    @ACTFibernet Thanks for the response Your service provider and the sales team they are behaving very rude and they asking me to pay extra 3k for the router to get the proper speed which I’ve opted for and now I regret like anything to choose you !! Do the needful asap !! @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet The technician is now here to solve the issue, though the Internet is not working as of now. But concerned people at ACT still haven't replied over my email. Repeated issues from one community over a span of 6 months...who are these sleepy heads?

    @ACTFibernet Third class service you are providing.. Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. Madhesh asked to cancel the plan as they were not helping.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service that I have ever seen. Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

    @ACTFibernet we have more than 15 ACT Connections around banglore when we Raised Request network services issues related very very delay so we consider this is a irresponsible service however pls improve in future and pls respond as possible shorter time

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet - this is heights of troubling the customer! I have been receiving endless calls to continue the connection when I have clearly stated that I want disconnection. Team, please escalate this matter, get my connection disconnected and provide genuine refund. Period!

    I have escalated the matter to the customer service multiple times, they have requested callback from technician, not a word from technician till now. We pay thousands of rupees for this pathetic service which is diabolocal. Please look into it @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Your service has been extremely disappointing. SR11079836610294 was raised, but no technician has visited yet. I’ve already called support team 3 times with no resolution. This is the 2nd time in a week I’m facing the same issue. Completely unacceptable.

    @ACTFibernet Again they closed the ticket without resolution. No reply for the email support team , very unethical. I paid an amount of 1200 for the April month, then my service was suspended for a new bill, with due on April 10. Very unfair trade practice by act internet.

    @ACTFibernet I raised complaint SR10179872550794 yesterday via your helpline (9121212121) and was promised resolution by 6:30PM the same day. It was then pushed to today 10AM, still not resolved. Support is now saying it will be resolved by 9 PM @ACTFibernetHYD
