    @ACTFibernet & the height of unprofessionalism is when ACT app will just generate a ticket number without resolving the problem. Pathetic. 'Service request for this issue is already raised with reference number SR10163668209124. Our team is looking into it & will get back to you shortly'

    @ACTFibernet I have been contacting the ACT team through mail since a couple of weeks. I tried reaching out on twitter chat for a couple of days. This is the 27th consecutive day I'm posting my issue in public. When will the issue be resolved? When will I get JUSTICE???

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Ticket SR10163639559984 was closed without any resolution - raised on Dec 09, 21. I called the customer care multiple times and they have raised new tickets SR10163667061734 & SR10163668188434 #ACTPatheticService

    @ACTFibernet PATHETIC!! YOU GUYS TAKE MONEY AND DISCONNECT SERVICE FOR 3 TO 4 DAYS. NO PROPER RESOLUTION. I WAS TOLD MY ONE OF THE REP THAT MY ISSUE IS GOING TO BE RESOLVED BY 4PM TODAY BUT NOTHING WORKED FOR ME. CAN YOU GUYS HELP ME WITH DIZ DAILY PROMBLEM. I can't tweet everdy.
