    @ACTFibernet Hello Fibernet, I’ve applied for new connection last week , apparently I was suppose to get the connection in 48 hours . Ironically after repeated follow ups sales team stopped responding . No update till date . What kind of service is this.

    @ACTFibernet - Ticket ID SR10376884287714 closed without any resolution. When there is a ticket related to billing issue. How do you expect the payment to be made. For non servicing, ticket has been raised. Now you have suspended the services as well without any resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Everyday I get message that the connection would restore today this is from past 2 weeks, this is causing a significant impact on my work. Will not be restored, if not pls refund my paid bill I will switch to another better service providers.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Two days in the working week without the internet is absolutely ridiculous. My neighbours with JioFiber and Airtel don't seem to be facing these issues. What's the deal?All devices in my house work on the internet. Having to take leave too from work.

    .@ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet This is the WORST service ever. Internet has been down for 7 DAYS straight. No one from ACT is responding, no one is even picking up calls. The least you could do is answer and give a proper ETA. Pathetic customer support, absolutely unacceptable!
