Pathetic response and service frm Airtel. I paid for 6 months plan, chased the technician for 3 days later he told me Airtel doesn't serve in my area. Now, CC saying refund will take 45days. This is complete harrasment. Pls do the needful @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Dear @airtelindia I’m using your broadband connection from past 4 years however since last 8 months it has so much of problem every other day it has stopped working and no body has resolved this issue even I dropped so many mail. Sorry but I have to say this is worst now.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is providing very bad service at Siswara in martienganj pin 276303. whole banking system is suffering because of Airtel. Not excepted from this type of big company.
