@ACTFibernet can you ACT little responsible towards your customer and help resolve their issues. Already tickets inprocess. Multiple long calls ending with promises on quickfix/setup of relevant calls.But hardly any ACTion!.Unhappy customer, no internet for a day now! Stranded!

@ACTFibernet Very Very bad customer response. Only promises but no service from the technical team. Not sure what the seniors are doing .. One complaint and such a pathetic feedback. I think other service providers are much better and quicker .

@ACTFibernet Again service down.+919121212121 this will not work. No constant speed. Now service down the support person responding that no issue at your end. One of waste and useless service and support. Tech guys will talk with attitude never listen to customer.

Applied and paid 3 months rental for airtle xstream Fibre. No response from @airtelindia. Customer care does not work neither does the service agent answer the call. Wish @ACTFibernet supported this area.
