I raised 3 tickets in last 2 months for the same issue, which means they are just providing temporary solutions. You can see issues pouring in every hour in Twitter. I disconnected one of my services last week

    @Ravi_sravyu @ACTFibernet No. Just disconnect. They are fraudsters with poor customer service. They levy 6 month fee and provides poor service. I've raised 3 tickets in last 2 months. Their solutions are temporary. Slow response. We disconnected one of connections. Plz keep track of all raised tickets.

    @ACTFibernet @varam70 No. Don't fall prey to them. They are fraudsters with poor customer service. They levy 6 month fee and provides poor service. I've raised 3 tickets in last 2 months. Their service dont deserve even 1 star rating. Slow response. Better go with other internet providers and try.

    @ACTFibernet No. You keep sending in some executives who keep saying that the cable is cut. Are you providing poor cables for every month? Then they claim that the junction box is changed. What the hell is going on? You keep generating tickets and there is no permanent solution. 9790984994

    @ACTFibernet We both know you don’t care. You won’t arrange anything. You will simply write automation to close my tickets at the end of the business day. You will spam me with referral discount promotions and bill payment reminders. Pretty clear you’re shutting down operations.
