    @ACTFibernet This is to bring to the notice that in Chennai there is a technician named Mohan, Vikram, Kavin who is making fool of us. Its been 15 days and still the issue is not fixed. We just spoke to Ramesh in customer care who given the below details.

    @ACTFibernet Very poor service and customer care response... internet connection issue raised almost a week back and still not even an update on it..customer care call goes to IVR song in loop with no response. This is not how u treat long time customers

    one of the worst experience. With the installation guy (santosh from visakhapatnam).his attitude was at another level.If you can't respect client. I don't want your connection. I need full refund on my payment. I don't want @ACTFibernet.

    @ACTFibernet It has been 4 days and Internet is down. This is the worst service provider and no update till now and the customer care number is not reachable.

    @ACTFibernet SR10348986418552 is open since last Thursday. I was informed by your customer service team that technical team will visit my home and fix the issue. But the sr was just closed without resolving the issue. I have reopened the ticket. Kindly expedite and fix the issue

    @ACTFibernet I need a call back now, no one is responding, worst service ever. if the issue cannot be solved please refund the amount, I don't need ACT anymore. I will be more than happy to switch the connection to some other vendor.

    @ACTFibernet No connectivity since yesterday, this is 2nd time within 3 weeks. No response after complaints .Very bad service from Act. We all know how hard it is to work without Internet. Dont just do marketing without having proper service.
