    @ACTFibernet I have been a big fan of Act customer service up untill now. I have been reaching out to customer care for billing dispute which is not resolved even after a week, no proper call back and to add to that my connection was disconnected ac no. 101014123950.

    Hi @ACTFibernet iternet is not working since two days &we've raised an issue too. Your ground team came in, said they'll check the box and didn't return to sort it at all!! Majority of us are working from home and this kind of service is very disappointing! Please fix it ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet My internet not working for the 3rd time in a month. And exactly afternoon/evening it stops, when i raise ticket, it says it will be resolved by next day only.😞

    @ACTFibernet Salesperson stated that the installation would be completed in 24 hours, but this has not yet occurred. I've filed two complaints, but no resolution has been reached. I'm starting to lose faith in your service. emp code: 22255 caf no : 103535497380
