    @ACTFibernet visited on 26 Sept. and said the router need to be changed and will done on 29 Sept and now today is 1 Oct no update no solution such a Fake promises and fake things you guys do I will file the complaint in DOT.

    @ACTFibernet #terribleinternet what is the status? I did dm my number. No call nothing. Why isn't my Internet active yet after 40days down. If you ask me to pay to get the service started again. First give me service for the 20days I didnt get the service for.

    @ACTFibernet I am not able to discontinue my subscription through app or call center. Please help. Chatbot is designed such a way that otp does not come for cancel subscription. @TRAI #CustomerCare
