    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet raised a ticket yesterday for internet issue vide: SR10366196949674, the expected time to get resolved is 9pm today. A whole day how do you expect us to work? WFH and trading becomes impossible for today. Every 3 months facing such issue. Tired of ACT poor service.

    @ACTFibernet I have no clue why the service has gone so bad. Is it because the customers have increased? We have been having frequent `no service`, and today is another day where your team closed the ticket without resolving the issue. Ticket number SR10366193129564 #actfibernet

    @ACTFibernet The services of fibernet are still not in order and nobody from ACT has visited to restore the service at my residence. This very bad practice that after last week since you posted a message that Problem has been resolved just a false. The grievances still exist .Mob:9415094997

    Hey @ACTFibernet - Internet is down on 23rd Oct 2022 at 12pm and it's been 48hours it didn't get restored.I learnt that technician deliberately removed near by hub station and didn't restore it anywhere. There is no proper response from your tech support team and this is absurd
