    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD while i think mine will be next THAT'S IT. the call will just remain silent forever. I have few open tickets and queries. Could someone please reach out to me. And this is happening to the customer who has 10+ years of relationship. Very unfortunate

    @ACTFibernet @consumerforum_ Its 50+ days now, since I disconnected ACT, as I had to move out of City. But I have not recieved refund from the you. Called support many times, they say 'your issue has been escalated', and ticket is closed automatically. Its Harrassing!

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since 2days. We are paying for your service. If we delay to pay bills, you disconnect our connection immediately. In same manner you need to maintain good service. SR11159247027892 our complaint no. Please resolve it or refund our payment.

    @ACTFibernet It is ridiculous that for complaint I need to call more than 5 times even after for waiting for close to 15 min every time. The call goes on silent after 8 mins approx. Every time it says I am in position 4 or less than 4 and the call goes silent. It looks like

    @ACTFibernet my ticket number is 11058552166310 and my issue is that there is some reconstruction going on in neighborhood and fiber cable is in the way. I just simply asked your team to reconstruct the wire but no one showed. It's been a month.
