One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

@ACTFibernet supreme incompetence displayed, after all the messages promising earliest resolution, there is no resolution at all. Not even a phone call or a technician visit. Issue still not resolved. How do I tell my superiors at work that “my internet is not working”AGAIN!!!

A total waste of time,money and energy for WFH employees. This ISP has the most random outages and nobody in ACT cares about it. Unless you raise a request then call them good 2-5 times, they won’t even budge. And don’t even get me started on the Customer Service @ACTFibernet

Worst services by @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD .. from connection taken onwards internet not working properly.. last week also technical team visited but no use.. My plan is 50mbps but when I checking its showing as 10mbps
