    @ACTFibernet Also, ACT team is changed my plan to swift from Blaze when the request was never made. I believe this was done due to waive off request made for unused service

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since 12 days!! We had to resort to install GX box. Have spoken to call center many times everyday but no one has contacted for install. Will you reimburse the last 2 weeks of phone bills where we used our own mobile hotspot? This is very bad.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet when I called today it was informed the technician was not available as it was a weekend yesterday,however when I made a complain they said the issue will be resolved in 1hr i.e, at 6pm. How do you validate your such irrelevant claims.

    @ACTFibernet Sorry sir but din received any solution for your team. They call yesterday and said to give me 24 hours. Already I gave 5 days for your team. I think you have to close your company otherwise you have to change your staff they are not work property.

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet . Its been almost 24 hours and I have not received user name and password for a new connection. Just because I don’t have any other option at this locality , I have to bear it after paying so much for a connection. Worst service in Bangalore.

    @ACTFibernet You people take 72 hours to resolve any issue! Worst internet connectivity with drops every now & then, no matter the plan!! And on top of that, you charge 'late fee' without any intimation!!!! @JioCare and @airtelindia, please extend your broadband services in areas
