    @ACTFibernet ,Act fiber net have lot of of customers. they don't need old customers.Why because they don't solve complaints.and don't bother about customer service. irresponsible answers giving to customers.Account no..109015248494.

    @ACTFibernet @ActfiberC after the previous complainant on 31 may 2021 I got a call and they say its our terms we won't refund and we can't we give the service also and accepts there Is a fault in cable so .. they r so irresponsible so only they don't have postpaid service ithink

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT team it was informed that need to pay 3 months rental bill in advance to procure free router, after that again raising 3 months bill to pay in advance which was never communicated, why there is communication gap.
