One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

Act promises the Customer for good internet access but it lies for every two days need to raise a ticket they will close the ticket without informing the Customer, I have taken new connection it's less than 1 month I have raised multiple tickets @balamalladi @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I have raised a complaint on 11-Feb but no response received, hence raised another complaint on 16-Feb but till now no action taken or received call , issue is related cables are laying down on walk way. Please do the needful ASAP
