    @ACTFibernet 2 complaints were raised by in the last 1 week due connectivity issues... Im facing same problem most often. Unable to connect to ur cust care even. #worstservice from ur executives. If there is a problem in my area then why don't u fix it?????

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

    @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet , I want to reactivate my connection soon, plg act on these issues ASAP. being the best ISP in Hyd this is not the expected service frm you. I paid for 6 mnths but didnt used it for 4 months, that is not an issue. Why did I got due amount though I did not requested

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet i got to to know that shifting requests are not handled on priority where many people faced such issues and new connections are on the top priority thats really bad i have raised my ticket on 28th with zero support from the team.

    @ACTFibernet three days in a row, internet stops working, speed is very slow. Technicinaoask not to raise tickets. And then I have to pay full monthly amounts even though the electricity for the box is provided by me. @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet @KunalVijay40479 Very fraud @ACTFibernet service providers never recommend anyone for the Act Internet. I am facing a similar issue but no one is addressing it .

    1/1 Worst experience with @ACTFibernet. Raised shifting request on 30 Apr, promised resolution by 2 May, but still no action and no proper response from the support team. Evry day a new excuse, but no accountability. This kind of service is unacceptable for working professionals

    @ACTFibernet such a terrible service it's been 3 days I have been trying to get the shifting done, Yesterday I was asked to my self travel 20kms to old place to disconnect and bring modem to new place, Which I did. Still no progress,
