    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD (1/n) Worst Experience on Day 1 itself. Last evening I've requested for new installation and the Slaes guy promised me to get the broadband installation before 12PM on 4/4/2023. I trusted him & paid 5.5K immediately.

    Kalyani the last customer representative was laughing at my situation when I asked for update. She thinks she can get away with it. Can a formal complained be lodged against her ? I could hear her giggles over call, worst pathetic customer service you have. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet initial you guys were rocking with your speed and connectivity.. but recent days too many downtimes and one of the slow Network you guys have almost past three days the network fluctuations and the interim solution is all got wasted #actfiber #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet - below ticket for ref Your ticket SR10267465787194 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 05-Apr (DD/MM) between 07:30 to 09:00AM. Team ACT You need a day to fix internet, are we living in year 2000 or this is 2023?

    @ACTFibernet Your representative called from a Hyderabad number and asked me what happened, I explained to him that we cannot raise multiple tickets in a week, sometimes day. If that is resolution for you, I am getting another connection in parallel.

    @ACTFibernet Internet down since last 18 hours and there is no sign of this getting resolved. The ETA was shifted from 1300 today to 0900 tomorrow. This is ridiculous service and there is not transparency on what's going on behind. Ticket no SR10267463984244. Ac id 102018505929

    @harsh_thakur_1 @ACTFibernet Not sure if ACT follows LCO model or they deliver last-mile infra directly in your area - If it's the former, that's just the reality with LCOs PAN India. Unless the consumers demands change and get rid of the LCO from the equation, it's the same issue for any other ISP.
