    @ACTFibernet Hi team, Seeing quite unprofessional behaviour from the support team. I had dropped an email on 28th July to terminate a connection in Jaipur. Your team still hasn't processed it and I'm getting a bill of August. Can you please look into this?

    @ACTFibernet Your technician had visited last week when i was facing the same issue. It worked fine for 2 days and now again having the same problem. Please ask your technician to look into the issue properly this time around.
