@shaeikh_India @ACTFibernet Bro they cannot even provide uninterrupted connectivity .... It's just like work from home we don't give a F about it even if you pay for the whole year, u will have INTERNET connectivity issue for every f.....in month

@ACTFibernet what is your SLA to fix a fiber cable cut. Power utility has cut the cable near my house while clearing the tree branches today morning SR10238607821792. I have visited tour local office and requested them to fix the issue. Without any luck.

@ACTFibernet Previously "in Feb whole area is under maintenance hence no CONNECTION "..yet once again in this month 2nd of May "my port is having a ISSUE hence no CONNECTION.."... it's time to switch over to other ISP's. I'll pay 1200/- every month for uninterrupted CONNECTION

Ridiculous service by @ACTFibernet. Wifi has stopped working 4 times since 4th January 2026. And each time a complaint is resolved, their technicians give the excuse that some work is going on but it won’t happen again and to not complain to the company but to call them directly!
