It was then pushed to today 10 AM, now it’s 1:30 PM and still not resolved. I frequently face the same problem always please look into it

  Living in a gated community in Hyderabad and the experience with @ACTFibernet has been frustrating. If there’s a community-wide outage, it gets attention and is resolved quickly. But if the issue affects just a few homes, you’re stuck waiting 3–7 days for a fix. Reliable internet shouldn’t depend on how many people are affected.   @ACTFibernet This is a very poor service from the @ACTFibernet after wasting 12hrs I am told that we will update you in 24hrs. The issue is that they pay 70Rs to someone a month in area to let them use power for the hub. And that guy left home so no power and no wifi to the whole area.

  @ACTFibernet Your Service request SR10179750318014 is expected to be resolved by 14-Apr between 07:30 to 09:00AM NO CALL, NO RESOLUTION YET. IF UNABLE TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER, PLEASE DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE AND REFUND THE AMOUNT.

  @JioCare I don't know what you are working on. Appointment gets rescheduled automatically everyday and the line to connect with engineer disconnects without ringing. Used @ACTFibernet for 12 years but never had this much issue
