    @ACTFibernet App is showing nothing ,yesterday resolution time update 16 hr still no one visit to check issue also no appropriate update in ticket If 1 forget to pay on time you make several followup through app, WhatsApp,sms etc, but on complete no response even after ETR.

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with ACT Fibernet service. Even after raising multiple complaints, the issue is still not resolved. No technician visits the site — they just call, say the issue is resolved from the backend, and close the ticket without any proper solution.

    Hi ACT. I am facing continuous internet connectivity issues for the last 4 days. Due to this, my office work is getting seriously hampered. Kindly resolve the issue on priority. If the problem is not addressed immediately, I may be forced to change the connection. @ACTFibernet
