    @ACTFibernet I had raised request for disconnection of my WiFi. The request is closed but I got the bill today. I am trying to call customer care but not able to connect. I got connected once but the customer care executive put me on hold and got disconnected. SR10142444627622

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Tech visited and confirmed that there is no feasibility for connection at my location.. I'm still wondering how can you take the connection payment without any location pre checks of feasibility?? Please cancel the request and process the refund.

    @ACTFibernet will you stop fooling customers? The internet is not working since past 2 months at Perungudi Chennai and your engineer Mr Venkatesh only wastes time and now he is not responding at all @jagograhakjago how can I raise a complain of cheating and forgery against these
