@ACTFibernet Yesterday, your team promised to clear non connectivity issue within 4 hours. 2 Complete working days later, still issue is not resolved. I pay an hefty amount that too 6 months in adv yet handled unprofessionally. Should I explore @airtelindia or @HathwayBrdband

Hello @ACTFibernet, Lot of Network drops today. Had at least 10. Network Connectivity is very poor for a week. This is really frustrating as the network goes down when you are on a priority item.

Almost One week is over for taken new connection, till now not installed router. I paid all amount. Your Excutive is not lifting phone and not giving answer.Not useful customer care also.

@ACTFibernet Still no internet been 4 days now , useless service provider . In the history of my network providers have never seen an outage for 4 days straight . Pathetic . Even the slowest and the most local internet providers can give better service than you .
