    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Such a worst Broadband service in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The guy called Prem approached me to change the connectivity line and raised a shifting request on my behalf. Now they've disconnected my connection because I haven't payed the Shifting Charges.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet let me know the process for termination of your services. Or else you will see a proper public grievance . The worst support ever seen. You have to pay the penalty for taking the amount upfront and this is big scam.

    @ACTFibernet SR10281184908864, frequent disconnection and raising request takes ages to complete. From evening 5PM there is no internet and resolution is for the next day? I regret switching to Act from airtel. I thought airtel was bad with service request , act is worst.

    @ACTFibernet @airtelindia didn't resolve this for more than 2 weeks. I didn't want to give away my airtel wifi as that's what I had in my hometown and I use their simcard but they didn't left any choice with such terrible service. (n/n)

    @ACTFibernet No. You misunderstood the request. Team is supposed to install new dedicated router and GX line. That is not happening. How activation will solve that issue ? This is the reason why you need to call and understand . Please call my mobile.

    @ACTFibernet My service request SR11081127987744 has remained unresolved since 11 July. My internet has been down for the last 4 days, and each day the resolution timeline is simply extended without any actual progress.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Act Fibernet account 101003959349 of Sax Axx Exx Jubilee Hills area, Hyderabad Broadband is not working for the past 2 hours. No response to complaint from Act Fibernet. Poor service... 👎👎👎

    @ACTFibernet What is the status on this ? Are you capable to resolve this? Or let me know if will completely close the act network services and opt for any other service.
