    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT, you started your operations in Bengaluru Karnataka, sadly you don't acknowledge this that Bengaluru supported your business. Customer Care IVRS first language of choice is Telugu. Shockingly Kannada is at 4. @CMofKarnataka

    @ACTFibernet Horrid experience last couple of days. Intermittent on & off internet and then I even paid for a new router when your executive said the D-Link router needs replacement. Now chasing since yesterday but no clear Comms on the fix.

    Not a unique internet service by #ACT it's like any other service provider depends on what speed u choose. But to aware all never make UPI payments to @ACTFibernet at billdeskpg.acttv@icici , ur money will be debited and ACT will say they have not received. Be careful

    @ACTFibernet Still no update, no resolution and no Comms ACT! Such a pathetic service. At the time of asking for payment, you executive called me so many times to pay w/o any reference number or order, but when it issue resolution, you don't bother!

    @ACTFibernet I’m waiting for a call from tech support, someone who can help configure my MI router, it says network issues due to DHCP server issue. This is MI router 3C. Im waiting for that call since 3+hrs now.

    @ACTFibernet I got call from customer service. The guy said to return the router as company wants to use the router for other customer who is using the service and my service is disconnected forever. Is this call from customer care is right or FAKE ??
