    @ACTFibernet My connection has just been reconnected back, Thanks for the prompt action. Kindly please also resolve the Billing issue that is within ACT. Hopefully this won't cause another disconnection because of issues between ACT sales and Billing Team.

    @ACTFibernet Even tried calling customer care. and they say we have created an SR ticket and somebody will reach out. And then guess what the tickets get closed automatically. Such a pathetic customer support.

    @ACTFibernet Can you please explain how you automatically resolve the service request ticket without doing anything. I have opened a number of tickets regarding the billing and speed. they just automatically closed it without action.

    @ACTFibernet Your sales and Billing Team have some confusion on the Billing side, and it is a problem on ACT end. I am not going to suffer for this, Request for re-connection has been placed with customer service team, please get it processed within the hour.

    @ACTFibernet Hey @ACTFibernet I just received text saying my ticket is closed - yet again without any resolution, this is absolutely ridiculous. I haven't received refund yet, neither received any update on that. When I rang your call centerwas assured I will get a call back - none happened

    Totally non responsive service support from @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet towards a plan upgrade request for Giga speeds. Unattended requests when customer is seeking enhance payment and service options. It’s been over 3 weeks to this. Why market when you can’t Support ???
