@ACTFibernet Internet is not working since morning and when I called to customer care they said cable disconnected near by but till now nobody is taking care. Half of the day completed, how can we do work from home. This internet issue is keep on happening.

@ACTFibernet installed the modem TpLink Archer C20 model while I took the connxn. now Im informed from technical team that this will not support more than 100mbps. you upgraded my conxn without my consent. now im unable to use internet at all. Hopeless pathetic cust support 😡😡

@ACTFibernet @ACTChennai Worst service ACT. Everyday, I raise issues through your App 4 or 5 times. Everyday the connection is getting disconnected, connection is getting logged off. Check how many tickets I have raised and how many times I raised issues. Acc 103434304089

@ACTFibernet horrible service in chennai. internet down since yesterday. Call centre gave major hub server failure as reason. Turns out that the DC adapter at junction failed, Time to resolve 5 mins. Impact to customer 24hrs With my daughter's exam impacted. very disappointing
