    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet has the worst management in the world. It's more than consecutive 100+ days of posting on twitter. I raised the complaint in October-2021. The bill date hath come but the incapable staff or the cheating company didn't provide the resolution yet.

    @ACTFibernet Service technicians at this locations are closing the service requests without a solid resolution keeping issues repeating. I request you to peak into this issue and do the needful. Reliable ISPs like yours cant go worst because of a particular service team. 2/2

    Hey @ACTFibernet. I have 2 different connections which are used by 2 different ppl to work from home, and both aren’t working since yesterday. Was given an ETA of 12pm today, but still no resolution, and CS has no clue what’s happening. Ticket number: SR10164307455634

    @ACTFibernet .. My current plan validity is till 30/3/2022... However received msg plan is expired, if i am not going to pay Rs.4063/- my services will be disconnected... Pathetic customer service.. unable to answer nor clarify... Disgusting 🥺.. need immediate resolution.
