    @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Please check whether the team is working on the issue or not, it's 3rd day we are not able to use the broadband, we are doing WFH, if it keep on dragging then its gonna impact our job

    Pathetic customer experience. After relentless tries to customer care since 3days, but none with proper information and just same robotic explanations. In an era where our lives are so dependent on Internet for WFH, such untrusty assistance with high rental fees. @ACTFibernet
