Now he's not picking up the call. Very bad practice to show the resolution time(TTR) as less.

Rewired: same result. Supposed to install dummy router. Tried reaching exec no response. Pathetic service. Want to cancel my connection. Kindly do the needful.

I raised complaint but still no reply came. In the total 6 months the number of days i have to face connection problem will i get that much day extension or not. Please reply.

Yesterday in the evening he called me told as he don't know my address and i haven't received the call so he can't came. Such a big lier. Told today within 11 am he will reach my address.
