    @airtelindia Airtel net speed very low like 2G and charge money 4G pack so i think port network another company Airtel is weste of money and time

    @Airtel_Presence Difficult for me to get in contact with the customer service regarding the refund as if they are doing a favour on me by talking to me and also in a way threatening me that my balance amount might not get refunded. Kudos @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia for gold standard of service

    Absolutely ridiculous service from @airtelindia . My recharge expired just 2 days ago, and you already stopped incoming calls? Seriously? Blocking outgoing after expiry is understandable, but cutting incoming within 48 hours makes zero sense.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unethical practices! Paid for 3 months, requested closure within 29 days due to poor service. Your team delayed termination by 4 months & now slashing my ₹1.4k refund to ₹350. Not my fault your backend is slow! Fix this or see you in ConsumerCourt.

    When our plan is about to expire you guys call before 4 days 5 to 10 times a day disturb us and if someone like me want to talk to customer care why can't we directly talk with human ?? It's very annoying after all you network sucks everytime so with due respect @airtelindia 🖕

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the services of Airtel is so bad when I recharge my sim the message to recharge the number always came everyday call came everyday to recharge the phone what the heck is this ? Is this the way you care your customer or mentally harrass your customer?
