@ACTFibernet the main switch for our internet connection is in the terrace of our house and whenever there is a power cut, there is no internet access. We've complained multiple times over the past 6 MONTHS with NO resolution! Terrible customer support. Please fix ASAP.

Not a unique internet service by #ACT it's like any other service provider depends on what speed u choose. But to aware all never make UPI payments to @ACTFibernet at billdeskpg.acttv@icici , ur money will be debited and ACT will say they have not received. Be careful

@ACTFibernet Horrid experience last couple of days. Intermittent on & off internet and then I even paid for a new router when your executive said the D-Link router needs replacement. Now chasing since yesterday but no clear Comms on the fix.
