@ACTFibernet Kindly close my connection permanently. There is no option in your app for the same. I tried contacting your customer service number 3 times, they says to hold on and disconnects the call. I don't have anymore time to wait for 15 mins on call before connecting.

@ACTFibernet Hello, after relocation request the Internet stopped working, its been a day and no one came to look into the issue. If your service is like this no one will be able to do WFH.

@ACTFibernet I have been facing internet connectivity issues from last week or so and haven't received any resolution for ticket and support team is responding arrogantly as well, if this is the kind of service I would rather switch to other providers @airtelindia etc.

@ACTFibernet I paid for 6 months , now representative came and told there is no box in your area, but customer representative told before it will take 48 hours now not responding and they are telling it will take more time may be 20 days. Need new connection faster

@ACTFibernet apparently your engineers don't work post 6pm if the internet goes down. Since the internet is now classified as an essential utility, would recommend you have a team working round the clock. 24 hour resolution time is quite ridiculous frankly. #internetdown #whosact
