  @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket SR10275833946614 yesterday but it was closed without being resolved and today I reopened the ticket , can you first track this fix as the battery backup for our building is not working.

  @ACTFibernet My ID 10100580997 Hyderabad. No internet services since Wed'day night due to heavy rain. It's almost more than 72hrs now & not fixed yet. Everyday we are getting an extension msg, not the solutions. Totally disappointed & customer care number are not reachable.

  @ACTFibernet Service Engineer asks not to log a ticket. Issue does not get resolved and he does not call back, nor does he attend to the issue. Tkt logged; still no action. Frustrated.
