@ACTFibernet From last 24 hours internet is not there and they are saying team will get back to you. Half of the world is working from home and no internet is really a shame. How could there be no backup available??Why the issue is not getting resolved before business hours.

@ACTFibernet @VKakkireni Another reason why Airtel is better than ACT in customer service. Raised SR SR11054729079258 yesterday afternoon to stop Zee5 subscription and this morning got mail that Zee5 subscription has been renewed.

@ACTFibernet I have shared my details with u in private chat. . Why they always say there is a fiber cut issue when there is not. . From the same ACT box my neighbors are getting internet but I am not. . Will u call this a fiber cut issue?
