    @ACTFibernet I could not understand how you can ask a person to wait for a connection issue up to 24 hours. Pathetic service. While taking connection alone fake promises were given. Anything would be resolved immediately. After taking connection making me wait for 24 hrs.

    @ACTFibernet I already mailed hyderabad top escalation team that I want may month bill discount as a punishment for not fixing issue..yet I got complete bill now which means you care nothing for customer..thanks for showing it straight..wait for some months to see sudden drop in connections
