One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

@ACTFibernet my dad (71 years old) is trying to get refund from you guys from past 1 month. Everytime he calls you you open a ticket and in couple of hours you close the ticket without any resolution. Are you going to provide him the refund or should i lodge a police complaint?
