    @ACTFibernet 2 complaints were raised by in the last 1 week due connectivity issues... Im facing same problem most often. Unable to connect to ur cust care even. #worstservice from ur executives. If there is a problem in my area then why don't u fix it?????

    @ACTFibernet ,Act fiber net have lot of of customers. they don't need old customers.Why because they don't solve complaints.and don't bother about customer service. irresponsible answers giving to customers.Account no..109015248494.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

    @ACTFibernet I have not seen such a worst service in last 6-7 years using act. I have recharged Rs.490 for digital TV,1 month back and called customer care 7 times in these duration. Worst part is reg.complaint get close automatically without solution last ticket was 21011643.

    Team @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD This is 3rd time within a week we are complaining about no Internet. How many times will u do cable work at same place? Such a pathetic service when working from home. At least refund the money i will switch to other ISP.

    I fail to understand why @ACTFibernet is least bothered about its customers. Have been trying to reach your zee5 team for incorrect billing but calls are only getting disconnected. Reps say I will be called back in 24hrs but nothing.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet Having major connectivity issues with internet service. I have raised a complaint through the app but they claim everything is okay. If this continues then I would have to take legal action by lodging a complaint with the consumers court.@g_lalithya
