@ACTFibernet if you need I can start posting your details as to what happened. Your chat executives are just waste of time. One of them said your account has automatically changed to monthly plan and no action to reinitiate it. Like one of the worst service I have ever seen.

@ACTFibernet shame on you guys you charge customer according to you wish and will. Trust me I want to make sure everyone knows about you. I have taken a 3months plan which is suppose to expire on Feb 22nd you people have changed my plan to monthly and charged me a bill of 312.
