    @ACTFibernet if same issue (fibre cut) is occurring for 2 months can't your technicians find a solution for the same?. What kind of service is this?. Your customer care person behaves very rudely, and disconnects call while we are speaking. Nothing can be done by the customer.

    @ACTFibernet Customer support is not good I raised a ticket for shifting on 9 oct but approx 50+ hour is passed but my query is not resolved yet every time customer executive says that we are changing your status as high priority please @ACTFibernet look into this
