    @ACTFibernet is a scam and it is a money minded service. Today i submitted my disconnection request and i joined jio. I request the entire India to disconnect there act fiber net service and switch to a different service provider.

    @ACTFibernet This is my complaint number SR10167560156804. The least you could do is resume services for which the payment is made for. Unsubscription of Entertainment+ was clearly communicated to your team.wish you had better UI to enable Unsubscription

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet what you are working..after 15 hrs still it is not working @ACTFibernet claims no 1 internet provider but customers facing down time for 15+ hrs.. my office will resume by 9 am if you won't resolve till that time will you pay me for today.refund my account

    @ACTFibernet I tried explaining the customer support rep, I’m using the same router from past 4-5 years, and now it has started giving me trouble frequently.
