    @ACTFibernet They scheduled a call with the technical team at 9pm. No one has reached out to me. Unprofessional attitude. Better to switch my network instead of waiting.

    @ACTFibernet I don't think, they'll revert me. and I'm still wonder why am I receiving Messages to refer to friends🤨. Couple month ago continuously I received wrong invoices. also my connection got disconnected. also I noticed, due to some technical issues network was down, but no one cares.

    @ACTFibernet what is this customer service please do let me know whether I own the router or not. Because in the past 15 days you team is not sure whether it is mine or not. And if it is not mine please get it picked up. WORST ISP EVER SO MANY ISSUES JUST TO DISCONNECT.
