@ACTFibernet Since morning 6 the internet has not been and we have raised the complainant twice and still the issue has not be resolved and we are working from home and we are unable to continue our work. And the customer care executive has not been responding properly.

@ACTFibernet worst service keeps just dropping from bad to worse every time. Almost 15+days to fix an internet disconnections issues and more over the support team gives you temporary fixes (restart your router) and closes tickets every time. Also they disconnected my account.

@ACTFibernet but there was no shifting happened I am staying at my current address for last 10 months , you guys just can do whatever you want, now I will raise your complaint to consumer court. First my bill got increased for router I didn’t received and now the shifting charges
