  @ACTFibernet Thanks. Yes the service engineer confirmed that the issue was fixed. The internet speed is however slower. The app recommends to change the channel but not how. Your bot does not have that option too.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC Is your customer care team there to just disconnect the call without providing any resolution to customers?????They simply stay silent on the call for a long time and we have to forcefully disconnect the call. It's ridiculous.
