    @ACTFibernet Kindly escalate to your leadership. There is no call back from technician at all. I dont even know if he is working on the issue.

    For anyone else reading this please look for the reputation and track record of the provider before committing. We should have read the Reddit and X reviews. But that is on us. Nothing against ACTFibernet, hope they do better in the future. #bad

    Tired and frustrated. Raised a complaint for internet issue in the morning and still haven't got any updates in 24 hrs. Customer care just gives same robotic answers. If my issue is not resolved at earliest, will drop the connection. Ticket Id - SR11081392898124 @ACTFibernet
