    @ACTFibernet frequent issues with junction box. Everytime your technician says the it won't happen again. And it happens again after 7-10 days. Get it fixed or will switch to a reliable service provider

    @ACTFibernet your support service is pathetic! I had raised a request to shift the Cx (switch box) in my building to a different floor since the cables are obstructing access to staircase, please investigate why your support team is closing the request without any resolution

    @ACTFibernet The complaint has now been resolved. The cable was damaged by a tree your engineer said. @ACTFibernet - why is your infrastructure so weak that you do not have power back up at junction boxes (when TNEB cuts power, internet fails) AND your infrastructure is not resilient? (1/3)
