    @Spyder1x @ACTFibernet The main issue with ACT is it is double NAT. Means the IP will be shared with your neighbour technically. So if your neighbour download more . It will be slow. Plz dont go for ACT. I am not here to suggest anything. i am telling my experience here.

    Very poor service of @ACTFibernet in New Delhi. Customer care disconnect calls & area managers not responding. Took advance payment of 6 months nither refund nor giving the service. Never Ever use ACT, this is the worst company.

    @ACTFibernet Let's hope this time you revert to me with a resolution, waiting since your earlier promise of 28 July 2021. Repeat that I had recommended your connection with great fanfare. Anyone, including me can face this situation, therefore, true to your name better ACT or ACT better !

    @ACTFibernet Guys really disappointed with the service..2 weeks and 4 buisness day loss.>8 hrs, issue raised no technical help yet. Frequent issues - 102590179766, not sure it things will be improved, 🆘 @ITS_MoC

    @ACTFibernet There is no response from fiberact team yet,if there no possibilities to provide instant service,plz refund my amount on priority basis.almost 20days I raised a complaint.Plz deactivate my account I will move to another N/W at least they will resolve issuewithin week

    @ACTFibernet Waiting for resolution since morning...it has really been a bad day, expecting ans to my email as well..You know internet has become basic need and being a service provider it's your duty to provide uninterrupted service

    @harish2you @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet It's ACT, they take there own time, nothing works with them, in service airtel is good, they assign area wise service person, u can directly contact him and get things resolved, in ACT u have to follow long toll free number process, will never get resolved...

    @ACTFibernet it is more than 24 hours now and still no internet. The support guys promised that it would be back by yesterday only. What is going on. How long we need to stay off the internet. So this one whole day should be added with plan validity. SR10160908341772
