@ACTFibernet I have raised request for plan change, still plan change request not reflected instead am getting bill details for next 6 months and the updated plan bill I paid is adjusted with future bill. Not getting traction over app support.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ACT Fibernet is the worst internet service provider in Bangalore. They do not respond to your complaints. Their technicians just close incidents without resolving your issue. The connectivity is down for more than 24 hours .

@reliancejio Jio nowadays is damn pathetic. Service interruption msg wil b sent with time for closure. Later apology msg will follow saying delay in restoration. Almost thrice a week (8 hrs/day) service is disconnected. I have to completely surrender & go for @airtelindia / @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Such pathetic service, I pay for 300mbps but never got more than 150mbps. Ur Technician does not know the reason behind that. Plus disappointing Network drops in between #pathetic #actinternet #actbroadband

People from Chennai, kindly don't choose ACT fiber and they are interested do new connection and don't bother on existing connections. Please go for Hathway or Airtel and please don't choose ACT. Very worst network @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet service disconnection happens frequently, December month it's happened 10-12 times, and from yesterday it self it's not working, ur people taking more then 1 day for resolution. My all work got stucked, these issues impacting my work and all. SR no: SR10766724093974
