Update: After speaking to several people from @ACTFibernet including the call center, 2 area in-charge, - it looks like they are least interested in resolving a customer's issue who has already paid. No one has any idea of the next steps or when this will be resolved.

@ACTFibernet Also please improve your customer support as this is now way to talk to the customer. The guy bluntly told me to either continue or shift the connection and he would never proceed with the disconnection. Do whatever you want. If this the way you treat your customers

@ACTFibernet Most hopeless connection i have ever seen. We have taken four connections of @ACTFibernetHYD in a week twice the connection gets disconnect and not less than 24hrs person comes to resolve. This issue we are facing since last six months but company is least bothered

@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet earlier your local guy closed SR10167563262974 and when I reopened it, he scolded me despite solving the issue. Now the nodal officer forcibly closed it, so I can't open it again frm the mobile app. U think u guys can play with customer's money

It is the 3rd week without internet. Even the call center put me on hold before disconnecting. Definitely do not recommend @ACTFibernet to anyone i know. Will have to get a refund and move to a better service provider like @airtelindia or @reliancejio or other provider. Hassle!
