    Unbelievable, @ACTFibernet! My internet (ID: 103703033524) is DOWN AGAIN since Tuesday (07/10)! This pathetic service is unacceptable. I demand a refund/usage extension for ALL these "no internet" days. Fix this NOW! @TRAI – please intervene! #ACTFibernet #BadService #RefundNow

    One of the worst service from @ACTFibernet . Don't take Act fiber. You can go with Airtel Xtreme.

    @ACTFibernet Twice every month, there’s a 2-day outage. I’ve tweeted about each incident, but still no fix. Everyone on my street is ready to switch from ACT. Hope you resolve this soon.
