@ACTFibernet ur exec called me & asking me to buy the router frm u or upgrade the plan by paying extra amount to re-solve this issue - which is strange. Why could u do like this? why not U are charging this money to ur sales Exec Mani - 9513316559 who gave fake speed promise.

@ACTFibernet support is resembling an extortion racket. Technician will want you to change the router at extra price. When you refuse, goes away saying ‘router problem’.doesn’t want you to raise a service request. Calls you asking why you complained. Curiouser and curiouser..

@ACTFibernet here in every month why the service got cutoff already I paid full amount then why are you providing so much bad service to customers every month minimum two times service get cutoff apart from this your technicians taking 24-48 hrs for resolving, it's too much

I have been told that the installation is free for one month and 6 month plan. I have paid for Router and One month subscription i.e., 800+590 but @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @ACTFibernetHYD didn't issue me a router yet. Either issue the router or full refund.

@ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid for it since 3 days no installation. Representative not picking calls. Initiated refund but no progress. Pathetic service. Please confirm that I'll get refund so i go for other connection without waiting for ur refund.
