    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Been 2 days since requested new connection, installation guy is simply stalling my request. No answer from your customer support and no answer from your service guy. Is this how you claim to be number 1 in Hyderabad ???

    @ACTFibernet there is no response from customer care. Either they redirect to the app (which is useless and glitchy) or they play automated msg. One customer executive said it will take a week. How is that okay???

    1/1 Worst experience with @ACTFibernet. Raised shifting request on 30 Apr, promised resolution by 2 May, but still no action and no proper response from the support team. Evry day a new excuse, but no accountability. This kind of service is unacceptable for working professionals

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet FYI I spoke to a Pawan Kumar who said a technical staff will get back to me at 6 pm when I called at 5:30.He raised a so called PRIORITY internal ticket. No-SR10180155132472. I don’t know what gimmick this is to fool customers but get your **** together!! Seriously!

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet ACTFibernet's Lucknow team is a total failure! 😡 Internet goes down every 2 days. Ground staff is irresponsible, avoids calls, & refuses to provide senior contacts. I want an immediate refund & termination of my connection! #Lucknow #ConsumerCourt #BadService
