    @TRAI thank you for helping me to get the refund of Rs.1500.00 which was held by Airtel Digital TV. I was literally frustrated with the way the @airtelindia teams response. It was almost 2 months, where there was no resolution.After complaining TRAI refund received in a week

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sent a shifting request for over 2 months for a dth, i get a call everyday from customer care and they put me on an infinite hold. Got to know my request has been closed by the engineer stating i am unavailable without a visit. Brilliant.
