    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you don't have atleast some manners to reply. This proves that there is no network you are not even capable of providing calling network. Pls shutdown all the adds of fast network and 5g

    You have not "addressed the concern", you have merely stated the same thing that i have mentioned in my original tweet. That there is an Airtel WiFi outage which was initially supposed to be resolved by 12.30pm & now the new ETA is 6.30pm!! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia very bad experience I am your customer since last 5 years for Airtel black’ TV channels not able to see and now Airtel app does not allow registration of complaint. Customer care only asks for new connection and not chat only asks was this communication helful

    It’s been over 15 days,and the Wi-Fi keeps going down multiple times for an hour or so,every day.Raised more than 10 tickets and technicians have visited once, but there is no fix yet. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Day 5 my WiFi service still down @airtelindia after send all the details to your DM. My problem hasn't been solve. And your costumer service never receive any call put us on waiting always I try multiple times. What about costumer service ?? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    .@airtelpune .@airtelindia From past 4 days my wifi is not working solid red dot. I have raised request sr no. 11034509008 on 7th but no technician has visited so far . What a pathetic service is this . My bill meter is running but i am unable to use wifi .

    @botsboss @airtelindia did the same 3 months back, despite black plan the support doesnt exists...also the final support be like 90's era restart router, clear cache on device :D
