    @ACTFibernet An 8 year old subscriber like me received 25 Calls in last 4 days to pay my bills that too after suspending my connection . But when u call them back they will never connect and is always busy . The worst APP and Website not at all user friendly . Want to switch

    @ACTFibernet not sure what’s happening. After the arrival of competition, our connectivity is going down every night at 10 PM and the MTTR is going up. Something’s wrong with your service in Bangalore as this was never the case before. #NoConnectivity even now.

    @ACTFibernet Do you need 3 days..to solve issue..daily in business hours you will take out connection.. Than 5-6 hours no service.. Can't you give proper service..if didn't paid a day..you will remove connection.. But no proper service..I need refund 3-4 days of no service..**** service.

    @ACTFibernet Sad state of affairs. internet is down again today. Yesterday it also happened. Why don't you guys run the cable under ground than running it all over the houses and across streets. You guys are forcing me to shift to Airtel who have recently laid OFC cable underground.

    @ACTFibernet We raised a complaint regarding internet connection, the executive appointed has constantly avoided our calls. The interest act showed while creating the connection is not there when it comes to customer support.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised multiple requests for internet disconnection. It's become a nightmare. The guy comes and says that some one is switching off the box next door . The Internet works for 5 min and after that it gets disconnected. No response from cust care. Pl fix this

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Since 12 pm today no internet in my place and I spoke with Mr. Mahesh (6366826830), so called Service Team Lead Lead. The bloody reason he gave me was he has power back up at their service station only for 3 hours
