  Every day for the last week, @ACTFibernet inexplicably crashes for about 15-30 minutes randomly. The app doesn't have an option for reporting persistent crashes or any CC number. Hoping I get a reply to this tweet for a fix to this issue from @ACTFibernet.

  @ACTFibernet I am facing issue from 15 days of internet fluctuations and today 14Jan no internet from morning. Impacted my office working hours very disappointed. Raised several complaints but no resolution. Refund my 💸 money.

  @ACTFibernet worst experience with ACT. Do you need two GX box for a home/one connection.Your sales team asked me to cancel current connection to get new one. Now I don't have new or old connection. Your field executives asking 2200 for GX box when I have already one.. pathetic

  @ACTFibernet Your customer care department is as pathetic as your connection. They disconnect the call when we question them. It has become a routine, we don’t get internet for at least 5 days in a month. It is happening since past 6 months. We are paying ₹1400 every month.

  @ACTFibernet Your sales team cheated on me. I was told that ACT will give me amazon prime and Netflix subscription at nominal fee of 30Rs per month. Now your customer care says its miscommunication which makes no sense to me.I need what was promised to me.
