@ACTFibernet :I raised a ticket for referral not being reflected in billing on 11th July. After conversation with Sales and the support they assured ,it will be corrected jn back end. Again I got in touch with The team on 15th July who confirmed, referral is present give 72 hr

Escalated on 121, was promised someone would call by 12pm today & resolve by evening. No calls yet. I feel I've made a huge mistake taking Airtel BB connection. Should have gone for @ACTFibernet or @HathwayBrdband. Shame on you & your pathetic service quality @Airtel_Presence

Hi @ACTFibernet guys the internet went down again in exactly four days since the last time. The counter is 2 times for the year since I started counting on July 20th 2021 #actfibernet
