    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet Shifted my Connection & it stopped working aftr couple hrs. Raised a complaint on 8/07 1PM & till now no technician has called or visited me. I called customer care several times but they are giving false promises. No1 cares about 24hrs resolution Ac:101546921339

    @ACTFibernet Team is not looking into it that is the problem. No technician has reached out to us even though it is beyond 24hrs. Customer care guys keep saying it will be resolved in 2 hours

    @ACTFibernet just spoke with one your executive Chiranjivi, when I told him not to close the ticket he is threatening me saying he will disconnect the network how dare you is this is the way you speak with customers? I have call recording as my proof, incapable,irresponsive

    @ACTFibernet Please share the update if anyone looked into this. I was told it is a server issue and many are facing this in my area. I asked in my society group and no1 is facing the issue. No1 contacted me for resolution yet. I was told it will be resolved by 7.
