@ACTFibernet Hi Team, I am using act internet since nov 2019. I need month wise proper bill invoice receipt per month wise. The receipt which i got from mobile app is not proper. I called many times to customer care. But unfortunate, they couldn't receive my call.

@ACTFibernet Horrible connectivity. Very unstable. Pathetic customer service. Customer care numbers can rarely be reached. And on those rare occasions, the CCE puts you on hold for eternity. Paid for a new connection on 25th July. It's yet to be installed.

@ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet is the worst internet service provider in Bangalore. They do not respond to your complaints. Their technicians just close incidents without resolving your issue. The connectivity is down for more than 15 days a month. They dupe the customers false

@ACTFibernet With Extreme Frustration & humiliations to state that I applied for an ACT FIBER on 24th & we paid the fee in full for six months. Feel down & very disappointed. A Followup ends in an 24 hour promise that never materialised. Now asking for a week again delay

@ACTFibernet Pathetic, packet losses within the ACT Network exceeds 30%, network latency even for widely used services like Zoom exceeds 250ms. Repeated complaints to the tech support team, results in Ping tests - I did not buy a 350Mbps subscription to send 32kb pings!
