@ACTFibernet Customer care says if there is only 1 connection discount will not be given which was not informed at starting. How illogical is this if 1/2 connection still box is powered and I am paying my electricity bill. Right away I am removing the connection!

Has anyone ever placed a new connection request with @ACTFibernet through their Customer care numbers? The bot keeps on saying my number is not reg. Never saw such pathetic support for new connections when others jumping in for new sales @airtelindia @JioCare

@ACTFibernet Your broadband reliability has become pathetic nowadays. Facing frequent outages and every time it takes a minimum of 24hrs to resolve the issue and unable to contact customer care. Kindly provide quick resolution or will surrender the connection. SR:10367111849344
