    @ACTFibernet Still issue pertaining and it’s under observation. The quality of router is provided is worst, due to that we are getting low internet speed. Ask ur back end team to provide high end router to fix the issue on exception case.

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service even after upgrading to an ACT Giga plan, 18 days have gone by without a resolution. Requested a GX box so the speeds match the plan i am paying for but unfortunately even after 2 engineers checking at site and requesting for GX box,
