@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@Sep19Vishal @HathwayBrdband I would recommend @ACTFibernet cause their customer service is much better and they give you refund on the remaining days when you cancel your account. This is from my personal experience.

@ACTFibernet Also, am not interested in talking to your customer services as I have tried to get this issue many times and the similar issue am raising since last 4 years and no one gives a **** about it as technicians are more interested in closing the tickets instead of resolving it.
