    It's nearly 3 days now still there is no internet till now. pathetic service worst internet service provider @ACTFibernet I convinced the whole apartment to switch for Act and now I am realising that Act is just **** 💩💩 I think it's time to change for jio fiber or airtel fiber

    @ACTFibernet Hi, Disconnection was done. The router given to me at the time of installation is not working.Please let me know efund details. According to me router cost, balance no of days in the quarter from the day of disconnection,no of days the service did not work before disconnection.

    @ACTFibernet it's been more than a month applied for shifting of address in the same city. But no one contacted or reached is this the service you people provide to your customer's

    @ACTFibernet has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Once you have an outage it becomes a headache to get it fixed. Then have staff requesting you to close ticket even before issue is resolved. How the hell is this organisation running? 24hr+ #CustomerExperience #customerservice

    @ACTFibernet worst service provided by Act. Never seen any provider like this. Half of my time spend on raising internet connection issues with Act. Never recommend or take again this stupid service provider.

    @ACTFibernet can I get a part time job. I can work for free. I may just call the customers and say "you are important your problem will be resolved". Why don't you give outgoing call privileges to your tech? Why is it so hard to call a customer? SR10163226435914
