  My elderly parents are struggling to conclude a pending installation by @ACTFibernet -been over 4 days Ticket no: SR11055175086897. They need to deal with an agent who took the money and avoids calls and an equally unprofessional custom service. Shame!

  @ACTFibernet @balamalladi @TRAI ACT couldn't reconnect my internet so I switched to another ISP. Now they are not giving refund. They simply close the existing refund request and raise a new one without any communication to the customer. And their customer care disconnect limes

  @ACTFibernet I've been explaining the issue (after moving away from act connection in 2020, without my permission reactivated my account and asking to pay bills in 2021) to customer care, agent's voice I couldn't hear after explaining the issue, is that how it works!

  @ACTFibernet I am experiencing worst customer service. 2 months I have been charged wrong billing and no resolution given. I tried customer care and the executives put me on hold and disconnected the calls. Pathetic.

  @ACTFibernet Since morning no Internet, promised to resolve by evening but till time no resolution. Full day down, every time associates saying will be done?? Can u get it resolved ASAP
