    @ACTFibernet what kind of a customer service is this? Do you people review the calls of your agent’s and see if they are properly working?? I have been calling to upgrade my plan and get the power bill adjusted, Not even a proper response. What’s going on??

    @ACTFibernet I still haven't received the credit note as mentioned by your people. Never realised migrating to ACT from Waavenet would be painful!

    @pandayashas @ACTFibernet Actually I had the same issue and I am told the techs work only 9am to 6:30pm. So if you loose Internet connectivity after 6:30pm, you'll have to wait for another day.

    Still no fix yet. More Than 17 hours now. can't you rethink about your SLA given the situation that we are in @ACTFibernet

    Hey @ACTFibernet Are you really working for the Customers?? Worst Support I have faced from You!! I have raised the ticket for an isssue two days before..but still no one is responding on that..and Not yet fixed!!! Literally Frustrated with your Services..😡😠 #Internet

    @ACTFibernet Same response I am getting from the customer care daily. But there is no solution. I was made a big mistake to reconnect the act connection again. They said 6 months -2 months offer if I reconnect and no shifting charges. For this I was following up from last week onwards.#Act

    @ACTFibernet installed your broadband connection today. Pathetic service. The committed speed is not there and there is lame excuse that the devices are not 5G compatible. Is it a joke?? Are you cheating customers. Need to deactivate ACT broadband immediately.#satnotoactbroadband
