@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

Sir,I have a new connection of your ACT Fibernet your service manager told me that the range of the 5G connection is 8 m , but when I installed it your executive told me that the range is only 3m and the speed of the connection is also very poor @ACTFibernet my number 9910809995

@ACTFibernet Worst customer service I have been calling since 3 weeks to fix my generated bill so that I can make the payment but they didn't fix it and suspended my connection for non payment of the over charged bill Concerned about suspension I even called their team but still.
