    As a 10+ year #ACT customer, this is deeply disappointing. Please take ownership and resolve this urgently. As a customer, I have no direct way to reach the assigned technician, the only channels available to me are customer support and social media. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet this is 5th time in 2 month that Internet is stopped working how pathetic your service is where should i complain or what to do should I remove the connection if you don’t have time to fix the issue?

    @ACTFibernet My service request number SR10381378872664. Internet is disconnected for more than 24 hours. No response from customer care. Act very poor service

    @ACTFibernet How long am I supposed to wait? It’s been nearly 22 hours since I reported the issue, and there’s still no resolution. Every time, the 1st and 2nd ETA are missed, and a new ETA is given. Technician Sravan is not responding to my calls. This is unacceptable.@ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Ticket id : SR10381337998014 . No updates , no replies . For 1 week the service is down . Can’t you interact with customers or update them . Your chatbot gives the same reply . Shame on you guys

    @ACTFibernet Unfortunately I have been hearing this same statement being made by your customer care executives as well but there is no resolution thus far that has proven satisfactory. Either your team delivers the service for which I paid or received fund the money that I have paid

    @ACTFibernet I've been trying to raise request for a router upgrade and no one from ACT seems responsible enough to raise service ticket. Pls raise a ticket against the mobile number 9159324567
