    One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

    @ACTFibernet Again they closed the ticket without resolution. No reply for the email support team , very unethical. I paid an amount of 1200 for the April month, then my service was suspended with a new bill, with due on April 10. Very unfair trade practice by act internet. Why false commits

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Absolutely disgraceful service by ACT. There is no internet service since the past 20 hours. Raised a service request ticket yesterday (SR10179938649054). The ETA was 11 am today. Still the internet has not been recovered.

    @ACTFibernet Your service has been extremely unreliable. Complaint SR10379879346170 has been reopened again — this is the 5th/6th disconnection in just 20 days. This is unacceptable. I need a permanent solution, not repeated temporary fixes. Please resolve this urgently.

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service, no internet for last 2 days, whenever I lodge a complaint ,will have to wait for 24 hours to resolve, today they repaired my net n again it get disconnected within 30 min. Very pathetic

    I have escalated the matter to the customer service multiple times, they have requested callback from technician, not a word from technician till now. We pay thousands of rupees for this pathetic service which is diabolocal. Please look into it @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Why is ur sales team 24/7 available to make endless promises before payment, but 0/7 available after? This bait-and-switch is unprofessional. Sold false commitments to close the deal, now unmet promises & zero response from the rep. Fix this culture. #ACTFibernet

    No internet access and the support does not want to take care of it. This is pathetic. Is this your smart wifi? This is why I am planning to switch to other service provider. @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet . I have DMed you the service request number.
