@ACTFibernet After reading the Above Tweet, they escalate to the Manageral level and I get a call from manager promising that I'll get a call within one hour at 8:09pm 6th Feb Result: Manager called and made a false promise, let the customer suffer who cares Ticket Closed Hurray!

@ACTFibernet billing issue , double charges have been asked for reconnection, after explaining everything ticket has been closed with out my confirmation. Really struggling with the behavior of the executives while interacting.Reopened the request to get help.

@ACTFibernet pathetic support. No commitment towards ticket resolution. One day with out internet passed and now they demanded one more day to investigate internet issue. I don't know what will I reply to office as I have very important work to complete by tomorrow.

@geekyranjit @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My experience with ACT has been totally opposite. I'm using it since past 7-8 yrs. Customer issue resolution is quite quick. Also they proactively send intimation if there are any issues with their network along with an ETA
