    @ACTFibernet provides one of the worst services to their customers, it's been 12 hrs since I had raised my complaint for internet connection failure still i have not recieve any calls regarding that. This is one of the worst services ever had.

    @ACTFibernet I'm facing frequent connectivity outages here at Chennai. Your customer care doesn't respond. No concrete solution. You have three hours to resolve this before I decide to switch to a different provider.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team. Very unhappy with your service. Been over 4 months chasing your team for the refund of my deposit given for WiFi router which your team already has taken but never sent my money to my bank. I am clueless as to whom to reachout to!

    New customer for @ACTFibernet unprofessional my new router request not been solved 22nd I paid amount made a ticket customer care representative said maximum 7 days it not installed yet no response from sales team, technical team, nodal office.Worst experience we're should I ask

    I used @ACTFibernet and @Airtel_Presence and even @BSNLCorporate but @HathwayBrdband has one of "the" worst response time compared to all others ..@reliancegroup @reliancejio will correct these concerns

    @ACTFibernet This is very bad, I still don't have a resolution for the outage...I will wait a couple of days and move on to another service provider. The general feedback on your service is poor, wonder if you have given up due to competition from @JioCare #JioGigaFiber

    @ACTFibernet Stream TV 4K booted up and I was setting up. It rebooted on its own saying an Android update is installing. Now it just displays the ACT logo and then falls into a reboot loop. Customer service is not picking up. No reset switch to be found.

    @ACTFibernet has the worst service in banglore. Ten's of people called me until I paid them advance amount to get my new connection after that no one cares to answer. About their customer support ..it's pathetic .. always says they are busy answering others.

    The installation person I manier times but no response. I’ve WhatsApp him he has seen aswell but still even after 48hrs of NO internet NO one from @ACTFibernet have bothered to respond back to me. Worst service #DontsubscribeAct #dontbuyactfibre

    @Airtel_Presence Switched from @ACTFibernet to @airtelindia broadband 3 days ago and in these 3 days experienced worst possible customer care, crappiest app and lowest uptime. Reminder to Airtel: you are claiming 99% uptime, for god’s sake. Help ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet you are claiming that best broadband service in chennai, for resolving a small network issue your team is taking more than 5 days. After lot of escalations, nothing is done. Great efforts. I was using act before, indeed it was good. Now a days it becomes worst.
