    @ACTFibernet Hi can someone please tell me what the issue...wifi outage no one seems to know why! And im being told 24hrs for a resolution...while taking the payment you guys showed a lot of urgency so why does servicing take so much time im just being bounced arnd for answrs!!

    @ACTFibernet @Balamalladi13 You should have automated system to waive money on those days the service was poor/not provided like how there is an automated system to suspend and disconnect whiteout listening to 8 year loyal customer . You may reduce future churn!

    @ACTFibernet worst service from customer care agent he don't no how to talk with customer i told him to transfer to manager he transfer my call to othere extension and the way he is talking using abusing words on customer only.

    @ACTFibernet worst ever worst service..No technician as contacted from 24 hours ..and I do work from home job due to this I loss my salary..when I touch to CX care they repeat same words issue will be resolve soon.

    @DoT_India hello, @ACTFibernet has not yet resolved my issue after 60+ hours . their customer support is horrendous .

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 33rd consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???
