    @ACTFibernet Hi after u called, i got another call 044 - 40510029 gopi his name, he said pay 2500 for box and 6 months advance payment fpr some reason and asked me to cancel act. 5 mins before +914067500900 got a call in this and they said 800rs whish is true

    @ACTFibernet It seems issue is not due to hardware (router or wifi), otherwise it would have resolved by now after installing new wifi. It is sure issue lies with ACT infrastructure which unable to handle more connections. It worked fine till less number of connections in my apartment.

    @ACTFibernet For every 45 days there will be an internet disruption that too in the core of the city. Even for mild rains it get disconnected, poor infrastructure and planning you have. Totally disappointed and shall move out of your connection soon. #ACTFiberFails

    @ACTFibernet Again I m facing buffering & latency issue evn aftr changing router. U ppl forced me 2 changE d router with 3 mnths advance plan stating that d existing buffering & latency issue wil resolve permanently. I could see issue yt nt resolvd even after changing router.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet my response: but first i want tot talk about the refund process for the disconnection. since we paid for 6 months . now we don't want it due to poor services and lack of communication between you members which creates a confusion for us.

    Again, No internet since morning despite raising a ticket. Ticket ID: SR10378810638264 I’m working and cannot rely on a mobile hotspot. This is affecting my work badly. Please fix this ASAP. Have to deal with this atleast twice a month. @ACTFibernet #ACTFibernet #NoInternet

    @ACTFibernet Your technicians went away by telling that it is raining and tomorrow they will look after my complaint but as per the weather report, even tomorrow is going to get rained all day. I’m not sure when I am going to get my Internet back.

    @ACTFibernet Please change the junction box to my building being a customer I am giving you people advice so that my both connections from your ****** service won't stop working, i will also provide an electrician with my cost , make fast and don't sleep 😴
