    @airtelindia After 2GB data is exhausted, 5G becomes unusable. I contacted customer care but unable to connect human customer care executive and AI doesn't understand my problem.

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi how difficult is it for you to refund a customer's money when u can't provide wifi in my building due to technical issues..been following up for 10days now...escalation id- 1-1768 733 43750..worst is ur IVR menu on 121.. the options work sporadically

    @airtelindia Worst service ever. My airtel 5g is unlimited, I am always on 5g network then how my data got exhausted i have used only 2.5 gb. Unable to talk customer care executive.

    It's better not to use @airtelindia anymore. Their customer support has been extremely disappointing. I've repeatedly complained about the 5G Unlimited issue, but the response has been poor. They even promised a callback, yet never followed through. it's better to port

    @airtelindia @Salman232005 Airtel, i am getting worst experience of mobile connectivity at NH5 NISSAN HUT 114/5 FARIDABAD, RAISED COMPLAINTS AIRTEL THANKS APP MULTIPLE TIMES, but issue not resolved yet.. more than month time been passed mob 8884406190, 9818607599 post paid sims and few prepaid also.

    Even after registering an official complaint with National Consumer Helpline(Grievance No: 9699419), @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has NOT resolved my 5G issue.They are just wasting my recharge validity with generic text replies.Fix it today or I am moving this to Consumer Court!

    @Airtel_Presence As per my information, it is not at all raining in Mumbai for the past 4 days but @airtelindia connection is still down (8th day today). Maybe Mumbai rains have a special affinity for Airtel only. The connection worked partially yesterday for some time, but it is down again.

    @airtelindia Team, since you are unable to resolve the mess you've created, just refund the amount of my recharge plan and I'll move to another service provider. What's the delay when you've admitted that you are unable to provide a solution. It's been 3 months. Act Urgently @airtelindia
