    Hi @ACTFibernet - a friend of mine is facing issues with your service. You’ve suspended their account despite being a prepaid plain on the grounds that they’ve not paid any dues. Please dm me to escalate this further. TIA.

    @ACTFibernet Even your customer support ivr takes 20 minutes to assign a customer support agent. But sales team contacts in less than a minute. This behaviour is unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet i want to request a reconnection but no one from customer care is answering my calls, i have been on wait list queue for 40 minutes yesterday and 20 minutes today, i was 1 on queue so idk why this is happening. Please connect.

    @ACTFibernet I don't want your worst service. Cancel and refund the amount now. It's very disgusting. How much should we wait? You guys promised that installation will be done Yesterday only. You still replying which Is useless. Just tell me will it be done or not ? Or cancel it and refund.
