    @ACTFibernet Request you to cancel services & stop fooling customers. Every month, atleast twice the internet is down & when i raise complaint, it takes almost a day to resolve. I am wfh, stock trader. how do you expect me to do my work? Will ACT bear my losses??

    @ACTFibernet Dear @ACTFibernet any new timelines? Any new ETA? Haven’t received even courtesy call. I know you guys only look for new connection requests but there is a term called existing customer. Please see if you can do anything for them.

    @ACTFibernet The issue is not yet fixed. ACT is quick enough in closing the case on a daily basis. The technician mentioned that the switch at the junction box is broken and it is not easy to replace. What does that mean? Pay ACT and NO internet? Pls fix this asap or cancel the connection.
