    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet really horrible customer service, internet is down in our building since 24 hours, but still there is no resolution by ACT team. Their technician is also useless, not picking up the call. I regret taking the 6 month subscription

    @ACTFibernet I've taken 75Mbps plan and engineer who installed the connection and router has given me the router which is ideal for 40Mbps plan. I called customer care many times but the issue has not resolved yet since past 1 week. Open requests are getting closed w/o resolution

    @ACTFibernet Can you please check ticket SR10264551958714 and resolve it on priority, the service is down since yesterday and no update. The ACT service is really bad in these days, requesting you to check the reason and improve it.

    @ACTFibernet there has been continuous problem in our network for every week am keep on calling the actcare everytime they issue will be solved but there is regular problem 😑😑😑😑
