@ACTFibernet The internet is again pathetically slow today!! #UnresolvedIssue Someone from @ActFibernet visited last evening. Went to check on the junction box, but came back saying that there is no one at that residence where the junction box is so will have to visit again today.

@ACTFibernet Such poor service in New Delhi. Payment taken for connection on 11 August and still awaiting installation. Wasted my time yesterday and now today. ACT Delhi Saket engineer Vipin doesn't respect anyone's time. And today also he says he needs 2 -3 more days

@ACTFibernet again no services?what type of service are you providing. Last week 2 days we suffered and now again it has resumed. I remember your management hiking the price last year amid pandemic to provide "better service". Is this a reflection of the same? Shameless lot!

@ACTFibernet Hey, My Internet connection is not working since Sunday (8/15), Immediate action from ACT was to assign a service engineer. He promptly visited the site and checked and found out there are cable cuts and will be replaced in 1 hour. its been 3 days, internet
