  @ACTFibernet Tried again this morning to submit a request to cancel my service via your app. This time it says my service has been disconnected due to non-payment. WTF? I thought my internet was down due to some technical issues. You disconnected it?

  @ACTFibernet This is pure "Tarikh pe Tarikh" wala case..Only dates and no resolution. This is not happening only to me but also to all the flats in my block.(Around 120 flats)
