    @ArunBee @ACTFibernet A victim of same complaint. ACTFibernet is a useless wifi provider. Their Customer service is worst. I walked out of their net work and took another at VJA. I am happy, now, without any interruptions. My suggestion is to chose another wifi provider.... even at loss of deposit!!

    @ACTFibernet hi,this is regarding my account no.102326130565, where I have raised a dispute for faulty billing over 3 times and all 3 times the dispute is closed without providing satisfactory solution. Could you guys be gracious enough to call me back!!!

    @ACTFibernet let me know how I can cancel this poor service from ACT. Im new user not even a month happen.I'm doing night shift Im facing lots of issue not even costumer service responding properly.i need refund r I wanted to cancel service immediately.Such a pathetic service

    @ACTFibernet Hello. You've resolved the connection issue that's fine. What about the speed issue? 50Mbps is the plan, then why is that even whatsapp status is not loading? You have to seriously look into it, even the junction box is located in our premises.
