@ACTFibernet Thank you for resolving! feedback I have is please train your customer CARE agents or at the minimum please interview them before hiring. Charan was horribly rude. I thought the support was 24/7 but Charan informed that technical issues are resolved only during the business hours

@ACTFibernet Recently, I installed ACT junction box. Within a month, the neutral part of MCB burnt instead of the circuit breaker tripping. Now, I have to replace MCB due to your faulty equipment. What kind of service is this?

@ACTFibernet i recently took ACT fiber net in Vijayawada from the date of activation every day I'm getting frequent disconnection issue almost I have raised 5 complaints I never seen sach a worst network in the world,i totally disappointed,i never recommend to anyone 105598778714

@ACTFibernet does anyone pay for service not provided !! heights of customer service, i would have been ashamed of myself if i was customer with a company who dont have ethics with their customers and they say send private message, god knows what they are upto,it happens only in India!!
