    @RaviKapoor @ACTFibernet I was using since 2014 or 15. It used to be good back then. Last many years - service is bad. They kept 'upgrading' the speed plan but no difference it made. Even when it say 300Mbps, I was getting max 100 mbps on direct line.

I downgraded my plan because it didn't make sense as they blamed my router for not allowing speed.. and slow is snail slow speed and it's pathetic

    @tinucherian @ACTFibernet I live in a T3 city (in Uttara Kannada) where BSNL is the only Broadband/Fibre ISP. Never faced any issues with them. All my minor issues (which occur rarely) gets solved with a phone call.
