    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I take disconnect request on sep 17 for broadband. I can get call from Airtel central team and he said "You are the valueable customer so I can hold you connection free of cost for 3 months" but now get monthly charges for broadband

    @airtelindia i have been your loyal customer of broadband for the past 10 years. Just delay of 2 days and you disconnect my broadband? Thanks for rewarding user loyalty. What about the times when you had service outage and did not consider adjusting the bill?

    @airtelindia The Audacity to launch 5G when you guys can't even function properly on 4G. Worst and uneducated customer service reps. Terrible!!!!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have 2 times service request made for shifting of Set Top box within premise & booked for visit of Service Engg. on paid basis but Service Engg. has not visited. Please help. Customer care has reported that the Service Request has been closed.
