    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD is a total failure. Data is consumed without any usage, and fake data activity is shown even when systems are idle. This is a business connection(static ip) not acceptable. Resolve immediately or we will terminate and switch to Airtel or Jio. #Urgent

    @ACTFibernet Worst services provider in Bangalore , wanted to change plan they had wrongly put me on now disconnected my fiber connection from immediate effect . Would Airtel do that ever , wonderful experience with Actfiber

    @ACTFibernet made payment on 12 Dec, but the portal still shows a pending due. I raised multiple tickets to get this sorted, and all of them were closed without any response. Today my internet was disconnected and your customer care was absolutely zero help.

    @airtelindia When I called today your support agent is telling that I need to wait again today. @ACTFibernet provides a better support than you. Just because of your fake promises I switched to Airtel. If my issue is not resolved, I am switching over to @ACTFibernet again.

    @ACTFibernet I hv been calling for change of plan since month back in order to downgrade plan the call centre keep giving different info. Very unhappy as customer.

    2/3 @ACTFibernet Your technicians later said a junction box must be installed inside my rented house. to be used by other households, which my house owner rightfully refused due to electricity cost.Despite multiple emails & complaints, no resolution.

    @ACTFibernet I am a6 year old customer of your firm, however for past 6months facing multiple issues with wifi packet drop. This issue has been raised multiple times to your care only to get no solution. As my last resort moved from 200 to 400 plan only to get D/W speed of 18Mbps
