One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

@ACTFibernet tried shifting the connection many time but as soon as I give consent it shows “something went wrong try after sometime” … can you call me and tell me the other process which works for shifting connection. On urgent basis can you call me and lemme know how to fix it

@pagesweturned @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD They also say that shifting and other issues are low priority for them. New connection request is high priority ticket for them. This shows how pathetic their services are. A simple shifting request is not done even after 11 days of request.

@ACTFibernet worst service in chennai. if there is a problem in internet connection then we need to wait for minimum 2 days not sure of max to resume internet conn. I have raised my complaint 2 days before but still now my internet hasn't been resumed. My user ID is 103546969133
