    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i an facing internet connectivity issues from last 2 weeks. Your executives are not able to understand a simple problem that “internet drops frequently” 4 technicians has already visited, every day one or other person is calling.

    @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

    @ACTFibernet I can see your prompt and swift action has taken around 5 days to resolve this Your commitment arises on the day of billing that's it You penalize the customer on late payment of bills/recharge, but what about you guys when it comes to delay in resolution
