@ACTFibernet don't ever take this bloody broadband, one of the worst service providers they need money when it comes to service and resolving customer queries, hopeless even after 24 hours they are not sufficient in resolving and customer support agents are one of the worst 🙏🙏

@ACTFibernet ur service is disgusting. Spoke to customer care, sent mail to nodal officer, sent mail to appellate authority & all this in 2 days. No call, no mail and the issue remains unresolved. Paid for the whole year but internet deactivated since 2 days. Ridiculous 🤬

@ACTFibernet - Your service is pathetic. I have raised a complaint on June 7th to have an upgradation in my current plan with a new router to be replaced as the speed is less than 5mbps which is causing a lot of issue working.

@ACTFibernet I have logged the complaint yesterday afternoon (SR11058478148762) and still not resolved, I called up your customer care but they said sir we already logged your complaint and disconnected the call and not even listening the customer.

@ACTFibernet Requested for router upgrade request on 11th June but still I didn't received the device yet and have made many calls & emails to customer service but no proper response and I have made an 6 months advance payment. May I know by now the issue will get resolved.
