Hi twitter guys please don't buy @ACTFibernet. Within a month a worst customer care services which I seen. Today the billing team person is shouting at me. Even if we escalate to nodal officer it is waste of team. Sales team said I got offer of 200 for 6 months.

@ACTFibernet The internet issue has been resolved after 35 hrs but I had another request raised to remove the extra box installed at my terrace which has been unattended since last 10 days and tickets are being closed without interaction.

@ACTFibernet Still the issue has not been resolved or no technical has nt came to check it, I am going to disconnect the ACTBroadband. And in future I wont recommend it to any my colleague...🙏

@ACTFibernet the customer service bill team owe me 3 months of bill instead of refund they have disconnected my service and all the customer care ( vinay and pawan) managed to disconnect all my calls and i have no source of calling customer service. Well played game by act.👌
