@ACTFibernet Looks like ur customer care has to be trained. This is the 3rd time I have tried connecting to CS team. From 30th number ,I reach the 1 number to CS person n alas the call gets disconnected. 1 time I agree, but constantly 3 times looks something really to be learnt.

I've been struggling to reactivate my ACT Internet since yesterday and no proper response from the customer service. Even after clearing the due I am not able to login, it says I still have due. @ACTFibernet I'm not even able to get anyone from customer service to explain this.

Hi @ACTFibernet , For the past three days I do not have my internet connection. Whenever calling to customer support (5 times) they stating that we are working on it. You should have taken precautions. You are filling fines for late bill payments now what I can do for this ?
