    @ACTFibernet Chennai. Connection goes off even after paying regularly in given time. I think ACT has leveled down their customers. ACT failed to improvise there respective fellow employees to kindly response back towards customers.Worst Broadband Network.😡

    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    @ACTFibernet More than 8 hours internet is not working. We have registered complaint in morning itself, still no solution. Whether you will reduce the monthly charge for not functioning of internet?

    @ACTFibernetHYD has the worst & incompetent customer service ever, their executives and supervisors lie repeatedly and make customers wait for a call back for 6+ hrs. Their supervisors are not interested to talk to customers and their executives are rude @GoI_MeitY @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet is the worst IP. From the past 3 months i am faced network problem atleast 15-18days. They take 2-3days to solve the issue. Every week there will be atleast 1-2 days of internet downtime. Never take actfibre even the customer service is worst! #ACTFibernet
