    @ACTFibernet I am listening the same story from everybody from last 5 to 6 days. Anyway I have requested for disconnecting. If you want to help me then make sure you will be ethically till the date you gave me internet. Disconnection Ref No SR11757144512662.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My connection has been suspended today even though I am having active discussion with your customer executives on my issues. They assured that my connection will be active until things are resolved. What is this? It is so disappointing

    @ACTFibernet Every time I connect with customer service they are disconnecting my call in the middle of conversation they don't even know how to behave with a client. Is this the way you treat your customers and if it is then it's disgusting and pathetic

    @ACTFibernet Fake promises made by act that after disconnection we will get the refund once we return the router. My colleague has returned it till now haven't received the refund. Even ur customer service executives are useless
