    @ACTFibernet pathetic service. Both digital TV and internet not working. Even though complaint was in the morning service person came late and then went to see the problem. After that phone switched off. End of day says will see tomorrow.

    @ACTFibernet How long will you take to fix an internet issue. Internet not working for 24 hours. Please understand the criticality of the issue before losing your customers. Internet Reliability is more important than speed and cost. Worst CC. Provide frequent updates. fix fast
