    No internet from @tataplayfiber at Gunjur Area, raised multiple tickets but no solution. TataSky people now says the root cause is @NammaBESCOM work. @ACTFibernet can you increase your chances here ?

    @ACTFibernet Who resolved? The resolution is when you either start giving the connection to independent houses or you remove your spider web cables both hasn't happened yet.

    @reliancejio Bangalore ANJNANAPURA 5TH BLOCK, can you extend your network here? @ACTFibernet you can remove your spider web for Apartments here since you don't want independent house. We also don't want your cables lying around in front our houses.

    @ACTFibernet Your network is erratic. Workmen don't come even after raising complaint. This state of affairs is pathetic. If you can't run efficiently , get out of this business.

    @ACTFibernet Team, I'm not sure if you guys have customer centric approach or not. Yesterday internet connection got disconnected though I have validity till April 10, but STB is still not removed. Can't you do both at same time, how can you disconnect when I have date till 10th April????

    @ACTFibernet What js the use of arranging the call?? Will the issue sort out in call??? Already yesterday itself i discussed in call and they said in emergency our service will activate but as i said your poor services i didn't get sortout yesterday.
