Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been getting constant calls and harassment from Airtel customer care, Kolkata. There’s specifically one or two executives who are continously calling and using bad language, harassing and asking about a payment which haa already been made.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In lieu of what has happened and the harassment that i have faced i would like to immediately disconnect my broadband connection. As a pretty old customer, it’s a shock to the system. But i guess you can atleast hire better executives.

And when I searched dif there is any issue with my device or area.. I came to such an answer from an ex CSD employee of airtel... this is pathetic @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am a loyal customer for over a decade and I don't expected to get such pathetic service from airtel

WTF is wrong with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they are not helpful at all. I recharged one of my number but the app shows not recharged even after waiting for hours. Worst network service ever. ****** network. The Customer care doesn't even pick up the call.
