    @ACTFibernet - you guys service is pathetic. Asked for a connection on Dec 10th in Hyderabad and paid 1year subscription amount in advance. They came the next day to check and nobody turned up since then. Have made so many calls to CS asking for refund. They say it will be done

    @sasi_kanth007 @ACTFibernet ACT should work on their customer support/services, I have experienced such delays more than a couple of times whenever there was an issue with internet connection(cable disconnect…) and relocation of existing connection.

    Pathetic service from ACT!! They take money confirming installation date but once the payment is done, no sign of installation!!! @ACTFibernet Look into this urgently

    @ACTFibernet I am not sure what is happening. Still the issue not fixed I am waiting for my internet connection last 3 days atleast you guys can give proper ETR. I'm really disappointed I'm sure going to switch another broadband @airtelindia
