    @ACTFibernet A full business day wasted as your internet is totally down. 4 times reached customer support and it’s no help. Every call is either an excuse or hing up. If it’s going to be the same way, should look for alternate service provider #badcustomerservice

    @ACTFibernet @KarthikTuribill Hi , I had applied for act fiber net.hyderabd new connection on 2nd of June 2021after two days I cancelled my request due to there false promises and raised a refund on 4th June 2021and when I call to the customer they delay me by saying nonsense.     @ACTFibernet from yesterday internet not working...its been more than 24 hours...no ph call or msg I got from ACT on status of my ticket...u have missed the TAT to fix issue...very tough to work from home with ACT...
