  @ACTFibernet I got a call 8th April, was told somebody would get in touch with me in 24 hours. Nobody has got in touch. Pathetic service. Initially raised request on 5th April, no action till now whatsoever. Thank God Reliance Fibernet is starting soon in our area. @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC

  @ACTFibernet Internet not working since 3rd March. Lodged multiple complaints but to no avail. No follow up calls from support team or engineers. Reqstd disconnection and even that is not accepted. Ticket reso time expires nd new tckt is generated. Acc no 102134234799
