@Batman17013840 @ACTFibernet I can second you on that when they want you to get the connection you'll get 4 people calling you, but when you have an issue here you and I are calling texting and what not with zero response from them.

@ACTFibernet My ACT WiFi has been down since yesterday morning. I raised a complaint, but no action has been taken so far. My work has been severely affected. Every time I call, they give false promises like “we’ll escalate your issue and resolve it immediately
