Every time, the 1st and 2nd ETA are missed, and a new ETA is given. Technician Sravan is not responding to my calls. This is unacceptable.@ACTFibernet

Bibin Bharath (@R3N3g4d300) reported@ACTFibernet seems to be an ongoing issue. Lost internet today since morning 9am and only response is the generic one where eta for fix is evening 9pm and it is still not resolved at 10pm. Extremely frustrating!!

Akash (@akash_8a) reported@ACTFibernet ₹117 late fee despite paying on time, while your service was down for 5 days with no compensation. On top of that, I’m unable to connect to customer care. You’re quick to charge customers but unavailable when support is needed. Reverse the 117 charge
