    @JioCare What is the definition of soon? Is this how you treat your customer? Is it the four to five days are your average resolution time in Chennai? Frustrated. Please disconnect my connection and confirm @ACTFibernet Can you please send me the offers & tarrif at Chennai location.

    @ACTFibernet why does a simple request to joint Cables take more than 2 days to resolve? If it works....no issues but if Stops....very difficult to restart again!!! Hopefully my request will be addressed soon🤞

    @ACTFibernet From 7th October onwards, the Internet has not been working, and your technician has neither visited my flat nor resolved the issue. Tickets are being closed on a daily basis without any resolution. Cases -  SR10277445243824& SR10277456919584 &SR10277468378774
