@ACTFibernet Our ticket number sr10254429636582. As customer to ACT do we not have right to ask question-"when connection will be restored" answer awaiting from team ACT since 25th March. What a joke of customer care/service by Team ACT! Hope this tweet will wake you up from deep sleep.

@ACTFibernet An 8 year old subscriber like me received 25 Calls in last 4 days to pay my bills that too after suspending my connection . But when u call them back they will never connect and is always busy . The worst APP and Website not at all user friendly . Want to switch

@ACTFibernet Account No. 102340389924 There is a wrong Netflix bill of Rs.199 for January 21. Had disconnected netflix on 29th Dec 2020. Because of this bill, I'm not able to pay for 6M+1M plan due on 27th April. Sorry to say, the issue is not getting resolved.

@ACTFibernet I've been your loyal customer for 4+ years with NO issues—even during floods! But this local team is terrible. Moving my connection just 2km took 6 months! Only reason I stay is because Airtel is even worse here. Don't let poor local service ruin your reputation.
