    @ACTFibernet Thanks ,though the service has to improve drastically. Retailing bandwidth isn't a easy service , unless you are addressing this aspect of tour business ,you are like any reason n of mill internet provider !!

    @ACTFibernet How pathetic you people are, it's just half n hour my issue was resolved and then again a fiber cut.Service hai ya headache.I quit this will be my last I am using act fiber for sure.I will recommend others also to quit.increase man power, even ur technicians are not happy with u.

    @Riyazuddin555 @HiHyderabad @ACTFibernet Had the same exp last yr at home they kept telling same for 10 days and the issue was the person left the house and did not inform act and closed the box connection act people despite knwing this haven't resolved or given us a new box.. they even did not return my money yet.

    @Riyazuddin555 @HiHyderabad @ACTFibernet That's what they are good at " Fooling their customers". Naam bade aur darshan chote hai ye log ke. When they were BEAM they were excellent but when they were taken by ACT they became worst in terms of providing service and resolutions.

    @ACTFibernet I spoke to a supervisor named Shilpa at 11.30 am from @ACTFibernetHYD who promised a resolution within 2 hours. It's been 3 and a half hours and I've been trying to get a hold of someone who can actually help instead of just getting rid of customers who reach out for help.
