    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet I can see your prompt and swift action has taken around 5 days to resolve this Your commitment arises on the day of billing that's it You penalize the customer on late payment of bills/recharge, but what about you guys when it comes to delay in resolution

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I haven't seen such an irresponsible ISP, for straight 6 days you cannot fix my internet when I asked for a refund so I can go with another ISP, you disconnected my internet. For sure I don't want to use your service. Refund my money for 3 month.

    @ACTFibernet Internet outage in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru since morning. Multiple support calls made, but no resolution or meaningful update so far. This level of service disruption is unacceptable, especially for customers relying on the connection for work. #ACTFibernet
