    @ACTFibernet Can you guys put option of downgrading the plan in between 6M validity ? You guys are not flexible to the customer. While taking the plan act team says you can any time downgrade and upgrade the plan. @consumercourtin @ConsumerCourt_

    @ACTFibernet Hi, I have been trying to get my internet issue resolved for a while but there has been no response from you. There is an issue in my entire area but no resolutions yet. I lost a payday. Are we going to get reimbursed for every payday lost?

    @ACTFibernet Your representative suggested me to choose another vendor. "There is no alternative for the junction box issue, I suggest you to disconnect our services" really!! SR10253237938615. Can you look into this ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet I have been paying everytime through gpay never had such issue....and moreover if there is acceptance then how come you say that it didn't get reflected at your end...stuck due to wfh not able to work properly..What the heck is this please take necessary action asap

    This is not the first time, I was charged o monthly basis even when I was not using the Internet and my routers were switched off. @ACTFibernet , never expected this. Facing too many issues again and again. I have raise request for disconnection now. Thanks

    @ACTFibernet my account has been activated on 27th Feb however there is no internet at all since then. raised a ticket SR10153174348932 and have been contacting the technician but there is no resolution until now. this is very frustrating!! kindly help resolving urgently
