    I have never seen such a perverse internet provider as Act Fiber Net. Because of you I lost 4 days off in a month and am important promotion which is very much needed to me. I want to sue on @ACTFibernetHYD & @ACTFibernet. Plz help me how to compliant in the Consumer Forum🙏

    @ACTFibernet Dear @ACTFibernet, @ACTFibernetHYD sorry to say this, you guys are taking customers for granted. We do not have other service provider in our area which is why your not addressing issues for months. I got call from service engineer saying it will be done in 2 days,

    @ACTFibernet Thanks it is working now. Mid night 12.30 AM, I could see the network connectivity & it prompt me to login and able to access broadband services after login. The case was closed too. May be it helps if you include the closure reason.
