    @ACTFibernet I paid my bill on Feb 3rd, yet it's not reflecting and my net isn't working. If I contact the customer care, they say it will take 72 hrs to resolve the issue. This is the second time such a thing is happening. This is pure failure of ur system.

    Never suggest @ACTFibernet to any of my colleagues in future. Unfortunatly made 3 months bill payment. Once period expired, i will be switching to some good customer support fibernet. 👍

    @ACTFibernet is the worst ISP in Bangalore. I'm regretting paying upfront for the 6 months plan. Frequent disconnections and the internet connectivity is down for the last 28 hours with no proper resolution or communication of why it is happening #patheticservice

    @ACTFibernet ACT is truly giving me one of the worst experiences ever. I would recommend everyone to not use it.If you’re electricity/power of the house goes, then the internet will stop working as their box is also running on local electricity.They have 0 back up n poor service
