    @ACTFibernet Why your customer support services are deteriorating day by day. I have paid my bill but it's still showing unpaid and this issue i have raised i guess 1 month ago but still it's not resolved. The internet speed is pathetic now a days. Please serve us better again.

    @ACTFibernet internet disconnection is become common with you guys, internet was down for first 6 days of the month, now once a week and you send a full month bill. Unable to use internet connection for last 2 days. And you guys don't even respond. Becoming worst.

    @ACTFibernet First provide the proper Internet service, then go for rewards. I am getting 28 mbps speed for 100mbps speed plan. No use after raising multiple complaints as well. #ACTFibernet #WiFi

    @ACTFibernet Still issue pertaining and it’s under observation. The quality of router is provided is worst, due to that we are getting low internet speed. Ask ur back end team to provide high end router to fix the issue on exception case.

    @ACTFibernet I disconnected my broad band connection on feb 9th 2023. You owe me a refund for it. No action from your end inspite of many calls and tickets raised. All the tickets are being closed sayind issue resolved but no credit to my a/c from which I paid the bill. #

    @ACTFibernet - Pls educate your Customer care folks to speak with decorum to your Customers. Spoke to a staff, Jeeva, 1.20pm IST - 5th Feb. Had some genuine concerns and this guy's was very rude to me and literally fighting. Pls teach them to behave. Acct no 102384328721.
