@ACTFibernet I REQUESTED FOR RELOCATION OF MY ACT (SR10355980412604) 6 DAYS BACK AND TODAY THEY CLOSED THE ISSUE AND STATING IN THE BOX THAT THE ISSUE WAS CLOSED SUCCESSFULLY. IT IS VERY BAD SO FAR NO ONE CAME TO MY HOUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

@ACTFibernet It's Day 5, even today there is no updates.There is no proper response, my calls have been kept on hold for hours together with no resolution. I'm so sick and tired of calling and literally begging for the restoration of the internet. Such pathetic service you guys provide.

@ACTFibernet Why is your connection inconsistent ? It wasn't like this before! Iam using Act since 2012 And it was fine untill 2020 August! Then this started! Your connection goes down once every month ! I don't even have mobile data ! Mobile number registered as : 9553164061 check the rcods

@ACTFibernet I had booked a connection with ACT and I was told it will be installed within 48 hours. It's been 40 hours already and no one is here to install the same till now.. This is not the kind of service I was expecting.
