Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

I pay for 500 mbps connection each month but get only 100 mbps speed as the internal wire which supports only 100 mbps speed never got changed on my new connection.
