    @ACTFibernet is one of the worst ISP in Bangalore. They make promises while taking the connection and then do not pick your calls.Customer support is even more pathetic.A simple request to provide monthly bill is not addressed for 2 months.I MADE A MISTAKE, SUGGEST NOT TO BUY ACT

    Worst service @ACTFibernet in Hyderabad, the resolution time for resolving the issue is 48hrs ... no response from technician !!!

    @ACTFibernet Dear Act partner my connection is problem 3 to 5 days i am all ready ticket raise in ACT app but no body can respond properly and i am also contact by virtual customer Exuctive but no response because issue my work from home stopped. so please 🙏🏻 my humble requests

    @ACTFibernet sraban doing argue with Cx, not transfering call to higher level, may I know why?? Centralize location Hyderabad, whats a worth services, so disappointed,bad services really not getting help from Cx Care also

    @ACTFibernet ACT BANGALORE- FYI this issue is consistent in our Apts complex always goes off air many times every day but it returns back it’s own with in 2-3 minutes. Need to investigate this issue and required permanent fix.
