    @ACTFibernet Am looking helpless now. I opted for a new act network connection last week Monday and paid 3700 for the plan & installation. The executive said a technician will come and install devices. But it's been like 8 days and no one has contacted me for installation.

    @ACTFibernet I have been reporting this issue for almost 4 months by now and no one is looking into this issue religiously. Also, complaints get closed without resolution or false commitments. Moreover, your escalation team and ground staff are helpless.

    @ACTFibernet Dear ACT, you started your operations in Bengaluru Karnataka, sadly you don't acknowledge this that Bengaluru supported your business. Customer Care IVRS first language of choice is Telugu. Shockingly Kannada is at 4. @CMofKarnataka

    @ACTFibernet The worst part is, above mentioned no is not reachable. Whenever I complain about the issue. No sure things get fixed, later it attains the same state. Like Act home page not opening and no internet or slow speeds in spite of having internet bandwidth.

    @ACTFibernet I don't think you guys regret otherwise you would have rectified the issue. It's been 6 days. Every time I call call centre executive tells me he or she has forwarded the complaint.

    @ACTFibernet I have created more tickets with ids SR10211571335452 SR10212074555092 SR10212845468732 SR10213875452312 SR10216010193332 Everytime support guys will call and say fixed and close the tickets, the issue never fixed, the actual issue is, internet is disconnecting continuously.

    @ACTFibernet Guess there is a serious issue here. The connectivity is not there since yesterday afternoon. Have not heard from u guys even after raising a complaint via the app. #customersatisfaction #CustomerService seems to be sleeping there.

    @ACTFibernet this is mental harassment. My internet has been down since yesterday morning. I’ve called for over 20 mins multiple times same response: “please wait.” I’ve lost 2 days of work The delay is due to a powered-off junction box not even in my home.

    @ACTFibernet I had requested for a disconnection last week because the internet was consistently unstable — a basic service you failed to deliver. Despite your team promising a refund for the unused period, I haven’t received a single update or resolution. It’s frustrating that after chasing for reliability, now I have to chase for accountability. Please process the refund immediately and confirm. It shouldn’t take this much effort to close things professionally.

    @ACTFibernet I paid ₹13K+ for a GX box & rely on your internet for job interviews. Despite that, I've had 5 outages THIS MONTH! Today I missed my 11AM interview, 5PM is at risk. Your reps cut my call, no support, no fix. You charge ₹118/day late fee — what about MY LOSSES?
