    @MousumiMajoomd1 @ACTFibernet Same issues with me .... big time... Been a client of Act ever since it started in Hyderabad. I have decided to move to Jio Fiber which will be much cheaper too! Go for it.

    @ACTFibernet De-installation of my router has been done almost 4 weeks back. Still waiting for my refund which is claimed to be reimbursed within 1 week of de-installation. Kindly help in this regard.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service ever, was put on hold for 30 mins and just disconnected call. You guys only follow us till we pay you, then nothing matters.
