    @ACTFibernet what a pathetic service response, paid money on 31 Dec 25 and no installation till today. Customer care has no idea what they are saying. Paid fee to some Dinesh and once payment done, the person is not responding. SR10278543933163 No response after ticket also.

    @ACTFibernet Facing latency issues for 2 months. Temporary fix suggested: manual router restart - which is not feasible. Websites load very slowly. ACT app itself shows latency & needs investigation. Extremely disappointed. Need a permanent solution. Ticket: SR10278577832354

    @ACTFibernet ACT is truly giving me one of the worst experiences ever. I would recommend everyone to not use it.If you’re electricity/power of the house goes, then the internet will stop working as their box is also running on local electricity.They have 0 back up n poor service

    What is wrong with @ACTFibernet, just after 24 hrs of internet disruption you gave 24 hr of connectivity and again the internet connection gone, now you will take more 1 day to resolve the issue & we have to face the consequences SR101785681752 DISAPPOINTED

    @ACTFibernet I have spoken to 10 different people from ACT since morning, I have had 3-4 technician visits since yesterday. All of them have confirmed that there is range and feasibility issue at home. Ans inspite of that I have not seen you guys processing my refund.

    @ACTFibernet #poorservicequality This has been an eye opener, was switching to ACT from another service provider though feels like made a wrong decision, you are happily sitting with the subscription money with no intent to provide the connection.
