    @ACTFibernet Yes!! There would be multiple factors affecting the speed only for #ACTGiga i have no other internet line/router conflicting with your #Giga connection! So stop these canned response and work on resolution. If the issue was sorted i wouldn't have responded to this!

    @ACTFibernet saying that it will resolve by 16th,I have taken a premium plan and paid for 6 Months, that’s why you are behaving like this,if service is that poor from starting I don’t want to continue,please revert back my subscription and payment.

    @ACTFibernet every time Power goes off in our Apartment the Internet connection is disrupted. This has been going on for 4 days and your technicians have no solution. Pls do the needful Ticket no: SR10265850563774. Very disappointed with the level of response

    @ACTFibernet Not able to provide current speed and ur team is asking to recharge for another 3 months to provide upgraded router. Am totally unhappy with service. Ur struggling to provide service fr current plan and how can I trust and recharge for another 3 months. Inform ur team provide Roy

    @ACTFibernet Worst customer service that I have ever seen. Called Customer Service 8 to 9 times in a span of 24 Hours and all they say is Sir, your issue would be resolved today anyhow but no resolution until now. I would suggest you not to go for ACT.

    @ACTFibernet These guys are a looting new connection people by saying there's wiring issue in your apartment, even when you stay at known Gates Community. And force and try to up sell you expensive plan. Think twice to call them for new connection. Stay safe guy.

    @ACTFibernet forcefully I had to come from office at 5.30 pm as the installation guy mentioned,then they came around 6.30 pm for installation and said that it is not possible for that day,today whole day I didn’t receive any call and when I called they just registered a complaint

    It's really a slow service when your tickets take more than 48hrs to just acknowledged and aim to resolve a simple retrieval of monthly bill.s @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet - this is heights of troubling the customer! I have been receiving endless calls to continue the connection when I have clearly stated that I want disconnection. Team, please escalate this matter, get my connection disconnected and provide genuine refund. Period!

    @ACTFibernet Your service provider and the sales executive are the worst fellow they’re asking me to pay extra money to replace the router to the proper speed and they haven’t told me this while installing. And they’re behaving very rude, now I’m regretting

    @ACTFibernet Your technical cutting the call instead of taking the call. What is that big issue which is taking more than two days to fix the issue. Such a great service by @ACTFibernet . Atleast update the ticket in app with correct status and why it is delaying.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Really pathetic service. Old request is closed saying battery changed, but the condition is same. No power backup in the the wifi connection. As soon as power goes it gets off. SR10280055627718 new is raised.

    @ACTFibernet Been following up via calls for my connection shift request for one week. First ETA via email was 26 Apr, second ETA via app was 28 Apr, today it's 1 May. Also, your team says my shifting address is not their problem to solve for connection shifting. @jagograhakjago

    It’s been over a day since the @ACTFibernet internet went down and ticket SR10180055765264 has yet to be addressed…. I appreciate the consistency of their network. However, the occasional issues are frustrating to handle as their support is incredibly slow to respond & resolve.
