    @ACTFibernet I requested for a new service, at the initial contact the representative said the connection will be available within 24hrs of payment, this is day 6 still no connection, I have been calling for the status nothing has been done as of now, so ridiculous,unprofessional

    @ACTFibernet I am unable to contact the Act digital tv support center, It always redirects me to the Fibernet option. The representatives tried to redirect the call, but nothing worked. I dropped an email too, but no response. Could you help me here?
