    @ACTFibernet this is a dense mf company. I got a disconnection done and they said they only owe me 1400 for 3 months of pending service? Well I paid much higher for 3 months. And its been a month and I haven’t received my refund yet. How long should I wait? Or would I not get it?

    @ACTFibernet what’s the problem with your network? More than 10 complaints within a week and still the same issue. What kind of pathetic service you are providing? Giving free one month is of no use, if you cant provide seamless internet for one month

    @ACTFibernet Though I raised billing issue complaint, no one called me so far and they will close my ticket with our resolution. Now they had given connection, but I am not using, because of bill issue. I can only pay and use internet, only if I received revised bill.

    @arunbothra @ACTFibernet @SwiggyCares Both are slow in customer care services. First one could not process a request for relocation for 10 days, eventually had to switch to other connection and second one did not returned my money and it's been an year.

    @ACTFibernet ur customer care number 080-42884288 in Bangalore never works . Y do u giv numbers which don’t work? U never resolve complaints.. no one cn contact U.. Y hide from facing customers after such pathetic service.. plz come out of ur cave n gv a genuine contact num
