    @ACTFibernet You have been fooling arnd by saying there is issue in junction box. There seems to be issue with accessories that use . You might use low grade wires, servers which will be the root cause of the issue. Could you pls send me information on brand and quality of accessories #RTI

    Just in the month of 2 months .. @ACTFibernet .. Again internet issue at the time of 3:00 in night.. U guys legit @airtelindia mifi dongel dosent gives slow internet but never keeps you down .. Fast internet , fiber cable .. !!! Huh !! Nice joke...

    @ACTFibernet facing slow speed issue. I upgraded d plan & got to know that d router which u gave doesn't support high-speed but on d box it is written upto 300mbps which is misleading information. Now I had to downgrade back to old plan. Issue is, u r not ready to replace router.

    @ACTFibernet The problem is resolved . Thank you so team . But I wanted bring it to your notice . That they have intentionally disconnected my internet and given my fiber net slot for a new customer who stays in the same building . Kindly do guide them to be ethical and solve it rightly.

    @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Wifi is facing frequent disconnection, technician visited but unable to resolve the issue. 5 SR raised. 11013805217 10737908101 10737620858 11013905799 All getting closed without resolution. Will switch to @ACTFibernet in Bangalore.

    @ACTFibernet Tell me who's going to compensate this. This the 10th time I'm raising this concern and it counted as 10 days. So 10 days basically I was out of internet. If that's how your service is please let me know. I'll look for other providers #zerosupport

    ACT Fibernet – Worst Customer Experience Ever! I applied for a 300 Mbps ACT plan but barely got 10-15 Mbps despite complaints for 20+ days. No technician showed up. I finally disconnected — but guess what? 4500 refund pending for WEEKS Dozens of calls, emails @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Recd another message that a new ticket is raised SR10376161067911-not sure why? Why every Rep is asking customer to repeat the issue from the beginning-Don't you have records or logs? (each time a different rep handles issue & provides different versions of status).

    @ACTFibernet, Truly disappointed with your service.. The Internet is dropping every badly, since last 4-5 days. After your technician suggested upgrade, I upgraded to 100 mbps plan. But, we are facing the issue again. Not sure where's the problem. Please help
