  @TRAI Does TRAI have control over ACTFibernet providing wifi ? There is frequent outage and it takes 8-12 hours for restoration. Does the client have any remedy ? Problem is due to ACT providing broadband through cables hung from EB poles, Trees enroute and Likes . They get snapped

  @ACTFibernet My 4K setup box remote was not working properly your service guy provided the old used remote in replacement.

You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.   Pathetic service from @ACTFibernet. Paid ₹3,432 on 18 Aug for a new connection in Bangalore. It’s 24 Aug and installation is still pending. No urgency or updates. A week for installation is unacceptable. A/c: 102816504701. Please resolve immediately.
