@ACTFibernet this is quite unbelievable service I received from ACT. i applied the connection by taking three month package. Now the technician told, u need to pay extra money because of some extra things require. So I cancelled the connection. But noot received refund yet .

@ACTFibernet Terrible experience with your web payment portal. Made a UPI payment online, money got debited but doesn’t reflect in billing statement. Do you even read support emails? Or should i switch to Airtel

@ACTFibernet it is too bad that your chat bot doesn’t recognise my mobile number and account number also. My internet is not working since yesterday and I am not able to raise ticket for that.
