    @ACTFibernet This is regarding SR10162258439262, it's been 24hrs internet is not working and there is no update on the request and it's becoming new normal for u, it's happening almost every month and always resolution time more than 24 hrs

    @ACTFibernet There was no connection for 4 hours yesterday. Your rep tells ticket would be closed at backend even if issue is not resolved and I have to raise new ticket after 4 days if issue is not fixed. Really frustrated as this happens every month. Can I get permanent resolution ASAP!!!

    @ACTFibernet Says that they won't refund the money for the months in future for which I have already requested a disconnection and the service is not in use! @TRAI is this a legitimate reason?
