Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

All calls go through the system and get dropped off. If someone picks up, they say this is not the correct department. OK, fine.
