@kaapiccino @Truecaller @ACTFibernet There is only a provision to raise complaint on internet disconnection. My issue is about billing. But I couldn't reach out to their customer care. The nos. are not working. App has only faqs, no option to register complaint on billing.

@ACTFibernet Oct 7 same issue - kept restarting my router & after 4 hours only when I called the technical person, he said that the Junction Box power was turned off by the other user. Am I paying for the Internet only to use on alternative days ?

@squeal @ACTFibernet Regarding the former, I'm not a fan of theirs. I find their TnC to be extremely biased and too advantageous to them while not recognizing or rewarding legitimate research work, and rather appears to be designed to be too restrictive and stupid on what's allowed.
