One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

@ACTFibernet please send 150 rs refund on Paytm, Google pay, phone pe ....I have sent the mail .... please initiate the refund....you guys are super pathetic ...your customer care is like a dog **** and engineering team is like horse urine ...better round it up and put it inside

@ACTFibernet I am fraid up raising ticket regarding network issue when ever power goes off, Network is not working everytime ticket is closed without proper response. Also there are instances in last few days network is not working though there is power and its restored (1/2)

@ACTFibernet I have some problem with my connectivity I registered a complaint but I haven't got any proper response from the team ACT. Unfortunately they are mentioning me as like a defaulter in payment and keep on sending me SMS and Mails to clear my bills to enjoy services.
