Since they have a huge market base now they don't care about the customers anymore. Why you are in the market if you are not able to handle fiber technology.

  @ACTFibernet consistency in services is becoming an issue, either the speed or link is down & today it's been down for 5 hrs with a fiber cut prob cited to me by CS. The BOT is bad, CS never has a update & they only raise SRs, local engg are never reachable.. Thinking of changing

  @ACTFibernet Horrible service from ACT. I raised a request for internet shifting. it has been more than 4 days and no one has come for moving the connection. Customer service just doesn't want to help. Horribke service. If you cannot solve the request please cancel the service
