    @ACTFibernet Internet is down again, shortly after briefly coming back. This repeated on-off connectivity is unacceptable and severely impacting my work. Temporary fixes and closing tickets without a permanent resolution only worsen the issue. Please restore stable service immediately and take ownership.

    @ACTFibernet I have 200mbps plan and archer c5 router was given by you ,doesn’t work for that speed cause band steering is turned off and worst outdated wifi Recommend other to take jio they have good wifi 6 #bengaluru #wifi #actwifi

    @ACTFibernet they all are scam worst customer service I had a word with Naveen his contact number - 92892 97023 and service manager Akshit tyagi branch Moti Nagar - 721-7524065 I was lied to and got internet installed and now no one is following up for my query..
