    @ACTFibernet i raised a complaint stating that am unable to use internet since 3 days and i raised a complaint ur Servce guy came and with informing anything he went away # is this the way u deal with customers

    @ACTFibernet Raised a service ticket 2 days ago. Not resolved and rescheduled multiple times. Local support guys not responding. Bad customer experience. Expecting faster resolution. Complaint No: SR11564235522634

    @ACTFibernet pathetic service. Simple billing issue is not resolved yet. 512kbps speed for last 7days. SR are closed without confirmation. Not sure what you guys are doing.
