@ACTFibernet , we are not having net from the past 12 hours. A complaint had been registered and still not resolved. What kind of customer service is this. Always, stopping the net and causing problems for us. Please resolve it at the earliest! Be a lil commited to ur customers.

@ACTFibernet Yes. Solved. But it took 3 days. For a big company like you guys its worse. Also there was no direct way to talk to customer care in the app. Please add that. Chatbot is worthless

On call with @ACTFibernetHYD They are simply disconnecting calls instead of resolving issue and the #supervisors are not ready to take the escalation and the #associates are trying to convince me to wait 1hr for the callback from supervisor from past 3hours. @ACTFibernet
