@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD PATHETIC CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Why is it so hard to talk your customer support team? You have IVR only for generic issues and it clearly does not help when I have a specific issue which is neither listed on your IVR nor in the app.

@ACTFibernet i have refereed a friend. But i didnt get any benefit. I called customer care many times they told it will be taken care in upcoming bill(i will get the benefit)..nothing happened. Even i raised a ticket, which was closed with no reason Something for namesake?
