@narayananh @ACTFibernet Yeah that's why I dumped them. That's because the server box battery is weak. Good luck asking them to change that! I left after one such problem where the neighbour didn't want the box in their house & internet got cut for 17 days straight! Airtel or Jio is better off!

@ACTFibernet I paid full amount for the new connection on 21/08/2020. From then I spoke with 3 different engineers and 1 sales person who coordinated for the payment, No proper response from any of them. 7338745620 sales person ph num. worst customer service.

@varunkrish Is @Airtel_Presence good? I've @ACTFibernet. Speed is good but every five minutes the connection disconnects for free seconds or minutes and then comes back. While Netflix and all ok, the problem comes when doing video conferencing

@ACTFibernet you can always do prepaid service as other internet providers are doing. This is actually not done &will be logging complaint to NCH(consumer court) as your employees are again & again doing mental harrasment. We have to follow up again & again. Not acceptable at all
