@ACTFibernet This has been the experience previously too. As long as there is a prospect of new connection, you stalk the customers, however when it comes to the issue of network problems after that, there is no response and the customers are left in the limbo!

@ACTFibernet No internet for 96hrs, and no response for complaint raised, and customer care isn't reachable even after long waits. Complaint raised on 26th with request no SR1026721144112 hasn't received any response or resolution till now.

@ACTFibernet is one of the worst ISP in Bangalore. They make promises while taking the connection and then do not pick your calls.Customer support is even more pathetic.A simple request to provide monthly bill is not addressed for 2 months.I MADE A MISTAKE, SUGGEST NOT TO BUY ACT
