    Hey @ACTFibernet why did you close the case without visiting customer place? SR10376524217834 I was told that the field engineer will visit to verify that router is working correctly or initiate replacement. Your team is not capable and efficient to handle any issues.

    And mobile 5G doesn’t work at all. That too in Bangalore. Nowadays it’s like customers are forced to buy 5G plans @JioCare . Regretting that I switched from @ACTFibernet good connection which never ever had any interruption in 2 years just for saving 100-200 rs

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic customer service. Had asked for a new broadband connection this morning location - Chennai and paid the full amount as insisted by the personnel. The person who spoke to us this morning isn’t answering calls and customer care numbers are on indefinite wait.

    @ACTFibernet Rathere atleast Airtel service is better than ACT. ACT is just to catch new customers grab money and cheat and don't give response. The matter has to be escalatedvto ministry of communication also if innocent customers are cheated
