    @ACTFibernet i have been your customer for over a decade and in the last 2-3 months this is the 2nd time i have faced an issue and you are taking more than 10-15 days to address it. .. Will switch to @airtelindia soon

    @ACTFibernet We subscribed since one week only, in this week we used only 3-4 hrs , no one is responding to calls , cal centre is responding after holding in line for one hour, just they raising complaint that's it , teqnitian way of talking is very harsh , so much disappointed with ACT Fiber

    @ACTFibernet frequently your services are getting disconnected. Too much to expect? Field services come and habitually misbehave with customer. They do not show id! Why such behavior and services? @DoT_India take note of such deplorable connectivity issues and investigate.
