Mr M Raju customer care representative was rude and disconnected the call while talking to him @ACTFibernet so waiting for 10days to get one action nice service. @HathwayBrdband was good enough to repose when needed

@ACTFibernet I raised the request for relocate my internet connection on 25th of October and still it is on the way to my new place. Close 20+calls with customer care 3 other technicians. Result we need some time and unique reasons.

@ACTFibernet In the support system using the app, you have cleverly skipped the part to complain on slow internet. How much should I expect if I have 300Mbps connection ? 20 sounds way too low right ?

Finally what I understood is Act will act nicely saying good customer service but customer should sit back and watch. Good bye @ACTFibernet. It was good with @HathwayBrdband made a mistake jumping to your network thinking high speed.

@ACTFibernet#pathetic service# poor customer response#very irresponsible Yesterday I asked ACT vizag for a connection they promised me to install it immediately and I can use my connection immediately but after I paid them they are not taking my call and not answering anything.

@ACTFibernet Pathetic service by Bangalore ACT, been struggling to get my connection up and running since 2 days. Have called customer care 8 times since yesterday and always get response like robot that we are working will escalate.Spolied my week !!
