    @ACTFibernet This is the 8th time I’m complaining about the same issue. My internet keeps going down, and every time you say it’s fixed, but the problem comes back again. No permanent solution, no proper response. When will my wifi be fixed?

    @excitel_rocks My best advice first un tie with @playboxtvapp and tie up with good OTT providers. Then your service will be grown. Any how I am planing to move @ACTFibernet as you have removed ETV win for new customer and renew plans.

    @ACTFibernet Nearly 24 HOURS without internet. Multiple calls. Multiple service requests. Still NO resolution. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. This is an unacceptable way to treat paying customers. I would NOT recommend ACT Fibernet to anyone.

    @ACTFibernet Your app is a joke and your chat link is a joke it never connects to an agent just waste time by waiting in the queue via phone and gets silly answers working someone will call in 2hrs etc… all lies nothing else

    @ACTFibernet What is unacceptable is the attitude and treatment of the customer when that failure occurs. @ACTFibernet — I expect a proper explanation, immediate resolution and accountability for the way this complaint has been handled.

    @ACTFibernet No internet connection for the past 2 days, and the issue is still unresolved. The TAT keeps getting pushed further, while the assigned engineer is not responding at all. This is extremely frustrating. 😡😡😡😡😡Ticket ID: SR11081515472384

    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India My ACT fibernet connection is frequently getting disrupted in Ghitorni, Delhi. It happened 3 times in last 3 weeks. Your service is very poor, your support team tells me to wait for 4 to 5 hours but in ACT fibernet app, it tells me to wait more than 24hrs
