    @ACTFibernet Nothing is going to change and happen, regretting now for taking your service. Why is your customer service team so irresponsible? They don't listen to what I say? I knew no one will contact me and I have to do multiple follow ups. Fast enough to send an automated response.

    @ACTFibernet My account 101635576655. There is a cable cut in my area and we have reported the same to your support team and raised SR at 12:00PM yesterday. It’s nearly 24 hours and still we are unable to access the internet. We are in trends of WFH and we need internet 24/7
