    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I also recharged my Airtel number, but the validity did not continue as I expected. When I contacted customer care, I was only referred to the terms & conditions instead of being given a satisfactory resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thanks for your prompt reply. However, I have already lost 2 days of service from my billing cycle due to this issue. If there is any further delay, who will compensate for the service loss? Kindly look into this on priority and resolve it soon.

    @airtelindia the worst service given by airtel in Zaveri bazar the main business hub…past 5 days airtel network isn’t working but the Airtel itself can’t resolve its own problem …who is responsible for bearing losses in the business?

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Same agent keeps taking my call, puts me on hold, then claims to be a ‘supervisor’ — no real resolution. Bill still shows due despite payment. This is deceptive practice. Need genuine escalation + written confirmation. #AirtelBroadband #ConsumerRights
