Ravi Kiran Akella (@_raviakella) reported@ACTFibernet Taken 150mbps connection just a week back. Speed is just 10 to 20 Mbps. 2 tickets raised but closed with out proper fix. Technican only knows switch on and off of routers but no knowledge to troubleshoot and fix the issue
