    @ACTFibernet Ha ha ha lol.. it's been 15 days now, I have called 4 times to ACT customer care, No one fixed it or either called me back.. and after 1 day you responded.. This explains everything..

    @ACTFibernet there is a recurring internet issue in my area. What should I do to get it resolved permanently? I have been calling customer support but they just say that a link switch has failed, and 24 hours response time. This is now seriously hampering my work. NEED AN ANSWER

    @ACTFibernet when cancelling the connection any Bala ace amount should be transferred to bank not to @ACTFibernet wallet, we are paying from bank not from @ACTFibernet wallet, if your policy doesn’t allow that should informed to customer when taking the connection
