Really fedup with the @ACTFibernet (Savita vihar, Delhi)services in my locality. We have escalated issue through their customer support many a times but they are not helpful at all.WFH has become terrible with this wifi services . Facing issue from last 10days still notresolved

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD SR10165572861234 My internet connection trips off for 30-40 seconds and starts automatically. This is an issue since 2-3 months. I have raised 7-8 tickets to get this resolved, but issue still exists. Will I get a permanent resolution for this?

I have requested for a wifi router on 6th of July. Its been a month now. Till now I called many times( Which they cut in between), wrote mails & approached through Social media. But no proper response. Most pathetic service. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD

@ACTFibernet Worst customer resolution team, any tickets raised resolution person just care about closing the ticket but do not provide a resolution to the problem. My brother raised lot of tickets but did not have a resolution for connectivity issues.

@ACTFibernet Very disappointed with your service even before I get to experience it, the agents(not mentioning the names) just disconnected the call while I was speaking and this happened to me more than thrice in a streak, that too in a single day. Atleast follow some ethics

@ACTFibernet I have put the service request on 8th august at 7am till now the issue is not yet resolved and whenever I called customer service the work is going on issue will be resolved by 7pm .Till now it’s not yet resolved And they have changed ETR
