@ACTFibernet Hey, I'm seeing consistently low speed with my connection and it's mostly half or even lesser compared to what I have paid for. There are tickets opened almost every month. I opened one today for the same issue SR10166361060404. Can I get compensated for this breach?

@ACTFibernet I am very frustrated customer from Chennai , 103015436563, requested for shift within Chennai . Message received from ACT “ Ticket no Your ticket SR10366305062754 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 10-Nov (DD/MM) between 13:00 to 16:00. Team ACT”, not done yet

@ACTFibernet I took a connection yesterday, stating clearly that I needed it urgently. Installation and connection happened within 5 hours. Less than 24 hours later, I have no internet and resolution will take 24 hours? If I knew the service was like this I wouldn't have taken it
