  @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - down since morning. Issue expected to be resolved before 9pm. No improvement. Similarly few days back SR10381520525554 raised and the outage was 3 days. I want compensation for the total 4 days without internet and extra for the inconvenience.

  @ACTFibernet U r such a cheat, corrupt and fraud company!! We have raised a ticket 4 a Problem which is of real concern 2 me & my business but you chose 2 keep mun from last 20 days… Different pplcalling 4m different numbers and not telling names!!! @MIB_India @jagograhakjago

  Hi @ACTFibernet - since there is a box installed in my house which uses electricity, the technician mentioned the units consumed for that will be refunded to me in my ACT bill. But that has not been adjusted. Can you please check and help? Account no 110806926073.

  Thanks to the wonderful high speed service provided by you, I am sitting right on the floor next to my modem to perform any internet related activities as moving 1 metre away would cause the internet to stop. My mobile data plan is simply better. @ACTFibernet

  @ACTFibernet The issue is recurring and not a one time issue, everytime it happens you say the same thing, I want to know the refund process. ACT is the worst broadband company.
