    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Tech visited and confirmed that there is no feasibility for connection at my location.. I'm still wondering how can you take the connection payment without any location pre checks of feasibility?? Please cancel the request and process the refund.

    @ACTFibernet, I’m writing to express my disappointment with the pathetic service provided by ACT. My service ID is SR10379940421734 and I’ve been experiencing connection issues for the past five days. Despite paying for eight months in advance, I’ve received no successful service. This is a clear example of an ISP fleecing customers, and I urge you sir @AshwiniVaishnaw to direct your ministry for action.
