One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

@ACTFibernet Not an inch of ownership for a growing company. Internet disconnected for a fault of yours! You took 6+1Months charge upfront & dont have the decency to follow up on customer concerns. Acc: 102478197443. I own 2 ACT connections / Planning to shift to Jio Fiber!

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I got one of your highest end broadband plans about 20 days ago. It took 1 week of constant complaints to get it set up, customer service has been utter garbage and I’m getting 30mbps speeds on a 300mbps plan. Fix this immediately or I’d like a refund

@ACTFibernet Have bought 200 Mbps plan just to get 50 Mbps. I have raised complaint and they said they were working on it but the issue never got solved. I thought multiple times about switching but I regret now that I didn't switch
