I pay for 500 mbps connection each month but get only 100 mbps speed as the internal wire which supports only 100 mbps speed never got changed on my new connection. Now when I complaint about speed issues the whole internet

Is the entire city has only one technician? And ivr call centre is the worst and disastrous system. No way you people were customer service oriented
