    @ACTFibernet my internet doesn't function atleast for 2 days every month since November 2025... ACT team assures the issue has been solved but it keeps recurring...The ACT field manager advised me to change the service provider which is absurd😡... SR10379723431684 @ACT_Issues

    @ACTFibernet there is no prior notice that the network will be down or anything even if they get a notice from the municipality that they are cutting down the tree which could cause network outages Is it that hard to just notify us?

    @ACTFibernet @chennaiactfiber This is completely unacceptable. Over 3 days with no internet, zero accountability, and now the junction box itself is gone? What kind of service is this? No updates, no resolution, nothing. Stop ignoring customers and fix this immediately.
