    @ACTFibernet no internet since morning 10:30. As we all work from home it's important for us to have a stable connection. One whole day is lost due to connectivity issue. Request you to please resolve at earliest

    @ACTFibernet Customer care service person disconnected call while speaking to him. On field technician didn't receive phone calls whole day. Very rude behaviour and even worse service. Will never recommend this to anyone. SR10162943470692 lied that technician working hrs till 8pm

    @ACTFibernet there has been a lot of service disruption lately, and today there is no internet for more than 5 hours. Only response I get is "we are working on it". Pls expedite. Ticket number - SR10262974321448

    @ACTFibernet i have placed a connection shift request on 27 th separate 2021 , still i am behind customer service ....Pathetic. one guy will tell will address with in 1 another guys will tell with in one week. This is not expected from @ACTFibernet i am using u guys since 2016.
