    @ACTFibernet from more than 2 weeks faulty router provided for ACT new connection is not changing as promised to replace with new router. Account No: 101546577130. Every time when complained raising ticket and closing without solving. Is this useless service you are providing?

    @ACTFibernet Just check my call log to your customer care from March 5th. How many times I have called and how many times you have closed the issue. But it just happens everytime. Never expected this from @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Inspite of raising on twitter and giving fake resolution to the customer. The fraud legacy of Act fibernet continues. No one from the team called me to resolve the amount issue yet. Cheating customer with their money is what u guys best at?

    @ACTFibernet most pathetic services.. Does not support customers Especially during the work from times, streaming, buffering and connectivity is at its worst. Am sure you guys will lose it to jio fiber very fast. Until such time have my problems addressed and fixed

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Got a mail for AHA Subscription, through the link I just logged in to see what movies are available, by then I was charged 298rs. There were no terms and conditions to agree, there was no indication that as soon as I login I will be charged!
