  @ACTFibernet so in delhi their internet stops working within 15 days of installation think about other states and they couldn't resolve it , the worst part is they are unable to even provide ETA. They hired few staff and even they are untrained, Avoid ACT

  @ACTFibernet SR10381745646584 - down since morning. Issue expected to be resolved before 9pm. No improvement. Similarly few days back SR10381520525554 raised and the outage was 3 days. I want compensation for the total 4 days without internet and extra for the inconvenience.

  Put in a request to shift connection 2 weeks ago. ETA on the ticket was 28th august. called support on 1st september. still havent got a call from agenst to shift the connection yet. @ACTFibernet @BandBajaateRaho

  @ACTFibernet Paid ₹8,476 on Aug 23 for 6 months to upgrade from 75 Mbps to 400 Mbps. 5 days later, the plan is still not upgraded. I’m being charged for the new plan while receiving the old service. No proper update from ACT. Extremely disappointing.
