    @ACTFibernet our connection was lost around 11 PM yesterday, 5th Sep and yet to be restored @ 6th Sep 8.20PM! Not even a call from your team despite the complaint.. why boast about excellent service and app based service when you can't attend to actual issues on the ground..

    @ACTFibernet Thank you ACT for such slow service. It's been 48 hours and there is no internet. Yesterday evening we experienced the internet for 2 hours so a total of 22 hours went for zero internet. I am fed up with doing additional data recharges. @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    @ACTFibernet 48 hours passed.Supposed to get it rectified in 18 hours.Finally one person came at 7.30 in the night for service after raising a request before 2 days.Pathetic.This is not ACT fibrenet.This is WE-DONT-ACT fibrenet.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 48Hours since my network is gone still not yet resolved.Everytime calling customer care and they are saying two hours to fix but not. My registered number -8106388339. Please resolve it soon
