFibernet when u expect us to pay bills on time, we also expect you to provide service without down time.every month there is 1 or 2 days down time. Am tired of raising complaint every month, very poor infrastructure, very poor service.#service #internetdown #TRAI

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 26th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???
