    @ACTFibernet I spoke with the Customer Relations Team the same day and requested for a disconnection. A request was raised and then someone called to inform that they would be escalating this and placing a request for an audit of the route ( the cable route check ) to provide a soln. Waiting.

    @ACTFibernet Are you guys idiots or what at this time in night you disconnect the service for no reason even after so much of follow up and resolution. Either your system is crap or you play with customers. I need the connection to be activated as soon as possible.

    @ACTFibernet anything on this issue? It has been more than 8 hours since the issue and I see a lot of people facing this since morning. We are all working from home and it's imperative to have internet. Pls resolve this ASAP.

    @TAAssociates @ACTFibernet My Act Account: 101013365834 is disconnected every things since 20th September 2021, for no reason. You connect after calling everytime and disconnected after 2 days. I am frustrated with this service. I am working from Home, but I have no internet.
