    @ACTFibernet - Care of worst customer service. I have raised SR10161864617184, 585129094, 574718952 & 2 more tickets for a simple transfer of ownership. Due to your lethargic staff who cannot enter a name correctly from Aadhar card, i am being forced to pay 500 additionally.

    @ACTFibernet My issue is still not resolved. Called up customer care again. Response from customer care is they are unsure when will it be resolved. Why isn't your team uniform/organized?

    @ACTFibernet what's use of internet,if we're paying but getting no service. Given complaint can't be fixed quickly. Paying for continuous months,but while trying to some random day,connectivity is not working!! Is it not a fraud??
