@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

Yes @ACTFibernet gives worst service. In this WFH days taking customers for a ride. Instead of resolving, they close the ticket one sidedly. Customer care centre is highly provocative they damn care for customers.

@ACTFibernet There was an internet issue and i got a msg saying the issue is resolved at 9 16pm. But still I'm not getting any internet. It's been nearly 4hrs without internet. What the hell guys. Even the customer care guy is so reckless.
