    @ACTFibernet can't you guys provide internet service without issue of more than 1week. This is 3rd time in this month I lost connectivity and nobody cared to give permanent solution, if you guys are not ready to give proper service, please fund the money. I'll go for #Airtel

    Poor customer service support by @ACTFibernet. All they do is contact and ask if the internet is working instead of personally visiting the location. Need this to be fixed ASAP .

    @ACTFibernet It's been one month now. I have called so many times to check the status, each and every time they say it has been escalated to the concerned team and they would assign a technician to collect it by today or tomorrow but I would never get a call back.

    @ACTFibernet takes the safest route & CLOSES tickets (even the reopened ones) related to service disconnection without any discussion. Amazing! If service connection can be smooth, disconnection must be equally simple. That's how great brands are built: great customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Billing issue: sales/installation people updated a wrong plan and my net got suspended a month in advance, ACT support has been only giving false promises and no action has been taken. Kindly help and save me the mental harassment & WFH loss Ive faced
