Girish pal (@girispal) reported@airtelindia It is very disappointing to hear that an 85-year-old senior citizen is being asked to visit your store for KYC. For a new connection, Airtel can send a representative to the customer’s home for KYC, so why can’t the same facility be provided to an elderly customer?
