@ACTFibernet Pathetic service for the last 2 months. I'm on a 500 Mbps plan but barely get 150–160 Mbps, even when I'm right next to the router and the only one using it! Raised a ticket on your app, but still no resolution.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet around 9:30 am today the technician finally called informed thaf the issue will be resolved in 1 hr. Its been more than 3 hrs and resolved. Not sure whats wrong with ACT these days. I have been a customer for more than 7 years and never faced such issues.

@ACTFibernet if you can't provide the regular internet services plz shut down your services, this is very awful from the side internet issue in my apartment twice this week and your app doesn't open very soon and chatbot gives the same all the time I need quick resolution now !!
