    @airtelindia My broadband is not working since 3 weeks trying to reach the customer care which they just give us the reference number and inform that it will be sold within 48 hours please do the needful ASAP

    @airtelindia trying to get in touch with your customer care is like trying to climb mount everest! Next to impossible. IVR does not solve any issues. We need actual human beings to talk to!

    @airtelindia service getting worst day by day. Since Sept 2021 , I created many requests but every time it made me like worst. pay and wait for month. We will resolve issues as per our free time. Technician will not come to door in time. Every time just wait for 48 hour. Worst.
