    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet Not yet.They just restored the connection which is unstable.Currently am getting 90-120mbps speed but I have opted for 150mbps.Sometimes it is even going till 45mbps

    Isuue luckily got resolved this time in 24hrs. Felt so proud and happy.. But strange thing is issue re occurred in 1hour again. Raised ticket: same response time 24hrs again. We need to raise ticket for every 24 hrs to get connection for 1hr. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet does it really take 24 hours to fix an issue? Atleast that's what your customer care says. Just because people are working from home, you blatantly take advantage of us? You cut our connections if we are late by a day right?
