    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, Last 20 hrs internet is not working but there is no response your end.. I will not recommend to any one to use ACT Fibernet. There is no support while service is not available and you will get disconnect every day.

    @ACTFibernet The wonderful part is no call received from Appellate Authority, Nodal Officer or Customer Care, but complaint gets addressed on its own!! It doesn't end there - No one knows what was addressed in the complaint and closed!!

    @ACTFibernet I have come a long way with you guys. You service is going down the drain. I will wait for my period and then cancel this connection as well. I recommend everyone to do the same. The customer service agents are pothetic.. and you cannot keep your service up
