@ACTFibernet . No internet for almost a day even after multiple calls to customer care no proper response. Many PPL in my building are affected but still it's not taken on priority. Problem which used to get resolved in few hours is now not getting resolved even after day's time

@ACTFibernet one of the worst decisions I have made taking ACT. Since the day one I am having unpleasant experience. A cheap connection with zero urgency to customer issues. Paying 1250 monthly for a third class service. They think customers use internet for luxury
