    @ACTFibernet I wondering how many times u guys give false promises on a single ticket resolving. Why u guys closing the ticket without resolving the issue and how many times we need to follow up its already 5 days over and the issue is not resolved. Ticket number is SR10157355448082.

    @ACTFibernet Hey @ACTFibernet do you still exist? I was trying to raise a ticket since yesterday afternoon and it was raised at 8pm as per your records. Were your support tickets issues manually at counter or it was a Home delivery as I see such delay, ONE & ONKY WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER.
