@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

Even after 10 days act Fibernet did not resolved my internet connectivity issue. Worst broad band coustmer service. I am held with the service of Act fibernet. I don't no why they are not resolving my issue permanently. Disgusted using @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD and @ACTFibernet .... I have taken a one year package in first one month my connection had a breakdown for three days. You technicians does not respond and customer care officers only apologises. While customer suffers you enjoy profit by not giving services.

@ACTFibernet Congratulations. No resolution of ticket in 24 hours. On followup I am told the ticket was incorrectly classified and to wait another 4 hours.

@ACTFibernet My daily usage till 7th doesn’t cross 4GB per day but now it’s crossing 100 GB per day. Today onwards I started my office work. Until yesterday I was on leave. When I don’t even use for office work there is no chance to cross 100GB. Please help.
