    @ACTFibernet Hello! The wifi at our house has not been working since Sunday evening. I filed a complaint on Monday morning and there has been no response since then.Along with me three other people of my street have the same issue. I hope you resolve the problem asap.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 1 and half an hour that I have shared my details..till now no response. What a service..even a normal sunny day it stopped working..and u don't have proper staff to address it on time. We have to punish ourselves to choose such a network

    @MMH12169799 @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Liers you people are , charging extra,no stable speed booked an order for 75 mbps are they are delivering 25 mbps cheaters and no backup In case of power off, rude customer service when I called in to report customer service agent hung up on me.

    @ACTFibernet Totally waste,no value for a customer,for August month bill same issue & it's repeating now. Also note,no customer agent speaks Kannada.I am in Bengaluru,Karnataka & my mother tounge is kannada.Morning called twice &had to speak English,Why ru not providing service in kannada?

    @ACTFibernet It's been many days but still it's unresolved. Kindly make it earliest. Why are you giving false information for making it for reconnection. Once it is reconnected you are charging in the bill. I also wanted you to listen your customer care calls spoke to me.
