Data balance gets over without even the actual usage. 575 MB of download shows 50% of 1.5 GB data being consumed. At at 4G+ download not going above 1.5 MBPS. And you claim to be India's fastest network.

They have huge banners and lots of TV ads which will get more customers. So why they have to spend on customer service and bother about loosing customers unnecessarily?

Poor DTH and Broadband service with frequent disconnection and speed less than 40 mbps. So many calls to customer care but in vain
