    @ACTFibernet SR10752167002812 - Internet not working even after activating old connection. It has been 7 days since we have activated the connection but no internet. Very bad customer service. We have cleared all the dues and paid upfront monthly charges as well

    @ACTFibernet What is the SLA to resolve this - the customer care IVR is also not working fine, it is not going behind the language selection option, it becomes silent
