    Has any one seen a @ACTFibernet service engineer or know how to contact them.. my ACT broad band services are down for second day.. unable to get them restored .. if their service is so pathetic in Bangalore City can imagine elsewhere..

    My service has been suspended due to non payment. Initially i opted for Gold 6+1 now you guys changed it to Gold 6+Wifi. I want this to solve by today. If you are serious about it I'll discontinue and switch to other provider. Ref No SR11257153050085. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Fake promises made by act that after disconnection we will get the refund once we return the router. My colleague has returned it till now haven't received the refund. Even ur customer service executives are useless
