Abishek R Srikaanth (@abishekrsr) reported@ACTFibernet live in a community of 300 houses and majority of them use ACT here. Even with a power backup in each house, when there is a power cut, the internet drops for about 5 mins and get restored, the same happens when the power is restored. Can someone help? Don't think your control power backup works properly.

Siva Kumar (@sivagmca) reported@ACTFibernet Nearly 24 HOURS without internet. Multiple calls. Multiple service requests. Still NO resolution. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I would NOT recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone.
