@ACTFibernet worst provider with literally no customer care. You have to call 10 times to get simple things done. Issue in connection , in their billing manipulates monthly charges… Just horrible

@ACTFibernet Five days without Wi FI and the ACT people do not have a clue what is going on.. please put me on to your area manager.. your CS Mass Anidha told me two days ago that neither will she provide a resolution nor transfer the call to a higher up.. Terrible

SR10366544011854 Created on 10th Dec Has got extended daily with latest update being 16/12 21:00 Escalation to nodal officer does not help. No call back given even after repeated requests. I don't think anyone can give a more frustrating experience to their customers @ACTFibernet

@ACTFibernet My question is when the internet is down?? You dont give us a additonal usage days...you are prompt on your bill dues and last day of payment. It is equally responsible for ACT to keep up 30 days of non stop activation. Lost days are supposed to be adjusted .

@ACTFibernet HOW COME 3300 GB CONSUMED IN 10DAYS IN MY OFFICE. NOW WE'RE USING MOBILE DATA TO DO THE SAME WORK. BUT HERE CONSUMING 100 TO 300 MB FOR THE SAME SYSTEMS AND SAME WORK. PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THAT MAY BE THE CONNECTION IS GIVEN OTHER PEOPLE WITH OUR SETUP BOX
