I have been a customer of @airtelindia and now opted @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD to undergo this experience. The issue aroused due to incapability of Technician who assured and activated my account when customer asked not to do so

@ACTFibernet Issue is still NOT resolved and your engineer who's supposed to call and fix it is not lifting the call. Really need someone to fix the issue here. If you can't fix in reasonable amount of time, let us know cancellation and refund options.
