@ACTFibernet disgusting service of urs there is no internet from past 2 days and ur customer care agent riyaz mohommed is so rude he keeps interupting me when I talk and he doesn't even give any TAT for my problem. He disconnected my call.

@ACTFibernet the guy yesterday told me he wil have to change the junction box and place it in my building terace, I give him the permission and then he disappears and calls me says he wil mark the complaint 'resolved' & wifi wil be available. Now there is no wifi.Disgusting!

Hi @ACTFibernet I had requested for the router change 1 month ago. Your technician told he'll come & change it & closed the ticket. He never turned up despite 100 followups and now he has stopped taking my calls. If my issue is not resolved in next 2 days, I'm switching to Airtel

I'm using @ACTFibernet & unable to stream live match in @hotstar_helps today. I'm not sure whether the issue is with ACT or hotstar. I'm able to watch live stream using other network (airtel) but not in ACT. In ACT am able to watch movies in hotstar but not live match. Pl assist.
