  @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

  @ACTFibernet @VFSGlobal Highly unreliable service, don’t get if you are working from home. They take 2-3 days to fix something which others do in an hour.

  No internet for 2 days & multiple tickets ignored. The promised resolution time has passed, which is completely unacceptable since my entire work is online.   @ACTFibernet @jagograhakjago The ETA keeps on changing. From yesterday 9PM to today 8PM to now showing tomorrow 7PM. There is an option to schedule callback from Service engineer. Trying that since yesterday. The engineer name keeps on changing and nobody calls back.

  @ACTFibernet You need to act responsibly, firstly I didn’t get any call but if you cannot reach me, you will close the ticket without any resolution. What kind of service is it? You collect money for 6 months and you cannot shift connection in 10 days and no response also

  @ACTFibernet ID: SR11081047219104 Internet has been down for 24+ hrs. Engineer visited and said the cable is broken at a pole, another engineer was to fix it, but no update yet. Please expedite the resolution ASAP.
