    @ACTFibernet Still issue pertaining and it’s under observation. The quality of router is provided is worst, due to that we are getting low internet speed. Ask ur back end team to provide high end router to fix the issue on exception case.

Why am I being forced to pay a monthly subscription when I already paid β‚Ή18,000+ for an annual plan months ago? I even paid additional monthly charges despite already being on the annual plan. And now, over a disputed β‚Ή354: Support β†’ Nodal Officer β†’ Appellate Authority Still no working Internet. Please investigate the billing discrepancy for as long as you need.     @JioCare This is really a joke. If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet. I urge you to disconnect immediately and refund the security deposit at the earliest.

    @ACTFibernet I can confidently mwntion that @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is the worst service provider. No value for tickets raised,follow up calls . Surprisingly you guys are swift enough to disconnect connection for small paymwnt delay from customers end
