  @ACTFibernet Issue is not about ETR why did your technical team just blindly updated as fibre cut where my neighbors have connection if its fibre cut whole area should face the issue or atleast my community should have problem your team has messed up something while giving new connection.

  @ACTFibernet Please expand your service network throughout india i had a connection running in hyderabad which i had to cancel with 3 months recharge still paid in advance but i had to relocate and couldn't relicate the connection to west bengal

  @ACTFibernet Times have changed and the present administration and staff decided to shut down the organization by simply driving out the long standing customers out by faulty service and never caring for them. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  Have applied for new connection on 3rd July. Full advance payment taken but its been 72 hours completed nobody has come to install the wifi. Very poor service. @ACTFibernet
