@ACTFibernet the guy yesterday told me he wil have to change the junction box and place it in my building terace, I give him the permission and then he disappears and calls me says he wil mark the complaint 'resolved' & wifi wil be available. Now there is no wifi.Disgusting!

@ACTFibernet disgusting service of urs there is no internet from past 2 days and ur customer care agent riyaz mohommed is so rude he keeps interupting me when I talk and he doesn't even give any TAT for my problem. He disconnected my call.

Hi @ACTFibernet I had requested for the router change 1 month ago. Your technician told he'll come & change it & closed the ticket. He never turned up despite 100 followups and now he has stopped taking my calls. If my issue is not resolved in next 2 days, I'm switching to Airtel

@JioCare @ACTFibernet Appreciate the service you guys provide. Never had any internet issues for more than 3 days in the 2 years of service I had taken. I really regret moving to Jio fiber from ACT. Thinking to switch back to ACT seeing the poor service from JioFiber.
