    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My complaint regarding poor network 31-3856722592039. I got message that it is resolved not once 3-4 timed, but nothing happens on ground. No one visited the location either. Are you copying BSNL?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service. What issue takes 22 mins to solve. I was on hold for more than 18 mins, waited patiently but this is extreme.Just for plan change and upgrade. Your agent slept through my call I suppose

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don’t act so sincere by sending pack validity sms before 1 month after every call. In desi language this is called chutiyapa. Really it irritates, stop this else will switch network. Dm for more information
