    @ACTFibernet SR10761430268372 yet be resolved. There is no connectivity since morning. Tentative time was 9 PM. Called your customer support, the executive didn't respond properly. Without providing any service he disconnected the call. Refund my amt if you can't handle

    @ACTFibernet Please let me know the process to discontinue the service. I have already paid for 6 month plan last week & this is the second 24 hour service disruption . Who the hell takes 24 hr to resolve connection issue. Fix your customer care

    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working. Tickets were closed without resolution. appellate manager is ignoring the complaints. what should be the next action? connection cancelation?

    @bada_paww @ACTFibernet Yes @ACTFibernet gives worst service. In this WFH days taking customers for a ride. Instead of resolving, they close the ticket one sidedly. Customer care centre is highly provocative they damn care for customers.

    @ACTFibernet It's been 36hours our internet got disconnected. multiple complaints are raised and numbers of call to customer care gone useless. No info abt this tech issue. We r emp doing WFH and unable to perform our duties due poor service. Venkatesh Kolli A/C 101014745935

    @ACTFibernet technician came saw the problem, contacted back end, took control of my laptop using anydesk, confirmed problem exists, asked me time till tomorrow, then I get a call asking me to contact income tax department. How stupid of someone to say something like this?

    @ACTFibernet You have the most incompetent customer care I have ever seen in my life. I have complained so many times that complaints are closed without attending. Yet once again the ticket is closed without attending. This is the third time.(1/4)

    @ACTFibernet Your request SR10561424456802 is tentatively expected to be resolved by 8/25/2021 08:00:00 PM (MM/DD/YYYY). You can track the status using the ACT Fibernet app I’m facing this issue more than 24hrs, are you ppl are there or not?? Till now now one have called me??
