    The sense of urgency that @ACTFibernet is showing in closing the tickets without even understanding the issue (forget about resolving it) is amazing and at the same time disgusting. Just 2 years ago, I was telling that ACT has very good customer service. Surprising. @ACT_Issues

    @ACTFibernet Also, I have sent all the details in mail long ago. There should be no confusion or ambiguity there. You have not bothered to respond to my mail as well as many other reminders. If your "customer service" is genuine/human then you will first respond to my mail with proper details

    @ACTFibernet You are not serious about solving even the basic problems. You are not even serious about understanding the issue in its first place. How can you close any ticket without first checking with the customer. This is completely skewed and one-sided. This is intentional from you.

    I am facing extremely frequent disconnections of my @ACTFibernet broadband service since last 3 weeks. Instead of promptly addressing the issue, they are forcing me to create a ticket after ticket without any resolution. ACT's customer service has become so pathetic! @ACT_Issues
