This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities.     @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Considering 3 employees doing work from home is becoming very difficult with this internet. I raised a ticket last week they closed it without resolution, yesterday also I raised again but so solution. Also I pay for 5g and I don't get use it,
