    One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

    @ACTFibernet the shittiest internet in the city. Outage on a Monday morning. Customer care can't do **** either. I now dread the day i decided to move to ACT from Airtel. Ticket number SR11052478261982. Airtel closes all complaints within 2 hrs. ACT takes 4 hrs for a call back.

    @ACTFibernet I have reached out to local Act agent who set up Act for us but he is not responding. Before setting up he called us every day for payment and installation now he is not bothered to respond to us. When ticket is raised no person reached us to check what is the issue
