    @ACTFibernet It was restored an hour back and again it stopped working, can't you guys find a permanent solution. If you think you can't fix, try outsourcing for a better company or return back my money I will go for another provider.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, Raised an SR :SR10163268351894 for internet not working, expected resolution time is 16/10/2021 02:00 PM.But not yet resolved and no one is taking ownership to resolve the issue.This is the second time we are facing this issue within a span of one week.

    @ACTFibernet Oct2 - my bill was paid by HSBC bill pay service. Oct12-I sent an email & raised a ticket noting that my payment is not reflected.Everyday someone closes, without resolving the issue. Now I receive a call threatening that service will be disconnected. Unprofessional, poor service

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working. Service no: SR10163270009574. Expecting a prompt service instead of letting us wait for 24hrs or more. Internet issues are happening every fortnight.Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    @ACTFibernet I am getting repetitive issues with broadband connection every fortnight and I have to loose at least 6hrs for this evertime and your reps are not capable enough to resolve the issues nor show a permanent resolution. 1/2

    Pathetic service by @ACTFibernet I reside in hyderabad and have student at home who is supposed to study from home , n parents also have to work frm home it's been 5 days since we raised the complaint no technician has come neither the net
