    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet don't know what is wrong at your end. My internet connection keeps dropping every now n then. Complaining doesn't seem to help. Engineers say some work is happening at main server end and ticket is closed.

    @ACTFibernet What a shame! No internet since 3 days. Shameless company with shameful customer service! Ticket no.SR110511060871522 closed twice within10 minutes without rectifying the fault. Nobody to listen. Time wastage on nos.7288999999 & 9121212121. Zero service! Looters!

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service have bought this broadband connection 2 months back and it has stopped working 5 times and heights is this time it’s not working since 4 days and no rely no contact from ur team amazing example of pathetic service
