    @airtelindia my airtel dth set top box was replaced post damage and so got new account id ? How do I transfer my available balance from old account to new one ? My customer IDs are Old ID: 3001822221 New ID :3039526233.. Could you please assist? Old was card based set top box .

    Recharged my Airtel Broadband on 4th December 2020 for 6 months.The plan has expired 20 days earlier. Customer care failed to give a convincing answer.Charging for 180 days and providing service for 160 days is equivalent to cheating. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
