@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@ACTFibernet I am writing you because of no body from ACT responding for issues resolution, everyday internet not working from 12pm to 6pm. If we called customer care they are putting call on hold and not listening our voice. If this is the case please refund my entire money.

@ACTFibernet You guys are becoming the worst from the best. This is the 6th time in a span of 30 days, I'm facing internet issues during my working hours. Connected Without Internet is the issue I'm facing. I need to work, but because of the frequent disconnects I'm irritated.

@ACTFibernet I am sharing this issues in all social media pages also let people should know the real face of ACT Fibernet company. Refund me the amount I have paid for the connection else disconnect the connection completely with full refund of the paid amount.

@ACTFibernet very pathetic internet service in Bangalore. For 75mbps I am getting 10-15 mbps speed even after lot of follow-up there is no resolution yet. @ACTFibernet engineer said router is not compatible for 75mbps. Please look into this matter ASAP.
