@ACTFibernet such a horrible team, I have paid the money 2 day back. Till now no one bothered to provide connection. Called up their customer care guy again, amazing answer, he says "what can I do? Wait". Think twice before taking from such a nasty customer focussed guys. - Nag

@ACTFibernet Account # 103345013707. Plan upgraded to GIGA without checking feasibility, Gigabit capable router and Without laying fibre cable. Pathetic customer service and SmartFibre is only marketing Gimmick.

@ACTFibernet As discussed on call, you will be providing refund due to no network feasibility. Could have been ethical if same was conveyed by your sales team before taking payment. I was informed that my building already has all wiring done and I will get connection in 1 day
