@ACTFibernet Even customer service is giving false ETAs and not helping at all! Not even assigning a customer rep to talk to. NEEDED TO START WORK 2 hours ago! What is the point of such an Internet connection in times where we are so dependent on a broadband connection!

@ACTFibernet pathetic customer service. Your have not been able to resolve a billing issue since two months after I was assured it was fixed last month. Your executives resolve tickets giving mediocre reasons. Pathetic!

@ACTFibernet Been TWO days since Internet has stopped working and the app keeps giving false ETAs but no one is fixing the issue! Had to login for work about 2hrs ago! What’s the point of such an internet connection in such times when we need it mainly for work! Disappointing! Kindly assist.

One of the worst and pathetic service from @ACTFibernet ,it's been almost 4 days now and I still don't have my internet connection working. 4 days of no internet and I still have to pay a month of bill and within a month have raised couple of complaints for same issue.
