@ACTFibernet You guys should seriously stop blaming the tools or the user. Blame for faulty connectivity is squarely put on the devices of the customer. Even after connecting the cable directly to PC the modem is blamed, without even hearing what the customer has to say.

Dear Friends, If you are looking to get an Internet Connection, please choose any provider other than @ACTFibernet I'm not exaggerating when I say that we have lodged over 10 complaints in the past 30 days. Pathetic service and outages. They take 48 hrs minimum each time.
