    @airtelindia your resolution time for the issue is more than 30 hours if a customer network is down/ not working. This is extremely poor service if it takes that much time to resolve a customer complaint for network not working

    @airtelindia Mobile data is not working since 4-5 days.For cmplnt raised resolution time is 13th May. Your cc team is telling to reach through airtel app.When normal browsing is not happening how could you expect me to reach through airtel app without wifi.

    @airtelindia Booked Airtel AirFiber after paying ₹1500 online and shared exact installation location during booking. Now installation team says connection cannot be provided due to 5G network issue and box being across the road.
