Bibbudata Misshra (@BMisshra) reported@airtelindia So apparently Airtel can prove that I authorized a ₹3,999 purchase — but cannot show me how. I've been an Airtel customer for 10+ years. This is not how you treat customer trust. ₹3,999 + taxes Contradictory explanations documented. @airtelindia — care to explain? (3/n)
