I don't think @ACTFibernet will resolve any issue until it is kept on social media to defame. No resolution from 10th March, 2021 on issue and today agin the customer care exicutive take a new complaint with Ref No SR10154176996839

@ACTFibernet I just called to your customer care number. Your associates are talking to each other whereas they should be attentive on call. I am continuously saying hello hello but they are busy among themselves. Literally poor service

@Yash0114 @rite2ace @ACTFibernet Indian servers are aws servers and there is no proper dedicated server in India that's why Indian servers so ****** up and Singapore got 2 servers one of them is dedicated and other one is aws there is a problem in that one too servers are bit laggy when I usedto play 1-2months

@ACTFibernet I hope it's not a joke the services aren't working again. In this WFH situation this frequently service issue is impacting, my son couldn't give his annual exam and I am stuck with pile of work and sitting idle.. please fix.
