    Worst broadband service @ACTFibernet @FiberAct . Simple modem reset issue not resolved in 24hours every time customer service says this time, that time but non happened so far. False commitment. ACT BUT NO ACTION

    @ACTFibernet reminds me of cable TV exp. during 90s. Disconnects frequently. bad CUst. Support. It’s been 24 hrs - Opened ticket, complained here, called customer support and their local technician. But no answer except regular recorded message.

    @narayananh @ACTFibernet Yeah that's why I dumped them. That's because the server box battery is weak. Good luck asking them to change that! I left after one such problem where the neighbour didn't want the box in their house & internet got cut for 17 days straight! Airtel or Jio is better off!

    Worst customer service I have seen so far.. Multiple follow ups, mails, raising tickets through calls. But no solution. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet trying to change plan in the month of mid. But you said can't do that. And for 10 days we used only 100gb out of 1500gb. But you billed us half of the total bill. Very worst process and services.

    @varunkrish Is @Airtel_Presence good? I've @ACTFibernet. Speed is good but every five minutes the connection disconnects for free seconds or minutes and then comes back. While Netflix and all ok, the problem comes when doing video conferencing

    @hotstar_helps I took down my previous reply as app was working because I was connected hotstar with mobile data and changed to wifi while hotstar playing in bg..but once i closed and opened the app it's not working in wifi.@ACTFibernet kindly do something if you can here with this dns settings

    @ACTFibernet Again they closed the ticket without resolution. No reply for the email support team , very unethical. I paid an amount of 1200 for the April month, then my service was suspended with a new bill, with due on April 10. Very unfair trade practice by act internet. Why false commits

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care is one of the biggest liars. They can go to any extent. Last time for buffering issue resolution, they pushed me to opt for a 3-month plan saying I could recharge for 1 month later. But now only 3-month recharge option is available. #misleading
