    @ACTFibernet I have been not getting the speed as advertised in my plan no proper resolution has been taken against my ticket SR10265290093144. This ticket is not trackable now and still my internet speed is around 25-40 for a 75 Mbps Plan. Very disappointed in your service.

    @ACTFibernet i have raied a ticket yesterday morning SR103653323838354 which has an a ETA of 12 july 2022 9Am. As of now, none of your engineers reached out to us to fix the issue. I already lost two days salary with your pathetic service. @PramodLamba

    @ACTFibernet Ur Service in Bnglr city is vry poor. While booking the connection ur team give wrong promises of same day installation & then start misbehaving & false commitments. If my cnnctn is not done TDY please refund the amount collected using false promise @jagograhakjago

    @ACTFibernet - Last week, I had raised a ticket for issue-slow speed. Field agent called me and said he will close the ticket and fix it with 30mins. He disappeared for a week.When I called him back (after a week.thanks to my personal emergency), he asked me not to raise ticket

    @ACTFibernet No. The frequent disconnects are still happening and not sure what is the issue. Did not even get any callback from Act.

    Everytime i raise a ticket with @ACTFibernet either there wont be a proper response nor they will put the call on hold finally not one gives a better solution worst of all time internet services thats why @JIOFIBER is ahead of you all the time in response and in service

    @ACTFibernet - he suggested to move my modem from 1st floor to ground floor. I had asked him to help me with the wiring. He asked me to do wiring connection with the help of electrician. But promised that he will help me with the end connector piece (rj45).
