    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD if there is anything worst than **** then ur customer care is more worst than that. Your care rep mutes the call, cuts call. You should be ashamed of yourself for calling a service provider! what a **** company you are running

    Hi @ACTFibernet The worst experience to get a connection from the internet, It"s been almost 5 days since I requested for reallocation but not one showed up for the installation to my new location. Worst customer support and no option to submit feedback also @ACT_Issues

    @ACTFibernet Please help me upgrade my plan to a Mesh Router setup. I am currently using a 500Mbps plan at 1199+Tax but when I try to upgrade to Mesh router the same price gets updated to 1299+Tax and has to be paid for 6 months in advance. Please call me for discussion

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for the response. However, a waiver does not address the inconvenience caused by being without internet for over 24 hours. My concern is the repeated delays in resolving outages and the lack of communication from support. Please provide a clear ETA for restoration.
