@airtelindia has one of the worst broadband networks. Don't be fooled by their advertisements. Even pathetic is their customer care who do not even care to respond to your queries.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How idiotic you are. You lured me with offers for broadband connection & after 3months you silently moved me to postpaid with out any intimation. This is rediculous & idiotic Please cancel my connection immediately. #airtel #airtelthanks

@HDFCBank_Cares The irony is toothless @TRAI rules and service providers like @airtelindia have completely failed to curtail outbound sales calling given to third party for their own benefit and banks, nbfc take advantage of it. Complaining or having your number in dnd for 5 years is of no use.

@airtelindia why your network speed is very poor at my location Kisanganj Katari, Bikapur Ayodhya. You need to improve the net speed. If electric supply is not on then your network perform very poor after supply on its perform better than that.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelthanks app is worst for customer care. I tried to cancel my connection in the app but there is no option to do that. The AI bot sucks big time and there is no option to call customer care. 121 is just for name sake. Never gonna use Airtel 🙏
