    @ACTFibernet #ACTBroadband is pretty unstable since this morning. Connections seem to disconnect frequently every 2-3 hours. Pls fix it. Unable to lodge a complaint via act app.. just times out every time

    Hi @ACTFibernet , Have faced internet connectivity issues for the past two days. Your field engineer refused to come to fix it. I am left with no choice but to ask you to disconnect the service and request you to process the full refund (I have paid in advance for 6 months)

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet my prepaid plan was already expired on 16, and its not working post that since I have not recharged. Already raised a disconnection request but you are asking me to pay 443 rs for disconnecting. What kind of a logic is it for aprepaid connection? Can someone correct?

    @ACTFibernet what is wrong with ACT! Everytime I call because of wifi issue, I’m told that there is a problem with the junction box ! Sick and tried or calling over and over again. Pathetic! Wfh has become really difficult courtesy to @ACTFibernet!
