Raised a plan change request on 30th May and even after 7 days, no technician has visited and my plan is still not updated. Zero accountability, zero customer support. Highly disappointed. I renewed my plan on 19 May, and in this week itself internet was down 4 times. technician told he visited and made changes in mainbox, whereas box itself is inside our house and no one visisted. Pathetic service.
