I reinstalled the app and tried to login but it is saying as mobile number is not registered. I need immediate solution for this because my billing date is yet to come and i dont even know the exact date. Around 4 PM, someone finally picked up and had no information because they were working at a different site. Do you only have 2–4 technicians to handle all these issues?
