    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet Got the tv set-up box. But not able to watch Sony SAB tv channel. While purchasing checked that Sony SAB tv was included in the plan. But it's not showing now. What kind of service is this.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Such a worst Broadband service in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The guy called Prem approached me to change the connectivity line and raised a shifting request on my behalf. Now they've disconnected my connection because I haven't payed the Shifting Charges.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 2 weeks since I raised my complaint. Someone picked up my call once and then just disappeared. Now the ticket has been closed without even solving the issue. Why should I be paying for internet that I haven't been able to use?

    Hello @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD ! No internet since morning, raised a ticket, it showed there are some issues on your side. Not a single technician followed up, no idea when it will get resolved. I called a technician, explained everything and he can't do anything. HELP!

    Hi @ACTFibernet, I recharged for a 1-year plan, but due to a cable issue from your end, my Wi-Fi was unavailable for nearly 3 months. Since the issue was on your side, kindly extend my plan by 3 months or provide appropriate compensation. Please look into this.
