    @ACTFibernet. It’s taking more than 20 days to deliver a fire stick which is already paid for in advance.The frustrating part is they are now saying it will come in an hour & that hour never comes like their service. Ticket # SR10177391383593.I am moving out of #ACTFIBERNET

    @ACTFibernet - my internet connection was not working for almost 10 days, shared everything in detail in DM. Kindly respond to me at the earliest. I'm asked to pay extra fees (about 3k) for a new junction box and not happy with your customer support.

    @ACTFibernet my internet connection is down from September 14 and till now not restored and there is no update from the team as to when it will be restored this is the worst service provider I have seen no update no resolution your customersupport lies and says 2-4days to resolve

    @ACTFibernet Internet suspended past 48 hrs case id 20251017560888 (A/c No:102772893126) purchased connection 15 days back with 3 month advance paid plan. Now asking for extra charges 500/- & suspended my a/c. No support from your team. this is causing inconvenience.

    @ACTFibernet No internet for last 6 hours. Your service request status shows that issue will be resolved by oct 17 9 PM. No confirmation yet.... are you planning to restore it today or after deepavali?
