  @ACTFibernet Internet has been down since 12 days!! We had to resort to install GX box. Have spoken to call center many times everyday but no one has contacted for install. Will you reimburse the last 2 weeks of phone bills where we used our own mobile hotspot? This is very bad.

  Every time call center says backend team will contact but no one calls or comes. It has been a horrible experience with @ACTFibernet . Have requested installation on priority and even call center does not connect to backend team!!

  @ACTFibernet What kind of service is thai team..wherein first we ask customer to pay money assuring that wifi service will be enabled by EOD and after that service engineer mentioned that not possible!! Now he has blocked my number as well. advance money taken without service.@ACTFibernetHYD
