It is repeatedly happening and nothing is being looked after thoroughly causing huge loss. Please look into the matter. Please note there are 5 connections in our premises.

The old device has so many problems like it restart every 15 to 20 minutes. I have made complaint to service engineer but they failed to solve my problem. So I need new box else i may switch to TATA PLAY.

For fiber, their on field engineers refuse replacing routers and ask us to go thru their overly complicated IVR system.

DrBSS (@drbss82) reported@airtelindia It's partly problem with pixel which switches to DSDS mode with dual sim. For testing purpose when I removed jio sim n maintained only airtel, it's always connects to 5g, with jio it always shows LTE.. will check other reasons n update.
