@ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

@sasi_kanth007 @ACTFibernet ACT should work on their customer support/services, I have experienced such delays more than a couple of times whenever there was an issue with internet connection(cable disconnect…) and relocation of existing connection.

@ACTFibernet @TRAI I have complained about my ACT fibrenet outage 2 hours ago and nothing has been done to resolve the problem. This is the second time this week that the internet connection suddenly stopped working for over 2 hours and impeding my work at peak back office hrs.

@chennaiactfiber @ACTFibernet It's been 2 days since I raised 2 tickets including phone call to service center for checking the office internet fibernet connection. Not resolved till now nor did we get a call about the same. Service is in shambles due to this delay.

@ACTFibernet used to respond promptly earlier but of late the service experience stooped to the lowest. This is something @TRAI to take notice of that despite paying high price in pursuit of high speed internet the consumer is denied reliable service to continue work at home
