    @ACTFibernet More than 8 hours internet is not working. We have registered complaint in morning itself, still no solution. Whether you will reduce the monthly charge for not functioning of internet?

    @ACTFibernet A/c No: 103016439756. We are using ACT Fibre for the past 5 to 6 years. Due to some personal issues we are not able to make the payment on due date this month. We are promptly paid every month on 1st or 2nd. We request your customer care to extend the time extension

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet team: Kindly provide alternate source of internet to customers till the time you resolve the issue! You can't take things for granted. Either provide alternate source like dongle or Extend 4X days in our validity for each day wasted due to issue from your end!

    It’s been over a day since the @ACTFibernet internet went down and ticket SR10180055765264 has yet to be addressed…. I appreciate the consistency of their network. However, the occasional issues are frustrating to handle as their support is incredibly slow to respond & resolve.
