    @Airtel_Presence the add on sim request for my postpaid has not been processed for 2 weeks now, the thanks app and customer care has no way to raise this issue, I will wait for one week before porting out of @airtelindia

    @airtelindia cant believe its 2026 & u expect customers to go almost a week without Wifi in Delhi! Every day an engineer is assigned, he visits, does nothing, says it’ll be fixed the next day & then stops picking up calls. Fix this or just disconnect my connection at this point!

    Dear @airtelindia , my Wi-Fi has been down for the last 4 days. Complaint registered on 30 July 2026. Every call to customer support ends with the same promise of a technician calling within 4 hours, but no one has contacted me yet. Extremely poor service.
