@ACTFibernet - 1 un subscription could lead to 6 un subscription - user facing no Internet During WFH, slow service, technician no clue what to do ,simple math 1 user = 13,000(approx pa) I.e 6 users * 13,000 INR = 80,000(pa) are u really wanted to loose this business ?

@ACTFibernet for connection shift 1. Can’t do via call 2. Website doesn’t help 3. App always says “something went wrong”. I have options to change provider. Let me know if you can resolve or not.

@ACTFibernet Spoke to technical backend team, can we expect this to be expedited pls. It’s the same plan since last 1 yr and now they say router doesn’t support or it’s nt that constant for speed. Ironically it was given by your team itself as part of new connection!
