    @ACTFibernet Got the connection but really not happy with tech guy with whom i have spoken was very rude and its been like not at all intrested in giving connection where in have 8 port box in my buidling he was denying that box was available have shared pic of whatsapp then he agreed for it.

    @ACTFibernet guys please dont go with act fiber net. It is very very bad response from them its been a two weeks that i have raised for new connection every thing is done from my end but the thing is they have did not installed the internet till now and not even call back. Waste

    @ACTFibernet Please let me know if u don't want to solve for issue I am OK to switch off power supply to both boxes ..I am being human by not doing that , as I understand what will happen to folks whose connections will stop workingIt is one month plus with continuous follow up

    Hi @ACTFibernet there is no internet from yesterday onwords. SR10138137392302 this is complaint no. Still there is no responce from your team. Its very difficult to manage work deliverables in this situation without internet. Do something on quick time.

    @ACTFibernet follwed 3rd of abv On 3rd April 2020 around1:15noon there was a call by someone srinivas 4 asking the issue and when I gave him the explanation the guysaid ok yes we processed 1 box deductions and let me  mention to the concerned team about the second box..

    @UdayMannam @ACTFibernet Yes Uday, the router has to be labelled as “Gigabit” to get speed beyond 100mbps. For now you can test it directly plugging the lan cable (from ISP) to computer to rule out other possibility like wiring defect or network setting on network adapter of computer .

    @ACTFibernet Our Internet is not working since the past 2 days. It shows "Connected". But its not working. When we sign in it says wrong username or password. It is difficult without Internet. Not able to work. My brother cannot attend school. Kindly help please.

    @zeneraalstuff @ACTFibernet Same thing happened during 2016 cyclone. And even then ACT was arrogant enough in not responding or taking care of the issue for more than a month. Thats why I changed to Hathway. There has been no disruption yet with them. Touch wood.

    @ACTFibernet This is the second time I have applied for the new connection, last time it was cancelled due to shortage of equipment. This time I have booked on 22 Nov with a/c 110488177765 and this time my area is not feasible as per installation guy. Again bad service received.

    @ACTFibernet Internet down since yesterday evening Ticket # SR10348990279992. Helpline/nodal officer nos not reachable(perennial busy mode), as always!!! The app says switch lost connectivity, third or fourth time same happening in as many months.
