    @airtelindia I did recharge of ₹500 on my Airtel number for lifetime incoming free back in 2004 which was said to valid for 20 years ie 2024. But now I need to recharge with ₹99 each month only for the incoming? I need my refund of ₹500. Pls help @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia I am waiting for SIM replacement due to damage for more than a month submitting all the relevant documents in Airtel Trichy centre. Nothing progressed so far and the service is pathetic without any proper response. What's happening with Airtel? Very pathetic services

    @airtelindia this is crazy. The internet never work properly at our site. This is like a daylight robbery of paying money in adv for service but not delivering it. I seriously looking for faster resolution as it's impacting my work.

    Is @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence allowed to do anything they wish? @DoT_India when I contacted their customer care they were forcing me to pay for the changed plan which wasn't changed at my request.

    @Rudraraghav18 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Do not expect them to solve your issue without constant reminders. You need to send atleast 50 reminder emails even then after they will not respond. I have reached 15 reminders, soon will complete 50. #Pathetic #Service

    @airtelindia @AirtelXtream after so many calls upgraded my DTH box to xtream box nd only after 8 days remote is not working… lodged a complaint on 9th july… no one is coming to check d remote and daily sending me a text - YOUR COMPLAIN IS RESOLVED … what is this behaviour??

    @airtelindia My broadband is down since last night, no technician has visited so far and no one is bothered to check too and your 121 IVR is not helpful at all. Why so slow in resolving the issue
