    @ACTFibernet Hi my internet is not working now. And past 6months I am facing issue regarding wire cut and switch issues. Almost monthly two times I am facing this issue and everytime it's taking more than 48 hours.

    @ACTFibernet Technician Mr. Samrat is now denying to visit my residence and to fix the issue . As the expected resolution date was 23rd of April.

    @ACTFibernet If you couldn't solve it permanently this time then I will plan to shift to another service provider. Every time it's taking more than 48hours. Even now it's past 24hours and couldn't resolve this issue.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service....it took 2 days for you people to address the issue....you all says within 24 hours it will be resolved but it didn’t. Really pathetic experience
