    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel network is very poor in my area. Most of the time only 1 signal bar is available and 5G network is not available. Internet speed is also very slow. Please check and improve network coverage.

    @airtelindia 3 days no WiFi, zero support, tickets (11028255921) getting closed without fix. Technician says issue from “upper side” & leaves. But billing is on time! Worst experience. @Airtel_Presence kindly look into it

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very poor service! My Airtel Black WiFi (ID: 10101023811614) is NOT working since April 9 (SR: 10900772100). Despite 2 follow-ups on April 10, NO technician visit, NO resolution, NO update. False commitments of 4 hr resolution given twice.Resolution?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very worst service experience. I live in Bangalore and applied for broadband, your engineers said it can’t be installed due to availability reason and you need to cancel. There’s no option to cancel on app or through any CC no and my money is blocked
