    @ACTFibernet Raised shifting request few days back; that too in same locality 500m distance. Had called multiple times just for updates. Today was told that dere is no point available & closed the Ticket SR10164359307994. Such a bad customer service.@Consumer2Court

    @ACTFibernet It's still Suspended , money has been paid 24 hrs before , customer service also confirmed it's paid , don't know what is stopping you to reactivate it.

    @ACTFibernet No power means no ACT internet. Please help to solve this dependency else we will have more internet outage in chennai in the coming weeks. this is the 2nd outage due to power issues. thanks.

    @ACTFibernet If a customer fail to pay the monthly bill you guys will charge penalties, but here ACT it self failed to give new connection in the agreed time then ACT need to pay penalty to customer because you took payment from the customer even before providing the connection

    @ACTFibernet CEO of ACT Mr. Bala Malladi, can you please address this issue as there will be limit and patience for everything. With the worst support and service from ACT managers and floor supervisors the patience of the customers is getting lost.. From more than a month issue
