  @ACTFibernet The speed has become poor and reduced to 50 mbps and lower post all your maintenance activities. This is a major headache to keep reporting and not see improvement.

  @ACTFibernet It’s your task to cancel and refund my entire money back in my bank account if you can’t I will file a complaint and also dispute the payment with credit card company with all the proofs against you. As clearly your team shared wrong info to me to renew and upgrade plan its fraud

  @ACTFibernet I hve raised a ticket for slow internet bt post that there has been no internet since 12+ hours now. I dnt know what understanding or troubleshootng is being done by disabling the internet as I'm constantly getting no internet so far Hope u understnd criticality

  Extremely disappointed with ACT Fibernet service. It has been more than 15 days since I requested installation of a set-top box, and every day I am given false promises like “tomorrow,within 24 hours, or technician will arrive today — but no one shows.@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

  Hey @ACTFibernet The wifi 6 router currently provided has a very inconvenient app in order to manage connected devices. Can you please change my router to something that has a better app? Like the tp-link Deco router with wifi 6 support?

  @ACTFibernet Hi, I’ve received no proper response. On today’s call, your team denied the router & support promised earlier. I requested cancellation 2 days ago but it was closed without resolution. Cancel my plan effective 10-04-26 and process a full refund before renewal.

  @ACTFibernet i have act Android tv box installed long back, since yesterday it has starting misbehaving like being on act network, it says iam not on act network, i reset the device but since then when ever I try to login using my act account details, it says this device is not

  @ACTFibernet Bought and installed ACT wifi like 40mins ago and now it lost internet connection. They already installed at the end of the day making the billing plan to start in the evening and now with this issue, I'm gonna be losing the entire day in the plan. SR10179746960724
