@ACTFibernet #ACTBroadband is pretty unstable since this morning. Connections seem to disconnect frequently every 2-3 hours. Pls fix it. Unable to lodge a complaint via act app.. just times out every time

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is forcing me 2 look for alternative after being a loyal customer wid multiple connections at multiple locations for a long period. I don't understand Y ACT is unable to place their junction box wid uninterrupted power even after repeated complaints.

@ACTFibernet Act fibernet is the one of the worst service providers in Tirupati. Instead of doing publicity spend some time on resolving user queries with in the TAT. Completely lost trust on the service provider.. How the team is closing the tickets without taking confirmation.

@chennaiactfiber @ACTFibernet again we are facing problem either with no connectivity to internet or slow speed. We already lost 8 days without connectivity in Dec 22 and now it is started again. ticket SR10366736337914 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 04-Jan. Pathetic.
