    @ACTFibernet router ticket SR10180951795073 and internet issue ticket SR10181008706246 were closed without my permission and without resolving or attending to the issues. These problems have been pending since 23 June 2026, yet no technician has visited or addressed them.

We have already registered a complaint and contacted your customer care multiple times, but there has been no response or resolution. This prolonged service disruption is causing serious inconvenience. We request you to restore our internet connection immediately and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this matter is not addressed urgently, we will be left with no option but to escalate the issue and take appropriate action with the concerned regulatory authorities. Complaint Details: A service request has been raised with reference number SR10181017616324. Someone from our team will contact you soon.

    @ACTFibernet Pathetic service. Always issue with my internet. I am facing issue with the connection since yesterday and also raised a complaint before 6:30 but no one responded and it’s been more than 12 hours and still no response. I can’t even connect to customer support.

    @ACTFibernet Instead of resolving the issue ACT forced to take decision of closing connection. It is absolutely ridiculous customer service. Last one month I am not using my connection properly with poor internet.

    @ACTFibernet Your team demonstrated out of the box thinking to solve my problem-they deleted the ticket itself from the system !! Pleased by this innovative skill, I have raised another ticket - to discontinue the services for which I made full payment in advance. Keep the change! @TRAI fyi
