One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

@SujanFaster @ACTFibernet Sujan it's becoming worst network day by day... Honestly if there is no disturbance in ACT network it's good.... But once there is a disturbance it's the worst and the resolving the issue takes ages.... I have heard Jio fibernet is good in your area... Try it...

@TRAI @DoT_India I was holding @ACTFibernet internet connection in Bangalore. Got it disconnected in Dec 2020 after paying all the dues. Still I continue to get the bills despite raising many complaints. Acct#: 102016959821 Feb Bill amt: 1774 March bill amt: 725 Need help plz.

@ACTFibernet So I faced a service outage last month for 1 full day, which was more than 24 hrs. I had to call the helpline numerous times to have the status checked. After the issue was resolved, I raised for a waiver request for the day I did not use the internet
