@ACTFibernet is super fraud and their customer care has a bunch of senseless people who will hound you for life. They first stopped my connection and then first asked to wait 4hrs then 24hrs and now 48hrs. I am really tired of calling them over and over since yesterday.

@ACTFibernet The request was escalated to the area supervisor Kishor Divvella on 22nd of April, but there has not been even a call back from this person even after 3 days. Such a pathetic service. If this can't be done today then just refund my amount,I'll go with @fiber_jio or @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet There has been an network interruption since yesterday. Still the issue is not resolved yet. And this is not the first time. It happens very frequently. On an average in a month, i dont have internet for almost 7 -10 days.Whenever i raise a complaint it takes 24-48hr

.@ACTFibernet Your Internet speed is not even 2G. I am observing from last 1 yr. your Executives are in denial mode and customer care can’t be reached easily. Whole of our community is shifting to .@reliancejio or .@airtelindia soon FYI
