    2/2- @ACTFibernet ur on call support team response would be beyond rude even if I request to get the issue SR10259577666362 fixed same day. I get a response saying your team work hours is till 6:30 only, U r least bothered to understand customer concern.

    This is very poor from @ACTFibernet . This is how you treat by not responding?. You were told that you will get back to me with an update and it's been 3 days yet didn't receive any update. This is unethical and unprofessional.

    @ACTFibernet I lost internet connection 2 days back and I am still struggling.. I am assigned to do project. I am unable to present it. I totally believed In your service and doing WFH. I contacted yesterday and escalated the issues. Now coustomer care itself is not Working..

    @ACTFibernet Where is the resolution? Even I can open a ticket on my own. But there is no use. Why is SR10259537600702 closed without having a discussion with me. I have opened more than 10 requests in the past and the requests are closed without any discussion.

    @ACTFibernet I have lost a working day and you are still checking the issue. This happened very recent when it rained. Why is this happening frequently? We can't tolerate this again n again. Please fix this permanently

    @ACTFibernet @TRAI so still my issue is not resolved by you. In the last six months Act fibernet has tortured me in terms of service. So many complaints registered. It is so embarrassing to ude your service. Its time to throw you on road.Govt pls help. Case is filed .

    @ACTFibernet There has been no internet from last night 8 but no resolution for almost 12hrs and your customer service executive is saying it will take more time to resolve and field executive will only work after 9.30. No proper response, worst customer service
