Now that is closed without any explanation or contact at ground level. And another ticket is opened to further move the ETR?. Is this some joke ?.

Service engineer was supposed to connect both modems through cable but he just connected through WiFi. I complained about the speed dropping. He was supposed to visit and resolve it but have not visited.

There is outage and no customer support is able to help or provide an RCA of the cause and proper ETA. Better I shift to Jio or Airtel for reliability. Ticket no.: SR10280576863644
