    My internet in Visakhapatnam is down since morning. Ticket SR10781657893794 shows an unacceptable late ETR of 20:30. Please expedite this and send a technician sooner! @ACTFibernet

    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility
