    @ACTFibernet recently i have asked the customer care to change my address which they have entered wrong now after correction what they did was they added wrong and correct address together now need help to correct this please as there is no direct contact for customer care

    @ACTFibernet Please review the ticket SR10258912235878. Such a pathetic service by your team, N no. of time I have called customer care but the service person have not yet come for reconnection.

    @ACTFibernet I was able to reach customer care later & the issue is resolved now. But, it's still very inconvenient. Most of the times it's coming as busy and try again later App is not very friendly like before. We used to have option to create a support ticket but it's no longer available

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service. Complaint logged in morning at 7PM and immediately got message that issue will be resolved by 5PM, without checking the issue. I am writing this message around 2PM and no one has visited to check then how come same be resolved.

    @ACTFibernet Its to inform you that your executive came to our home in HYD, he went back saying that after launch going to fix the issue. I think his launch taking so long that may be he come after dinner tonight. Or maybe not. So is your service, ticket SR10159077977699
