    @ACTFibernet Kindly request you to resolve Internet Connectivity problems at the earliest. Account: 102357404669. As you might be aware, we are working from home and internet is mandatory. Unfortunately I paid for next 6months yesterday and today Connectivity problem arises.

    @ACTFibernet Its been 10 days we requested for Connection relocation (within 300m range CV Raman Nagar) . Nothing done!! 2 executives assigned till now who never responds . Act service at its worst when most of its users are Working from Home !! @reliancejio @airtelindia

    Other ISP pings are 8-15msms to chennai. Why is @ACTFibernet 28-30ms? And why don't you respond to issues? Other ISPs I've used atleast acknowledge the routing issue and give me an estimate to fix but @ACTFibernet is just ignoring the issue.

    .@ACTFibernet its been hours I raised a complain to fix my internet, no use. Worst service. U r not able to keep up your basic services. Its so frequent with no internet issues, resolution takes so long. If u cannot keep services 4 which u charge, better refund & disconnect.
