    @ACTFibernet Hi team. Today morning as well we contacted customers care, call was forwarded to sales team. But no one will pick call from Sales team and call gets disconnected. We have already paid amount and we have run behind you to get connection. This is pathetic service.

    @ACTFibernet I upgraded to the special WFH offer and my 250 mbps connection is now showing 20 to 50 Mbps speed. Also, half the sites are not loading. Flipkart loads and Amazon does not. It is happening only on your connection. Please help.

    @ACTFibernet Kindly request you to resolve Internet Connectivity problems at the earliest. Account: 102357404669. As you might be aware, we are working from home and internet is mandatory. Unfortunately I paid for next 6months yesterday and today Connectivity problem arises.

    @ACTFibernet my plan says I'm paying for 150mbps.. But i never get that speed! It's essentially the same 100mbps speed that i used to get in the previous plan! Why is that? I have a dual band router that can handle speeds upto 850mbps+
