    @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

    @ACTFibernet you are not responding on twitter and your customer care go in silence while asking more questions. How can you expect almost a 20 hours downtime? Need proper justification & a solution ASAP. Very pathetic that I bought such an unreliable broadband.

    @ACTFibernet Wow, I was waiting for your call back which I know will never happen !! I got a call which lasted for 22sec just like the speed you provide 22 mbps for 75 mbps plan! Now to add oil to fire there my actfiber internet is not working

    @ACTFibernet So this happens regularly. And when trying to fix this constantly reoccurring issue, you give up to 24hr resolution time. Shall I put my business on hold for one day a week bc of your poor infrastructure? How about fixing the issue once and for all?
