    @ACTFibernet ID No.101001915236 in De isconnected status we Paid on 14.03.2021 and same is disconnected on 10.08.2021 before 6 months of Recharge. Please clarify is it prepaid or Post paid service that you are providing to the customer.

    @ACTFibernet We have lodged 3 complaints since yesterday evening stating that we are unable to connect to the Internet. ABSOLUTELY Pathetic and unprofessional service by your team. The problem exists post 12 hours. Absolute Shambles and Unprofessional. Regret opting your services

    @ACTFibernet The worst service I have ever seen. I have received bill on which I have queries and have raised queries on the same. From past 1 month I am trying to chase customer care and every time I call they say that billing team will call me on my number but it didn't happen
