    @ACTFibernet Hi Team I have initiated several tickets regarding internet drop during call. Agent were not providing proper resolution and closing the ticket. I spoke with neighbors on the same. They told they switched to different services providers for same issue Isitpoble2hlp

    @ACTFibernet Very disappointed with your service even before I get to experience it, the agents(not mentioning the names) just disconnected the call while I was speaking and this happened to me more than thrice in a streak, that too in a single day. Atleast follow some ethics

    @ACTFibernet Who resolved? The resolution is when you either start giving the connection to independent houses or you remove your spider web cables both hasn't happened yet.

    worst broad band service provider is @ACTFibernet in Bangalore.Half the month services r either down, Slow. Slower, Slowest. spend more time waiting and getting it fixed.if they can’t provide services just 7 kms from #VidhanSoudha you can imagine their pathetic services elsewhere

    @ACTFibernet @FiberAct Your service has been extremely disappointing. SR11079836610294 was raised, but no technician has visited yet. I’ve already called support team 3 times with no resolution. This is the 2nd time in a week I’m facing the same issue. Completely unacceptable.
