    @Airtel_Presence 125068920 raised today. Closes without fixing. Again called support and reopened. So effectively I lost today. Don’t know why I took this connection. Have an @ACTFibernet haven’t called the in ages. Internet should just work. I needn’t call every tym. Bad svc

    @ACTFibernet Cd u kindly process my refund? U took the amount more than 15 days back, promised installation and then vanished. Xfr my money back to my acct. Less than 200m away there is an act junction box with only 1 connection and yet you feign ignorance. Very bad customer service

    @ACTFibernet I still feel your customer care executives needs to be more professional when they speak to customers.Even in today's resolution call,I didn't feel that Actfibernet really felt sorry for the inconvenience caused to me. It was like routine call,"can you explain whats the problem"

    @ACTFibernet Instead of saying we regret for inconvenience, customer care executive are saying why are you keep on reopening the tickets as if like customer like to do that. I just reopened ticket once as was not resolved. It's not at all a pleasant experience I had in last 1week

    @ACTFibernet Its been more than 8hours there is no internet access and no engineer has visited the location to resolve the issue. The complaint was raised 17hours before Current: SR11064335514703 The company CEO also don't reply to the mail's so what can we expect from their engineers.

    @ACTFibernet Your customer care executives disconnect the call after putting the call on hold. Today this incidence happened 5times. Don't say we regret just provide solution. Regression is your habit. Does ACT is ready to pay my losses ?
