@ACTFibernet what is wrong with ACT! Everytime I call because of wifi issue, I’m told that there is a problem with the junction box ! Sick and tried or calling over and over again. Pathetic! Wfh has become really difficult courtesy to @ACTFibernet!

Has anyone switched out from @ACTFibernet ? I closed it as they could not provide stable & on promise service. I am now harassed with a dozen spooky calls per day to reconnect. And the IVR option for ‘don’t call again’ doesn’t work. Calls come across the country. @ACTBroadbandIn

@ACTFibernet your customer care and service in Puppalguda area has gone down drastically over the years. There was a cable breakage in the area yesterday and other ISPs who were also affected resolved it within 3 hours. Here iam still waiting for ACT to resolve it. No internet

Disappointed with ACT customer care. A single issue was prolonging for more than 2 weeks. They keep calling everyday just to make sure tickets are opened and closed, but not for the issue to be resolved. @ACTFibernet Time to switch
