@ACTFibernet Oct 7 same issue - kept restarting my router & after 4 hours only when I called the technical person, he said that the Junction Box power was turned off by the other user. Am I paying for the Internet only to use on alternative days ?

@narayananh @ACTFibernet Yeah that's why I dumped them. That's because the server box battery is weak. Good luck asking them to change that! I left after one such problem where the neighbour didn't want the box in their house & internet got cut for 17 days straight! Airtel or Jio is better off!

@ACTFibernet, frequent internet outages and speed drops and days long outages are some of the things that finally made me raise a disconnection request. Atleast refund the remaining amount in customer's Bank account. I have no use of ACT money
