@ACTFibernet There is an outage today. Raised a ticket, tried reaching out to the account manager. No update. You are prompt in taking payments but when problems are reported you just ignore SR10261345123902

Hey @ACTFibernet I have been complaining about the Internet connection problem from last 3 days. Every time whenever we call your support service team take our complaint and assure that they will arrange a call back from the technical team but they won't.

@SandyMohanG @ACTFibernet asking for the bill payment and reminders is always on before the bill cycle. Please have the same common sense in terms of providing the service. The internet is not working. Please work on that and then ask for the bill you use less service providers

@ACTFibernet Worst service! raise multiple issue but everytime issue is closed without any call & resolution. Installation guys placed router as per his convenience now due to uneven signal speed is very poor don't even get 20mbps out of 300mbps. Do something or refund our money
