    @ACTFibernet internet not working within 15 days of installation, pathetic company, this is happening in delhi so you can understand , how is there service outside delhi. Go for reputed companies like airtel, jio or even bsnl

    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility

    Hi @ACTFibernet - since there is a box installed in my house which uses electricity, the technician mentioned the units consumed for that will be refunded to me in my ACT bill. But that has not been adjusted. Can you please check and help? Account no 110806926073.

    Hey ActFibernet, Your message said the downtime is 7am to 9am and it's 11:30 am with no sign of internet. Can you help? You app, your customer care are of not much help. And don't ask me to restart my router... I have already done that. @ACTFibernetHYD

    Really a bad experience with Act Fibernet. facing an issue from 22 aug 2026.The support guy said it is router issue so I have bought a new router and it turned out to be a issue with act internally. From then the technician will never help and extending from 4 days @ACTFibernet

    Hey @ACTFibernet Highly frustrated with your service. Internet speeds are constantly fluctuating, and the signal drops entirely at times. To make it worse, my support ticket was closed without any intimation. I need a fast resolution! Ticket: [SR10581829926764]

    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet You want to say that you will not issue/activate connection without payment but with renew them without the consent of the connection holder and ask for payment. Don't you think it's totally injustice
