We lost our mobile number (number itself is dead) and unfortunately that is connected with our Act account. Trying to change it using app, No use. Trying to contact them by a call, executive put us in endless call loop!

I suggest now Technical team should look at why Mobile App was not working and Why customer care numbers were not going through in hour of need.
