    @ACTFibernet These guys are a looting new connection people by saying there's wiring issue in your apartment, even when you stay at known Gates Community. And force and try to up sell you expensive plan. Think twice to call them for new connection. Stay safe guy.

    @ACTFibernet Shared the details over dm. Please check. And i have been calling the support for more than 6 days, n if its not resolved today then you can close the connection once for all and show the public the kind of customer service you provide.

    @ACTFibernet , your services are getting pathetic day by day in Sarjapur ara . We have large outages every week and we don't get any resolution SLAs. There is no backup server promised. Do you want us to move out of ACT to a different provider ? Pls suggest , SR10265413863294.

    @ACTFibernet saying that it will resolve by 16th,I have taken a premium plan and paid for 6 Months, that’s why you are behaving like this,if service is that poor from starting I don’t want to continue,please revert back my subscription and payment.

    @ACTFibernet Third class service you are providing.. Every day there is a fiber cut and your technician is not interested in doing anything. There are just sleeping not responding on call neither support is workable. Madhesh asked to cancel the plan as they were not helping.

    @ACTFibernet Who resolved? The resolution is when you either start giving the connection to independent houses or you remove your spider web cables both hasn't happened yet.

    @ACTFibernet Yes!! There would be multiple factors affecting the speed only for #ACTGiga i have no other internet line/router conflicting with your #Giga connection! So stop these canned response and work on resolution. If the issue was sorted i wouldn't have responded to this!

    Dear @ACTFibernet your internet has become rank bad. Last 3 months have been terrible. Numerous complaints raised. No respite. It keeps getting disconnected. Worst is after restarting router your internet takes 15 mins to connect. Dear @JioCare please tel me how can I move to you
