This is the 3rd internet outage in the last 2 weeks, and each time it has taken nearly 2 days to resolve. For the current issue, I raised a complaint yesterday (2nd June). The resolution ETA was changed from today 9 AM–1 PM ➜ 7:30 PM–9 PM ➜ tomorrow 9 AM–1 PM. Meanwhile, my son's exam preparation is being disrupted and I'm unable to attend office calls while working from home.
