    @ACTFibernet stop harassing or I'll lodge a GD at police station on 18th Dec 2025 by 12noon. I'm everyday calling your customer support, they are telling me one technician would come to collect the router. I told many times on the call that I'm moving out of Bangalore permanently

    @ACTFibernet Even after paying for 6 months advance the system still shows a balance of ₹751 and has barred my services during my paid services tenure of still unused 4+ months. How is this possible? And what gives you the right to cancel my services for which i have prepaid.

    @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago Due to repeated outages, lack of proactive communication, and no permanent resolution, I have escalated this to the National Consumer Helpline. NCH Grievance No: 8348990 (mapped to ACT SR SR10378353026964). Customers shouldn’t lose workdays due to recurring failures. Please take accountability and fix this permanently.

    @ACTFibernet While my ticket for disconnection request is open, there are tickets automatically raised stating that my ACT connection is down and your reps are calling me. I am not using ACT anymore. Can you please help ?

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service from Nellore ACT. I requested for a new connection. They promised to get the connection ready in 24 hours and asked me to make the payment. Once payment done, no proper response till now. They are giving false promises and excuses now.

    @ACTFibernet your service in Chennai, especially in the Adyar area is absolutely dogshit. How is it that the internet connection just disappears the moment there is some sort of power fluctuation. Your customer support is also downright terrible.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down again, shortly after briefly coming back. This repeated on-off connectivity is unacceptable and severely impacting my work. Temporary fixes and closing tickets without a permanent resolution only worsen the issue. Please restore stable service immediately and take ownership.

    @ACTFibernet even your customer. Care doesnt respond and even after paying for months in advance you bill me unlawfully and block my service. This impacts my work and you are forcing me to pay for something that I didnot even apply for. How? #jaagograhakjaago

    @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since morning (Ticket SR10378342364064). I was informed it’s a local apartment issue, but customers should not lose connectivity for hours due to internal lapses. This outage is directly affecting my work. Please resolve immediately and ensure accountability.
