@syednoor6208 @airtelindia Better to port from Airtel, but the problem is they have already charged non refundable hefty installation charges. So a customer gets stuck with these bunch of cheaters. JIO fiber is the best. They do free installation

@airtelindia very bad experience with service. I’ve recharged for 999inr , and that’s mentioned Amazon prime for 84days. But after recharged it’s showing this offer not available. I’m using your service from last 9 years. And now I’m regretting. This happened twice.

@airtelindia can I upgrade my old Xtreme box with new Xtreme box 2.0 ?? The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. So I need new box else i may switch to TATA PLAY.

@Airtel_Presence @PrateekAgru @airtelindia if you close down your broadband service it will be good for all. The worst thing is these cheaters charge a hefty nin refundable amount for installation so that customer will have no option but to stick to their services. Jio fiber is the best in this way

@Airtel_Presence Really bad service. @airtelindia only can do fast installation to acquire most customers towards after that if you have any issue with internet they can't provide fast resolution like installation. Support system also very bad. I am trapped taking 6 month paln.
