    Btw today is the bill payment date , I would not be paying until this ticket is resolved and also adjust these 5 no service days in next month bill and generate the adjusted bill @ACTFibernet #ACTFibernet

    When we lived in goa, we had a 75GB cap internet plan which never ran out of data. I hv a 500GB plan with @ACTFibernet ; don't know how I'm out of data in half a month. We just stream Netflix etc. Not much downloading. This is absolutely ridiculous.

    @ACTFibernet What the hell is wrong with ACT without addressing issues you guys close the complaint and whenever I call you asking status of last complaint a new complaint gets raised. Not sure how responsible your escalation lead Mr Ravi is, tried calling since morning no response yet.

    @ACTFibernet your customer service sucks to the core. My internet at home isn’t working since yesterday and all the complaints are falling on the deaf ears. Horrible!!

    Internet service providers giving offers like extra speed and free data of 100gb wont help customers. Discount matters a lot to customers. No one consumes full data for sure( publish that data) ...#broadband #telecom #reliance @TataSky @ACTFibernet internet drama.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD If that would case pending I should have paying for 17 days only. in the app of ACT it have shown cumulative amount not only pending not even mentioned as pending amount . PLEASE ACT on the issue..,🙏

    @ACTFibernet If making payment twice in a month would given the option for me then I would have taken new connection of your act or any other broadband,everyone prefer for your service and connectivity but you guys do this type,every one would opt to get disconnected.9902959314

    @geekyranjit @ACTFibernet The thing is I am just fed up of their connection. It's tooo pricey for me. trying to find alternative. Don't know whether v r in 2019 or 2014 the cost is too high. The network drop like anything. Unreliable. I am planning 2 switch to jio if the price & reliability factor is nice

    @ACTFibernet please arrange a call back. I have been trying to reach your team for disconnection. Either your customer care doesn't get through or if it does the team puts me on hold to connect to the disconnection team and call gets disconnected. Pathetic customer care.

    @ACTFibernet has the worst service ever. The internet is not working from past 2 days. I had logged ticket for the same n the ETA is also over. But still no one cares to give an update. We can't even call the customer care now.

    @ACTFibernet , Ridiculous support from @ACTFibernet its been 1+ day and no one has taken any initiative to resolve the Wi-Fi issue and my registered complaint has been closed now without any resolution .. Registered complaint number :-1029527206759 #pathetic customer support

    @ACTFibernet #PatheticExperience 102552387379 a/c no I was told that I won't be charged for the reconnection or disconnection by Customer care executive but now the charges have been added in my bill.When I try to reach customer care my issue isn't getting resolved.#Disappointed
