@ACTFibernet Never trust ACT broad band they have deliberately complicated the customer care. You can never send a mail for any action, only auto reply you get, the never pick up the phone. Best way to migrate to better service provider.

@ACTFibernet I have made multiple escalations or complaints via all contacts. Still no response, are you ppl even bothered about the customers ? Payment received correctly and it’s been 7 days no proper response for the new setup. Worst ever customer service experience.

@ACTFibernet I paid full amount for the new connection on 21/08/2020. From then I spoke with 3 different engineers and 1 sales person who coordinated for the payment, No proper response from any of them. 7338745620 sales person ph num. worst customer service.

@ACTFibernet @drvt123 WARNING: Fraud by ACT Executive Ashish Singh (ID: 40162). He took ₹3,231 for a 6-month plan but only 3 months are active in my app. Now he is ghosting my calls and ACT Support is silent. Fix this by March 4th or I am filing a formal Police Complaint and Consumer Court case.

@ACTFibernet Dear Sir/Madam, This is in reference to your email stating that ACT is unable to take liability for the damage caused to my Sony 43” TV, based on your claim that no P-clips or wall fixtures were used and that no damage was caused by ACT personnel. I strongly dispute this conclusion, as it is clearly contradicted by physical evidence, which has been attached again for your review. Please note the following facts and sequence of events carefully: Clear Evidence of Clip Usage and Nailing Activity (Sequence Explained) As seen in Photo 1, a white cable clip fixed on the wall is clearly visible. This clip could only have been installed by hammering/nailing into the wall during cable routing. After fixing the clip on the wall, the installation personnel then attempted to route the cable through the adjacent wooden panel, as evident from Photo 2 and Photo 3, which show distinct nail/impact marks on the wooden surface. These marks clearly indicate an attempt to nail or fix the cable into the wooden panel, which is directly adjacent to the TV. Direct Contradiction of ACT’s Statement Your email states that “no P-clips or any equipment were used on the wall.” This statement is factually incorrect, as the attached photographs clearly show a clip fixed on the wall and nail marks on the wooden panel. No Proper Site Verification Was Conducted The installation personnel who carried out the work never revisited our home after the complaint to inspect or clarify the damage. Had any ACT representative or installation personnel visited and explained the situation in person, we would have immediately questioned the damage and the method used. No such visit or clarification occurred. Cause-and-Effect Is Visibly Evident The nail/impact points on the wooden panel are directly aligned with the damaged area of the TV screen, clearly establishing cause and effect. The TV was fully functional prior to ACT installation, and the damage appeared only after the cable installation work was completed. Delay in Discovery Does Not Negate Responsibility The TV is not used frequently. The damage was discovered three days later, as it was a weekend. This delay does not change the fact that the damage occurred during ACT’s installation activity. In light of the clear photographic evidence and factual sequence, ACT’s conclusion that no damage was caused by its installation personnel is unsubstantiated and unacceptable. I hereby request the following within 48 hours: A physical inspection by a senior technical representative, not a remote or assumption-based conclusion Written findings based strictly on on-site verification Resolution through repair or replacement of the damaged television Please treat this email as a final opportunity for amicable resolution. Failing this, I will proceed with filing a complaint before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, along with escalation to the National Consumer Helpline, enclosing all photographic evidence and documented communication.
