@ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Any reason why you dont allow downgrade plan option in the app for broadband services. We have been told by the customer service team to cancel the plan and reapply for basic plan. It should be pay as per the usage model.

@ACTFibernet I have been waiting for your team.. They are least bothered to attend even in the case of outage for 24 hours.. Finally I have no other option than terminating your services. Kindly issue refund of total amount I payed during the period it did not work..

@ACTFibernet What a ****** service you are giving, I am raising complaint daily and the network stops working every alternate day. There is a fraud going on. Ur marketing team takes new connections bt doesnt change infra. In a box with 10 slots u allowed 12 connections. Shame..
