    @ACTFibernet Your customer care agents are downright rude and refuse to transfer call to a supervisor. And neither do they give a resolution. They only know to day that I will receive a call back, which I never do. You can dscnct my internet. I am not going to pay this wrong bill

    @ACTFibernet This is ridiculous! Took the new connection yesterday and paid 4k also, after that nobody showed up, even spent 2hr for customer care, everytime call gets connected they are telling me to hold for some time and they will forward to some other team, it takes forever!

    @ACTFibernet And there system doesn’t work the way it has to when someone dont want the connection they just put due amount in pending. Horrible . And if you need connection back they will say use a new number and it just get in 1 day or the old number will take days and due amount. Horrible

    @squeal @ACTFibernet Regarding the former, I'm not a fan of theirs. I find their TnC to be extremely biased and too advantageous to them while not recognizing or rewarding legitimate research work, and rather appears to be designed to be too restrictive and stupid on what's allowed.
