@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No Internet, called customer care twice, they just keep raising service request but no one helps, last recharged my prepaid broadband on 11th April and they cut my service, also I keep getting message everyday that your service will expire today

@hemant_bairagi @airtelindia At 730 i was told the approvals were not obtained and hence repair could not be undertaken. They are renaming their service as Airtel cares a damn or airtel doesn't care heard.

@hemant_bairagi @airtelindia They have frequent outage. Just now i was told by their supervisor that they don't have approvals for the repair work . This is 24 hrs after promising me resolution of the outage. I was even given a time if 630pm today for resolution and an engineer visit
