    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet Now your team has given resolution time up to 9 th March, for one simple activation task you are taking 72 hours of resolution time. Even though I cleared the due 3 hours back.

    paid my payment 2 days ago to establish a new connection and still didn't recieved any kind of services for the installation. As far as I've experienced @ACTFibernet is the worst service provider ever! Just gonna cancel.

    @ACTFibernet What will you do if you go to watch movie and for half of the movie there is blank screen? It was Monday morning and prime time for most of my client meetings. For all these downtime, are you providing any compensation? If no, your service is not worthy!
