    @ACTFibernet I applied for a new connection with 110531810353. Paid an advance of 5657. Installation was never done, asked for refund and now the sales person does not answer my call. So pathetic and unprofessional. If not rectified soon, legal team will file a formal complaint

    @sekartweets @ACTFibernet Same! Also they take 24-48 hours to make the connection work again. Which is very bad! Especially when are wfh!

    @ACTFibernet Internet down again for another day - SR10253458792232. You guys should refund or extend service by another day. This is happening 2nd time in the past 4 weeks. Disaster for WFH and students learning from home.
