    @ACTFibernet :I raised a ticket for referral not being reflected in billing on 11th July. After conversation with Sales and the support they assured ,it will be corrected jn back end. Again I got in touch with The team on 15th July who confirmed, referral is present give 72 hr

    @ACTFibernet my Internet is not working. The electricity power is there, even the Internet and router is on, yet there is no Internet is showing. Please resolve this issue asap

    @ACTFibernet Please try to resolve the issue within 24- 48 hrs or atleast within 72 hrs. Plz dont lag it for another 3 mnths like your technicians who are working in my area.

    @ACTFibernet Y don't u provide Warranty for the router u r giving.. After 3months it stopped working.. Worst experience I called the connection guy He told to buy a new router...

    @ACTFibernet Your Customer service and technical team are gone mad. I'm calling and requesting from 5days but No response at all. Useless Service and Useless to escalate the issue also.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet ACT is careening down hill fast. It will be a "null & void" company soon. I had 6 connections. Shut 5 of them because of poor Service & total disregard of Clients. Poor Management at Middle and Higher levels is very apparent. Shutting the 6th one too.
