  @ACTFibernet most unprofessional service ever, taking advantage of the monopoly in the locality where I reside, no scheduled appointment for new connection, and I see only the complaint tweets from the customer. No ethics , no respect and value for customers time

  @ACTFibernet very poor internet connection at Basavanagar,pathetic service. Bengaluru-560037 from the past one week. Despite calls and follow up with the support staff no action taken yet. They didn't even bother to answer our calls. Clear case of deficiency in service.

  @ACTFibernet There is a critical outage in Chandapura area, Bangalore. Are you aware of?? Customers are insanely affected for almost 20 hrs since yesterday night. Is this some kind of joke? How you are dealing with local competitors who are cutting the fiber every now and then??

  @ACTFibernet Your customer service guy is a real hero. When I requested to give a connection he told it is not feasible at this location. Next day after I took jio he was spamming me with phone calls to take a new connection. I had to shout at him & then he sent an SMS to refer my friends.
