And this is not the first time my internet is not working this happened atleast 6,7 time in one month , your technician said wire has to changed but not yet my wire changed and this cause many problem regarding my connection, please @ACTFibernet do needful asap.

@ACTFibernet hv been waiting last 4 days wit an open ticket to get the matter solved about 'Internet nt working'every time we call ur customer care we get ONLY False hopes n miscommunication keeping the phone on hold 4 a long time,net req for elderly person for safety n security

@ACTFibernet If u r not able to handle issues related to the addon services like Zee5 etc. Plz don't suggest buying these subscriptions from ur App. It is just a waste of time for the users. Also it is reducing the trust/value customers are having on ACT.
