    @ACTFibernet In last 5 hours my internet is going up and down. And every time registered complaint is getting closed without proper resolution. Customer service is now not at the same level compare to how it was a couple of years back.

    @ACTFibernet highly disappointed with your service. Internet is dysfunctional for the last 3 days, no response to emails or calls. Customer service numbers not working properly. I’m reconsidering using your service from now on!

    Absolutely no effort to reach out to me despite lodging complaints through 3 different modes. Issue was promised to be resolved by yesterday evening. No news yet. 5th day without a functioning @ACTFibernet connection..

    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet the service interruption saga continues. Again same story. Services not working. It’s better to switch for other service providers instead of escalating the issues twice in a month. It’s been 2 days still no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet Very bad facility off-late.. Customer care 24/7 service don’t respond.. they take 4 days to rectify a complaint.. I wonder how companies relying on ACT work.. Very very pathetic service..

    @tmatthewj @ACTFibernet Try Hathway. Have been using it for a few months now. Connection went down for a day when there was heavy rain and the cable was damaged. Other than that no issues faced.

    ❌ 25 DAYS WITHOUT INTERNET ❌ From Sep 3rd, my internet issue is still unresolved. Despite repeated complaints, I only got replies on Sep 20 and Sep 26 from @ACTFibernet, but still NOTHING HAS CHANGED. This is beyond frustrating! Neighbors in the next building are enjoying ACT

    @ACTFibernet i raised complaint on 6th & its been 22 days but no resolution. Evn Cust srv team doesn’t know when it will be closed so jus to convince me they are telling 5 days more in call. Pl tell me when this gets resolved . Cant manage SR10176989458784 #actfibernet issue

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet 4 last 3 days ur team is escalating my issue to concern team but no action, every day it's assured to me that devce will be picked. What's the point of escalating when ders no action. And I have to wait on call for an hr to connect to supervisor.

    @ACTFibernet The technician hasn't showed up yet and this the new ticket that was created from your end SR10277311130648 which said resolution by yesterday night but no update at all. The technician called and delaying the visit again giving new reasons everytime.
