    @ACTFibernet I think your service is worst .I got massage before 2 days to refund amount but now is not any responding from customer care and also from help desk..really getting irritated 😤 from your site .hope you ll solve soon .I this is my last request after then I’ll take..

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I'm trying to reach customer service since 2 days and call gets disconnected after 8minutes!! Expecting a call back but nobody calls... Tickets get closed with solving my issue and nobody cares if I call back...

    @ACTFibernet Got a call from 9789982027 asking if my Internet account is active. I really don't understand why you people trouble your customers?? I have been using ACT services since 2004. I reported this to you multiple times but still I keep receiving this nonsense.

    @_ManojC @JioCare Yes maga.. Ditched @ACTFibernet a year ago when their service guy said I can't fix it in a day.. If you have problems, go for other service provider. With JIO, Had one 30min downtime in one year Cust care is too good 100 Mbps plan costs 825 a month incl. GST. Very satisfied

    @ACTFibernet It has been escalymany time and data consuming shows in the mid night 2am 3am and as we people will sleep at those timings and not simply browsing date and consume like 200 GB per night it’s pathetic and you guys have the faults from your side and making trouble to ppl

    @ACTFibernet What are you located looking at? The customer support team has disconnected the call twice now... They say the resolution time is 28th... No internet from 25th where I have paid 3658 for 6 months and you are holding the account for 251 rupees.
