@airtelindia I am Anuj . Your recovery agents are continuously harassing me by calling me to get back the set-top box but never come to collect it. Today is the day to collect between 10 to 11am but I am still waiting. Please stop this harassment

Internet outage since four days. Calls to customer service get stuck on IVR responses. Can't raise a complaint on the app as well which will take you to a useless FAQ page.... and yet I get harassed with calls for your DTH connection @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

But other than the assigned service engineer named by the Airtel company, with proper ID, do not allow unknown persons posing as Airtel engineer to enter your homes. He may be a safety hazard for your home. Please share with other Airtel customers.

@airtelindia @AirtelMbg I am complaining since 3 years from 9331021150 however, received no response or feedback whatsoever. I want to be a persistent consumer of Airtel but, I assume Airtel doesn’t want me to be a loyal customer. Issues such as call drop, poor connection etc.
