    @airtelindia pls help me out with an urgent query, I applied for wi-fi connection and paid 1500 for installation on 2nd May 26. Since then not a single person has arrived to install & since then I am only getting promises. This is not it was supposed to start atleast. Just refund

    @airtelindia is the worst if you're willing to get a new wi-fi connection Never ever go ahead with them. It's been 48 hours since I made the full payment, they still haven't done anything. Now they said they will take 4 days just for just the visit Go ahead with @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @bhartiairtelfdn We have applied for the airtel connection and Airtel connection is not present at their location still the person booked the connection for completion of his target now we have asking for the cancel the connection no response.

    What are you doing airtel first you don't give cheaper recharge plan and after recharging with ₹979 still my net is not working. I have changed 4G sim to 5G sim. But 4G sim is better than 5G sim. After upgrading my sim my unlimited is not working. @airtelindia @AIRTELSUPP27946

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Applied for a new Airtel WiFi connection through the Airtel Thanks app and paid ₹400 instantly online. Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. All the information are in your inbox, but you're not even replying.

    Hello @airtelindia I booked the wifi on 21 April, agent number was +91 8139985574, till now nobody is responding. I called the team lead Priyanka also, all are so careless. Still i didn't get any service from Airtel. Such a worst experience. Worst customer support.#airtel

    @airtelindia has stopped service of landline my landline is not working from 5-10 days since I had shifted my connection and house but till today they had not connected my landline , since they don't have tools for connector
