    @geekyranjit @ACTFibernet Exactly, I've faced the same issue Since yesterday in Bangalore! There's only 1 std tweet reply from them. I've paid for 6 months adv, I switched aftr good reviews and recommendations.. Now I'm regretting, and beginning to think it's a bad decision if this is their lazy attitude.

    @ACTFibernet.. Very poor customer service & issue resolution process. no way to reach out to ur customer care executive via the app. No nos mentioned where you can be contacted.. The categories under "support" do not cover my query. Also, nos given in your msg are not connecting.

    @ACTFibernet @NetflixIndia ACT Tv is the most fraud company i have ever come across, i had paid for happy sony sports india pack, where they didn’t bother to activate it despite calling 7 times, & customer care won’t even receive call for a period of 45 minutes,

    @ACTFibernet I have raised two SR with your Support team, SR 1024063104678 and SR1023914603229 also I had a word with one of the managers ( Mahesh) although I have not received any call back from the so-called backend team. I still waiting a call back from the support team

    @ACTFibernet we have requested for a router on 15th February by making an online payment of 699 rupees.but we still did not receive router till today.Daily customer care is saying it will be installed within 24 hours. our registered mobile no is 8800197938.

    @ACTFibernet it has been now close to 3 weeks we have paid money online but are yet to receive the router: everyday we call customer care they say it would be done in 24 hours,,, this is the worst we can expect... Please refund our this month's charges due to unused data

    @ACTFibernet I also need resolution on my incorrect bill. I'm eligible for a refund every month, which has also not reflected in the last bill. I expect a call from your side in next 1 hr, from someone who is capable of resolving both issues - zero connectivity since yesterday and wrong bill

    @ACTFibernet AS USUAL UNUSUAL. Last week requested connection. Service persons just wired. But, didn't provide Modem as they promised. still, waiting for the modem. Day by day you are improving. I have taken such a wrong decision by choosing ACT again. 😡😡😡😡

    @ACTFibernet SR10253187143172 have made multiple calls but no one seem to fix the internet issue. Your service is only good for first month after that the true quality is displayed. Regret to switch from Airtel to Act.
