  @ACTFibernet is anyone Available in ACT to address customer’s problem. Shifting request given on 2nd aug but not installed. Support centre always gives falseassurances for revert and will be done today. Hope owners of ACT fibre will see condition of service

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD - No proactive checks nor maintenance. Poor communication. Every month first week, there is a disruption in services. No communication to customers about your updates in the backend. Kindly avoid this slogan "INCREDIBLE ACT CORP" till you change ur service levels

  @ACTFibernet - Here at Srirampura-Nagappa block-Bangalore Fixing a junction box problem is taking forever. At present WFH situation without internet how are we supposed to work ? Unprofessional and Irresponsible service. Never ever expected this from ACT.
