    @ACTFibernet I hv paid 1 year Subscription in mrs.R.Lakshmi’s name.Last 72 Hrs,there is No-internet connection & Ur service is very bad.None of ur staffs r responding wt respect.Infact some hv abused my staff & threatened us to surrender #Broadband.FYKI @reliancejio @airtelindia

    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    @ACTFibernet I have a complaint which is been opened from Dec 5 and have done multiple follow-ups. Every time when I Call they will inform me telling it will be rectified in 24hrs. It's already been a month.

    @ACTFibernet Your technical team is such a waste. Email receipt option is Not working in the application. Customer executive does not know why this option is not coming. Tired of explaining that I need acknowledgment of bill paid in the form of receipt to get the bill reimbursed
