    @ACTFibernet is it holiday for act fibernet? I have raised ticket for internet issue at 9AM, till now no one contacted and didn't get resolution. It's better shift to @reliancejio if your service continues like this.

    @ACTFibernet your Ahmedabad team is disgusting. Have paid for new connection on 15th Jan but still no body followed up for the installation. Your AMD sales rep Mr Nilesh kant only gives hollow promises. Worst experience ever. Plz refund my money. I don't require your service.

    @ACTFibernet the range for wifi with 5g is very low and has reduced i believe as compared to when it was newly installed. Please help and also speed is very slow even with 2-3 devices connected

    @ACTFibernet This is the only thing I get to hear from your team. I just spoke to some Harish Singh from customer service and he was rude. It's been 24 hours and this is impacting my work.
