    @ACTFibernet refund is not processed,paid rs 428 on 2nd aug,i called your customer care,they say they will transfer the call,but then the call gets disconnected after 5 min.

    @ACTFibernet I've raised multiple complaints from the last few months regarding connection issues, it has not been addressed properly. My issue is the wire layed has multiple joints.

    @ACTFibernet more than 48 hours since request for “internet not working” has been submitted. Today is Monday. Our work and children education is suffering. A year old connection. Very very POOR and DEFICIENT service. #Airtel is so so much better

    @ACTFibernet Not sure wats happening with ACT. It becomes worst day by day! Time to change to diff network!From Saturday night internet is not working and still it s not resolved. Your request SR10360684945132 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 8/8/2021 08:00:00 PM
