    @ACTFibernet When I talked in your customer care for new installation,they have mentioned that I ll be getting a call from engineer within 2 hrs.Still I didn't get the call for the past 2 days.Very pathetic response

    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore please fix your customer care attitude. This is getting out of hand. Customer care was rude and uncouth and hung up on me for bringing to his attention the same issue I've been having for 3 years plus.

    @ACTFibernet Then I registered a complaint regarding this and had received a call back. After reaching customer service twice, one cut the call and another mocked me they would call back today at 9am/9.03am to be exact.

    @ACTFibernet no internet for more than 24 hours. Raised a complain but there is no response. This not the first time, having connectivity issues from past 1 month. Not sure what the technical team is doing.

    @dxkiran021 @ACTFibernet I am too facing billing issues. These people are worst service providers. Now, every time call them they ask for acct number and disconnects the call. I hope there is some law for this.

    @ACTFibernet what should I do to get your attention? Light an agarbatti and pray to you? I have tried getting hold of someone from 2nd March to work on the Transfer request, no one has reached out to me. This is such a bad customer service. Help would be appreciated

    @rite2ace @ACTFibernet It may be Act Migrating Internet and expanding their network. GTPL did they same they don't tell so not to give extra validity. You have to deal with it. It'll alright after like a week.

    @ACTFibernet I have been informed by the customer service executive that the resolution will take 24hrs and the engineer shift availability is only after 9.30 am,what about customers who work for other countries, should they wait for engineer to come and resolve.Our entire day job is affected
