    @ACTBangalore my experience has been worst with your service. I requested for new connection, got it after 23 days!!!!! 2 days after that internet is not working. Raised request and customer care number provided in sms are not in service! @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Yes, however, the fix was provided late and same was not expected from ACT. Need timely resolution to achieve customer satisfaction.

    @ACTFibernet your callous customer service , lack of ethics, lack of response are about to pay. @reliancejio will do to you what it did to @airtelindia ...just that you aren't big enough to take the punch. I will move over as soon as they arrive in my area.

    Terrible service by @ACTFibernet, every other day, Absolutely no internet connection and we are ended up paying a hefty amount every month. These guys are doing Loot in the name of Internet service-and we the customers are badly waiting for the JIO fiber.

    @ACTFibernet Hv been tryin to contact since 2 days. Every time there's a wait for 10 mins & more. Then the call gets dropped before I can speak to any customer support executive. There seems to b a connectivity issue with my Wifi here. Been more than 48 hrs. Get in touch ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet I think i choosed wrong service provider. I got fed up with multiple follow-ups with your sales executive and team. Please don't make false promises to customers if you are not going to deliver.

    @ACTFibernet My problem is resolved and I understood that a small problem which could have been troubleshooted if someone called me. But disappointed that Nobody in your technical team did that. But they were quick in sending me a mail for closing of complaint.

    @ACTFibernet having the worst time with ACT. No Internet since 3 days. Multiple ACT technicians entering property with two women with no permission multiple instances. This is the second time those goondas have entered our private property without asking. ACT will not cancel.
