    @HathwayBrdband Why does it take so long to fix an issue and why does the resolution time keep moving for my service request? It was first supposed to be resolved by 12 noon yesterday. Then it moved to 6pm yesterday. Now it's just ”under progress” Time to move back to @ACTFibernet or @fiber_jio

    @ACTFibernet my internet is not working nd it says I didn't pay the bill. But I payed the bill and I am not able to contact customer care. I have been a long time customer for @ACTFibernet and this is how u treat us.

    @ACTFibernet My account is getting disconnected inspite of my paying the amount. And any escalation to customer care falls on dead ears. Extremely hardwork is required to be as shameless as your organisation

    @ACTFibernet chennai is lightening quick to take an upfront installment and install a connection but unfortunately when the internet goes it's a nightmare to even get help. Almost 48 hours and no one has called even after registering an official complaint.

    A particular @YouTube video was streaming fine as long as browsing through @ActFibernet whereas when I switched the network to @reliancejio it says not available due to some copyright claims in a specific country.
