    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @GTPLHathwayLtd For the past month, my internet speed has been very slow, and the connection has gone down multiple times. I created a ticket (#37213455), but the issue is still not resolved. gtpl is no longer reliable maybe it’s time to switch to @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet What's wrong with ACT broadband? Most of the time I have issues. It stopped working today and it has been 1 hour still down We are paying full amount so expecting full service, now a day ACT has become like BSNL, most of the time down.

    @ACTFibernet ACT Team and Nodal Officer, This is a formal complaint against ACT on the unauthorised shifting of internet connections in SOBHA ROYAL PAVILION, Bangalore. These connections were tampered and moved from the 4BHK to the 3BHK side of the society without prior notice.

    Aasmaan se gire khajoor me atke... Disconnected @ACTFibernet yesterday and opted for @airtelindia broadband due to frequent cuts and long resolution time... Now Airtel broadband had connectivity issues from early morning and nobody coming up despite logging the issue around 7am...     @ACTFibernet Why is ur sales team 24/7 available to make endless promises before payment, but 0/7 available after? This bait-and-switch is unprofessional. Sold false commitments to close the deal, now unmet promises & zero response from the rep. Fix this culture. #ACTFibernet
