  @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

  @ACTFibernet WiFi not working since yesterday almost 24 hrs now No technician assigned, no way to contact support, no updates. This keeps happening again and again connection drops randomly and takes hours to fix. Completely unacceptable service. Acc: 118743660976

  8 days, no internet, no resolution — worst experience ever. Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet

  Hey @ACTFibernet The wifi 6 router currently provided has a very inconvenient app in order to manage connected devices. Can you please change my router to something that has a better app? Like the tp-link Deco router with wifi 6 support?

  Hi! @ACTFibernet My net is down for last 24 Hrs. Will you able to resolve it , or just continue to make customers fool. Neither your area mgrs are listening nor customer service is resolving the issues. They are working like post office. Simply disgusting.
