@ACTFibernet I think if you call the number above you'll have all the details. I would like to point out that he forced us to pay 6 months advance for act connection and now he is nowhere to be seen. Horrible experience right in the begining.

@ACTFibernet Chennai: I've tried to shift connection numerous times over website and ACT App, but it keeps asking to enter 'Shifting Address', when there is no tab to enter such a detail. No satisfactory customer support received till now. Pls resolve asap

@ACTFibernet Have been literally following up with act executive called Manjunath from past 3 days. +91 89517 87511 number as mentioned. He makes me wait 2 hours everyday and then never shows up neither receives my phone calls. Pre connection experience. I think it's a mistake.
