@ACTFibernet reminds me of cable TV exp. during 90s. Disconnects frequently. bad CUst. Support. It’s been 24 hrs - Opened ticket, complained here, called customer support and their local technician. But no answer except regular recorded message.

@ACTFibernet When will you fix this?? Day after yesterday technician told will come and check . Yesterday in the evening he called me told as he don't know my address and i haven't received the call so he can't came. Such a big lier. Told today within 11 am he will reach my address.

@ACTFibernet I got connection on 19th and im still waiting for wifi settings, family members waiting to use internet from last 2 days, contacted to customer care and they asking to wait for 4 hours just to get call back, you sales guy is busy attending new connections
