    @ACTFibernet Deeply disappointed with the service. I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.

    Hello @ACTFibernet ... We requested for your services 2 weeks back & paid the charges (1, 944/-) upfront on Feb 8.. At the time of installation, the service was denied due to feasibility issue.. No worries.. We opted for @HathwayBrdband. Now all we need is d money we paid (1/2)

    How to get issues resolved with Act fibernet ? 1-Call the customer service customer care number 2-Explain them the issue, ask for an explanation for why there are delays in the promised service 3-Stay on the call for 30+mins with no resolution @ACTFibernet Great service
