@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@ACTFibernet This is pure harassment. Auto-closing tickets without resolution, constant bill reminders despite ZERO service, and now disconnecting my connection (110000247426) while still harassing me for payment. Shameful customer treatment. #ACTFibernet #ConsumerRights
