    @ACTFibernet Been on hold for more than 30 mins twice and still no one answers. Would you mind reducing your wait time. Thinking about switching over to Airtel as there customer service is so much better with hardly any hold time. Please revert back.

    @ACTFibernet From today morning our broadband is not working. Earlier you guys were informing if there will be no network now there is nothing. Every month after I pay the bill one or two days I don't get internet. Your services are getting bad day by day

    @ACTFibernet That's what I am saying your team doesn't makes any call back regarding this issue and your customer care service is not useful please make changes in customer service other wise we will slowly remove remaining connections of our family members

    @ACTFibernet whole month I am complaining about this issue how much more time you guys need it all problem of bad routing and your executives just want to close the complaint no resolution please train your executives they only know about internet not working that's all they know..

    @ACTFibernet Very poor Service. Without my Consent and without resolving the issue my complain (SR11964174329164) is closed and after 2 days I am still not able to access the internet provided by ACT Fibernet. Return my 2 days recharge money. very poor service.😡😠😠

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service recently. 5G band speed is coming at 50 Mbps for 250 Mbps that too when sitting beside the router. Worst response from customer service too and even no response from Twitter team too.

    @ACTFibernet why only at nights ur network will break. Ur associate said problem with my router and suggested to change it. Do router know it’s night and I should stop working?

    @ACTFibernet been facing low speed over a month, a technician had come from ACT on his own to check and claimed that they know connection has been slow for our area. But no improvement. Need urgent solution, please have someone call me on 8390194422
