    @ACTFibernet I'm glad i referred my friends not to go for Act services. There is never a single week without issue and no immediate response by support. Its been 2 months since I took new connection and suffered alot, even today same issue. Better to go for Airtel or Jio

    Raised an complaint with @ACTFibernet yesterday morning saying that my internet is not working since 48 hours in Tirupati. Received ticket number but till now there was no action. Getting frequent issues with @ACTFibernet . Not satisfied with the service.

    @ACTFibernet , I received a legal notice to pay my dues. I reached out to customer service to discontinue the service due to poor experience but they took long time to disconnect and now I am being charged because of them. Please assist as my queries are not being answered.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised request for plan change, still plan change request not reflected instead am getting bill details for next 6 months and the updated plan bill I paid is adjusted with future bill. Not getting traction over app support.
