    @ACTFibernet I have raised a SR for shifting Broadband/Router connection from 2nd Floor to 1st Floor. No proper response. When I call Customer Care, nobody responds properly. If you don't value your customer, where's the faith? This is the way you treat your customer?

    @ACTFibernet Today internet itself is down. Also no above issue also not resolved. ' Do not Track' part of issue is not resolved.

    @ACTFibernet You guys need a better service team. Not sure for what u being honored. Now a new issue. Internet connection gets disconnected every hour once for few minute trying to raise a complaint your chat bot doesn't work at all.

    @ACTFibernet its been 3 days we raised a complaint as our internet is off and they informed that the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs such poor and bad services as always seems like these guys dnt take any responsibility this is ridiculously complaint# SR10149919944202
