@ACTFibernet Resolution time set for 3 tickets at 7.30 pm today, 1 for Internet not working, 2nd one for slow Internet connectivity another & 3rd one for refund/adjustment for non usages of @ACTFibernetHYD , but your bloody customer service ,technical team called only for ticket closure ☝🏻

@ACTFibernet In my Hyderabad society, almost every ACT Broadband user is facing slow internet. Despite repeated complaints, ACT keeps closing tickets without fixing issues. Looks like they’ve taken on more customers than they can handle — time to switch providers.

@ACTFibernet It's best not to use @ACTFibernet . Local internet at times is better. They provide better service than @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Your app is of no use. Just like your internet. The issue is still not solved. There is no communication from your side, whatsoever, either in the app or from someone. I know you have still not fixed the problem.

@ACTFibernet Highly unreliable and unprofessional. There is no update from your side. Your customer care doesn't know anything. Regret taking @ACTFibernet Request to all not to take @ACTFibernet . They take money and don't provide service
