One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

@ACTFibernet facing issues for my new connection. No response or resolution for my internet issues. Worst customer support and utterly unprofessional. It feels like once they take your money, they completely stop caring about the service. Extremely frustrating experience.

@ACTFibernet Need a definite ETR, I am aware of what has happened, please understand I am also being negatively impacted. When would the services be restored? How many more days?? A sorry wont mitigate damage and ACT wont accept my sorry for delayed payments you’d simply disconnect right?

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet now this is a very nice way to avoid things.. give the ETA of after 7pm and don't resolve the issue and when the customer tries to reach out then tell them to contact before 7pm. Crazy.
