    @reliancejio @JioCare YOUR SERVICES ARE GETTING FROM BAD TO WORSE. The internet stops working at least 5 times a day. Do you expect us to complain 5 times a day? Pathetic 😡 REFUND our money in case you can’t provide proper services. Regretting switching from @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet Your Sales Representative in Bangalore Mr Rajshekar is rude unprofessional and abusing on call. Kindly call back immediately. There is no one resolve my issue.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD . Hopeless service. My billing issue is unresolved for more than 2 weeks. No calll from your team yet. Called CC. Waiting number more than 30 for 15 mins b4 call disconnected. One word DISASTROUS.

    @ACTFibernet had one of the worst support ever had experienced. Teach ur support people how to talk to customer politely.

    Is it really justified to wait for the resolution..@ACTFibernet ..how long I have to wait...I was promised by Pratap that the issue will be resolved by EOD....are the field technicians really incapable to fulfill customer's necessity

    @ACTFibernet @DoT_India : Really frustrated with ACT Fibernet. They are not resolving the customer's issue even after 5 days. We have not yet got the holding charges link to our phone number.

    same is not the case with @airtelindia @ACTFibernet. I am thinking about switching to Airtel if VPN slows continues..I get 6mbps on the device connected to VPN. makes accessing work files miserable. @airtelindia speed doesn't slow down when connected to VPN
