    @ACTFibernet your service in Chennai, especially in the Adyar area is absolutely dogshit. How is it that the internet connection just disappears the moment there is some sort of power fluctuation. Your customer support is also downright terrible.

    @ACTFibernet i fed of using ACT in a year. Cld c too much slow speed even it is 100mbps speed. Website is taking ages to open. Srvice is **** bt compny is keep on hiking chrges evry yr & thr is no option 2 dwngrde wid 1 mnt renew. Cmpny is frcing 2 dwngrde wid 6 mnts renew only.

    @ACTFibernet Paid for six months in advance, but after one month, the account is suspended, asking for more payment. Raised ticket SR11078338411574. Does that fall under ethical service? 😠 Halted my connection without prior notice! 😡 .

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down again, shortly after briefly coming back. This repeated on-off connectivity is unacceptable and severely impacting my work. Temporary fixes and closing tickets without a permanent resolution only worsen the issue. Please restore stable service immediately and take ownership.

    @ACTFibernet worst service. I requested the billing issue last week. Still issues isn't fixed. This is not first time. Every time you guys are doing the same think. They are not tracking the ticket properly and get proper response from customer

    @ACTFibernet This is worst Behaviour from your team. I have contacted for WiFi connection KYC got completed and got an update Installation will be completed by end of the day. Till now no one contacted me when I called the KYC guy He is not at all Responding .
