    @netcitizen @ACTFibernet I only enabled and it worked. Do a logout / login on act - it used to work like that for past upgrades. Else check w wired once to see if it’s a WiFi / router issue.

    I want to cancel ACT Broadband. I don’t want any apologies or scripted inconvenience caused message! I raised shifting request, nobody cares or called, i tried calling ACT call centre, no is busy all the time. I m switching elsewhere and made up my mind @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet, Internet down since 2 pm yday. Called customer care last evening & was told it’ll be fixed on priority. Almost 24 hours now and it’s still not fixed. Trying to contact customer care again & being put on hold for 5+ mins every time yet doesn’t connect to operator.

    @ACTFibernet Day 7 of me constantly raising complaints and contacting the costomer care, relocation was done 6 day's ago but ticket is still open and internet not working,Act has the most incompetent customer service to ever exist.

    @ACTFibernet I have registered for a new connection and paid for the plan too. But now the service provider in my area is not answering my calls. I was told the installation would be done in 48 hours after payment. Its been 3 days and nothing has been done.

    @ACTFibernet am still waiting for a call back from your billing department. This was requested on May 2nd, and marked as 'resolved' by the 4th. I was even sent a feedback link. I had requested both a billing dept call back, and a service dept call back.
