@ACTFibernet Since 2 weeks I am constantly raising tickets for slow speed. It gets fixed for a day and later again back to 2.5-3 mbps where in by plan is of 75 mbps. Today since morning there is no internet and no action on my ticket as well.

@ACTFibernet The actions were not appropriate. For 10-15min work ACT team has taken almost 48hrs to resolve the issue. Could not work for two days when everyone including children's are also working /reading from home. I know what will be your reply. But request to give two days extra to me

@ACTFibernet Raised a Complaint yesterday with SR number 10156201988962 with Expected Resolution: 05/06/2021 by 11:00:00..and till now no one called and no resolution done.
