    @ACTFibernet worst customer support. For d past 2 days issue is not resolved. Worst thing is they have closed my ticket as “issue resolved” without actually resolving. Such a cheap behaviour. Very lethargic and unbothered abt customer . #ACTfibernet #ShameOnACT

    @ACTFibernet Internet connectivity lost on 16th Nov 2022 and till today, there is no resolution. Engineer simply closed the ticket without resolution on 17th Nov 8.51 pm. No confirmation prior to closure.I called 3 times to customer care yesterday, response is "we are working"

    @ACTFibernet - I was forced to upgrade my plan saying that I’ll get a new router next day. It’s been a week now since I paid. Still waiting for the router. Never expected this from you!

    @ACTFibernet poor poor service for installation and internet activation in hyderabad. It has been 7 days since payment but installation has not been done. I daily beg to your team ( shrawan kumar is the lead) and they ignore the request. Worst possible service.

    @ACTFibernet Dear Team, I have contacted multiple times to customer care and still my bill is not reduced its still showing amount with VAS which i have already requested to stop n don’t charge before renewing. Please look into this and ask someone to call me and confirm me.

    @ACTFibernet shame to raise again n agin issues for same problem . Its working day and such a poor Sevice no internet since mrng.. the local technician says hes not available and customer service just updates tickets and gives lame resons.. such a pathetic management
