    @ACTFibernet It's been more than 48 hours and no response to ticket no SR10176896945634. Calling the customer care is another painful experience with a long wait of more than 8 minutes, that one just has to hang up in frustration.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD One more silly thing is they have given me a contact of a left employee for service support. When I contacted him, he said he left ACT 1year before. Such is the ACT service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD ACT Fiber internet connection (Account No. 101608892783, Plan: A-Max 525 6m+1m) has been down for 2 days despite troubleshooting. I requested urgent resolution within 24 hours, warning that i can discontinue ACT Fiber services if not restored. I also asked for a clear timeline and progress updates

    @ACTFibernet .. Horrible service by Act fibernet Hyd.. Almost 10days internet is down, ETR keeps on changing daily. No customer support. Act people are not capable of handling this kind of mass complaints. SR10176812458014. Pathetic services.

    Hello @ACTFibernet - It's been 2 days since no internet. No calls, no courtesy visit, no explanation, no technician lifting calls. I've DM-ed you and no response to that too with all details? I've taken too many excuses of low speeds to no Internet. Should I cancel my service?

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD When I tried for disconnection they simply said no refund. I have taken 6months package. Now they are neither disconnecting the service nor established the connection.
