    @ACTFibernet Issue is with ur system. Ur team will submit a request and ur system will reject it thinking if a user uses the network for 1min of day it counts as wholeday. Fix that first.

    @ACTFibernet My internet is not working since last night. I had raised a complaint, but the resolution time is showing for tomorrow. Is this the superfast resolution you people promise of? You should learn from @reliancejio and @airtelindia, they have much better service!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Is there anyone with common sense and brains at ACT ? How can you even keep sending invoices for a closed account due to ACT's inability to provide services in the area? Numerous mails sent to the senior mgmt have not resolved the issue.

    .@ACTFibernet I now have real concerns. I paid in full yesterday and they have agreed the installation yesterday. Yesterday late evening it was rescheduled to today. Now they again rescheduled it to tomorrow! This is a real bad experience to me. Please refund me.

    In the last 7 days. @ACTFibernet Internet has been dead for 4 days. This is not the level of service we expect from you. The ETR is too high. Disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet I have paid to use your internet service not to loose my pay and also i have choice when there are other providers to Opt from ...have i not paid the bills..is it not prepaid which i am paying to use for the upcoming month right. How can you say closed unaware of reality ?

    @ACTFibernet Resolved after 20 hours it is no use for that while applying for a connection will communicated that if any issues will be resolved in 4hours @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD
