    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore What kind of service do you provide, worst to say the least. I have an outstanding issue pending to be resolved from past 1 month and no internet while working from home. Your engineers are more interested in closing the ticket than actually resolving!!

    Very disappointed with the appalling service of @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC @balamalladi Wanted to set up a new wifi connection however all the representatives and even TLs (Surendra ) From Delhi are not doing their job properly. Even after making a payment it's very hard to contact

    @ACTFibernet Facing issues from yesterday. There is power outage in the area and WiFi is also down. Don't you have power back up ? Its second day same issue repeating. Such a worst maintenance. Missing important meetings in the office. Ticket # SR10265456986634

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service from ACT. Yesterday Field engineer said they are going 2 change the cable to resolve the network issue. Today im not able 2 connect to the internet. Field engineers are not responding to my calls. They r busy n closing the ticket without resolution.

    @PMOIndia @TRAI @ACTFibernet As per Quality of Service of Broadband Service Regulation 2006, broadband connection is not provided within 15 days, a credit at the rate of Rs.10/- per day subject to max. of installation charge or equivalent allowance shall be given to customer.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC i am facing internet issue from 2 days registered a complaint yesterday but a agent called just now and telling me that after 48 hours he just now received the complaint, either the employee making fool of customers or ACT fiber net

    @reliancejio from past four days ,even after several calls and reminders , none of the engineers even had audacity to call and troubleshoot problems in internet connectivity, now I am feeling why did I migrate from @ACTFibernet With reference to Service Request NumberSR00001CFII2

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since yesterday & I haven't received any call from the engineer or any update at your end. When I called today, I was told that it will take one more day. My work is getting hampered & I want an immediate call back to disconnect your service
