    @ACTFibernet day passed. escaate first to your chief marketing officer Ravi on flases promised by sale. If this holds unresolved by Tuesday , I do need to escalated the sae further. With no one to properly define for customer rights this is both haunting holding money and delayed service.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD let me remind you that I pay half yearly basis so now I have prepaid till jan,2026. Need urgent solution regarding our situation or please get us our refund. Daily buying data pack to work from home. We can't even switch to another provider.
