    @ACTFibernet IT HAS BEEN A BAD EXPERIENCE ALL ALONG. IN MIDDLE OF ANY ONLINE TASK THE SIGNAL DROPS. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID AND REMOVE YOUR EQUIPMENT FORTHWITH.

    @ACTFibernet now after 6 days when I call your customer care says we have major server issue in ur area so the network isn't working will tell my back end team and fix issue within 24hrs.if u knew this is the reason why dint u do it all this days and why dint u call and inform us

    @ACTFibernetHYD @ACTFibernet ACT fiber net people particularly customer response is very poor.Never go for advance payment or prepaid option. In case you opt for disconnection you will not get refund. They ask you to beg other clients to transfer the credit balance.

    Dear @ACTFibernet Extremely disappointed with your relocation services. In spite of registrating on your app , my request is unheeded to. I have raised many tickets but your team is indifferent. WORST CUSTOMER SERIVICE EVER. And I have paid for a year. Very disappointing 😔

    @ACTFibernet Internet down from past 3 hours, already raised complaint. Nothing happened neither anyone cared to call. This is outrageous especially if you have work from home. Resolve ASAP. I better switch to some other Fibers.
