@ACTFibernet Never trust ACT broad band they have deliberately complicated the customer care. You can never send a mail for any action, only auto reply you get, the never pick up the phone. Best way to migrate to better service provider.

@ACTFibernet finding issue only with Cisco webex meeting audio or video, even though only laptop connected to internet. Sometimes I unable hear them and some time others are unable to hear me. Channel setting already done as guided by your agent.

I’ve been facing issues with ACT Internet. In July, my connection was disconnected due to "non-availability of Main box." They promised a refund after collecting the router. Till now, no one has come to collect it, and calls are not attended. @ACTFibernet Please help to resolve.
