    @ACTFibernet I pay you guys so that I can use the service to work, but I'm have never been able to run AWS PROPERLY FROM AWS. You guys take extra funds if we miss a payment. How will you proceed when I have been unable to use the service for almost 2 years even after paying

    @ACTFibernet Team I am greeting frequent issues with internet. I have raised four service request in since last month. While the issue is fixed but it seems they are temporary. Fix the root cause to avoid reoccurrence. I have sent a DM with latest SR. Look into this on priority.
