    @ACTFibernet , I have raised a ticket to shift my router location. You said the issue will be resolved by 7th May , 2021. But I haven't received a single update still. This is the worst service from you

    @ACTFibernet Best service..After some 50calls,15-20times reopening the same ticket and writing 5-10 mails (for 4-5months)finally my complaint has been resolved thanks @ACTFibernet .

    On of the worst customer service I ever faced. @ACTFibernet i lost my internet connection and its been 18 hours no one has resolved my issue. People like me are working from home and kind of frustrating thing when u face this connectivity issues. (1)
