    @ACTFibernet One more thing, I used to like ACT service a lot, prior to my relocation I called and asked you guys to setup your equipment in my new apartment. But due to poor management you guys ignored it and became late. So other service provider has installed won this. Whose fault? Mine?

    @ACTFibernet I have disconnected connect with Act I was given free Wi-Fi since I bought a 6 months plan .Now after using their service for 6 months when I disconnected they are asking me to return it else they will proceed with a legal route against me .wow

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD As expected ticket raise via Twitter also closed without any response. Looks like u guys r taking advantage f monopoly. Again u will ask 4 details and close the ticket without providing any resolution. Once again proved as a worst service provider.

    @ACTFibernet worst service even before getting the connection, people only follow up to get the payment done later no one responds, its been 4 days I made the booking no update on the connection, no right person to contact and customer care is one meant to disconnect the calls.

    @ACTFibernet I m following up, today they have closed my request thrice without solution. Please get escalation call to be connected to seniors or to connect concerned team when they don't have answers.

    @ACTFibernet you guys try to exploit people in current situation, network is good but service is pathetic due to which I disconnected your service. When I am claiming my payment you guys have taken 1 month to do refund that too not completely.
