Pathetic team work with no coordination whatsoever. Why do I have to repeat the same ticket over and over again? Why cannot your engineer fix the issue loke it's supposed to be. There is zero ownership here. @ACTFibernet

My lesson learnt is to never take a internet package spanning months from incompetent providers like you. You guys were so responsive while selling but now no one wants to give a **** about customer support. @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet I have a connection with you in blr. It was due for renewal in April, i had asked to not continue as I'm not using it from past 2-3 months. They asked me to do it later and now he cust support is saying I have to pay some extra amount. Please look into it.

@ACTFibernet How long will this take.I call customer care and their std response everytime. the supervisor tried to call you and you were not reachable and hence ticket is closed.I need 1 executive / 1 phone number to contact...its a diff. pain altogether to explain the entire story everytime
