    @ACTFibernet : there is no connectivity since 2 hrs and raised sr for this. But no contact details or update and eta is 24 hrs which too long What is prolem with your server which always goes down. This is pathetic service provided for the amount being paid

    @ACTFibernet One of the very very worst customer support. There is no dedicated support and if you raised ticket we need to wait 2 to 3 days.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Had raised a shift connection request, technician disappears after leaving work incomplete. Had raised the issue a week back and every time i call the customer service contact number the same response but no resolution.

    @gloria_suncity @ACTFibernet @SikhamoniHazari Hello act fibernet, I am facing the worst service ever I have a bill for 1000 rs after disconnection of the bill and I have called to act cc and I got a call back from the act team and service is not good I need a resolution for the issue.

    @ACTFibernet worst service I ever seen.I have been chasing up for almost 3months for my refund and each time I have been given false commitments. still I didn't get my partial refund. I sent modem handover receipt to nodel officer email. But no response yet. will I get my refund?
