    @ACTFibernet First provide the proper Internet service, then go for rewards. I am getting 28 mbps speed for 100mbps speed plan. No use after raising multiple complaints as well. #ACTFibernet #WiFi

    @ACTFibernet Now after reopening the complaint the customer care is asking another 24 hours to resolve it. I don't understand why it would take 24 hours when already more than 96 hours have passed and the same complaint is not yet resolved.

    @ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

    Please resolve this quickly as can’t wait any longer it’s close to 1 month already when the issue started and hardly used any internet for more than 5 days but still paying the bill on time..Need your team to consider this seriously. @ACTFibernet

    Worst service from @ACTFibernet , I would say cheaters. I did paid Rs 4491-for new connection around 12days back and till now no one bothered to respond on the new connection,. customer care number not working.Sales guy not receiving call since payment Done. No response on email.

    Please ask your ACT engineer to call me as whenever I call customer Care it will take 10 mins to connect and every time i will get reply like “It will take 24 to 48 hours to resolve” from 27th May and hardly I used internet for 7 days @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet internet disconnection is become common with you guys, internet was down for first 6 days of the month, now once a week and you send a full month bill. Unable to use internet connection for last 2 days. And you guys don't even respond. Becoming worst.

    @SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet asking for the bill payment and reminders is always on before the bill cycle. Please have the same common sense in terms of providing the service. The internet is not working. Please work on that and then ask for the bill you use less service providers

    @ACTFibernet the worst customer service ever. No response from the team even after raising a complainant. No updates regarding the problem. But you expect us to pay the bill on time or else the account will be suspended without any intimation. Shame on the customer service.
