    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet asking for the bill payment and reminders is always on before the bill cycle. Please have the same common sense in terms of providing the service. The internet is not working. Please work on that and then ask for the bill you use less service providers

    @ACTFibernet Waah... @ACTFibernet no response yet. And customer care lies on top of that... Very bad.... Now I am thinking of switching internet provider.. will do it If I don't get any call soon...

    @actfibernet Horrible connectivity and matching horrible services. Will switch post expiry of subscription. Will give them negative ratings if there is a negative scale.

    Dear @ACTFibernet, @ZEE5Tamil Hw complicated is 2 make "Subscription cancellation" easy similar to enrolling, Y u r making it so complicated 2 unsubscribe. Keep good content 2 retain subscribers. Dont make use our lack of time 2 follow ur complex 10 step process 2 cancel.

    @ACTFibernet Can't you inform customer that disconnected broadband will take time..I could have gone different broadband service. Since yesterday made 5 attempt to CC and every time technician is assigned and it will resolve by sometime.
