    @ACTFibernet.. Your network is down for past 6 hrs in Bangalore - Electronic City.. APP is also down.. So can't even raise a ticket.. 2nd time in the same month! Extremely disappointed with your services.. Expected consistency from a 'reputed' network provider like ACT.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Got a call from 099167 17634 today morning and from 078295 87734 yesterday offering exciting discounts to reconnect. I have chosen a different ISP, no plans to switch. Raising the issue on social media has worsened it and more calls have started to come. #fail

    @ACTFibernet Took a connection 7 days back. Service has been down for 6 of them. No restoration in sight. They refuse to disconnect and refund the money either. Stay a million miles away from these scammers @chennaipolice_ needs to take strict action against such criminals

    @ACTFibernet Original resolution time was 10 am today. Now it is 9 pm. When I called at 8 am, your customer support guy said he will directly allow me to talk to escalation support at 10:30 am. Now when I called I was told that I cannot talk to anyone apart the support person. Shameless!!

    @aani0710 Oh, so the problem is with the setup box.? If I’m not wrong, it’s already connected to 2–3 internet providers. Let’s see who manages to fix it first. @ACTFibernet
