    I am regretting taking up @ACTFibernet broadband connection. Been over 3 days and I'm not getting proper connectivity. Their customer care is a different level of pathetic altogether. 😐

    @ACTFibernet.. Very poor customer service & issue resolution process. no way to reach out to ur customer care executive via the app. No nos mentioned where you can be contacted.. The categories under "support" do not cover my query. Also, nos given in your msg are not connecting.

    @ACTFibernet we have requested for a router on 15th February by making an online payment of 699 rupees.but we still did not receive router till today.Daily customer care is saying it will be installed within 24 hours. our registered mobile no is 8800197938.

    @rajneilkamath @ACTFibernet Exactly, I've just faced the same issue Since yesterday! There's only 1 std tweet reply from them. I've paid for 6 months adv and I switched after good reviews and recommendations.. Now I'm regretting, and beginning to think it's a bad decision if this is their lazy attitude.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised two SR with your Support team, SR 1024063104678 and SR1023914603229 also I had a word with one of the managers ( Mahesh) although I have not received any call back from the so-called backend team. I still waiting a call back from the support team

    @ACTFibernet I also need resolution on my incorrect bill. I'm eligible for a refund every month, which has also not reflected in the last bill. I expect a call from your side in next 1 hr, from someone who is capable of resolving both issues - zero connectivity since yesterday and wrong bill

    @ACTFibernet it has been now close to 3 weeks we have paid money online but are yet to receive the router: everyday we call customer care they say it would be done in 24 hours,,, this is the worst we can expect... Please refund our this month's charges due to unused data

    @ACTFibernet It's been 3-4 days, I am keep sending my queries but looks there is no response from ACT team, instead they are sending mail for account suspension. One of the pathetic service providers in BLR. Seems you have to beg for using their services. #NoMoreACT @Ra_THORe

    @ACTFibernet Woww what a service. Nobody attends the complaint. They just call and say we will check the equipment in your building and then nobody even attends and the ticket is closed !! So pathetic. And now again the internet is not working.
