  @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

  I lost the patience here. Such a pathetic customer service by @ACTFibernet . I lodged the complaint at 7:40 AM in the mrng and it's still WIP😑. Without any status of what is happening in the backend. It's not for the first time. But for the Nth time #Poorcustomerservice

  @ACTFibernet Your team was not prepared to add the new connection. Instead, they were rude and asked me to wait until it was convenient for them. They also stated that they were not concerned about the ETA. This is not an acceptable approach. SR10381504165754
