    @ACTFibernet 3 times in a week my internet has gone down. I'm amazed at what kind of service you're providing. You should be ashamed for looting people of their hard earned money by providing such abysmal quality of internet.     @ACTFibernet Bravo @ACTFibernet , 24 hours on and still no resolution. What gives? Seriously you cannot be this incompetent? It’s a simple matter of fixing whatever is broken, no rocket science here. It’s a waste of time and money taking you to consumer court. Just have to suffer you’ll!

    ACT cheap and enga neraya per sonanga nu athu podalam nu pathen..rendu per call pani enquiry pananga.. plan lam choose pani book panidalam nu 3 vaati call panen..rendu perum edukala👎👎 Booked Airtel Xtsream after that U lost a customer because of your poor cus care @ACTFibernet

    The @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD scam continues. Terrible service. They seem to use sub par tech. If you're reading this please don't get an act subscription. We raised a ticket it takes almost a week and then in a week it goes kaput! #badservice #actfibernet #internetscam

    @ACTFibernet I signed up for a new connection yesterday and did not expect this kind of horrible service from Act .. installation was supposed to happen yest .. till today no one even responds - I have wasted 1 day sitting on installation … I am now thinking of cancelling

    It would really be helpful if @ACTFibernet can implement ways to select the location of new connection on the website and feasibility is known immediately rather than having your CC Exec call back to take the link and or the customer calling back to find the feasibility
