    @ACTFibernet your sales person have switched off his phone and ur customer service time from last 2 day has not completed 24hr support time and on Twitter also they r saying update you.. After taking money all are doing fraud..

    @ACTFibernet everyday my net gets disconnected, randomly. I have to keep rebooting it. Called your guy thrice this week to fix it, but no one shows up! Can you please fix this issue! Your app feedback options suck as well!

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI @rsprasad : Dear trai team, pls intervene and resolve . Every month atleast for 3 days we will not have internet , but the charges has to be paid full . This is a lose to me as a customer !!

    Hey @ACTFibernet you either have a bug or you guys are scamming. My bill says due date as 15th and I get a call from you guys saying the due date is today. And there will be a disconnection in 5 days if I don't pay. Wtf. #SCAM #CustomerService

    Complaint raised morning 21st dec 2022 @ACTFibernet Support says 5 to 6hrs issues will be solved. Do u know the value of time. Without internet no one can work from commercial sector. Do u know saying 5 to 6hrs , how much it effect for business sector. Waiting till now.😬
