    @ACTFibernet It is rectified for sometime but again I am having the trouble, yesterday from 130pm to 530pm and today 130 till 6pm internet is down. Can you clarify and add the loss to my account back?

    @ACTFibernet Shame on you ACT Fibernet. My Internet has been down for 48 hours and not a single call from your folks despite assurances. Posting it on social media so that people think twice before taking your connection. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet An 8 year old subscriber like me received 25 Calls in last 4 days to pay my bills that too after suspending my connection . But when u call them back they will never connect and is always busy . The worst APP and Website not at all user friendly . Want to switch

    @ACTFibernet Our ticket number sr10254429636582. As customer to ACT do we not have right to ask question-"when connection will be restored" answer awaiting from team ACT since 25th March. What a joke of customer care/service by Team ACT! Hope this tweet will wake you up from deep sleep.

    @ACTFibernet your service people are so keen to close a ticket, they just do the same thing over and over again everytime i raise the issue and when i tell them same resolution was done before, they just close the ticket. What's wrong with them! Complain no: SR1026647753674.
