@ACTFibernet In last 5 hours my internet is going up and down. And every time registered complaint is getting closed without proper resolution. Customer service is now not at the same level compare to how it was a couple of years back.

@ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore If a customer requests for reconnect, doesn't ACT provide an invoice to make the payment ? We received an invoice for 15 days, and ACT voluntarily disconnected and gave a discount for 15 days. Payment was made to the invoice, provided thinking it's a genuine error. 1 of 2
