    Hey @ACTFibernet it’s not been a month and we’re back with WiFi issues again. SR10181209256044 complaint has been raised but we’re trying to contact local ground level staff but no response from them. If this doesn’t resolve ASAP we’ll plan to terminate

    @ACTFibernet No proper update, and no estimated time for resolution. For a service that people depend on for work, studies, and everyday life, keeping customers in the dark for half a day is simply not acceptable.

    @ACTFibernet IVR on customer care numbers disconnect as soon as I choose to speak to an agent. The chat bots do not have an option to connect to an agent. Email to customer care and Nodal officer has no response. What kind of non sense is this.

    @ACTFibernet get your act together. Customer service is horrible. I did a plan upgrade and I was supposed to get mesh router and ticket was raised on July 2nd till now no update.

    It's been 30hours, @ACTFibernet has not resolved my Internet Issue. I bought a premium pack but being treated like a 3rd class Internet user.
