One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

Over 20 days post-disconnection, and still, no one has shown up for router pickup or refund processing. When I disconnected due to no internet issue, no technician visited for a week to resolve the problem

@ACTFibernet I reactivated my connection on June 16 with the ₹799 plan. I'm being shown ₹1500 due till July 15, but I want to disconnect today (July 2). Please confirm the pro-rata amount I actually need to pay till today and help with immediate disconnection. #ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I had paid for the Mesh Router on 24.6.2025 & was told that it would be installed in 2 working days, made 3 to 4 follow up calls but in vain. 8 days & yet no one has called & nor has the Mesh router been installed. Pathetic customer service & absolutely annoying.
