  @ACTFibernet I have reopened the ticket. Hope commonsense prevails. All I am asking is sending me in writing on whatever is being told on phone, if they can't address it. If they are not willing to write down whatever they are saying,it means they are not truthful.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD if there is anything worst than **** then ur customer care is more worst than that. Your care rep mutes the call, cuts call. You should be ashamed of yourself for calling a service provider! what a **** company you are running

  @ACTFibernet Whenever a complaint about a disconnection arises, it takes you at least two to four days to fix it, whereas other Wi-Fi companies resolve the same issue within half an hour to an hour. Why is this the case? Why don't you improve your company's service?

  @ACTFibernet This is unacceptable. Frequent disconnections, inability to browse, multiple service requests, plan upgrade done, yet no resolution. Every ticket is stuck in "Work in Progress" while customers continue to suffer. Is anyone actually accountable for resolving issues? Immediate intervention required. Enough follow-ups.
