@ACTFibernet Any update? One of the related ticket was closed without any notice. Also, I was told that field engineer visit the site with demo router within first half, but no one did till now. Seems like tickets are getting closed without resolving the issue. And my issue remains same.

@ACTFibernet No it has not been resolved. I have charged and now after complained on twitter Act team called back to inform they dont have service in my area. Then why initially false promise were made and asked payment. Still waiting for my refund.
