  @ACTFibernet Tickets raised and even spoke with the engineer but no use. No proper response and no resolution. Previously they used to fix the problem within few hours but nowadays the service has become worse.

  @ACTFibernet Horrible service I have been facing for the past two months. Previous month the internet was not working for 3 days and this month 2 days and still waiting for it to be fixed. I am thinking of changing the provider and withdraw connection from ACT.
