On a 200Mbps plan but the router falls to ~150 within 20 min (only a reboot fixes it), same even with 1 device connected. I need an actual fix / router replacement

They will never mind to provide any service because you are stuck and paid for 6 months.

Ignatious Jovith (@IgnatiousJovith) reported@ACTFibernet shameless service by ACT. ACT promised to provide internal wiring for their MESH devices and took 499 for that service too. It’s been 3 months now and I’m still chasing ACT to lay the internal cable. No responsible people working there.
