@airtelindia I am taken 1 year plan on 28th Oct 22, But I am not using it's hotstar subscription. In current same recharge they are offering Amazon prime subscription. I want to exchange hotstar subscription to amzon. another 11 month validity left. Team please help me regarding.

A late fee has also been charged for the same whereas I have already paid my bill. Could you please look into this matter. @airtelindia. There’s just absolutely no way to get through to a customer care representative and this is quite frustrating.
