    One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

    @koushikjoshi @ACTFibernet I switched to JIOFiber in august. Has been good. Getting 100mbps + TV also for the same 1K price. Miles better service and reliability.

    @ACTFibernet: Chennai ACT A/c No: 103658792254. This is our 3rd account in Chennai and the absolute worst in terms of uptime. Every SINGLE week, the Internet seems to be down for a variety of issues. FIX IT THEN. Extremely frustrating. [to be contd]

    @ACTFibernet You have charged a fee for Yuppscopeservice that I havent even subscribed. While sales guy Arun who never informed about any such service is unresponsive, your customer care helpline staff is disconnecting my call. Is this the ethical standard @ ACT? #103659041766

    @ACTFibernet when I called to customer care now , to my surprise they said that request for router is raised on 25th and would take one week but i have paid 6 month adv amount in 21st itself and they told all would be set by 22nd. It's 26th now
