@ACTFibernet sorry to say that, very poor service experienced. Last 24 hrs no body attended the network issue. Called at least 20 calls to customer care. These kind of pathetic service we never thought of. Shame on you.

@ACTFibernet Guys seriously your service sucks from 3 days m trying to resolve my issue by connecting to u people but it’s of no use. If this is the case please cancel the subscription ill go with other products which are customer friendly and helpful. You guys are useless.

@ACTFibernet And I won't pay for this month rent, cuz , oy got service for 1 day, 1st of February. Why should I pay for 30-31 days and get service for ,27-28 days in a month. Everymonth, some one cut my cable, some issues with machine and son on.

@ACTFibernet And you and your team doesn't understand a customer's discomfort, your service is pathetic, and it has not improved since last 12 months . Constant issue. You don't consider a solo customer as a viable asset. Your team of technician behaves like they are doing us favour for free.
