    @ACTFibernet @ACTBangalore what a pathetic reason, saying that the box of yours is battery backed up for 2 to 3 hours? Due to maintenance is no electricity, but we have genarator in our place.What can we understand, if there is no electricity, then there is no network connection?

    @ACTFibernet three internet disruptions in less than 1 week, everytime I raise a Service Request via the app I am given a 24-48 hrs estimate.... regardless of whether I'm raising the SR at 12 noon, 3 in the morning, or 5 in the evening. Extremely bad.
