One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

@ACTFibernet why you guys don't fix the reoccurring issues 1st... This is 3rd time when no internet connection... Your support system is very bad.. For every complaints just an automatically raised ticket... And when your Technical support team what they will fix... 1/2

Hey @ACTFibernet you guys are slower than a tortoise. Get your lazy engineers working and help in relocating the router please. It's been 6 days and it is still pending, your agents over call just assure and do nothing.

@ACTFibernet I got a call 8th April, was told somebody would get in touch with me in 24 hours. Nobody has got in touch. Pathetic service. Initially raised request on 5th April, no action till now whatsoever. Thank God Reliance Fibernet is starting soon in our area. @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC
