@Balamalladi13 @ACTFibernet It's really disappointing service and support. Really after being 5-6 years also no values for customers. Every time they want to pay a bill in 6 or 12 months. No values for monthly customers. Without informing Connection deactivated..

@ACTFibernet I installed fibernet yesterday. I have 75 mbps plan for 3 months in which I got router free. The router doesn't support 5g band. The installation person fooled me telling you will get 75 mbps in 2.4ghz band itself. PLEASE CHANGE ROUTER Ticket SR10265684389329

@ACTFibernet Iam having a worst experience with you , you people are just making fake promises my connection got lost and a day has wasted and when it connected back within hours it got disconnected again .

@varunkrish @ACTFibernet I know service quality and bandwidth can vary across areas. But, I have been using JioFiber since the past two years and the internet is consistent and so are the speeds.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD i had raised a ticket its been more than 40 hrs no resolution i had got, if try to connect the customer care they are disconnecting the call. Your ticket SR10165673746754 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 21-Aug (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30
