    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet - I have raised a complaint about internet service outage on 28-Aug-2026 and issue is still open. The issue remains unresolved as on today morning and despite promises from customer service, issue is open. Complaint ID: SR10381779208664

    @ACTFibernet New issues again today morning my internet stopped working I’ve raised the ticket still there’s no response… I itself called to your TL about this then only he told he’ll look into this… He promised me 5:30 PM it’ll be resolved… Till now it’s not been resolved @ACTFibernet
