    @ACTFibernet Now the customer care executive are not picking after waiting for 5 minutes of waiting many times.Many people are using ACT in my apartment society and all are facing the same .If this kind of service and response continues we are all going to switch to other service provider.

    @ACTFibernet again NO internet. Every other day your Actfibrenet network fails. If you cannot maintain proper network in Peenya Bangalore better you can stop your hopeless services to customers. our Complaint Ref SR10247009744652 lodged on 13.10.2020 11am till now no action.

    @Aaabshar @GauravPandhi @ACTFibernet Yes. Fine for personal n/w. Absolutely unreliable for work. Speed is super when we don’t need it. For ex we never really use the massive upload speed, they throttle game sites anyway.

    @ACTFibernet It is customer to struggle with ACT to get the problems resolved. I have been writing to Act help line regarding double payment inadvertently made a week ago, but inspite of repeated reminders Actvyet to come out of leathergy. Credit rs.778.80 to card account

    @ACTFibernet When can I expect call back or any progress ,It already more than 24 hours since I raised the issue and yet no update or progress. I hope you understand in current time we are connected to work through internet and 1 day disconnect means 1 day loss of office work.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is gone since morning. Called and complained multiple of times still no response. It’s 2nd time in this month itself. Ticket no SR10246957893002 If this continues have to switch to some other providers. Can’t take leaves every time ur net is down.

    @ACTFibernet Yes issue is resolved, after so much of hard work from my end and i also i want to point out one thing, there is a huge communication gap between marketing team and technical team. Try to reduce this gap else you will loose customers.

    Dear @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your relocation services. In spite of registrating on your app , my request is unheeded to. I have raised many tickets but your team is indifferent. WORST CUSTOMER SERIVICE EVER. And I have paid for a year. Very disappointing 😔

    @ACTFibernet I have raised over 10 complaints for the same issue and it is not resolved and on top of that you get the worst customer care rep to call and harass me multiple times? I need this resolved now. I have written to the ombudsman as well and there is no response!!
