    Dear ACT Fibernet,@ACTFibernet you charge extra fees and late penalties, but your internet is down frequently and customer support simply disconnects calls without resolving issues. Very disappointing service. #ACTFibernet Stop charging extra penalties as late fees

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD I haven't had internet for the past 72 hours, and a complaint was raised yesterday - SR10180679769244. I understand there was heavy rain, and I waited for the resolution, but this is testing my patience.

    @ACTFibernet Neither your internet is fast nor service has upgraded The internet still buffers both on Instagram reels & Youtube videos Only the price has been hike Multiple notifications & automated calls, emails that u send throughout the month sometime 2 notification come at same time

    @ACTFibernet I know about the ETR in the app. My question is why has the issue not been resolved for more than 12 hours. I am paying for entire month for a WORKING service. Please reduce my bill during next renewal for the time the ticket was raised until the time its resolved.

    @ACTFibernet your internet services are as bad as BSNL. EVERYTIME IT RAINS IN BANGALORE, MY INTERNET STOPS WORKING. I have taken the mesh router and pay way high for it. And your customer service is so bad. Can't even get in touch with your Customer service team. #bangalore
