    @ACTFibernet Another day. cable cut again. Being fixed. Why are you laying lines overhead? I would like to discontinue your service. I have already paid for the next 6 months. Is it possible to refund on pro rata basis?

    @ACTFibernet I hope it's not a joke the services aren't working again. In this WFH situation this frequently service issue is impacting, my son couldn't give his annual exam and I am stuck with pile of work and sitting idle.. please fix.

    @ACTFibernet Reaching out on Twitter as a last resort. I have been facing connectivity issues almost every day since November. Every time a ticket is raised, it is temporarily fixed and closed. No permanent resolution provided. Please help. ID-101433937204

    @ACTFibernet @rsprasad @ACTFibernet I have been assured by customer care executive of call back many times and early resolution but did not get a single call, asked to get somebody from mgmt but nobody helped .I do have recordings available along with long followup mail

    @ACTFibernet We receive 5- 10 mbps speed from your expensive network. 6 months back your cc makes us upgrade plans to 150 mbps. . Now the pathetic customer service says we cant help kindly downgrade the plan or purchase new router. Never seen any ISP to be so bad & impractical.

    @ACTFibernet @rsprasad Sir from customer perspective its mental harassment 1 year for simple refund request..many calls many mails and no support , I am really frustrated and got mentally disturbed..isn't it question on actfiber net attitude towards customer
