    One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

    @ACTFibernet on calling your customer service they talk for sometime and disconnects the call. Wow seriously when asking for new connection your call works but for refund your call gets disconnected @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet SR10264756778914 was to be resolved by 06-May between 07:30 to 09:00AM. No contact from tech. I contacted ur tech Sunil/Srikanth yest after tht they have stopped answering my calls. Spoke to Ebenezer who is on leave. CC doesn’t pick up calls. Fix this ASAP

    Hey @ACTFibernet , its day 3 and my internet issue is not resolved yet. I have been using Act internet for 12 years and is this the way you provide service to your most valuable customers? Totally disappointed and frustrated.

    @ACTFibernet Everyone is working from home. This is not good service. Everytime wifi shows no internet access. Please solve the issue asap and permanently.

    @ACTFibernet worst service experience with act digital tv. There no signal from past 3 days, called tour customer care multiple times. Every agent is saying that they will escalate it. Not even single call or message from technician. What kind of best service is this?????

    @ACTFibernet In Yemalur Kempapura Main road, anytime when power cuts, even when we have UPS, act shows no internet. UPS, power and network stability at Act side is creating no internet issue. Please resolve this asap. Registered User : 9710983284

    @ACTFibernet ridiculous customer support. called multiple times for installation, no resolution yet. local technician & sales guy is not answering calls. As committed by sales it should be done on next day itself. Please don't set wrong expectation. Phew!! Cust ID - 102647483032
