@ACTFibernet - I still feel your customer care executives needs to be more professional when they speak to customers.Even in today's resolution call,I didn't feel that Actfibernet really felt sorry for the inconvenience caused to me. It was like routine call,"can you explain..."

But Act depends on the customers electricity and the junction box always goes down, if electricity goes down. Hence the router does not work. This is not the case with other service providers. #ActFibernet #PoorService
