    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    Since @ACTFibernet is taking too long (2+ days) to restore Internet every time it goes down, I thought of moving to @Airtel_Presence, I guess airtel is the same as they didn't even respond to my new connection request since 2 days. I think @JioCare is the best option out there.🤔

    @ACTFibernet I took a 3+1 months internet plan and now I am getting msgs to repay in 3rd month. Your customer service guys keep disconnecting the call in middle highly unprofessional. Pls resolve this billing issue urgently else I will move out to other network.

    @ACTFibernet Connections in our society has been down since yesterday morning. Request SR10263241206364 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10/12/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). No engineer showed up yesterday and today also. This is impacting WFH. Can you please check asap.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Tkt #SR10163231627514 raised in 10 Oct 21, 60 hours passed, no resolution, 2day when I call up Cx Support, saying that the tkt is closed. How can d tkt be closed widout Cx consent and widout resolution. Pathetic services @ACTFibernet
