    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am trying to raise a complaint that my house Wi-Fi is not working since yesterday and finding all ways to fix it but not happening. Even the customer care is not supporting on it. Could you try to resolve it faster, all my works are held up.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's now been almost 7 days and Ticket ID: 11032264862 is still unresolved. I have called customer care multiple times, and every time I get the same response: "We are escalating the case" or "Please wait for an update." No engineer visit.

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel Team, despite having an Unlimited 5G plan, I have been unable to use Unlimited 5G for the past 10 days. Because of this issue, I had to do extra recharges. I'm disappointed with the service and am considering switching to Jio.

    @gharkekalesh @airtelindia Same issue is with @JioCare Air fiber. Customer care representative just say we are sorry , we are resolving it , our technical team is already solving etc They just need money and later they don't respond

    @airtelindia Your V5 vendor pays a very low salary and acts arbitrarily; furthermore, no one from the V5 staff responds to queries. I am a field engineer, yet I received an in-hand salary of only ₹22,478 in Delhi-NCR—tell me, how am I supposed to support my family on this? Please Help me
