@ACTFibernet I have paid for 3months in sept-Nov, but billed again for Nov. Last six months ACT had not provided adequate service, check service requests. ACT promised rebate for service interruptions, but not honoured. Please revise billing amount to my satisfaction.

@ACTFibernet hopeless service after raising disconnection request from Nov 26 they have still not refunded the amount for 9880004544. Pathetic service all round.

@ACTFibernet Cd u kindly process my refund? U took the amount more than 15 days back, promised installation and then vanished. Xfr my money back to my acct. Less than 200m away there is an act junction box with only 1 connection and yet you feign ignorance. Very bad customer service
