    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet Trying to make a payment in your app and this full-screen Zippy ad pops up right in the middle, making it almost impossible to proceed This is during the critical payment step! Really poor design choice by your team. Kindly remove/block such popups during transact

    @ACTFibernet raised a service request SR10180147017186 on May 7,2025 regarding shifting of connection but no response or call has been received til ltoday and no technician has visited the premises. This is very dissapointing. Request you to please priortise this SR

    @ACTFibernet gigabit network down for 4 hours with no response in Chennai. ETA on automated ticket is 24 hours. Brilliant

    @ACTFibernet it is simply not acceptable to wait for 24 hours to set right the broken connection in this age. You should be able to do it remote or atleast send some one to check if not immediately then within 1-2 hours. Raised last evening 7pm and still waiting

    Everyone Please disconnect your connection with @ACTFibernet. They never help. If you trust @ACTFibernet, you could lose your job. I went through this myself after I disconnected my connection.

    @ACTFibernet Your field level engineers have been excellent, prompt and unwaveringly decent and understanding. The back end however is being deliberately unhelpful. They have closed two tickets this month without my concent and any resolution

    @ACTFibernet Why does it take 7 working days to change the power source of the junction box? Is this how you handle emergency situations? There is no mechanism to escalate the issue. Utterly disappointing customer service. Complaint No. SR10380208333544.
