    @ACTFibernet , Guys this is not acceptable, I have made a request to change address with relevant documents. It is almost a week and address is not updated. I called the customer care and everytime I am asked to wait 72 hours. What should I do to get my address updated.

    Also you Helpline number is really good. I had waited for almost 10 mins but no service executive to attend that call. I can surely say that I won't be recommending anyone else for @ACTFibernet .

    @ACTFibernet Hv been tryin to contact since 2 days. Every time there's a wait for 10 mins & more. Then the call gets dropped before I can speak to any customer support executive. There seems to b a connectivity issue with my Wifi here. Been more than 48 hrs. Get in touch ASAP.

    Terrible service by @ACTFibernet, every other day, Absolutely no internet connection and we are ended up paying a hefty amount every month. These guys are doing Loot in the name of Internet service-and we the customers are badly waiting for the JIO fiber.

    Thank you @ACTFibernet for such pathetic service. I reported router issue. On the call I told that I will be available after 7. Till then she agreed. A guy called at 6 and said no one can come after 7. So I left my office reached home. No he s missing nd not taking call. 👍👍👍

    Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. 2 days before renewal i got connectivity issues, tried calling local staff - no answer. Default system need 24 hours to resolve. This is 2021 and not 2001 where work can happen without internet. No doubt i m not renewing my plan with them.

    @ACTFibernet I'm absolutely fed up of your services in South Delhi. Every 3rd week your network goes down in our area. Despite repeated requests, your technicians aren't installing a dedicated box at my premises. Will disconnect 3-year old connection if the issue isn't resolved.
