    Hey @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD it’s now Day 3 with no resolution, no call, no update. Do you expect customers to keep waiting endlessly? This negligence is beyond frustrating. If this is your idea of “service,” then I’m done. #ACTFibernet #WorstExperience

    @Sai21997 @ACTFibernet I got estimated resolution by tomorrow 13th 9 but am not sure .. really pathetic in my work from home, trying to get airtel air fiber where just few says back it was available in my area now its unserviceable.. finally going with local boardband in my area if not resolved

    @ACTFibernet Internet down since yesterday. No ETA on the ticket. And customer care number only plays the "on hold" soundtrack. Nice. How do you guys invent such great customer support?

    @ACTFibernet My internet has been down since 4 days, i raised a service ticket SR10177023826764, no action taken yet and no response from the agent. When I raised a new connection request to test , i got a call within few hours, if you can't fix it , just do refund for the plan.

    @ACTFibernet no internet from the past 7 days. No customer service executive picks up the call. Absolutely no response. Last month I had no internet for 10 days. Whats the point of having a connection. All IP's n my area have restored d connection
