The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. So I need new box else i may switch to TATA PLAY.

Airtel customer care tells you to pick up their calls even when in a meeting. Disregard engineers not picking up when you call back.
