@ACTFibernet has the worst support. I do not recommend this connection. It's now been 3 days with no connection, and no one is taking up the responsibility to fix it. Horrible. Why do we pay such high amounts for such useless service.

@ACTFibernet I paid my bill on Feb 3rd, yet it's not reflecting and my net isn't working. If I contact the customer care, they say it will take 72 hrs to resolve the issue. This is the second time such a thing is happening. This is pure failure of ur system.

Never suggest @ACTFibernet to any of my colleagues in future. Unfortunatly made 3 months bill payment. Once period expired, i will be switching to some good customer support fibernet. 👍

@ACTFibernet can you please help in resolving the network issue we have raised the ticket on 6th feb till now it isn't resolved I want to get this issues escalated as maximum time for resolution is 24hrs and you have exceeded the time.

@ACTFibernet It is pathetic service! Why don't you check the battery in your box if it is dead? When there is an outage, the internet stops working even if we have an inverter! Because the battery in your box is dead! Please get your act together!
