    @ACTFibernet I will explain one thing clearly when the customer is taking ACT service you mentioned that is any issue will occur resolve by 24 hours, after facing the internet issue for 13 days still not resolved, you are saying patience is the matter.

    @JioCare I don't know what you are working on. Appointment gets rescheduled automatically everyday and the line to connect with engineer disconnects without ringing. Used @ACTFibernet for 12 years but never had this much issue

    @ACTFibernet I raised a complaint with Ticket No. SR11079830493484 yesterday and it hasn't been resolved yet without any action or ETA. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Now the service is restored after 24hrs. Since you provided internet for 20min you can't charge me whole day for it. I see the billing started yesterday, Why the cycle date is still 10th October and not 11th October?

    @1in1400Million @ACTFibernet I paid 11k upfront for their service. Act will not refund the cost if I terminate the connection, as per one of their rep - Akash.
