    In this digital era one has to wait for 24 hours to get their internet issues resolved. It's high time for @ACTFibernet to retrospect their SLA to resolve issues. Highly disappointed with your service. Looking for other vendors now with better response time.

    @ACTFibernet please look into SR10362820706662. Internet not working since yesterday evening. Yesterday someone from ACT came in person to enquire about the connection issues and checked the junction box. After few hours internet did not work.

    @ACTFibernet Hey 1 question today I incurred LOP for no net connection . Will that amount be less from my bill ? Dear Patron, Due to Scheduled Maintenance Activity on 25/09 from 11:30 to 12:30, you may experience service interruption. Thank you. Team ACT
