    @ACTFibernet 2 weeks before, I raised a complaint regarding network issue with act broadband and they taken long time to respond it and then they resolved. But now same problem occuring for and the customer service is not responding regarding the issue.

    @ACTFibernet Very poor customer service. Inspite of paying July invoice well before due date , you have added late payment fee in August month invoice. It’s time to move on to other service provider. This is how you treat your long term customer. Goodbye!!!

    @ACTFibernet, hey you have the worst service in billing, I placed for a permanent disconnection 3M before, but still I am getting bills of ₹200 every month and it's automatically getting deducted from my account. I am fed up if calling ur customer care and placing for repeat

    @ACTFibernet I had already raised request for disconnection now why you guys have sent me email for 1041 amount dues I am going to lodge a consumer complaint in consumer forum and consumer court for cheating and misrepresentation and pls no body use act fiber it's worst network

    @ACTFibernet I've tried calling the ACT service provider here in Koramangala through my two different numbers via network and whatsapp. He is just not picking up my calls. What a legendary service. Thank you for destroying first day in my new apartment.

    ACT's technical guy has not contacted me yet. Had to cancel 4 plans because of just one installation process for Internet. Waited more than 6 hours from the time ACT promised me for installation. #worst #service #actfibernet @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Please initiate the refund of the balance amount for a/c id - 102562929841 instead of prematurely closing SR10260113804305. Paid for 3 months, get shoddy service for a bit more than a month and now this???

    @ACTFibernet FYI it was just a ring. I have called back and since I can't reach, I called customer care and informed the same. Again I require action and not willing to chit chat. Third time you guys are promising about action. I feel it as acting.
