@ACTFibernet This is the complaint no. SR1026188505732 I raised on MONDAY 11:30 AM . Your customer care executive told that it will get restored within 24 hrs but you took 54 rs to restore issue. Without informing me they closed the complaint better to go to Airtel.This s called worst service

@Ronak_RJS @ACTFibernet From my experience I'm telling you they have the worst service so try different ISP. Little rain and your internet will be down for hours and they will keep you on hold for 20 mins to talk to customer support and still no help.

The most horrible customer service is @ACTFibernet. Raised issue last month and still in open state for most of the people. They even charging for closed accounts. Really worrying for choosing @ACTFibernet No one will be responsible for your issues

@ACTFibernet we have more than 15 ACT Connections around banglore when we Raised Request network services issues related very very delay so we consider this is a irresponsible service however pls improve in future and pls respond as possible shorter time

@ACTFibernet I feel cheated and disgusted by this internet connection. It has been 3 days since the Internet has been down and you can't even call these guys because nobody picks up the phone. You should disconnect this useless service and refund your entire payment.
