    @ACTFibernet . It's been two days since my internet is down, and my work is affected because of this. No response from customer care team. This has become a weekly issue now. Going to stop recommending ACT, lowsy service and pathetic support.

    @ACTFibernet I request the company to please help me as i have plan of 150 mbps and i am only getting 5-7 mbps at my office. Please ACT help me or please refund the remaining amount as despite of several attempts nobody cares about providing service to the customer.

    Dear @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD start spending some money on service also instead of marketing. I have raise a complained regarding the internet issue which is not yet resolved. And when i call customer care it ia of no use. Worst customer care and service is been provided.

    @ACTFibernet Ur fibre net service is pathetic, facing connectivity issues frequently, once every month on an avg. Ur customer support is just as pathetic, takes 2 days to fix issues. Despite the costly plan that I pay for, I receive mediocre support. I'm going to cancel my plan.

    @ACTFibernet it took almost 18 hrs to resolve the internet issue, is this how you guys gona beat your competitors?

    @ACTFibernet provides the worst service in Bangalore. Their internet goes off at least once in a month minimum and there's no way to get the money adjusted for no internet days except calling them which they don't pick the call even after waiting more than 15 mins.
