@ACTFibernet Wow what an early reply.Your service Engineers wont lift calls on time and if signal is gone and we complaint,they will reply very late and wont lift calls even we call for 20-30 times.Punctuality is required .so when you recruit them..see this is as a first quality.

@ACTFibernet The speed is not the one which i am paying you calling to your customer care no the executive don't have a single idea the SOP questions she/he is asking, then without raising a incident report ttansffered the call to some technical team and it disconnected.

Such a bad experience with @ACTFibernet initially it was bad speed, then relocation is frustrating. Customer care not bothered. They promised 24hours but nothing delivered I’m a prepaid customer at a loss. It was a mistake switching from @airtelindia really frustrating.

@ACTFibernet I pay you 1400 for my 100 Mbps internet and I dont even get 2mbps speed! Me and my wife don't even get Wi-Fi in the next room! No signal at all! I sit next to the router still nothing! Raised complaints no help! One of the worst connections and support

@ACTFibernet For the first impression you have the worst internet services. First you provide installation after 2 days late. Then the username u provided is wrong. Calling you people but no one picks up call. Give me freaking internet damn it. I am losing salary every day.
