@ACTFibernet Worst customer service they said issue with be resolved by night now they tell engineers won't work issue will resolve only on tomorrow customer service not giving proper ans very disappointed, educate customer service on how to treat customers with appropriate information

The @ACTFibernet support is utterly ridiculous. It has been 5 days and still just one phone call from the support team giving fake empathy. I am on the edge of getting the service cancelled but I have already paid for a 8 month package. Need some human intervention ASAP.

@ACTFibernet INTERNET down since last 48 hrs. All complaints on the APP and on 91212121 seems to fall on deaf ears. Each call on 9121212121 take atleast 20 min to get thru and SHOCKINGLY call drops midway. N ur executive does not have the COURTESY to call back. DISAPPOINTING

Dear @ACTFibernet, your issue resolution process is very poor. Even your APP doesn't show the status of the complain. I got SMS that my ticket had been closed, but it didn't show what action was taken. In mood to Give up your connection and service.

@ACTFibernet I gave another shot to connect with customer care. This time the IVR is not even accepting the Account ID. Seriously the most pathetic company to deal with. No callback, no update but they still want customer to make the payment on time. Hats off Indian Govt...
