    Dear @airtelindia No broadband internet since yesterday evening at bhubaneswar Tried calling customer care two times, but the IVR keeps saying they are facing issues and automatically disconnects the call afterward. This is seriously frustrating. @Airtel_Presence

    Its not expected from Airtel type of organisation. Thanks I will port my network other company after 5G unlimited recharge single time i have not used unlimited data in ajmer city type of metro location. Bad experience poor services. @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn

    Wifi was down yesterday when I can eback home. The @airtelindia guys came and fixed it. It was because of the winds, and our cables weren't affected, so they did not charge us. They were supposed to come tomorrow, but since there were a lot of such cases, they came today itself.

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare wait till you find out, it will face same problems

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare Once airtel disappoints you, and it will, DO NOT switch to ACT. Airtel is the least worst option out there. They will at least listen to your complaints.

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia That works if you get a 5G signal in so called big cities lol. Complained so many times...been an Airtel postpaid user since 2014...but sadly @Airtel_Presence doesn't give a **** about it. Been complaining since 2019 but nothing happened lol.

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia This is just a bad argument. ISPs have tier limits; what's wrong with that? P.S: I use a non-airtel prepaid sim, I don't care what airtel does.

    Ankit Kikani (@ankitkikani) reported

    @JioCare I guess fed up of LTE network at my home. I have been using jio postpaid since 3 years. Will shift to @airtelindia by this weekend.

    @airtelindia cancel my Airtel Wi-Fi 0776628541458

    @legacyoflosers @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia The problem is those who don't pay, will get slower speed(nor normal speeds). Purposefully bottlencked to force you to purchase the higher tiers.
