    One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

    @ACTFibernet I have trying to disconnect my services from the last 7 days, but you guys are always coming up with baseless suggestions and finally saying that the connection will stay and closed the ticket. Very well then. I will make sure I never use ACT ever again in my life.

    The worst customer support I have ever experienced is from Act Fibernet. Their agents put me on hold and disconnect the call. I pray they either improve their service or train their agents properly any way I quit Act fibernet #ActFibernet Sucks #ActFibernet bye bye

    @ACTFibernet It's a uselss one... I always receive a callback after 8 hours to check if the issue has been resolved... So usually it takes 8 hours for the resolution and within next 3 days the issue re-surfaces again...

    @ACTFibernet for the past few months you have been giving us terrible services. Few of our servers are hosted in your network and it's been 3 hours since it is down! @BlrCityPolice help us in filing an FIR against ACT so that we can drag them to consumer forum!

    @ACTFibernet I was told that the battery would not be changed for a single connection . This level professionalism from not was expected . You just lost a loyal customer and hopefully many others after I tell them about the company ethics . Pathetic !!

    @ACTFibernet horrible service in Banglore. They will charge retention fee every month for holding a temporary disconnection but while reconnecting it takes 7 days because they already have removed the junction box. And customer care number takes you on a cross country tour.
