  Dear friends, I would say be cautiouswhilre choosing act fiber .. worst ever support you will receive and very bad attitude from the customer care engineer. they disconnect the call while you speak if they don't have answer. @ACTFibernet thank you for teaching me lesson

  Most pathetic company and service. Was promised a mesh router set, but a basic C5 Archer router was bundled. You made me pay the full package advance and provided this junk,, and mesh does not even work properly. 2 units cover 3 rooms, horrible service. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet service down your junction box is in u vacated property internet not coming how will u compensate my 1 day y technical team said they are coming when if I dealy u charge if your services go down how will u compensate u text 100 times for payment but no service...

  Dear @ACTFibernet, How can I be on a monthly AND an annual subscription at the same time? Why am I being forced to pay a monthly subscription when I already paid ₹18,000+ for an annual plan months ago? I even paid additional monthly charges despite already being on the annual plan. And now, over a disputed ₹354: Support → Nodal Officer → Appellate Authority Still no working Internet. Please investigate the billing discrepancy for as long as you need. But RESTORE MY INTERNET while you do it. I should not have to fight this hard for a service I have already paid for. #ACTFibernet #CustomerService #ACTFibernetBangalore

  Your internet has been down since 3 PM. I already contacted customer service multiple times but have not received any help. The ETA shows tomorrow 3–4 PM. For service down issue why are you taking 24HR ETA?? This is impacting my work. Please resolve this ASAP. @ACTFibernet
