    @abhishekraok @sunku @ACTFibernet I waited for the 24hrs resolution time.. Nothing happened. then it was not possible to get to a human cust rep even after 20-30 times of trying. Sent a email to nodal and the connection was restored in few hrs.

    @ACTFibernet it's been 4 days since my last tweet and as I said earlier, you do not respond to the customer who has raised a relocation request last week. Even Nodal Officer or the Appellate authority do not respond to email.

    @abhishekraok @sunku @ACTFibernet Connecting to their customer care has become humanly impossible. Actually the older helpline was much better to connect with a human. This new number calls don't go through and if it does u r in a infinite wait. Send a mail to nodal that helped me when there was outage last week

    @ACTFibernet Your help line number just makes me feel like a fool. All your number does is just keeps the line in waiting for a good 5 to 10mins and then the line get disconnected automatically. So pls don't give or share numbers and mail ID which are of not much use.

    @ACTFibernet I have had serious issues with internet since 2 days.although I have raised a complaint I seam to get no good reply. Now I have too much office work pending!would like to have the issue resolved within tonight else I’m switching to other provider

    @ACTFibernet FYI my internet connection is down again as expected. Ticket number for this time is SR1027864191042. Pls a humble request asking you fix your issues n provide a stable connection. This is not what I expect to go thru by paying close to 1000rs every month for such service.

    @ACTFibernet internet was down since Friday evening. CS says fibre optic cable was cut, field team is working on it but no assurance given. It's just frustrating if you don't give a deadline to fix the issue. The CS is not good at handling. There is a lot of uncertainty.
