@ACTFibernet Pathetic service and response by ACT. Have raised fourth tickets since Thursday & have not found a resolution.Since then I have been trying to contact 3 technicians and 2 sales executives(5 days) and there has been no help. They are closing all the tickets w/o help.

@ramszz @ACTFibernet @consumercourtin What the hell. Speed test can be done by the user itself but that isn't the impending issue here. I hope @ACTFibernet adds up lost days to the package and extended the renewal date for the losses the user has to go through.

@ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet this is a routine work and must be completed within 72 hours, I can't understand why it is taking too long. Why you can't connect to a customer and explain him the situation. It is very non transparent, unprofessional and customer unfriendly approach.

Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. 2 days before renewal i got connectivity issues, tried calling local staff - no answer. Default system need 24 hours to resolve. This is 2021 and not 2001 where work can happen without internet. No doubt i m not renewing my plan with them.
