    Worst experience with act Fibernet. I am using it with two accounts with 75mbps speed but I have never seen more than 10-15mbps speed in two areas. @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD @ActfiberC

    This the way @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD react to the customer query after making then to wait for more than a week they just send a msg the your query has been closed without even solving it. This is highly unprofessional way to deal and harass the customer

    @ACTFibernet I am a customer since 2016. Was at hometown for 9 months so got the connection deactivated. Waiting for a reconnection since 23rd. Tech team is waiting for approval from Reconnection team to replace cable. 4 days past no service yet. This is pathetic.Acc 101013138447

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD So you closed SR10163698351524 without resolving the issue. Then Rohit called and Area Manager and Technician called at 5pm that someone will come. New SR10163754073819 generated. And still without internet. What the hell is happening! Hub box is at my home! What Permission!!

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet So true... Their service is pathetic. Frequent disconnections. My net is not working since last 12 hours. When I call their customer care, they get away with some flimsy reason with no solution. Imagine the work getting hampered during WFH in pandemic.

    @ACTFibernet Within 24 hrs of reconnection no services. Your engineering does not come nd does all sorts of troubleshooting over phone trying2 fix router. I have a spare router nd that too is not connecting. Now his phone is switched off. My office nd child's school goes for a toss tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet You don't have a customer support and whenever there is an issue, customer feel helpless. Today is one such day when the internet is not available from morning in Begur area, but we can't do anything except to wait for you to slowly solve the issue. Pathetic Cust Exp

    @ACTFibernet We are the residents of Prestige Ivy Terraces, BLR and today is the 3rd day in last 4 days that link is down. Yesterday it took more than 8 hours to fix. Same issue again. Could you please let us know what is causing this , so that we can shift to other providers.
