    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet around 9:30 am today the technician finally called informed that the issue will be resolved in 1 hr. Its been more than 3 hrs and the issue is not yet resolved. Not sure whats wrong with ACT these days. Time to switch to another provider i guess?

    @ACTFibernet my technical complaint registered yesterday is still open and no action is taken on the same .The update provided by the technical team is completely false and mis-leading . The ETR gets changed on its own Account No 102701449171

    @ACTFibernet Ticket id - SR11075995437614, internet was not working early morning but resumed functionality around 10.30 a.m. Now it suddenly stopped working again, no bad weather or anything like that to disrupt operations. Pathetic service by #actfibernet #act
