    @DoT_India Thanks a lot for taking a look at my concern. If you look at the @ACTFibernet portal or app they don’t have option anywhere to downgrade the plans.. if you write mail to the customer care they do not replay on the issue.

    @ACTFibernet My Internet connection is down for more than 24 hours I have already raised complaint(SR11050654962942 ) , but still no resolution , I have called customer service more than 5-6 time but they all are saying they are checking, this is how u work !frustrated

    @ACTFibernet This is related to SR10250663815075 I had raised this complaint yesterday. i was told some one from billing department will contact me within 4 hrs and i am still waiting for the call. you leave the customer in issues and say "we care". Some BS isnt it?

    @ACTFibernet Seems like you guys disconnected our connection when we went to hometown even though we were paying every month.This is the fourth day since raising the complaint. How am I supposed to WFH now?We will move to different ISP if the problem doesn't get fixed by tommorow

    @ACTFibernet I have taken new broadband connection in Hyderabad which has better service and giving more speed and data compared to less cost which am paying for you now. So go ahead and proceed for disconnection. my details I have sent in DM with you. please check
