    Hi @ACTFibernet Buffering issue still persist. I m unable to watch movies online. For this issue I hv raised complaints multiple times, technicians always provide temprary solutions & gt a lot of showoff calls 4m cust care 2 know the reason bt no permanent resoln provided yet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I haven't seen such an irresponsible ISP, for straight 6 days you cannot fix my internet when I asked for a refund so I can go with another ISP, you disconnected my internet. For sure I don't want to use your service. Refund my money for 3 month.

    when the connection was inactive. Poor customer support and delayed resolutions have resulted in unnecessary payments and frustration. Request an immediate review of these unfairbilling practices and a resolution for affected customers. #ACTFibernet #CustomerService #BillingIssue

    @ACTFibernet there is no network since yesterday noon, my work is affected. The agent who called me yesterday was just trying to reboot rather than finding the exact issue. I want to you act quickly to resolve this issue. SR10380741442584

    @ACTFibernet Also your customer care raised a ticket to replace my mesh routers since weeks. Nothing came from your side. When i call customer care they simply cut the call. Why dont you shutdown your services?
