    @ACTFibernet bulshit shameless fraud act services committed 75mbps speed and finally getting 30mbps speed when did complaint to customer care engineer ID saying this is only speed possible.person who gave connection not at all taking calls since the connection is booked Fraud!

    @ACTFibernet Update 1: your team first informs they are coming to my place to check the connection. Later starts declining the calls. Called 081691 00337- multiple times with no answer. What kind of a service is this. Call me!!

    @ACTFibernet Your agent Prabakar +919912223963 took money from me for New service activation. He is just doing time pass with customers, Not answering calls, no refund also. Please dont have these Agents, Your services will be impacted.

    @ACTFibernet B. TEAM, didn't even see basic information and addressing issue saying payment frequency cycle will be corrected at Last day of BILLING. LAST DAY OF BILLING WAS 20TH JAN . SIMPLE CHECKS WOULD HAVE ATLEAST BE MADE.
