    @ACTFibernet Worst experience from your team on very first day. Tou people onlg respond for new installations after that you will be too rude customers? Your representative is telling this is how we work, we wont resolve it soon. But u will do fake installations?

    @ACTFibernet no rectification even after 3 days of lodging complaint about our broadband. Also shared my contact number. It shows your poor and pathetic service to the customers. How many days do you need to rectify ?

    If I called to customer care, they will try to connect installation team but no one is picked nd it's disconnected after wait of 5mins @ACTFibernet @DLink_India @TPLINK

    @ACTFibernet Its been 8 hours I have raised a complaint but no one looked into the issue, at least twice in a month we are facing issues. No one can work if you provide this kind of service. Giving more GB doesn't work but you should make sure give consistent network.

    @ACTFibernet It's been a month since I made a payment. If you can't provide the service you promised for, refund the money. I'm tired of waiting on call for your CS team to help me out. Very disappointed.

    @ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am using act internet since nov 2019. I need month wise proper bill invoice receipt per month wise. The receipt which i got from mobile app is not proper. I called many times to customer care. But unfortunate, they couldn't receive my call.

    @ACTFibernet You sent an engineer after a day yesterday. It was up and running and it's down again today. How pathetic has your service become? I've reopened the ticket. You're not available on the helpline numbers.

    @ACTFibernet With Extreme Frustration & humiliations to state that I applied for an ACT FIBER on 24th & we paid the fee in full for six months. Feel down & very disappointed. A Followup ends in an 24 hour promise that never materialised. Now asking for a week again delay

    @ACTFibernet Terrible experience with your web payment portal. Made a UPI payment online, money got debited but doesn’t reflect in billing statement. Do you even read support emails? Or should i switch to Airtel

    @ACTFibernet Service involves many un-notified and uninformed downtimes, the wifi is not working from yesterday evening. I pay my bills before 15th but every month i notice the service goes down for a day or two. Can u explain why this happens.
