@ACTFibernet @Balamalladi. Extremely disappointing service ,well it's not the first time getting so pathetic service from ACT. But this time it was hopeless, customer care agent was so disrespectful and not even bother to listen, it feels like speaking to machine.

@ACTFibernet Still the worst experience. Took 6.5 hours to fix after coming on duty, when the resolution would have taken only 1 hour. Highly disappointed with your service.

@ACTFibernet i have raised request for connecting shifting..Its been 10 days i have not received a single call from also from your team. I've been following up day in out but there is always same response that we will get back to you. You people have pathetic after sales service.
