First of all there was no agreement of pro-rata basis, secondly by pressing 1 on IVR for support I never got support! If you therefore continue to spam we will take actions accordingly!

Your customer care executive told that it will get restored within 24 hrs but you took 54 rs to restore issue. Without informing me they closed the complaint better to go to Airtel.This s called worst service
