@ACTFibernet My internet has been down since yesterday & I haven't received any call from the engineer or any update at your end. When I called today, I was told that it will take one more day. My work is getting hampered & I want an immediate call back to disconnect your service

@ACTFibernet pathetic service as usual, no expectation fromACT. I called up customer service a while ago to have my connection disconnected, call was transferred to retention team, where the person who spoke was rude & disconnected the line. Need actions to be taken on Priyanka.
