    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I was out of HYDERABAD since 9th Feb due to emergency reasons, my internet connection plan expired on apr-21 and I did not used single byte of it,now 1 month plan added to my account without my concent? Please address and cancel this month plan #act

    . @ACTFibernet I took a new broadband connection with you in December, 6 month + 1 month free offer. My cash flows aren't good, so, I requested for a monthly billing cycle. I spoke to Customer Service a few days ago but unresolved. No way in ur app to modify plan. Pls help.
