    @ACTFibernet Worst case, while asking for a workaround to fix, ur cust suprt exec is giving wrong info that the balance on the accnt will be carried fwd on pro-rate basis and adjusted on the modem purchase. Now from billing department that is refused.

    @ACTFibernet I have paid the bill for the last month I used your service, your customer care exec told me to not disconnect the account but leave it as it is, now you people are killing me by calling for a payment for the services I have not availed, this is not acceptable.

    Note to my self: Wednesday 07-April-2021 - #ACTFibernet is down since yesterday 11:15am. Almost 14+ Hours downtime for multiple customers in the apartment (last tweet Weekday should be Tuesday and not Monday) @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTChennai Worst service ACT. Everyday, I raise issues through your App 4 or 5 times. Everyday the connection is getting disconnected, connection is getting logged off. Check how many tickets I have raised and how many times I raised issues. Acc 103434304089
