    @ACTFibernet !a very worst experience before installing the broadband. Nobody in your team is properly responding after receiving money. Even customer care number is not answering, just waiting and waiting. Should I raise a complaint to refund the advance paid money?.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10165830222304 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Sep (DD/MM) between 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT Today 11 September but issue is not yet resolved, I'm a work from home employee, I'm facing problems to work.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR11765835120774 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Sep (DD/MM) between 19:30 to 21:00. Team ACT This was supposed to be resolved by yesterday but still not resolved. Internet is down since yesterday noon. This has become a routine now.
