    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor connectivity in this location from last 3-4 days. I think there are some issues that have arisen in the network tower installed in this location due to the recent snowfall. Requesting you to please check and resolve the issue immediately.

    Dear @airtelindia I hd raised issue over broadband on July 18th. By 20th they were to close that. But till today 22nd July no person has visited my site. Even call to customer care is pending still. Let me know should i wait or take further action? Thanks

    Please help Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged with an eligible 5G unlimited pack, but my 4G data daily limit is still being deducted. 5G is active on my phone but unlimited data isn't working @airtel pls help as its been 4 days

    @TRAI Ofcourse yes, I havent seen complete signal bars in my @JioCare network. And experience with @airtelindia wired broadband is pathetic. As there is no competition Airtel and Jio customer experience is degrading day by day and I should say they are least bothered about customer complaints. More competition required.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am using Jio Fiber for the last few years, having 150mbps speed plan, but last few months it's a pathetic condition of network, some rooms with a distance about 10-15 feet not getting connection so had to use Mobile data which cost extra. I made several requests to check but no one responded and check the fault, i think it's better to shift to Airtel @airtelindia

    In 2024, the Madurai District Consumer Commission ruled against Airtel in a similar case involving the automatic activation of a ₹649/day intl roaming pack without the customer’s consent. Airtel was ordered to refund the charges and pay ₹30,000. @consumerforum_ @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Why does the network silently switch from 5G to 4G while the status bar still shows 5G ? ends up consuming customers' 4G data, and once it's exhausted, internet access stops. provide a Force 5G option so users know what network they're actually using. Shameless #5G
