Just now chated with your customer care and he is saying that we cannot provide you with a router because it's been 1 year so may be i will remove my connection from my home for this and the box also... If possible provide me a router thanks @ACTFibernet

Never ever subscribe to ACT they tell you in the morning it will be fixed by afternoon till evening they don't look at your face. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet FIX the network before 12 am or refund me all the money no ifs or buts i don know why do i even haveact fiber when, jio is giving the same speed withMORE benefits on literally same and sometimes less prices send your emergency team and i want this fixed before 12am @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet your 3rd class crappy service is at it again,yesterday there was no internet in the morning,today too same things,paid 15000rs to you cheats for plan renewal just 2 days back. Have shame before reminding due date to customers as nearly a month is wasted like this

Every day I have to beg to get a basic service that I have paid for three months in advance. Such rotten connectivity daily. Won't be long before I toss this and move @ACTFibernet. Can't deal with this daily hassle much longer.
