@ACTFibernet Internet outage since yesterday, still not fixed! We all working from home and you know how important the connection is. No positive response from Customer Support. Fix the issue ASAP or you pay me for the loss of hours. Ridiculous!! #poorcustomersupport

@reliancejio Jio Fiber has worst customer care support, I have complaint many times since 4 days and till no engineer has visited. I don't want this connection anymore. now again want switch back to @ACTFibernet, but I already recharged till December, and they are also not ready for refund.
