This is very poor from @ACTFibernet . This is how you treat by not responding?. You were told that you will get back to me with an update and it's been 3 days yet didn't receive any update. This is unethical and unprofessional.

@ACTFibernet Where is the resolution? Even I can open a ticket on my own. But there is no use. Why is SR10259537600702 closed without having a discussion with me. I have opened more than 10 requests in the past and the requests are closed without any discussion.

@ACTFibernet There has been no internet from last night 8 but no resolution for almost 12hrs and your customer service executive is saying it will take more time to resolve and field executive will only work after 9.30. No proper response, worst customer service
