@ACTFibernet 2 complaints were raised by in the last 1 week due connectivity issues... Im facing same problem most often. Unable to connect to ur cust care even. #worstservice from ur executives. If there is a problem in my area then why don't u fix it?????

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I had take a connctn in Hyd in Feb but the agent who guided me to take the connection gave me false info. I had disconnected the connection within an hour and have never used it as well. I have raised refund req 10 times but no action has been taken

@ACTFibernet Had very worst experience yesterday... Got server down yesterday morning at 10.00 am... Complaint to customer care and they told with in 4 to 5 hours problem will resolve. But after 24 hours no one called from act side. And now estimated time revised to 9.00 pm..
