  @HarshiniK6 @ACTFibernet They will not respond to issues quickly. But, they will disconnect the Connectivity quickly if we dint pay on time. If any issues from them(Maintinace) even they can't intimate, but for reminding the bill date, the messages will make a q in my inbox always.

  @ACTFibernet Worst service ever from your team. My billing from last 2 months is incorrect and I have called more than 15 times to customer care. Everytime I talk representative will inform issue would be resolved within 24 hours, but my concern is overdue from last 1.5 months.

  @ACTFibernet Yes you are looking into it with a ground staff like Ravi calling and saying we can't do anything. I have never seen such worst customer service and such terrible service staff ever. Shame on your services.

  @ACTFibernet My net has been down for 90 min. I’ve raised a ticket on your app and on WhatsApp but there’s been no response. Your phone line has an automated messages with a dead end. No way to reach cust care. This is pathetic service. Can someone pls help urgently.
