    @ACTFibernet internet is down since yesterday afternoon. Nearly 1.5 days now. Raised a ticket on app. Resolution time was till 2 pm today. The technician only came by 5pm.. It worked for 5 mins and internet is down again. Pathetic service.. 4th downtime incident in 2 months

    @ACTFibernet @ajit0303 There is no reply or revert or resolution to my complaint for 2 days now. Ticket raised, with resolution time of 2pm YESTERDAY. AND helpline numbers don't connect ever. Shitty service and no ADVANTAGE at all of switching to @ACTFibernet

    @quartermiler @ACTFibernet The use case is pretty neat actually. They do a quick scan if there's a network outage in your location, if so they'll tell you then and there. Kind of saves you hassle of speaking to someone. UX should improve to make it look less shady though.

    @purnakaja @ACTFibernet I think service is a word that they have deleted from their dictionary. Only thing they can do diligently is disconnect the connection for bill not being paid on time. But won't answer ever for any issues and complaints.

    @ACTFibernet broadband internet not working since morning today. Logged case SR10259136578452. Still no resolution. Broadband service from ACT has become so unreliable these days as there was similar service outage less than 10 days ago. Each time resolution takes > 24 hours.
