8 days, no internet, no resolution — worst experience ever. Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet

  • Srithesamaritan
    Sricharan (@Srithesamaritan) reported

@ACTFibernet @chennaiactfiber This is completely unacceptable. Over 3 days with no internet, zero accountability, and now the junction box itself is gone? What kind of service is this? No updates, no resolution, nothing. Stop ignoring customers and fix this immediately.

@ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday evening. I have raised ticket SR10279744980184 yesterday itself, but no response or anything yet.

Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet. Set-top box not available, and even Amazon Fire TV Stick is still not installed after many follow-ups. Service is very poor. No value for customers. If not resolved soon,I will cancel my connection. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Really disappointed with ACT. Internet is not working properly despite raising multiple complaints about buffering and slow speed, and the issue is still not resolved. The only suggestion is to restart the router, but that hasn’t fixed anything.

@gayatri008_16 @ACTFibernet You are not using the right service provider.

  • tomardhruvsingh
    Dhruv Singh (@tomardhruvsingh) reported

@ACTFibernet Facing incorrect billing + sudden disconnection. My port was wrongly changed (Port 1 → Port 2), so ₹60/month discount not applied. Bill inflated (₹1973 vs ₹1763). Need urgent fix—exam tomorrow. Please resolve within 1 hour or I escalate to consumer forum.

  • AnirbanSarangi
    AS (@AnirbanSarangi) reported

@airtelindia Really appreciate your efforts to give a right coverage but somehow your team is incapable of giving resolution or better service. Switched from @ACTFibernet after five years, of testing your services. But it was my mistake.

  • shashank24ten
    Shashank Shekhar (@shashank24ten) reported

@ACTFibernet 1 day from your tweet and not a single person has turned up or called to fix it! In today's AI world it is taking 96 hours for @ACTFibernet to respond to customer complains.

  • Jupiter_god_
    Jupiter_Savior (@Jupiter_god_) reported

If @ACTFibernet honestly reflects on the number of customer tickets raised across India, they would likely feel embarrassed themselves.
