@ACTFibernet . I took connection from you on 1st June and raised a disconnection request on 9th June Ref No SR10165062001794. Someone called from Act and told that as you have already paid for it. No need to worry we will cancel by end of the month.This did not happen

@ACTFibernet for the past three days no internet connection. Raised service ticket. Only getting automated messages. Poor service from field engineers. They are disconnecting my call. Pathetic.

I have paid Act fibernet for 6 months internet plan for 2950 rupees they have not provided internet service with in 7 days So I asked for refund request now three weeks completed worst service daily mental torcher. @ACTFibernet #actfibernet

@ACTFibernet My internet has been down for over 3 days now. That's a long time and its for my biz. Appears to be technical issue, which they are unable to resolve. Could you pls have it fixed today and fix it "properly" as it is happening once a month. Will message ticket #.
