    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetChn No internet since yesterday. Ticket ID: SR10379815470704. You keep pushing ETA with no real fix. This happens every month and you still charge for downtime. Pathetic service. Resolve this NOW. I have work

    8 days, no internet, no resolution — worst experience ever. Raised a complaint with ACT Fibernet and still no technician visit or proper update—just “will be resolved soon” messages. In 2026, internet isn’t optional. This delay is unacceptable and affecting my work. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Broadband connection down since yesterday. After raising complaint I received SMS saying it would be fixed by 9 PM but it was not resolved. This morning I received another SMS extending the ETA to 1 PM. Really disappointed and no communication from the engineer.

    @ACTFibernet Just acknowledging a msg isn't enough . I don't see any desire to solve the problem. It's a flat msg with zero action. Highly disappointed n questioning my decision to go ahead with you guys.
