    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @reliancejio @JioCare #JIOAIRFIBER What a worst service from you for the last one month. No internet no network. The worst part is jio support, Always have one reason, there is service outage in your area. When the outage will be fixed, god knows. Time to move on @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet SR10280477582234. Last two days, the internet has not been working. Please let me know if the issue cannot be resolved today. I will switch to another provider, as their service is working fine in my apartment and their support is much better.

    @ACTFibernet It’s beyond frustrating. I have had the same issue twice in the first month of coming onboard. I am using @airtelindia wifi back home the last 3-4 years and such instances have rarely occurred. What are you doing wrong? @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet such a bad experience. I have been raising the request for shifting of connection. It was supposed to be done yesterday and yet nothing has been done. The customer care is useless as well. They keep pushing for new connection without refunding my old connection money
