@ACTFibernet 3 SR's has been closed with false resolution , saying that i have asked for permanent disconnection. Your ACT Fibernet ticket no SR10255415099555 has been Reopened. latest SR FYR.

@ACTFibernet if my issue is not solved by today, remove our connection and give me refund. Least interested to use ACT anymore. Me along with my friends in our colony will shift to airtel. They provide far better service.

@ACTFibernet I got call from @ACTFibernet backend team Satish is staff name, who stated this issue will be looked at as priority and someone from @ACTFibernet will visit my place to check this issue.. will wait for it
