    @ACTFibernet on top of it your call centre service sucks. I am put in queue for more than 15 mins and then the call gets disconnected without even being able to talk to the customer care executives. This is my ticket no. SR10230884737472

    @ACTFibernet Seems like your customer care does not wish to solve the problem. Called them many times and they keep me in the queue and it never gets over. Now really the patience is exhausted.

    @ACTFibernet Day by Day the service is very worst in Bangalore , In a month more than 5-8 days there is no connectivity, Service Engineers gives 1000 reason , If you can’t give proper one do remove connection !

    Got new @ACTFibernet connection after following up for two days. And internet is not working just after 1 hour of installation. 1st service request raised just after 1st hour of installation. Wowww....ACT is rapidly getting worse. @ACTFibernetHYD

    Every time call center says backend team will contact but no one calls or comes. It has been a horrible experience with @ACTFibernet . Have requested installation on priority and even call center does not connect to backend team!!
