    @Airtel_Presence Airtel cares has become Airtel doesn't care any more. Gone are the days, when Airtel used to reply to messages and had brilliant customer support. Seems time to switch to @ACTFibernet but only if they reply.

    @ACTFibernet Your ticket SR10164636972934 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 21-Apr between 09:00 to 13:00. Team ACT . During WFH, don't you think issues like this should be resolved in 2-3hrs and not in 28hours .

    @ACTFibernet am thinking to switch from your network. How can you not maintain the network properly? I get a message saying connection will be restored by tomorrow. I'm the only person in support today and your network does this? Poor maintenance. Pathetic.
