    @ACTFibernet this has become every month headache with ACT to resolve internet connectivity issue SR10365172235064. IF YOU CANT RESOLVE THIS BEFORE 12PM. I AM MOVING MY CONNECTION TO AIRTEL / JIO and I will ensure ACT is not providing service to my apartment and office further.

    @ACTFibernet I was kept on waiting since that day and customer care people doesn't even take an action against this. I called up today for refund, they asked me to wait today and the refund gets processed automatically as today is the TAT given to me. This is ridiculous!

    @TPG11469879 @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet does not have sensitivity of the agony customer under go due to sudden down time. They have meaning less TAT. Customer care guys does not have all necessary information

    @ACTFibernet I can give you the number of the person who guided me and asked me to pay the amount for same day installation and account creation. He just sees my message and never replybacks.
