One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

@ACTFibernet Your internet services in South Delhi have been down since 11.45 p.m. on May 18. I've complained since yesterday and every time the response is different. This is pathetic. Definitely going to make a move from your services.

Called customer support again and now they’re telling me the request was raised only 2 days back when I actually mentioned a week back. @ACTFibernet kindly fix the GX box issue TODAY or kindly disconnect because I cannot risk my job for this stupid reason.

are playing the blame game with the teams, this is preposterous. Everyday I recieve the same info from the executives that they are taking the complaint on high priority and escalate it further. I dont understand the escalation process in @ACTFibernet it's taking them more (2/3)

@ACTFibernet Pathetic response & service in Ahmedabad. Its been more than 40hrs. Customer care rep assured resumption in 3 hr yesterday, later delayed to 11am today. Still internet is not resumed. @ACTFibernet Generated additional complaint#SR11756827573542 to take additional 24hrs.

@ACTFibernet Worst service.I have recharged my broadband on 10th of May, but after 4 days it's again asking me to pay for the same month to continue the services. Its been past 4 days since my service has been suspended. I have also complained on the same day but got no response
