  @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

  @ACTFibernet My internet has gone down for the second time in the last 48 hours. I’m extremely frustrated with having to repeatedly deal with outages and being redirected to an ineffective chatbot.   @ACTFibernet Your technician called and once I told him its same issue, he cut the call as he knows he made a mistake earlier.

  @ACTFibernet Also your customer care raised a ticket to replace my mesh routers since weeks. Nothing came from your side. When i call customer care they simply cut the call. Why dont you shutdown your services?
