@ACTFibernet I have a connection with you in blr. It was due for renewal in April, i had asked to not continue as I'm not using it from past 2-3 months. They asked me to do it later and now he cust support is saying I have to pay some extra amount. Please look into it.

@ACTFibernet , I have been struggling for internet since a week. Everyday, I raise a ticket. Your engineer closes it without fixing it. I raise the ticket again.This has been going on for a week now. All I hear from customer support is lame excuses but no solution.

My lesson learnt is to never take a internet package spanning months from incompetent providers like you. You guys were so responsive while selling but now no one wants to give a **** about customer support. @ACTFibernet
