One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

I have choosen @ACTFibernet above other services thinking I would have hassle free service. Attracting customers to become users by giving false information and once subscribed you just want us to pay for service which we will not receive. Great broadband server ever.

@ACTFibernet in old Alwal.many connection has been disconnected as the wire has been cut. Still no response. Location :old alwal,secunderabad,500010 Wat is use of giving many connection when your not able to fix the issues as soon as possible. It's been almost 15hours

@ACTFibernet ACT is down in my apartment and entire complex. Your service is not dependable now, with frequent, long period break in service. Pity that we have to live with your pathetic quality.

Hi @ACTFibernet This is regarding removal of ACT junction box in my box. Regarding that I raised the complaint for couple of time there is no update from your side. Your team can closed the ticket without any prior notice. It's frustrated experience for me. (103258660438)

@ACTFibernet And a week later the ACT is back up again! They send a message at 12pm today saying the service is paid and 2 hours later at 2pm they send another message saying if the same addition fee is not paid they stop it,how much more will you harass customers @ACTharrasment #badservice
