    @ACTFibernet hey ACT this will be my 3rd day in the whole month without any internet. We have paid for service for the full month not for like 26/27 days of usage. Are we going to get compensate for the issue which was from you? Also the same kind of issue happening frm 2+ year.

    @ACTFibernet Dear act, how long will you take to resolve the billing issue? The speed with which you are closing complaints without resolving them, if you show the same speed in actually resolving the complaint it will be great.

    @ACTFibernet I have issue with zee5 subscribtion.since I enroll I'm paying the bill everymonth but I'm unable to login into platform. I'm paying simply for the I'm unable to use. I have checked with Act multiple times but I'm unable to get in touch with correct representative.

    @ACTFibernet The only progress being made on the ticket is the delay and nothing else. Hard to believe that it is taking so much time to address the issue. Do u expect the user to simply sit and loose his WFH?

    @ACTFibernet Your service has become worse. I have raised a ticket about internet not working and it's been around 60 hrs without any resolution. Who'll take 60 hrs in todays world to resolve a customer complaint and still unable to resolve. SR10151417072122 is ticket nber

    @ACTFibernet WOW!!!! Your message clearly shows that either you are simply ignorant, pathetic readers or you had no answer to my complaint. Read my concern again which I raised regarding relocation reinstallation charge or I should translate in a language which you can understand.

    @ACTFibernet still its not yet restored.technican says power is off at the nearest hub.customer care executive says fibre cable is being changed.what is the exact issue? Im going to switch to jio.Thanks!
