    @ACTFibernet #ACTBroadband is pretty unstable since this morning. Connections seem to disconnect frequently every 2-3 hours. Pls fix it. Unable to lodge a complaint via act app.. just times out every time

    @ACTFibernet how can your call centre guy can disconnect the call for selecting language Kannada. Don't be so rude with customer. Your mobile app is too heavy in size and very much not user friendly.

    @ACTFibernet Have told your engineers that as a doc dealing with emergencies I need the net all thru the night to be contacted by hospitals and patients about reports .. you never bothered ..

    Hi @ACTFibernet , Have faced internet connectivity issues for the past two days. Your field engineer refused to come to fix it. I am left with no choice but to ask you to disconnect the service and request you to process the full refund (I have paid in advance for 6 months)

    Horrible service from @ACTFibernet , the guy said shifting is free sir please take 6 months plan so I did. No communication on shifting charges even when it happened and now they have disabled my connection thats already paid for, for the next 4 months
