    @ACTFibernet Thank you so much @ACTFibernet this is the 6th day the problem isn't resolve. After so many multiple reminders you guys don't bother to listen your customer. I'm feeling disheartened by choosing @ACTFibernet my previous local services provider was 100 times better than you.

    @ACTFibernet I really doubt does ACT cares Customer..It's really annoying..Account no. 103577627062..I have been chasing to give solution but no use...pls some responsible person look into issue and close...Simply suspending service for no fault from customer is of no use..

    @ACTFibernet again net disconnected. This is now becoming a serious issue. Resolve it. @DoT_India take note. They are charging a bomb for the services but fail to provide uninterrupted services.

    Very disappointed with @ACTFibernet. Paid the bill twice for the previous billing cycle and your team confirmed that I don't need to pay the bill for next billing cycle . Now my account was suspended since 48 hours. And cs doesn't even bother to resolve my issue.@ACTFibernetHYD

    @ACTFibernet your service is pathetic ..Difficult to express in words. I wanna shift my cable tv or cancel service if there is no network. It's been a week no one contacted. 1 lady called 3 days ago and asked for fibre net where I said the issue is with cable tv. No response yet
