    The worst service act is of those who have fibernet, their internet gets cut every week, their internet remains off 10 to 12 times in a month and if some issue arises, it gets fixed in 3 to 4 days, then it gets damaged again. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet absolutely disappointed!! No internet since today morning and you don't bother to respond to calls as well. Internet disruption is happening frequently these days. Day before yesterday and today whole day no service. Your service has gone from bad to worse.

    @ACTFibernet Hi, repeated issue, Within 10 minutes of power cut , wifi getting disconnected. How many times I have to face this issue? Why no proper wifi power back up is provided?

    @ACTFibernet It is strange to see how “Internet Down” complaints take over 24 hours to fix for an “Internet Service Provider” in 2025. Interactions with your Bangalore Bellandur (Green Glen) team have been frustrating. Want a refund & change in ISP.

    @ACTFibernet Post cancellation I'll get my refund right? As @ACTFibernet is failed to reinstall internet services and fix the issue. Yiu guys are actually running a #scam by selling new connections and creating a situation that the user will discontinue the service, right?
