@ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

Day 2 of asking @ACTFibernet, about Ticket Num: SR10177419100207. I have paid security deposit and no update on the Digital TV Box until now. What kind of pathetic service is this. The ticket always shows waiting for ETR and no real resolution happens. How many days will it take to get the digital box #ActFiberNet #WorstService

Terrible customer service from @ACTFibernet Chennai, who have failed to resolve a broken connection on our street for three days in a row. Customer service reps have repeatedly been unhelpful and dishonest about their work to resolve the issue, and strung us along in vain.
