    @KarwaKomal @ACTFibernet @VijayGopal_ I stay in kondapur and have nt any issues in last 3 yrs.even if there most resolved on same day. Same exp. Before in miyapur for 5 yrs. probably u might have try getting local technician no. in apt they might act fast as cant afford to loose more connections

    @ACTFibernet When it comes to taking money you guys are proactively calling for plans and shyt!! Worst internet provider and your executives are bloody liars. I need to talk to a manager right away or cancel my account and refund the money!

    @ACTFibernet it has been 15 days I still haven't get refund. Everytime I called your customer service agent telling me it has been initiated & finance team will call back. Ticket SR10262642155180 open today & in an hour you closed it without resolution @nch14404
