  @ACTFibernet Pathetic Service Response. Raised ticket on May 21, issue to be solved May 22. Automatic change of resolution to May 23 & now to May 24. Service Engineer doesn't pick the phone as usual. Disgusting service levels. Planning to throw my router out & disconnect service.

  @ACTFibernet such a horrible experience. Paid for a fire stick and waiting since 1 month. Neither customer care nor installation team are taking any action. Ticket SR10280243384397. Seriously one of the worst experiences. I will keep posting about the progress here.

  Guess what. It has been more than 30 hours and still the ETR getting updates automatically with neither the update or not the notification of what happened with internet 🛜. Such a worst take by @ACTFibernet on customers. I had enough and ready to switch for better 👎 @ACT_Issues

  @ACTFibernet Below is sms I got Your Service request SR10280461049644 is expected to be resolved by 28-May between 09:00 to 13:00. So till tomo 9:00 what i need to do? I m i suppose to book lodge and work from there using public Internet?

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet It appears that the assigned personnel r not working on this matter, ur staff is unresponsive to calls. This is unsatisfactory. I am now considering to change internet . In next my msg, I will include other internet providers in this discussion to view their plans.

  @ACTFibernet What type of worst service and customer support are you guys providing?? When a consumer faces issue you have kept chatbot to reply same message "Sorry can't assist due to technical issue" for every concern he/she wants to raise the ticket. Worst ever service in BLR.

  @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD My internet connection has been down since yesterday , and today is a Monday—a critical working day. Such unreliable service is unacceptable, especially when customers depend on your network for work. Immediate restoration is required.

  @ACTFibernet worst Internet provider. Their ppl call promise to come n change routers but never come. You ppl close the ticket also. Ur call centre number doesn’t work. I am facing issues n act doesn’t help.

  @ACTFibernet I need the reconnection ticket to be actioned. I have allowed your team to install the Ariel wiring installation set up on our property and was promised a free connection for our society’s CCTV security surveillance. Been 2 months now and no resolution.
