@ACTFibernet I don’t have Internet since last weekend I have raised complaint but to no avail complaint #sr1026762144012 this is the second this this is happening and I don’t get any reduction in monthly bills! You better get u r ACT together or people will move on to other ISP!

@vinaykesari @ACTFibernet Customer care is useless. I am always forced to raise multiple tickets on their app, and then write to their appellate authority. Only then they take the issue seriously.

@ACTFibernet This has been the experience previously too. As long as there is a prospect of new connection, you stalk the customers, however when it comes to the issue of network problems after that, there is no response and the customers are left in the limbo!

@ACTFibernet No internet for 96hrs, and no response for complaint raised, and customer care isn't reachable even after long waits. Complaint raised on 26th with request no SR1026721144112 hasn't received any response or resolution till now.
