    @ACTFibernet dont know how to. Resolv the issue.... Shut the technician department.... And stop giving salaries.... Last 6months so many complaints no resolution.... Now today i am going to disconnect the power supply untill the issue gets resolved.....

    @ACTFibernet I have called customer for changing the name and address of the connection. But in the app it's showing as disconnection request. Will the internet be disconnected just like that. Please help me understand tue process

    @ACTFibernet Taking connections in act is easy but changing location or repair request is harder then anything. Waste of our money and time. No response. Simply new connection request getting calls but complaint request no calls.

    @ACTFibernet **** company and **** sales representative simply asking that when the will optic fiber lines will lay down. Rudely saying no connection don't call me. This is the way to talk to the customers. . This dumbass doesn't know ho to talk.
