    @ACTFibernet Your billing department is pathetic when I asked installation they will not provide they have activated account and not provided service due to box issues said after 15 days i have will you provide or can i disconnect. They said we can't provide services.

    @ACTFibernet @KRISHNA83138665 I got a service which is exactly opposite to the reputation act has . I was denied service even after making payments, reason they wanted me to buy 6 months plan upfront. Am still awaiting refund.

    @ACTFibernet You are in service business and customer is the center of it. Such a pathetic service and extremely bad experience to get a router changed. @reliancejio / @airtelindia I would like to get relief from pathetic ACT service. Please connect. Thanks!

    @ACTFibernet After 15 days they disconnected my account without service and they asked to pay when I called cx service they resolved but this month again bill generated even after deactivated account. For solution customer care people are pathetic and rude.

    Worst ever experience with @ACTFibernet they change your billing cycle without your knowledge this is pathetic and taking customers for granted when I have opted for a yearly plan.
