    @ACTFibernet ACT, please act on customer complaints, this is 6th day without internet and you don't even have time when you'll resolve the issue. You are not giving a damn to the complaint, please understand the problems we are facing due to service and constant disruptions. SR10165834902834.

    @ACTFibernet I don't knw y thy r nt giving July bill. I hav restarted conn in mid of July so thy merged July bill with aug bill but no whr mentioned about July in august bill. Thy simply charged hw muchever thy want & took money raised many complaints but no1 resolved the issue

    @ACTFibernet .@ACTFibernet I kindly request you to refund my amount paid for 6 months plan and disconnect my connection. We are working from home and It's been more than a week without internet connectivity. No point for us in continuing your internet service. Kindly refund my amount.

    @ACTFibernet My Internet has been down for more than 24 hours. It's WFH and your service has been pathetic. Atleast send a technician and solve the issue asap or I'll opt for disconnection.

    @ACTFibernet -waiting in the call for atleast 15mins. I have been working from home for a while now. An entire day goes without internet. How is the work suppose to go on. There is absolutely no point in getting this network. I have used BSNL for over 7 years, never faced such-
