@airtelindia, extremely sorry to say that your service support is totally pathetic. Since 23rd of February, my office Airtel Xtreme fibre is out of service and despite numerous calls and complaints the issue is still unresolved. 0194 4067223, my number. Care to resolve, please.

@airtelindia seriously your service is too bad..useless app and IVR( spent 3:10mins still no use) facing call drops, cross calls & low n/w in metropolitan zone. @Airtel_Presence no use of burning money if your customer is facing issue and unable launch a simple complaint
