    @ACTFibernet is the worst broad band company in india . Their service in Mount Joy extension Bangalore is down from a week no response to the cut cable . But a&&holes will promptly send the bill .

    @ACTFibernet with work from home internet is super critical for us and your customer service till now is pathetic. I've been trying to get in touch with for transfer for past four days,tried visiting your centers in Bangalore, called both your numbers, emailed & still no response

    @ACTFibernet Till now there is no work on my complain. It's very hopeless service. I cannot even reach your customer care. I have been facing this problem from the time of my connection. Everytime there will be a promise that problem will not occur again but in vain.

    request SR10157491234592. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Its been 3 days now and 5 people have visited to solve the problem and each one says that Its not his department to resolve. He then leaves advising someone will resolve in 2 hrs. That 2 hrs are since 3 days now
