    @ACTFibernet Your customer care response is very poor and HORRIBLE. I want to recharge my fiber net but no response received neither from your customer care nor your operators working in Palam. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

    Amazing service by @ACTFibernet - kudos! Neighboring house construction is ongoing - they cut the cable by mistake - complaint to resolution in 2 hours, Mr Pradeep Gowda who came to attend the issue fixed it in 10min - really happy with the service!

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI if you dont pick call from a no the server calls you for another no. It is kind of mental harassment to the customer. No one should be punished for taking your services by constant calls from your end. Pathetic to bombard customers with calls constantly.

    My account is fully paid till 31st July 2022. I had requested @ACTFibernet to stop service on 31st July 2022 and my internet stopped today itself. Can you reinstate the account and schedule stoppage on the date requested?

    @ACTFibernet: I’ve raised a very basic request to fix my internet yesterday 5pm and still haven’t got any call from you. I rang your customer care multiple times with no luck(ticket no: SR10365700275114). It’s a prepaid service and I’ve wasted few days of service what now?
