    Again in just one rain @ACTFibernet WiFi gone , what a pathetic service , since the day I have take @ACTFibernet connect atleast I make 1 tweet in a week complaining there services , again I raise the complaint but god know when and how it will be fixed SRN -SR10275795661324

    @ACTFibernet One of the most pathetic customer and billing services are now being provided by ACT....They don't care about the Existing customers no matter if they are 11 years old....For them what matters now is get money from customer...It's been over two weeks no resolution!!

    It’s been days since I raised a shift connection request for @ACTFibernet. Paid extra for the Jaipur offer, but all I get is excuses about "transferring balance from Hyderabad." Raised multiple requests—no resolution. Totally disappointed. I just want my refund. #ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet worst service throughout all the stages. First, Sales guy Chaitanya Kumar comes, takes the money and says that by 5pm the installation will be done. But now, he is not even attending my calls. New scam and way of harassing customers

    @ACTFibernet SR10275768181480 Even after repeated calls, No one is responding to my queries, the ticket is closed without resolving. Customer care disconnects the call, by saying you will get call with in an hour, and no one is calling back. Pathetic service.@jagograhakjago

    Disgusting customer service @ACTFibernet no internet service since two days, been calling the customer service still no response, people stay away from @ACTFibernet Worst experience ever.

    @ACTFibernet I waited a long time for a call, but I didn’t receive one. I have missed call details & no call received from @actfibernet , and I’m requesting a resolution to this issue. Please stop making faulty commitments.

    @ACTFibernet Still no one to respond.This is how the ACT is making the customers suffer with false commitments.The response is worse from the customer care ,they don't have the issue details and they try to convey the delay message,the delay which never ends..
