    @ACTFibernet took 4 days . Let alone took me 79 calls . That's 20 calls per day . Improve your service it's bad.

    @ACTFibernet #balamalladi It is apparent now looking at so many posts to ACT by folks, U have a long way to go in Cust Service!! Rajeev doesn't hv decency to respond to email and ur twitter handles are jokes as well! Great leadrship and its obvious at the bottom of the serv chain!!

    @ACTFibernet my Internet is not working since 48hrs. Your customer care only apologies when I can but I can’t see any work happening to resolve this. Pls do something about it if you cannot fix it pls STOP MARKETING all stupid offers when you can’t fix my line since 48hrs

    @ACTFibernet Complaint number SR10363493135264 is open for 2 days and when I call customer care they replied as " They don't know when it will be resolved" Day by day ACT service is getting worse.
