@ACTFibernet I do not have internet since 28th. no one knows what's the problem, nor I get commitment. I made at least 5 calls to call center sent 2 mails 2 support. atrocious service from @ACTFibernet . u r forcing me 2 shift to competitor.

@ACTFibernet internet not working for the past 22 hours. Call center says it takes at least 24 hrs to fix. It’s a ridiculous SLA given how much disruption an outage causes! Service from ACT used to be better.

@ACTFibernet no I ternet for 2 days. spoke 2 CSR, Muthu Krishnan, Rakesh, ijaz Ahmed, Shravan no firm reply . @ACTFibernet very great customer service when working from home. atrocious way of working, never use @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet Worst experience ever I submitted my details and paid amount for new connection on sunday,the service provider came for this process only to come and collect money online After I paid he said that your connection will be done today but after 3 days it's pending

@ACTFibernet Wrost service...still my problem is not resolved...how you people are closing the ticket as resolved. I have requested for connection on 11th till now it has been provided wrost service from agent's no responsibility...
