@ACTFibernet Pathetic service by Act, almost a month back I upgraded my plan to 6 months and 300 MBPS and was given some discount, i paid the amount but the app still shows some due. I raised multiple tickets for the same and today my connection is disconnected. Strange.

@ACTFibernet Ticket SR10161343272842 was to be resolved by 7pm yesterday, not yet resolved.. Repeatedly have requested for permanent solution for the same but no response from your end. It seems your technition randomly closing pending tickets without attending..
