Raised a complaint on June 1st till date no resolution. agents are rude and even saying if you don’t like ask for disconnection.. level of service.

Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.
