    @ACTFibernet Internet is not working since 24 hours. This is pathetic service. your customer care is responding. I’ll be cancelling subscription. I think other network providers are responsive atleast.

    @ACTFibernet Once in a week you are doing this to me...Again you will collect bill for 30 days..but you will provide service for 28 days...Worst network service provider

    @ACTFibernetHYD is the worst internet service provider. Try shifting connection and you'll face a nightmare. Their agents close the service requests without completing the shifting. Further the wait time to connect to their customer service is atleast 1hr. @ACTFibernet

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Why should i even pay 8k to you?? ACT is down again within a month. Last time i unsubscribed but you guys told that I will be put in some kind of “Important List” Yet AGAIN SERVICES ARE DOWN. Refund my money!!!

    @ACTFibernet We reported a network issue affecting access to a key corporate site. Instead of connecting us to your area manager, your team sent a generic customer care number. This is not acceptable. We've already sent all logs via email. Please escalate — time is being wasted.
