@ACTFibernet Yes I got the call and I talked, but the issue is still not fully resolved.. 1. Package is showing as 75mbps but actually I am getting 50 mbps 2. Initially my bill used to come as 1031 rupees and now it is coming 1131 rupees, And during this two months, GST rate has not changed!!

The sense of urgency that @ACTFibernet is showing in closing the tickets without even understanding the issue (forget about resolving it) is amazing and at the same time disgusting. Just 2 years ago, I was telling that ACT has very good customer service. Surprising. @ACT_Issues

@ACTFibernet cheats!! Almost 15 to 20 days following up for a mail to customer care but looks like you people cleverly ignore, since mail asks about the promises you maid and points out wrong billing.

@ACTFibernet Your service was down for the entire day today. After raising a ticket, I’m told it will be resolved only by tomorrow evening — nearly 24 hours later. I pay for daily service, not to lose a full workday. I had urgent meetings today and this is unacceptable.
