    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet today again at 8pm lost internet and I have been told that person is visiting within 30min, later when called back, was told will visit next day. now he has seitched off his mobile. already beared enough, cancel plan immediately

    @ACTFibernet I had very good opinion about your service, but this time lost trust. Will never again take your service and suggest to my friends. Just refund my amount if you can't provide service. Its completely blocking my office work.

    @ACTFibernet I have changed from single modem to mesh plan last month. Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Let's be clear: My account is active till Oct 2026. ACT is failing to provide service unless I modify a rented house. Since ACT cannot route the connection independently, I am not seeking "technical resolution"I want a full pro-rata refund for the remaining months

    @ACTFibernet shameless service by ACT. ACT promised to provide internal wiring for their MESH devices and took 499 for that service too. It’s been 3 months now and I’m still chasing ACT to lay the internal cable. No responsible people working there.

    @ACTFibernet SR11980618359974. My Office connection is down for more then 24 hours and the issue is a disconnected wire at the DP. Now all i am getting is my ETR being postponed since yesterday. Kindly fix it or take my disconnection request so that i can move to Airtel.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Disconnected service. Refund not paid to bank last conversation balance transfer to another ACT account . Now suddenly sending dues email.Stop misleading customers. This is unacceptable and feels like deliberate confusion and harrassment

    Something is seriously wrong with @ACTFibernet bangalore! I requested a Wifi shift change 1 week back and still never got a call back. And their customer care numbers are all IVR and automated, no way to get a human callback! Absolutely disaster service! Something as basic as internet isn’t solved in the ‘Startup Capital’ of India
