    @ACTFibernet well the service is going horrible day by day.. In past 3 days your link is been down for 4 days and for good number of ours.. As of now the link is down at 5 pm in the evening and it's still been not resolved... It's ridiculous..

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Your regret costs me money every month along with a pile of unresolved tickets being closed (even before this pandemic started). You are sqeezing more users into a pipe than what it can support. My aim now is to make this public to show proof.

    @SAI_NICK534 @KunalJa70045116 @mahendravm1 @ACTFibernet Please look in this, many customers are fooled by @ACTFibernet taking advance payment for 6 - 12 months and not giving installation on time. I would request @DoT_India @rsprasad to look in this issues faced by lots of customer.

    @ACTFibernet hi team, raised relocation request, no response yet , tried calling the customer care, no proper support, in this lockdown situation doing work from home, without internet it's tough, please try to understand and resolve the issue

    @ACTFibernet is anyone listening ..I have decided not go ahead with this waste internet service and I will switch for Airtel instead ..100 percent ..I will request other people also to go for Airtel and not act..utter waste..paying so much money and 101 issues

    @ACTFibernet I appreciate you response @ACTFibernet that ticket shouldn’t be closed because I haven’t received any amount yet. I see there is one more ticket open for refund SR10238971027085, please don’t delay fix this issue soon, I am waiting from 4weeks.

    @ACTFibernet what is your SLA to fix a fiber cable cut. Power utility has cut the cable near my house while clearing the tree branches today morning SR10238607821792. I have visited tour local office and requested them to fix the issue. Without any luck.

    @ACTFibernet The internet is getting bad.Not even able to stream properly on my tv.Dont know why you give false ads saying free double speed and blah blah till april 30. Please maintqin the reliability. I know these are tough times and i have waited for 4 days before complaining

    @ACTFibernet Hey guys I don't want to be inhuman but my internet isn't working from past a week. I've raised complaint all I get to hear is I'll get a call in 4 hrs. I've written email to Nodal officers as well please help as I have to work from home and I need internet.

    @ACTFibernet Really disappointed with @ACTFibernet Service provider, I booked the connection and made payment on 30 March 2020 and told TAT of one week for installation, but it’s almost 2 weeks.. no installation yet. Please explain @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet second time the internet stopped working for more than 24 hours in just one week. You need to revise your customer satisfaction policies. Junction box broke down twice in a week in Tolichowki era of Hyderabad. Need immediate resolution

    Your internet/broadband service is going down too frequently for comfort. This is happening in South Delhi. Please look into the matter, there are other service providers with better service/plans. Presently broadband down. Fix it. @ACTFibernet @DoT_India

    @sharad_telkar @ACTFibernet Switch to other services. I'm going to do the same. Their executives will waste your time. Facing issues for 2 months. Complained multiple times. They just pretend to "regret" it.

    @ACTFibernet my current plan gives me 3300 GB to use in a month....i have used 249GB till date for March. Your app does not have an option to down-grade my plan. Please help!
