One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

Truly pathetic customer service from @ACTFibernet Internet down since afternoon. Ticket raised. No communication from them and then the ticket is closed stating that issue is resolved. After a while, I get a call from a person asking to check the Internet connection. 1/3
