    @airtelindia Why you do not have broadband service in some main city area of Hyderabad? @ACTFibernet & @HathwayBrdband have better coverage in such area, where you still don't have service.

    @ACTFibernet what kind of cheap internet service is this . Internet goes off when the power goes off. Fraud and Scam. Everytime I raise a ticket it gets closed without my consent

    @ACTFibernet Nobody turnup for resolving the problem faced by me with Act Fibernet even after lapse of 36 hour's. This is not the way to treat the customers. If it not going to attend the day after I will file a case in consumer firm. This shows how much irregular you are.

    @ACTFibernet In a month atleast twice you make some problem and disconnect network. I need to raise complaint and in 2 days it will be resolved. What is this.

    @ACTFibernet everytime I make a call your customer service will say, it would be resolved in 24 hours.. This has been doing since past 2 months that means almost 1440 hours..till now my issue is not resolved.. I've requested for a name change of my account. Very dissappointed

    @ACTFibernet Switching to different service like Airtel would be better than this Act.. I've been waiting for name change of account from past two months. I request everyone to this tweet and inform your friends to disconnect their service and switch to another one pls.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since yesterday afternoon. No resolution provided despite raising multiple complaints and calls to the customer support. On top of that, customer support is responding rudely instead of taking care of the issue. Absolutely pathetic service.
