    Disappointed with @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet @FiberAct. Customers are being charged late fees, reconnection charges, and sometimes even multiple invoices in the same month. What’s worse, charges are being levied for periods when the service was not used and even

    @ACTFibernet what a shame! Disgusting and so frustrating experience. It's been 12 hours I raised a ticket, TAT was 7:30 pm and still not resolved. No way I can contact customer care. Definitely not renewing this ****** connection next time
