    @ACTFibernet I’ve answered many calls from your support on this issue. It would be great if you can fix the slow speed issue than make another phone call. Let me know what you need here or on email, to fix the issue. Please stop making just phone calls that don’t add much value.

    @ACTFibernet Fed up with your CC. Refund initiated since 11Sep but not reflecting in my account.Been 17 days, called atleast 10 times to your CC but can't even get trx/UTR no.Given screenshots everything. Worst no call backs,CC hangs up the phone. Absolutely pathetic experience

    @ACTFibernet: They claim to be the fastest in Delhi. But what they don’t tell you how fast there ground representatives close the tickets without getting a consent of the customer. Last 3 months 6 tickets for speed, frequent disconnection but still all 6 ticket marked closed.

    @ACTFibernet ticket SR10162845536852 has not been resolved since 2 days. The customer service and technicians are taking this very lightly. Remember that Our jobs depending on Internet as we are working from home.

    Hey @ACTFibernet Internet down from past 30 to 35 hours in my neighborhood at Bangalore and although escalated through your call centres no resolution at all. What's your turnaround time in providing resolution!!!

    @ACTFibernet @ACT to be candid as end users we are cheated ,do we get the bandwidth we are paying for ?? Half the time we plead with services personnel to help us ,who virtually hold us for ransom !! Will certainly get this published on all social media .

    @ACTFibernet why has your internet service gone bad no internet on Monday so I raised a ticket got it fixed again there is no internet today again I have raised a ticket I’m paying you money to provide uninterrupted connection not to raise tickets plz sort it out man
