@ACTFibernet I don't know whether to laugh or cry. For the nth time your technical team is opening and closing the complaint as one related to speed. But if you read carefully, I have been harassed by your team that sent me SMS to downgrade my speed, sent me a huge bill and overcharged me.

@ACTFibernet I got a connection on 9th March, 2021. Within 3 days of installation Internet is already not working. I tried WhatsApp customer care, calling the installation guy, ACT App. Still, did not get any resolution for past 6 hours! ACT Customer Care is Customer Torture!
