    @DoT_India Internet connection is not working from past 12 days now and there is no response from @ACTFibernet !!! Even after mentioning I am working from home, the work is not prioritised and not even a single call I got from technician till date!!

    @Sanjay_Pinto @ACTFibernet I just thought of this a few hours earlier. I have been using my mobile data a lot before I figured that my Cherrinet router to extender was a Cat5 cable & hence the slow speed. Changed to Cat6 & this solved. Might be something of that sort. Just check with someone. ACT is good.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 3 days the internet not working after paying 3 months advance payment. Neither ACT worried about customers nor they are responding. Without proper clearances and sorting matter with local issue they are giving connections and customer suffers. 😡

    @selvamraja @Sanjay_Pinto @ACTFibernet I have both BSNL and Cherinet. Found the speed very slow. the Cherinet engineer came and he just moved the modems apart with a gap of one metre. very good speed after that. He said that if you keep two wifi routers close, they interfere

    Of late, mobile data seems faster and more reliable than @ACTFibernet in my residence. Is ACT not water-proof? Just wondering. The speed is so slow that we are better placed switching it off.

    @ACTFibernet Worst experience ever with ACT Fiber Hyderabad because i am paid the amount for 1 Month your customer executive said it is possible to connection in your house and wifi. Box now your technician said that due to the local operator issue it is not possible to provide
