    @ACTFibernet I think a call back is not going to fix the problem... I just want the issue to be solved... asap.. has ur aware in this pandemic all the work depends on the internet.. yet the service and response got from your side are not reliable to the customer end!!!

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Kindly cancel my subscription and refund amount to my bank account. Before doing that we need to know how much we are getting to my bank account and we are not at all interested in refund the money in Act fiber wallet. Please call @ 9553664363.

    @ACTFibernet Yo ACT Fibernet! Why would you not return my advance 1 year balance if I disconnect halfway due to bad service? Why would I wanna transfer that amount to another ACT like account if your service is so bad? I need the refund in my bank ASAP Account ID: 101336568143

    @ACTFibernet issues since last one year. But no action taken. Complaints are being closed without solution. This is the 5th time in past two weeks, reopened complaint. Please solve your connectivity issue permanently or else refund our payment. Our complaint no : SR11160378042222

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I've raised 30 complaints regarding reconnection & billing issues since 28th July and still it is not resolved. If this is how you treat a customer like me who has been using ACT for the past 7 years, god bless the people who want to take up ACT now
