    Many thanks to @ACTFibernet for providing free WiFi facility to all schools in Chennai Corporation Although the service is provided for free,so far the quality has not diminished in the slightest Even if the connection is repaired, it will be repaired immediately🙏 @ActfiberC

    Hello @ACTFibernet ... We requested for your services 2 weeks back & paid the charges (1, 944/-) upfront on Feb 8.. At the time of installation, the service was denied due to feasibility issue.. No worries.. We opted for @HathwayBrdband. Now all we need is d money we paid (1/2)

    @ACTFibernet reminds me of cable TV exp. during 90s. Disconnects frequently. bad CUst. Support. It’s been 24 hrs - Opened ticket, complained here, called customer support and their local technician. But no answer except regular recorded message.

    @ACTFibernet pls fix the internet connection. I have raised a complaint yesterday evening. Your ticket SR10366572648834 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 13-Dec (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT Pls fix it or ask your team to update when it will be fixed.

    @ACTFibernet Deeply disappointed with the service. I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.

    @ACTFibernet is the worst service brand in my recent experience. They just don’t respond to a complaint of internet down! Aggressive to collect renewal cash and leave you to struggle with stupid Bot for service #ACTFibrenet_the_worst

    @ACTFibernet Your customer support is the pits. My internet has been down from last evening. There is no way to talk to you directly. The app only allows a chat. Only a ticket has been raised and generic reply of issue being looked into.

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet I have broadband account with ACT fiber net (Account No: 103669182990). For last 2 days my broadband connection is not working. Still it's not resolved and when I contacted customer care they shouting on me and keep quarreling with me.
