I am paying November and September outstanding. I understood after taking to customer care representative that I have cleared bill for September and October where in I haven't utilized the services at all, now I have again got new bill for November, this #actfibernet is looting

@ACTFibernet You evaluate & check that our area cannot be serviced for a new connection, but are hesitant to close the request. Multiple calls to cust. care to initiate a Refund but to no avail. Horrible support. And moreover you randomly you close the ticket SR10263445868690!

@ACTFibernet Yesterday your person came and took some action. Upto yesterday night we got the Net. From today morning we are facing the same issue again. Pl take some permanent preventive action to resolve the issue.

The complaint I raised with ACT is for more than 24 hours. Nobody even tried to reach out for the issue. When I call the customer service they're not even patient enough to listen the issue. One of the customers went his way out to even get into an argument. @ACTFibernet
