I raised a request to get this fixed and was intimated on the 28th that it would take 24-48 hours to be rectified. It's the 2nd of June now and I haven't recieved any intimation from your team and my internet is still down

When I called at 8 am, your customer support guy said he will directly allow me to talk to escalation support at 10:30 am. Now when I called I was told that I cannot talk to anyone apart the support person. Shameless!!
