    It has been 3 months since I am trying to disconnect my @ACTFibernet but no luck. To add to the misery, they keep on charging me invoices when I haven't used their service. Earlier it was only a 600 bill so I was not caring but now they have changed my plan and billing me 2400.

    @ACTFibernet You hv a worst customer support n field Technicians. I hv raised an issue today 12am and still not been resolved yet! I ve contacted your cust support for help bt no use and your higher hierarchy has no guts to talk to me to resolve this issue
