    One biggest revelation from the lockdown #WFH is, all the mobile networks suck across all the places! Just terribly sucks!! @ACTFibernet is definitely a notch above , only issue is their frequent fiber cuts !!

    @ACTFibernet Issue is not about ETR why did your technical team just blindly updated as fibre cut where my neighbors have connection if its fibre cut whole area should face the issue or atleast my community should have problem your team has messed up something while giving new connection.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet guys what the hell you doing.. we have work and cant live without wifi... from morning, i am not getting wifi signal. you dont have a customer support helpline and the ticket I raised is still pending.. where is your quick resolution

    @ACTFibernet I’ve been without internet for almost 35 hours. ETA was yesterday 8:30 PM, but there’s still no resolution or update. Support hasn’t helped, and I can’t WFH as mobile data is unreliable here. Please resolve ASAP. Ticket: SR10181037423224

    @ACTFibernet your services are getting bad to worse, I am cancelling both my connections as soon as the time is over, can't use a vendor who can't do deliver on time, by the way the ticket number is SR10181065563754

    I request you to change allot for a change of router for my connection. Im not satisfied with the speeds of 150mbps when im paying 1400rs for 350mbps. this is absolutely waffling to advice me to change the plan to 6months when i requested. Kindly help with the change @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Such a worst Broadband service in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The guy called Prem approached me to change the connectivity line and raised a shifting request on my behalf. Now they've disconnected my connection because I haven't payed the Shifting Charges.
