    @ACTFibernet i sincerely request you to refund for 2 months of 3 months i have paid and disconnect. The guy who accepted the connection said to call back every month for GST bill. He doesn't answer now. Router is really a worst one every i have i have used. Frequent disconnection

    @ACTFibernet ACT was trust worthy before but now a days it's a scam nothing else , after the recharge ,plan is not activate , customer care is very rude says you wait for 48 hrs. Adding 100 rs every month without any notice. Please look into this AC No. 102628725332

    @ACTFibernet paid the charges for internet, but never got the connection nor the refund. Asked many times to cancell my connection and refund but no luck.

    @ACTFibernet I am having issues relocating my WiFi connection. I have raised a ticket in your app, reached out to your customer support. Written mails but all in vain. This is causing poor customer experience.. Please look into this asap

    @ACTFibernet regarding the working time of only 5pm increase the time , we won't expect your person at midnight 12 or 2am And if your services still don't improve and a customer's feedback doesn't matter, then that's your weakness.

    @ACTFibernet worst experience with ACT I switched to act for Airtel, as it was copper connection with 40mbps speed. Now I have 300mbps speed Act plan. Sometimes it stops working and disconnects on My Alexa and smart tv. If i restart the router it starts working.
