@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

Did not expect such a pathetic service from @ACTFibernet Hyderabad. Raised a shifting request 5 days back. Nothing happened till now. They don't even care to give you proper status. Be careful if you are planning to purchase a broadband connection!!!

@ACTFibernet I’ve unsubscribed Netflix by calling your customer care 2 months ago but this month Netflix has been billed in my account I contacted customer care they told me they will change the bill amount but till now there is no update. Worst customer service @TRAI

@ACTFibernet terminated my connection in march but still keep getting bills. Why? Customer care has long waiting time, eventually get 2 speak 2 someone who listens to everything & then forwards the call to the "concerned" department where i'm indefinitely put on wait. #terrible
