@ACTFibernet Outage enters 6th day. Literally frustrating had to purchase an alternative broadband connection Every other service provided works in at least ‘T20’ mode in terms of MTTR ,really wondering how come ACT has slipped back to ‘TEST cricket’ mode, testing customer’s patience

Dear @ACTFibernet if due date in 15th Dec are you allowed to disconnect customer account at 11 am that morning? Are you not required to wait till 1159 PM @TRAI @MIB_India
