    Hey @ACTFibernet better change your broadband name to frequent internet disconnect for every 10-15 days(FIDFIBERNET).One of the worst broadband ever used and dont even care about customers and never resolve the issue within time and after resolving the issuealso facing same issue

    @ACTFibernet my internet is down from 2 days and still no response the customer care is pathetic they always say 6 hrs or 24hrs. No response from service provider guy he never lift the call

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working since yesterday morning. Raised a ticket SR10361570026952. Yet to be resolved. WFH affected for 3 people at home. Online classes effected too.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet facing very worst nightmare in neeladri nagar, Electronic city. They say some terminal problem, it will take 24hrs to fix it. My anguish is why 24 hours??? Are you people sleeping, guys we have to work from home from the @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet May i know the status of SR10161582969052 ! It’s been almost 12 hours no internet ! And your CCTeam is not responding properly! And i think they don’t know the manners how to talk with a customer ! This is 6th time i have been facing the issue in this month

    @ACTFibernet worst internet provider and you claim that your the best . Pathetic support service , but adds late fees for delayed payment . Now I demand a penalty from you for pushing down the internet when most needed . Pathetic
