    @ACTFibernet @mudamshiva Don’t buy any new connection from ACT, even am also facing the same problem. When I reach out to customer care, they are telling 4 days for battery replacement.Will they accept payment after 4 days of due date? Also for internal shifting I have been following them for past 3 days

    @meetshriram @ACTFibernet ACT shows the due date in the last generated bill. Funny and serious #bug. Reported this to customer care. But no use. I don't know what these people do with recorded conversations and customer feedback. Seems they just trash it.
