Whenever I complain about the issue. No sure things get fixed, later it attains the same state. Like Act home page not opening and no internet or slow speeds in spite of having internet bandwidth.

I opted for a new act network connection last week Monday and paid 3700 for the plan & installation. The executive said a technician will come and install devices. But it's been like 8 days and no one has contacted me for installation.

Its been 16 days, I have not received the refund in my source account. Do it otherwise I will file a legal case against you.
