    @ACTFibernet One of worst service provider in Bangalore, I raised 5 incident this month, they will close automatically without any solution feeling very Bad So planning to discontinue ACT service.

    @ACTFibernet I got a call some the customer care but it’s still not resolved ,I need the technician asap ,This is not the service I expected from ACT .

    @ACTFibernet safe custody for my account has ended and someone asked me to the amount which I have paid already yesterday however I still don’t have the Internet,there is an open ticket already however no one seems to be attending ,can you please help asap

    Truly pathetic customer service from @ACTFibernet Internet down since afternoon. Ticket raised. No communication from them and then the ticket is closed stating that issue is resolved. After a while, I get a call from a person asking to check the Internet connection. 1/3
