    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service that I have ever seen. Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

    @ACTFibernet Team is not doing anything sir. Actions speaks, not just words here in twitter. So I need swift action in this. I have raised complaint also to address my issues in new location earlier also, but no respond, it’s a time to shift to other service provider

    @ACTFibernet #ACTBroadband is pretty unstable since this morning. Connections seem to disconnect frequently every 2-3 hours. Pls fix it. Unable to lodge a complaint via act app.. just times out every time

    @ACTFibernet How can u guys sleep over things like net being down. Your guys tell us that some server is down somewhere and they're not sure of recovery. It's been off since yesterday night in yemalur area . All this with wfh. Is it better to choose Airtel again over u guys?

    @ACTFibernet Your service provider and the sales executive are the worst fellow they’re asking me to pay extra money to replace the router to the proper speed and they haven’t told me this while installing. And they’re behaving very rude, now I’m regretting

    On contacting customer support, we were informed that our complaint has been registered and the service will be resumed within the next 72 hours. Why should customers be left without internet for several days due to an internal account transfer process #ACTFibernet #PoorService

    @ACTFibernet SR10180483914514 is still not resolved, the issue has been unresolved for 17 hours now. The ETR was 21:00 hrs. My day to day tasks are hampered because of your irresponsible messages and delay in resolving the issue with wrong ETR.
