@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I called customer care and they said it’s not available!!! How on earth they can lie on my face when offer is still running and it’s showing in my Airtel thanks app. I think @airtelindia thinks customers don’t mind those things.

Highly appreciable support from @airtelindia today, internet connection was working past midnight but got a message and call from Airtel support team in the morning indicating an alert that modem is down at my residence. Checked, true. Service person visited, rectified.
