    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    I used @ACTFibernet and @Airtel_Presence and even @BSNLCorporate but @HathwayBrdband has one of "the" worst response time compared to all others ..@reliancegroup @reliancejio will correct these concerns

    @kaapiccino @Truecaller @ACTFibernet There is only a provision to raise complaint on internet disconnection. My issue is about billing. But I couldn't reach out to their customer care. The nos. are not working. App has only faqs, no option to register complaint on billing.

    @ACTFibernet and conveniently the fault of the municipality all the times at times the agent say the municipality cut down the wire in our area even when there was no municipality work being done that particular day and time.
