    @ACTFibernet Your connection has been down since the 29th. Nobody is able to give an accurate time when it will be fixed. The ETR on the app is unreliable and elastic. @BangaloreTimes1 @DeccanHerald

    @ACTFibernet @mkchiranjeevi So you won't respond until one publicizes the issue on social media. Is this the accountability. You'll send dozens of reminders for paying the bill on time. Why won't you take accountability in fixing at the right time. Mine i have lost 2 days of service for 3 month plan

    If this is the experience before installation, we’re not interested anymore. Please cancel & refund ASAP. Would rather go with reliable providers like Airtel or Jio. Pathetic service. #bangalore #bengaluru #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet I don’t think you guys need to resolve anything, technician is assigned but not picking the call since morning now it’s more than 30 hours and I am following up but no clue whether is it resolve or not. And customer service is worst.

    @ACTFibernet My Internet is down from yesterday. I raised a ticket yesterday morning and till now there is no resolution, only tickets are being raised and closed at your own convenience. Let me know if I should start looking for other service providers.
