    @ACTFibernet Its a minor issue. Don't know why it is taking so long. Actually when they were fixing another connection they disturbed my connection. Total negligence.

    @ACTFibernet More than 8 hours internet is not working. We have registered complaint in morning itself, still no solution. Whether you will reduce the monthly charge for not functioning of internet?

    @kaapiccino @Truecaller @ACTFibernet There is only a provision to raise complaint on internet disconnection. My issue is about billing. But I couldn't reach out to their customer care. The nos. are not working. App has only faqs, no option to register complaint on billing.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @FiberAct I haven't seen such an irresponsible ISP, for straight 6 days you cannot fix my internet when I asked for a refund so I can go with another ISP, you disconnected my internet. For sure I don't want to use your service. Refund my money for 3 month.
