  @Syed8050543049 @ACTFibernet Because they are frauds disguised as a company. Don't take their connection even if they provide it for free! The company would take days to solve the tiniest of the issue and won't even hear out your issue!

  @ACTFibernet internet isn't working properly for the last 2 days. Called the service provider but no use. Are you you going to solve my issue or shall I change the service provider?

  @ACTFibernet You guys dont even inform customers about correct TAT for technical issues. In Ahmedabad internet is not working since 14th January. You call center guys are also useless and don't provide correct info. Call back request was raised same day and even after 8 attempts no result
