    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet the worst customer service I can ever expect. These guys are worse than any provider in the country. Closing the ticket thrice without informing anything to customer. The only target is to close the ticket, no matter if it is resolved or not.
