    One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

    @ACTFibernet I have been trying to make a shifting request through the ACT fiber app and it's not working, i recently got shifted. Your app is garbage. It has been 10days now since I got shifted and your employees are just harassing me at this point. I even have an active plan.

    @ACTFibernet I have no internet connection at my residence since yesterday afternoon. I had registered a complaint. Not a single person had called after calling the Local sales person he said he will share my number. At 9pm I get a call saying everything is resolved.

    @ACTFibernet very bad customer care experience infact it's the worst I've ever witnessed. They have been ignoring my request from past few days now. Act fiber has the worst customer care service I'm convinced and the worst mobile app EVER.

    @ACTFibernet Internet not working since 16-Jul Friday. Resolution timeline against the ticket missed 2 times. Your local field team & customer care is unable to provide any resolution. Please check & let me if I should discontinue ACT services & shift to other service provider?

    @ACTFibernet worst service by the team, for shifting from one premises to other who will charge 650/- if u gonna charge then why dint u intimate this us before and Your executives says it will waved of and the other says no its applicable, are they trained??
