    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet I just require a resolution, not updates. To add, the issue was completely fixed since February mid. I was getting 9ms to nearest server which was totally lag free. But it started happening again recently and I'm getting more than 28ms to nearest server(gateway)

    @ACTFibernet No disruption in a year and now two disruption in a week... Pretty significant shift in service. I am deprived of internet for past 5 hours and Point is I am working from home. Can't rely on @ACTFibernet
