    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet it’s very frustrating to complain N no of times. No body is bothered and box is not maintained well . All the wires and everything is in bad condition. No one cares or responds well . They are busy jus closing tickets . Very bad experience with you guys

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic, packet losses within the ACT Network exceeds 30%, network latency even for widely used services like Zoom exceeds 250ms. Repeated complaints to the tech support team, results in Ping tests - I did not buy a 350Mbps subscription to send 32kb pings!

    @ACTFibernet Two days back to back no internet and customer care no one is responding. If you cant provide proper service just shutdown the business and do something else. Why should we pay early and get such a service ? Please work or let us know what's the issue.
