    It’s the question of consumer right to demand for the service paid for. The attitude shown by @ACTFibernet call centre, their service team, escalation desk was so high handed that at one point had remind them tha they are not giving anything free and am not begging either

    @ACTFibernet We are facing repeated internet issues since 19th April. It was resolved on 21st April after multiple follow-ups, but again from 23rd night the connection is not working. Continue..

    @ACTFibernet . I am still waiting for the resolution and I hope that I am not getting a response that we cannot process the refund. I am not going to take the blame of some wrong commitment from your sales team.

    @ACTFibernet I have raised a ticket to change my plan, already paid 5000 and still no action from ACT. You even closed the ticket and then I reopened it and still no resolution has been given. Ticket id: SR10179897246902

    @ACTFibernet @ACT_Issues I have raised a shifting request on 16th of April with the date of shifting as 17th April. However, I have not received any calls regarding the same. Tried reaching out to the customer support and it’s been said that it will be done at the earliest.

    @JioCare I don't know what you are working on. Appointment gets rescheduled automatically everyday and the line to connect with engineer disconnects without ringing. Used @ACTFibernet for 12 years but never had this much issue
