Dear @ACTFibernet it’s been a month I am waiting for your refund. There is no response or any update on it. This shows how pathetic your service is. The exact reason to quit from your negligence support. Get the refund done quickly.

@ACTFibernet I seriously hoped that your team atleast knows meaning of disconnection, have basic understanding of tool, trained to view at status and have that much work ethics to not to bug customer every 30 mins. Please make off-boarding of customer easy and not painful.

@ACTFibernet My service request raised on 02 Aug for installation of new broadband connection closed by ACT..neither installation done nor annual subscription paid refunded but service request closed..avoid ACT..cheaters, malpractices & harassment..its what u get if choose ACT
