@ACTFibernet it's been two weeks since I raised a ticket to degrade my plan, but the issue has not been resolved and you have suspended the connection, fair it is? If you couldn't resolve one small issue, then how can you fix it if any major issue comes across?

@ACTFibernet one of the worst network service provider . Everytime I'm facing the issue and saying fibre cut issue not even resolving the issue in 24 hours. This is the 5th time in a month . Please escalate the issue ASAP

@ACTFibernet I'm from Hyderabad, act Fibrenet is very undependable. Doesn't work properly. Waste of money. School online classes are lost. Every day some problem with act Fibrenet . U cannot depend on it.
