@ACTFibernet I paid my bill on Feb 3rd, yet it's not reflecting and my net isn't working. If I contact the customer care, they say it will take 72 hrs to resolve the issue. This is the second time such a thing is happening. This is pure failure of ur system.

Worst installation time by @ACTFibernet. Don't know the urgency of internet for a company. There has been 4 requests from the same building and everyone are upset about your service. It's been 15 days since we requested & some 30 days. Refund on the way. #dontoptforact

@ACTFibernet has the worst support. I do not recommend this connection. It's now been 3 days with no connection, and no one is taking up the responsibility to fix it. Horrible. Why do we pay such high amounts for such useless service.

I only get less than half the speed that I’m paying for. This has been happening for a while. Ideally I should be paying half my bill or less. I’m posting here so other people don’t choose @ACTFibernet for their internet. I know your team won’t care to fix my issue anyway!
