    @ACTFibernet Till now received only phone calls from your team asking to restart the router. But after that also still it’s not working and they have no answer for the issue. Can you please expedite the resolution

    @ACTFibernet Near hyderabad, Manneguda area None of customer have their mobile & email registered on fiber net portal. There is scam of providing entire society on one ID. No customer support. 12 people from society recently shifted to @airtelindia Fiber net is disaster

    During these5 day I have been reaching out to the customer care for a resolution and all they were doing is disconnecting my calls or putting me on mute and not responding. Finally on 20th afternoon one of @ACTFibernet technician visited my place and what I got as a resolution(4)

    @ACTFibernet repeatedly your field engineers are closing tickets without actually resolving them. Once again issue of no internet when power flips is pending for 3 weeks. Can you pls look into this problem?

    @ACTFibernet considering disconnecting ACT because it's such a pain to relocate my connection to a new address. The relocation page is buggy on every device. The security code never gets displayed. Can't reach a human to discuss it with on customer care. Really terrible.

    @ACTFibernet This has always been the case with you, every month I need to tweet regarding the wifi issue and the worst service you provide and on top of it someone named mohan gave his number saying he would help us but isn't picking up the call.

    And directly hang the call. This is your customer service? Do the needful ASAP otherwise I’ll take legal action. And don’t reply like we will arrange a call or we regret and bla bla. Give proper solution & refund my money. STOP SCAMMING @ACTFibernet #scammer
