    @ACTFibernet I am facing continuous internet issues since many days. I have raised SR10280632329814 but no action has been taken. System is not allowing me to open new ticket. Customer care is non responsive and giving vague responses. Please check.

    @ACTFibernet #Patheticservice I have been a customer of ACT since 2016 nd never have I faced such pathetic service. It's over 9 days now nd SR10180616919614 is yet to be attended. I guess Uguys Rnot bothered about old customers. Nother issue is Uhave not deactivated my old accs.

    PLEASE DON'T subscribe to @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Ticket raised 2 days ago Still not yet resolved. A technician called me once regarding the issue and he's not lifting calls Since yesterday night There's not even a customer care number to reach out and escalate. WORST!!

    @ACTFibernet Got a call from ACT, another ticket is logged as the link is down. Just got off a call with the the ACT technical team but the call got disconnected unable to get through the number again. Worst experience, can someone fix this asap?
