I have no option now but to go with Jio once plan is over. Spending 2-2.5k for ups I get new Jio

I had upgraded my plan to lighting in the month of March 2020,however only yesterday I was told by an ACT agent that the router I am having can get a max speed of only 100 mpbs.I believe this is clear case of cheating.

It's not done till now, everytime I call customer care, they say it's added in ticket they'll get back. No progress no service at all.
