    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet so originally the resolution was expected on 8 August. That became 13 August. Today its 17 August. If you refund me the money I paid for the annual subscription I could at least get a @reliancejio broadband connection.

    @ACTFibernet But since last 3 days no engineer visited to start the connection again after shifting I had done a lot of mails and calls to customer care no result received yet, now I am feeling really helpless, if connection not done, I will initiate connection removal request

    @ACTFibernet one of the worst network service provider . Everytime I'm facing the issue and saying fibre cut issue not even resolving the issue in 24 hours. This is the 5th time in a month . Please escalate the issue ASAP

    @ACTFibernet I have been facing speed issues and had called one of your representatives, they told me to switch off the internet and then when I say, to switch it on, and they do not talk over the phone after 10 minutes. Is this the way any customer is treated!!! Shame on you.

    @ACTFibernet When I'm okay with my connection You giving for 8 extra connections if there was any complaint regarding network for them. Your service men were visiting my working table WTF was that.....!

    @ACTFibernet 2 days ago had some issues with port forwarding, called 10 ACT engineers, none of them had the knowledge or the decency to help me, customer care asks for mobile verification but registered mobile number if not functional currently, worst experience ever.
