@ACTFibernet worst services ever, don't take thier service, pathetic customer support , have a connection for office, whole staff is suffering without internet, cx support non responsive and conveniently telling me it will be solved mostly by tomorrow , issue since last 2 days.

@ACTFibernet I have upgraded plan from Gold to Diamond with 6 months advance payment and free wifi router and paid the amount via ACT app now customer care says there is no wifi router? What the heck is this???My user ID 10688385.

@JioCare Presently I hv ActFibernet plan bt their service is the WORST (no correction made after 1 month in bill start date,which starts before the date of giving physical connection & configuring router). I want to shift to yours. Need to know process. @ACTFibernet not note.

@ACTFibernet Dear Team, I really had a very bad experience with the ACT service provider. They were not able to Install the Internet connect to my location neither to my friend location. Very bad service. I have also requested to process the refund in High priority.

@ACTFibernet Dear ACT team , can u pls provide customer service to your customers pls. Your helpline number is always busy 24*7 busy and busy. When raised request from App. It gets closed resolved without any action. Name ACT means you act n prioritise your customer service.
