    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor connectivity in this location from last 3-4 days. I think there are some issues that have arisen in the network tower installed in this location due to the recent snowfall. Requesting you to please check and resolve the issue immediately.

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence, and @airtelnews, Appreciate the responses of my msg, bt d solution provided was disappointing. I wasn’t asking you to agree, bt just 2 address my suggestion. Multiple follow-ups went unanswered, which was frustrating. thinking 2 switch :(

    @airtelindia Already informed to close my wifi connection but the customer care simply says you will get a callback which never comes. Now any charge incurs beyond the date of closure request, I will not pay that. I also emailed but no reply.
