    @Abhi20581 @ACTFibernet I am facing the exact same issue. They have charged me for three months and suspended my account after 2 months only. Asking for more money. And there customer support persons hung up your call instead of providing any solution. Such an poor service. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet ordered new internet connection for 6 months, but the process is very hassle. There is no sync between installation technician and customer care, asking me to call customer care .. disconnected my call poor behavior

    @ACTFibernet i sincerely request you to refund for 2 months of 3 months i have paid and disconnect. The guy who accepted the connection said to call back every month for GST bill. He doesn't answer now. Router is really a worst one every i have i have used. Frequent disconnection
