    The worst part is being in tier 1 cities like Hyderabad they ate literally 4 days already and still they gave expected technician visit date around 10th August and the issue was reported on 6th August. @ACTFibernet are really best when it comes to service. Learn from them

    @ACTFibernet A/c. No. 101013143595 and A/c. No. 101635106923 No internet since last night. Last month, no internet for 4 days despite regular follow up & complaints. Every month same problem. Yet you charged late penalty of ₹118 per a/c. for paying a mere few hours late.

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD. It's been 2 days since my internet got disconnected but still no resolution has been provided. Their AD says "Forget Buffering", but right now I'm forgetting the internet itself in IT capital.

    Escalating the unresolved Internet service issue. It’s more than 12 hours , issue lodged under service ticket - SR 11076561070264. Since morning I am following it. Calling 74285 91049 & 93111 43204 numbers provided by the customer care. Getting no concrete answer. @ACTFibernet @DoT_India worst experience
