    Dear Bala Malladi, CEO @ACTFibernet unable to add new box for new customers, they said the boxes are full wait for two three months to have service of Act or if someone left from box we will give immediate services without interruption. Where is Hyderabad superfast network?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet , I got the same reply from customer care executive on the first day of complaint. Reiterating the same thing again it's been 4 days, and has made it difficult for me to work from home.

    @ACTFibernet worst customer service. Taking minimum 24hrs time to resolve even for small problem. This is not a first time. Soon shifting to another network. 🙏🙏
