@ACTFibernet But the truth is I am still at my place and the connection couldn’t be provided due to power box issue. One of your executive Mr. Solomon recorded this false information in my resolution to the complaint.

@ACTFibernet We only get message that a SR No is opened and a SR No. is closed. So any false information fed by your customer care guys leads to wrong resolution which only further aggrieves the customer.

@ACTFibernet Now this guy registered a complaint No SR. No. SR11564073029677 against those 2 executives. 20 mins later I got a call from Aleem SK who told me that my issue will be resolved by tomorrow 12:30. If it is not resolved then I need to to raise a ticket again. See another ticket.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet all this while waited for update & resolution from your team it more than 2 days now & customer care they don't have any information to update to customer when we reach them its like dummy team sitting there and they don't escalate to next team very ridiculous team.

@ACTFibernet And obviously my request for refund would be never entertained. Infact the customer care of @ACTFibernet is not at all transparent. Every time we call them a new SR No. is generated. We could neither see what is written in the complaint and what is resolution.
