    @ACTFibernet Chennai Sucks Last 1.5 week internet is not working and your chennai team is closing the ticket on a Daily basis without fixing the issues. I have lost track of the # of tickets, opened and closed Escalation @ call center, Local team leader all in vain 9600051764

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working, account no. 101418380685. Happens twice a month usually, extremely annoying. Not the service we expect from act. Could you look into this at priority?

    @ACTFibernet how come a subscription for some Yupp TV has got activated for my ACT account and i receive a bill now for even not knowing that such subscription has been activated. How can you activate a subscription on your own and then ask customer to pay. I am not paying it.

    @Balamalladi13 still my issue not resolved. I got reply from Twitter asking for the details and after that it's almost a day completed and I am still waiting for someone to call me and explain what exactly happened. This is so weird... @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet It's been months since I reported the case and still you are checking the case. So sad to hear about this. If really you people care about the premium customers then I bet you to take the action by today and provide me with the satisfactory resolution ASAP

    @ACTFibernet Finally customer care was talked about, but they are saying that you will have to pay 1000 rupees if you can not give 1760, and without talking further, disconnect the phone, it has become dictatorial, I have all the recordings, registered mobile Number-9639220230

    @ACTFibernet almost 32 hrs after logging complaint about no internet still no solution better will switch to @airtelindia #chennai #poorcustomerservice improve your service or else you will loose ur customers
