    @ACTFibernet I have paid for 3months in sept-Nov, but billed again for Nov. Last six months ACT had not provided adequate service, check service requests. ACT promised rebate for service interruptions, but not honoured. Please revise billing amount to my satisfaction.

    @ACTFibernet terrible service, every time I complain, same answer, Type 1 for this 2 for this etc etc. No 9ne to contact no service agent provided, committed a mistake by switching over from BSNL to ACT

    @ACTFibernet will it be today or will you take a month to resolve the issue? while billing, things are instantly sent and you call me multiple times, it’s time to switch to a better ISP @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet - internet connection is forever breaking down. Support option on the app doesn't register requests anymore - it simply goes to track on a browser, with no solution. There is no number to speak to a support executive. Are you hinting I should move to @airtelindia

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a SR for shifting Broadband/Router connection from 2nd Floor to 1st Floor. No proper response. When I call Customer Care, nobody responds properly. If you don't value your customer, where's the faith? This is the way you treat your customer?

    @Airtel_Presence 125068920 raised today. Closes without fixing. Again called support and reopened. So effectively I lost today. Don’t know why I took this connection. Have an @ACTFibernet haven’t called the in ages. Internet should just work. I needn’t call every tym. Bad svc

    @ACTFibernet yet again .. connection interruption, God knows when there will be a permanent resolution. We also do work from home no work no payment no food. Whts wrong with you guys and the team who handels marathalli area?? Customer care number also not reachable

    @ACTFibernet WoW !! I am gobsmacked by your effective and super fast resolution. Now the speed test shows 21Mbps Download and 10Mbps Upload. Can you lower it any further to my subscribed 75Mbps !!

    @ACTFibernet I am not sure whats happening, from past one week I am facing network connectivity issue every now and then. I have raised request so many times, they come fix something for 2 mins and go. Next day issue starts again!
