    @ACTFibernet With Extreme Frustration & humiliations to state that I applied for an ACT FIBER on 24th & we paid the fee in full for six months. Feel down & very disappointed. A Followup ends in an 24 hour promise that never materialised. Now asking for a week again delay

    @ACTFibernet Its been 8 hours I have raised a complaint but no one looked into the issue, at least twice in a month we are facing issues. No one can work if you provide this kind of service. Giving more GB doesn't work but you should make sure give consistent network.

    @ACTFibernet Thank you for resolving! feedback I have is please train your customer CARE agents or at the minimum please interview them before hiring. Charan was horribly rude. I thought the support was 24/7 but Charan informed that technical issues are resolved only during the business hours
