    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor connectivity in this location from last 3-4 days. I think there are some issues that have arisen in the network tower installed in this location due to the recent snowfall. Requesting you to please check and resolve the issue immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews No further assistance needed; wasted my half day, went to Airtel office to resolve the issue after a month. I MUST say the CS is third class and pathetic; if an Airtel Black customer has this experience, think about normal pre-postpaid customers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia SR: 10000253320 Airtel broadband intermittent connectivity with poor speed since last 4 days . Customer care keeps extending the ETA . Pathetic service says all,why people switching to other ISP providers . Really disappointed ,time to switch ISP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia since last 8 hours I am seeking for a broadband bill with 4 emails and more than 3 executives trying to help, but they could not, and you can't deliver a single e bill. It is one month old bill, you cant update on app in 30 days bad service

    I have been using airtel for 18 years and this is my gift to being loyal customer that I am stuck at highway using airtel fastag coz they gave me inactive fastag... CC saying we will resort in 2 days... Either sit for 2 days at highway or pay double tax... @airtelindia @airtelnew
