    @ACTFibernet It took 4 days to resolve a small issue and also my jnternet was disconnected , you guys need to work harder and should understand the customer issue rather than just giving timelines and also you guys are checking with me now after almost 2-3 days. :)

    @ACTFibernet has one of the worst processes when it comes to plan changes. Nobody can downgrade your plan by themselves. The App and the website does not allow the users to downgrade their plan. Also the users have to wait for 72 hours before the plan change gets reflected #Poor

    @ACTFibernet my SR is not solved as yet. It’s been almost a week!! You keep closing it and I keep reopening it without solving issue.Wrong commitments.Very disappointed with your Service. Agents keep promising escalations but no actions done as yet. Very bad service !
