Your ticket SR10366572648834 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 13-Dec (DD/MM) between 16:00 to 19:30. Team ACT Pls fix it or ask your team to update when it will be fixed.

I have mentioned i have urgent works, still there is no escalation of the complaint. I have been using ACT from 2015 and this is not gud at all. Just some days back I paid for a 6 months renewal bill.
