  @airtelbank @airtelindia My FASTag issue is still unresolved despite multiple complaints. Linked mobile number is inactive and ₹40 pending issue is also not getting cleared. I have to travel to Nepal on 28 Aug. Please resolve/activate my FASTag urgently. Kindly escalate.

  @airtelnews I received a message on 13th Aug to complete rekyc for my mobile on or before 28th to resume services. I visited your offices on devraj urs Road mysore but they are forcing me to go for postpaid to resume service. This is not acceptable. @airtelindia plz allow reactivation & kyc

  @airtelindia @airtelindia SR:CBNRV3WST20260808698238 Extremely disappointing customer service experience. I made a ₹399 recharge on 7 Aug 26. The benefits were not activated despite successful payment. Airtel gave a resolution deadline of 12 Aug, 9:00 AM, but failed to meet it.

  Such a shameful service from Airtel, I made this tweet after so many normal failed tickets via airtel app and telephonic support. 22nd was the hard deadline over the mail but failed again and when I asked about it then they’ve come up with saying that they’ve registered another ticket with different deadline. @airtelindia
