    @ACTFibernet Really ACT, a customer needs to wait for 10 days to get approval from your team to service engineer to replace the Battery of your Junction box?Even the service engineer Asking time for 2 days to replace it everytime when i raised the ticket ,but never replaced,cont.

    @ACTFibernet finding issue only with Cisco webex meeting audio or video, even though only laptop connected to internet. Sometimes I unable hear them and some time others are unable to hear me. Channel setting already done as guided by your agent.

    @ACTFibernet Never trust ACT broad band they have deliberately complicated the customer care. You can never send a mail for any action, only auto reply you get, the never pick up the phone. Best way to migrate to better service provider.

    Without even providing solution @ACTFibernet team has closed my service request. I am following up with them to get a solution for poor connectivity. Till now no one is responding. Highly surprising!

    @ACTFibernet I paid full amount for the new connection on 21/08/2020. From then I spoke with 3 different engineers and 1 sales person who coordinated for the payment, No proper response from any of them. 7338745620 sales person ph num. worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet I applied for new connection and paid amount on 8nd March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection. If I call the customer care, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Sometimes they not even pick my calls. Totally frustrated with this. Waste of time.

    @ACTFibernet Guys never go for ACT.. been 1.5 months i have no internet and these frauds are not responding.. im going for Airtel.. so far good response.. their rates are less too and services is awesome

    @ACTFibernet What kind of service and resprestantives you have ? The services are abruptly out - your app to create ticket doesn't work, chatbot is unresponsive, field engineers are not available, customer rep is most uncompassionate and unprofessional.
