    @ACTFibernet Thanks for ur response. There is a POC Suresh for our society. He never responds to our calls. Sorry to say this - 80% of our society residents ready to switch to @airtelindia from Act due to frequent internet issues. Issue is not only during outage time, but also exists earlier

    @ACTFibernet lost internet connection since August 18 no resolution and no response, SR10176708975304 I’m going to disconnect if the issue doesn’t resolved today. There is no customer support number, no dedicated engineer and no one answers the call or takes responsibility
