@ACTFibernet connectivity issue from the last two months is quite bad. Am using act from last 5years. Regularly connectivity issue are there. If you are not resolving the issue at the earliest.will change the broadband connection. Am fed-up with giving regular complaint

@ACTFibernet Broadband is not working since morning 6AM. Resolution time provided is 7PM in evening. Such long hours for resolution is not acceptable. As per customer care, some junction box is down. Shouldn't you have a backup servers for these situations?

@ACTFibernet I've raised a complaint(ID:SR10150509472262) on 31/12/2020 and it is the second day I'm not having internet connectivity.I'm unable to continue my work for 2 days now as Your USELESS & WORST customer support team knows nothing other than standard template replies.
