    @narayananh @ACTFibernet Yeah that's why I dumped them. That's because the server box battery is weak. Good luck asking them to change that! I left after one such problem where the neighbour didn't want the box in their house & internet got cut for 17 days straight! Airtel or Jio is better off!

    @ACTFibernet I paid full amount for the new connection on 21/08/2020. From then I spoke with 3 different engineers and 1 sales person who coordinated for the payment, No proper response from any of them. 7338745620 sales person ph num. worst customer service.

    @ACTFibernet Hello. You've resolved the connection issue that's fine. What about the speed issue? 50Mbps is the plan, then why is that even whatsapp status is not loading? You have to seriously look into it, even the junction box is located in our premises.

    @ArunBee @ACTFibernet A victim of same complaint. ACTFibernet is a useless wifi provider. Their Customer service is worst. I walked out of their net work and took another at VJA. I am happy, now, without any interruptions. My suggestion is to chose another wifi provider.... even at loss of deposit!!
