    @ACTFibernet the problem that started yesterday with our WiFi is still on. Not sure why no one's responded nor visited/called yet. Right now in work from home scenario this is such a troublesome thing to happen

    @ACTFibernet it's day 3 of no internet. People are just calling us and taking details and then nothing. Absolutely no response. We have told that a tech person would need to visit us but no action! How is it that you're so particular about bill payments but not about resolution

    @ACTFibernet we wanted to shift our current act connection to a new location which is about 5 kms. We agreed to take a new connection as well, we are on call with the customer care number from 8:30 AM.

    @ACTFibernet I have been using your services for long now. My fiber connection is cut and no one has addressed it since yesterday morning. Numerous calls to the call centre have been of no help. My work is affected. Need immediate response #badservice #disappointed

    Then we called more than 5 times to your customer. They said within 48 hours of payment, installtion is done. Today it is more than 48 hrs. No call from your company for installation. We have paid -8500 for 6 months wifi and this is what we are getting. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet you consistently exceed your own benchmarks of pathetic service. You keep sending me the same link for relocation request. No action post that. And the service request automatically get closed. SR10259539725782 was my last SR. Wah. Pinnacle of poor service. #ACTsucks

    @ACTFibernet worst customer service. I tried to reach customer care to change the plan. They are not changing the plan and disconnected the internet too. Also customer care team is rude in answering the questions. They can't resolve simple issues like changing the plan.

    @ACTFibernet what a terrible service. It has been 4 days since the ACT Fibernet ticket no SR11059498856562 has been opened. Since during covid everyone is working from home we are faving an outage from last 4 days. How do we justify this to our clients ?

    @ACTFibernet How come you guys don’t even bother to call us. We don’t want to pay for the services we are not getting. I am calling daily for disconnection and my call always gets disconnected and i never get a call back. I am not going to call again or pay the bill anymore.
