    @ACTFibernet today billing team says that it is my problem that no engineer came to change the router mesh when my renewal was due so I will have to pay extra. This really was the straw.

    @ACTFibernet Waited again for 20 mins and after my call queue came one call went silent for 5 mins. Never buy ACT their support js worst. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet I am surprised to see the response for frustration of me. Is it so difficult to resolve my issue to activate my ott as per subscription ?? The disconnection request has been promptly raised.. can some senior person from act call me and understand the issue ???

    @ACTFibernet Nothing to check about ETR . Your technician is not willing to visit and told me to dod whatever , complain wherever. Fix the issue or will port the connection soon
