@ACTFibernet internet is down since 48 hours. Ticket has been raised but to no avail. No one has responded or attended to rectify the problem. When can we expect a resolution? I'm working from home and my work is stopped causing me great inconvenience.

@ACTFibernet Hi Team, this is the 5 th time in 3 days of intermittent internet issue. First you say fibre cut and now junction box issue! Can't you people provide a decent broadband service. Thinking of moving to @reliancejio for broadband.

It’s really no good service from @ACTFibernet as they are no updates and SLA has been passed but so far no solution. There is no point of having high speed Internet until and unless there will be a good prompt service for at least repeated issues happened.
