    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet this seems to be a never-ending saga. I specifically asked about shifting my connection. I was told there will be no fee for a 6M plan. For your convenience, you converted it to a monthly plan. Now when I want to shift you want to charge me Rs 650. Pls, call me now.

    @ACTFibernet Confirmed this with two of your support personnel. And they said thats your policy and cant change. So thanks for your service @ACTFibernet ..been using act for years. Its time. Adios. Moved to @airtelindia xtream fiber. Hope they are better with support.

    @ACTFibernet I am definitely getting calls from your agents but , no permanent solution is provided . Every 2 days same problem occurs. Please escalate it . Paying 1400 monthly per connec and getting this . I have two connection. My bad luck.😔 @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet This is a sham response which doesn’t mean anything. I had raised complaint more than 1 year ago, but you haven’t done anything about it. Bangalore needs to know your true service experience.

    @RsThing @ACTFibernet It's very frustrating service @ACTFibernet hear out the customer's issues and find a permanent fix otherwise you will lose out a lot of customers

    @ACTFibernet I am trying to disconnect ACT for two weeks. Sent mail on helpdesk, complained on support raised ticket for disconnection twice but no response. Service is very bad. Internet speed is even bad. New No. 11062444963721 Old 11062244818638
