    @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Called multiple times — no response, no resolution, zero accountability. This is absolutely unacceptable. What’s the point of paying for a service when there’s no support? Fix this immediately or be ready to lose customer .

    @airtelindia I have given a complaint to Airtel office at Gajuwaka , Vizag . reg network issues on my wife’s phone number on 4th April. Until today, there is no reply from them, even though I’m trying to reach them. I’m not able to connect to the Number what they have given.

    @yumiyuna_ @airtelindia The staff in silchar they have no idea about gaming so they just say it’s tower issue or game issue.

    @airtelindia @TRAI @Airtel_Presence Based on 2 recent experiences,would advice everyon to stay away from international roaming on airtel prepaid. They have a sim failure issue. go for the other options. BTW, the issue raised on airtel care is bot based and no help. Rs 895 lost.

    @airtelindia you are more poor in revolving issue than a puncture wala. It has been 7 days you people are not able to rectify my wifi and DTH issue. Complaint no.10895110942. Even a local service provider is 1000 times better than you. Won't ever use your service again.#airtel

    @airtelindia Paid for JioHotstar but never got access. Complained multiple times, visited store, shared proofs. Now you say “expired” while your team says “active” — totally contradictory. Clear mis-selling & harassment. Fix this in or I escalate to TRAI & Consumer Court. #Airtel
