@ACTFibernet forcefully I had to come from office at 5.30 pm as the installation guy mentioned,then they came around 6.30 pm for installation and said that it is not possible for that day,today whole day I didn’t receive any call and when I called they just registered a complaint

worst broad band service provider is @ACTFibernet in Bangalore.Half the month services r either down, Slow. Slower, Slowest. spend more time waiting and getting it fixed.if they can’t provide services just 7 kms from #VidhanSoudha you can imagine their pathetic services elsewhere

@ACTFibernet I have been waiting for a refund on an installation since 2 weeks now. Raised two tickets but no action was taken and ticket was closed automatically. Even the customer service number is not responsive.

@ACTFibernet Worst ever service By a service provider. Had booked the package before 4 days and still there's no-one to start the connection. Everyday is a new excuse for @ACTFibernet For payment there was hundreds of calls, but after that there's minimalist response.

@ACTFibernet it's the 2nd day of the connection and internet is down from last 8 hours. no response from any representative. I switched to ACT as I heard good feedback. But I believe I have to switch back to my old network. At least they used to correct the problem immediately.
