I've paid for 6 months adv, I switched aftr good reviews and recommendations.. Now I'm regretting, and beginning to think it's a bad decision if this is their lazy attitude.

  @ACTFibernet.. Very poor customer service & issue resolution process. no way to reach out to ur customer care executive via the app. No nos mentioned where you can be contacted.. The categories under "support" do not cover my query. Also, nos given in your msg are not connecting.

  @ACTFibernet I also need resolution on my incorrect bill. I'm eligible for a refund every month, which has also not reflected in the last bill. I expect a call from your side in next 1 hr, from someone who is capable of resolving both issues - zero connectivity since yesterday and wrong bill
