    @ACTFibernet Everyday right after 1:15 Pm my internet speed is dropping to less than 2MB/s. It's happening during work from home and getting resolved after 2 hours .I am struggling with this now....need a solution for this badly

    @ACTFibernet Thank God I quit your worst fibernet service. I raised a request for removing your fibernet modem from my house on 25.01.23 and shift it to nearby houses who still use ur service. But till today even after 15 days no response... What else can I expect from ACT

    @airtelindia 72 hours and still cant solve my internet issue. I dont live in remote part of india. Please help me with internet disconnection. @ACTFibernet Can you install a new connection in BLR. Need it urgently, within a day and hope you have better service then Airtel.

    @ACTFibernet bad services. Their executive makes fall promises. After taking payment no services. I took a subscription but not working till. Many times raise tickets but not resolved.when you charged for subscription then why that is not working. Please connect soon mob-9588227904

    @ACTFibernet i am sry to say but pathetic services …. I am having an issue since last 1 month made 5 complaints …. No solution till now . Your engineers are so incompetent they cant find out the problem and make excuses every-time.

    @JioFiberChennai is way better than @ACTFibernet when it comes to service. It's not even a month since I got a new connection and their service is worse in chennai. Even after calling multiple times raising n number of tickets all I could here was" We will escalate from our end"

    @AbhishekG1001 @ACTFibernet Internet may definitely be fast. Main concern is the customer friendly service. Hope their customer support service is as quick and reliable as their replies.
