    Hey @ACTFibernet, Why do you intentionally give a bad customer support. Why is it that you never care about the work of others specially when we are relying on you? Is this Hatred towards your customers?

    @ACTFibernet service team is doing an absolutely terrible job. They came by to fix internet connections in my community without a ladder. Connection has now been down for close to 48 hours. No intimation from ACT regarding the status of work completion.

    @ACTFibernet I have taken a new connection in Bengaluru, made payment 3 days back, but no one came up for installation, and no customer care responds properly.. is this the way ACT works?? #highlydisappointed

    @ACTFibernet I have been raising multiple requests for disconnection because of poor internet connection. No resolution being given since 2 months. No engineer even visits as they promise over the call.

    @ACTFibernet Still the issue is unresolved and no escalation, why had your customer service dropped to such low levels that you can't even assist a customer to pay for a change in plan. If you can't resolve my issue let me know and I can go to JIO internet, they are much better than you
