    One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

    @ACTFibernet What kind of service is this? My internet has been down for over a week. Ticket SR10380552018234 was raised on Tuesday, and there is still no resolution. Every few hours I get another delay message instead of a fix.

    @ACTFibernet There are two tickets one is related to technical the other one is related to billing. But when dialled it is automatically going to technical even though i dialled the billing team contact no. Technical team is telling to cancel their ticket to reach billing team

    @ACTFibernet just a day after getting a new connection, it’s down and it has been 3 hours since. Zero accountability and boilerplate responses. Wouldn’t recommend anyone

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet , 24+ hours of internet outage and counting. @ACTFibernet promised resolution by 9 AM, then silently moved it to 9 PM. Customers deserve better communication and accountability. Extremely disappointed with the service.

    @ACTFibernet Even the house owner is chasing ACT team to remove it from his terrace. For that also there is no response. Whoever is handling the box installation is causing all the trouble Be a Lil more responsive, when 3 active connection holders are complaining about one issue with box.

    @ACTFibernet My original ticket for shifting was closed and I got another ticket registered by calling ur customer care. ETR was 06/06/26. Now that is closed without any explanation or contact at ground level. And another ticket is opened to further move the ETR?. Is this some joke ?.
