    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet Twice in a week ur internet service is interrupted. Repeated calls & tickets but no internet. Facing problem in work emails,food, grocery, medicine ordering, bills payments, y is the customer going thru this pain.. coz u don’t ACT. 6yrs loyal customer dropping off.

    @ACTFibernet dear Act ,there is a limit to test one's patience. I want to relcote Act digital tv connection or terminate if no service available. I am not able to get it done. This is irritating and annoying. Also expalins your pathetitic unskilled customer service. Help please

    @ACTFibernet Can't you inform customer that disconnected broadband will take time..I could have gone different broadband service. Since yesterday made 5 attempt to CC and every time technician is assigned and it will resolve by sometime.

    @ACTFibernet How many times u ask for opportunities? You people have cheated my money,the customer care who spoke to me was unaware of my issue and not worth enough to take decision to resolve my issue. Who is going to give my money where you supposed to send for the usage of my power supply?

    @ACTFibernet I'm Having the Connection outage since +24 hours and your concern executives do not response to the calls. Is this the service u provide. False promises might ruin ur business.

    @ACTFibernet was the good fibernet, But it became worse from last few months, Service became the worse n I don't understand why you guys do this I even stopped using your service from a week. It's better to switch if u don't resolve wifi issue @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet internet is down. I called customer care number they are saying it will take 24 hrs to resolve the issue. You ruined my Saturday night. Pathetic.

    @ACTFibernet Waah... @ACTFibernet no response yet. And customer care lies on top of that... Very bad.... Now I am thinking of switching internet provider.. will do it If I don't get any call soon...
