@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet can u please ask ur team to call or fix the issue on priority basis. It's more than 72 hrs and the issue still persists. Seems like, ur ground team is of no use, neither they r fixing, nor calling us. Just closing the tckts, we r raising.

@ravithinkz @ACTFibernet You can help yourself. Quit using @ACTFibernet . Service is poor and customer care doesn't respond. I have raised at least 19 tickets in the last 1 month. Speed of resolution is extremely slow and service quality either is of substandard.
