    @ACTFibernet Your team is not working properly. No proper response or commitment. That's the reason all blames goes to the ACT. And this way your loosing the customer. Please ask to your team why it is taking long time to provide the connection?

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC I have raised a complaint in the morning regarding my internet issue and the ticket no. is SR10165041403634. TAT is given as before 7 pm in the evening, still not resolved and now the time is 6pm. I am unable to complete my office work.

    @ACTFibernet Having a 150 Mbps connection should mean getting that speed at least 90% of the time. I have never got 150 Mbps speed on my connection. There is a constant drop in speed and the speed is super unstable. Please look into this.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 WORST SERVICE by ACT chennai location. I have raised the request since yesterday to get the connection. Still no reply. Its better to choose other vendor instead of waiting for ACT. And now a days cust care no is worst. Whenever you will make a call there will be silence.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i have no internet from yesterday and when i have raised request it was saying by 4pm issue will resolve and when again i called Cc now changed to tomorrow by afternoon. This is the you guys are working? Can someone help me in this?
