    @ACTFibernet since morning im trying to connect with you as im facing issue with configuration im trying to connect with your IVR as well however no response. T his is the reason i have purchased ACT for no response from customer service end.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the quick response. Today it's all good, I'm reporting when I face the issue next time. On Tuesday it got disconnected frequently having red for internet in modem. I'll continue to monitor.

    @ACTFibernet marvelous service, when i called for shift, some one ask me pay if i need connection by the same day. I did pay and witout checking fesbilty they asked and i paid. No one adress my refund, no esclatn thank you for looting. Tkt sr10164573240045

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD your agent ripped me off, due to his negligence i an suffering huge loss. Now who will help me out??? If i call him he just disconnects my calls. What do i do??? Can you atleast help.

    Hey @ACTFibernet can you confirm, if your support call center is 24x7 or closes at 8pm, if it closes then, why your IVRS keeps giving hopes that... 1 person is before you for 2 hours... can't you say, we will be open from 8am-8pm ? Ticket # SR10764592291184

    @ACTFibernet i had conversations with customer service officer named gopi Srikanth at 9:15 pm and that bastard again disconnected my call after listening to my query , what the hell you guys are doing, kindly arrange a call back from your end right now!!

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team since a couple of months. I tried reaching out on almost every platform available to speak to legal team. This is the 149th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will this be settled? When will I get JUSTICE...???

    @ACTFibernet worst worst worst worst service provider ever!! Facing slow internet issues since last month still not able to resolve my issue.. fraud customer care Officer , disconnecting my calls , service technician also disconnecting and kept my number in blocked..

    @ACTFibernet ticketno#SR10164587577274 raised from morning internet not working,no one came to resolve the issue. Why can't you guys assign like other Apps where we can see the slot and time for service engineer with details. WFH and no internet pathetic service.
