  @Srinivasa After multiple calls & emails, @ACTFibernet has closed my ticket without resolving my refund issue. Router already returned (have video proof), yet refund kept on hold for months.Ticket no :SR10279644165026, I have all most following up on daily basis.

  @ACTFibernet Son of *****. *************. Have some shame. Taking full money and outages most of the time. Why will it take 2 days to resolve the internet issue? It's been regular now. Every weekend there is no internet, it has been happening from past 3-4 weeks.

  Day 3- of problem that is still unresolved ticket no. SR11079981334564 is still there unresolved by your customer support and @ACTFibernet is just wasting time of their customer . @ACTFibernet just shows care to their customers till recharge once done then who you are for them.

  @ACTFibernet Requested junction box relocation (2nd → ground floor). First ticket closed without fix, second missed yesterday. If not done TODAY, power will be cut this evening coz of electrician work, multiple users will lose internet. Urgent action needed.
