@ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 22nd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

@ACTFibernet I have sent a complaint earlier also but my problem is still not resolved and i get the same response. Would definitely not recommend this. High time of calling and getting no response or resolution

So I requested to speak to a superior at @ACTFibernet . They said the supervisor takes upto 4 hrs to call back. I wonder what they’re busy with..maybe providing the worst service ever to their users? And FYI, I still did not receive a call back. It’s been 3hrs now.
