ACT committed an ETR of 8 Aug, 9:00 PM. That deadline has passed, and the issue is STILL unresolved. I already raised this publicly yesterday.

No one in ACT cares about the customer. None of you have tried to reach out to understand the issue. Just msging here doesn't help me.

Venkat (@venki6047) reported@ACTFibernet is a pure scam, continues to disappoint with frequent service disruptions and poor support. Tickets get auto‑closed, callbacks never happen, and even basic service quality isn’t maintained. Customers deserve better, would not recommend this provider. #worstservice

There is no resolution expect for the fact that the app now reflects the SR#. I appreciate your efforts on customer service. If not, I am happy to disconnect the service & move to another service provider
