    @airtelindia Is this allowed? Isn't as per TRAI stopping the incoming for a number if no active recharge is not allowed? Can any lawyers help here to understand if this can be challenged in court?

    @airtelindia i want to discontinue my wifi service cause I have got no resolution for more then 4-5 days now and I am getting no support from customer service too tbh I am really done with u guys I will discontinue all the service and port the sim and wifi to different services

    @airtelindia 3 days no WiFi, zero support, tickets (11028255921) getting closed without fix. Technician says issue from “upper side” & leaves. But billing is on time! Worst experience. @Airtel_Presence kindly look into it

    @airtelindia This is seriously unacceptable. I’m paying for an unlimited plan but your internet is almost unusable. The network is terrible everywhere Rajasthan+Punjab, Rishikesh+Haldwani,Where does your network even work?This is the worst service I’ve experienced. Fix this ASAP.

    @airtelindia Do you have any sense of responsibility or shame? Why are you even running a WiFi service if you don’t have the capability to provide timely support? You’re taking customers’ hard-earned money so casually, as if it means nothing. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

    @airtelindia Do you have any shame? Why run a WiFi service if you can’t provide timely support? You treat customer hard-earned money like it means nothing. And to anyone reading this and Planning for Airtel WiFi please don’t. Otherwise, you’ll regretting just like me.

    @airtelindia 15 days, no working internet. You promised fiber but installed wireless. App shows false resolution, customer care is useless, and your rep Hassan was rude. Why should I pay for a service I couldn’t use? Fix this now.
