@airtelindia I have raised two tickets for poor connection (has gone on for months); you closed these without resolving the issue. Its impossible to get through IVR & to a customer care representative. Is it too much to ask for good network coverage/internet #poorcustomerservice

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia getting worse day by day. Earlier lack of signal was with indoor area. Now outside(top of 2 ND floor house) also no enough signal.Interesting part is network displayed as 4G+. Need to stick the handset on tower to enjoy atleast 3G.
