  @tmatthewj @ACTFibernet Try Hathway. Have been using it for a few months now. Connection went down for a day when there was heavy rain and the cable was damaged. Other than that no issues faced.

How does a customer make the payment and retain the connection? It's a puzzle.ACT can you share tricks to communicate with your incompetent service team 2 of 2

  @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore If a customer requests for reconnect, doesn't ACT provide an invoice to make the payment ? We received an invoice for 15 days, and ACT voluntarily disconnected and gave a discount for 15 days. Payment was made to the invoice, provided thinking it's a genuine error. 1 of 2
