    @ACTFibernet gigabit network down for 4 hours with no response in Chennai. ETA on automated ticket is 24 hours. Brilliant

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down from morning all I get is automated response and there is no way to connect to your customer care . I don’t think i should renew your plan next month anymore. Day by day your service is turning pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet I raised the shifting connection ticket two weeks ago, but there has still been no proper resolution. Because of your engineer’s unacceptable behavior and mistakes, I had to personally apologize to the house owner.

    I think all are scammers even the @ACTFibernet guys are also scammers and fraudsters. They took money but from day 1 internet is not working. Hyderabad Patancheru people are pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet Sarkari department banaya hua h aapne ya fir harass karna achha lagta h, connection kya sarkari quote ke under h ki 1 Chhota sa issue resolve hone me 2 din lag gye and still u are not able to resolve issue really ridiculous job, I wonder @Airtel_Presence @GTPL_Care
