    @ACTFibernet #hyderabad#So unfortunate that tickets are being closed without resolving issues. Raised tickets 5 times. Just to escape from responsibility, your team is closing tickets. So stupid.

    @ACTFibernet Spoke to cx , 24 hours resolution time is not acceptable. I have meetings to attend and work to do and half of the day is gone. What am I suppose to do now?? You are saying 24 hours. I am gonna shut it down. Just wait.!

    are playing the blame game with the teams, this is preposterous. Everyday I recieve the same info from the executives that they are taking the complaint on high priority and escalate it further. I dont understand the escalation process in @ACTFibernet it's taking them more (2/3)
