    @ACTFibernet its annoying that your support team mentions that they provided basic router which can't cover the signal strength to the next room itself. I have paid 6 for months already and enough of your service. Can you cancel my account and refund remaining amount?.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet a generic message is not enough to compensate for my lost time. Your customer care now mentions issue can only be resolved at 11 AM tomorrow. From 8 PM to 11 AM, it is quite a jump. Why wasn't I updated on the change in ETR until I contacted you guys?

    @ACTFibernet my connection has been dead for more than 36hrs and I still don't even have an ETA on when it'll be fixed or signs that you've even acknowledged the issue. I've made two calls to customer support and there's no assurance from you. Do I have to throw a hissy fit 1/2

    @ACTFibernet I’ve unsubscribed Netflix by calling your customer care 2 months ago but this month Netflix has been billed in my account I contacted customer care they told me they will change the bill amount but till now there is no update. Worst customer service @TRAI
