    @airtelindia hey, My broadband has issue more than 2 weeks and I had raised 3 times... All the services engineer say we will comeback and upgrade to fiber but they won't show up... It's really frustrating I thinking it's right time to switch to @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet your support sucks. When you use Blink it quotes to promote your wifi, U shud be aware of their services and the time they take to resolve it. Raised a request 24hrs back saying there's an issue with wifi and blinked a million times but till now there is no response.

    @ACTFibernet It's been more than a week I got a confirmation from your customer service for a waiver in my bill but I did not get a new bill. With 15th being due date, will it make sense to put a fine for paying after due, while it's your fault for not sending new bill on time.

    @ACTFibernet Internet is down in Bangalore. Spend some money on maintenance either than spending on marketing.

    @ACTFibernet just to update - After almost 3 days later today technician has reached home and resolved the issue - just now. For to get resolution I had to go through consumer forms, draft mails and create twitter account which I don't use. BOTTOM LINE Inconvenient.GOOD BYE

    @ACTFibernet Just saw the billing SR is created.not sure why!I already paid the needed amt. pathetic customer service,called 4-5 times. They keep telling internal SR 10166996241178 is raised for router delivery.17 days no router yet. I need my refund now
