@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I needed to relocate both dth and broadband yesterday, raised the request couple of days in advance and yet nothing. No way to escalate issues on the thanks app, went through customer care and got directed back to thanks app. This is annoying!

@airtelindia Very worst service by airtel. I have applied airtel black for which I have paid. After the payment, service engineer told me that airtel black is not available in your area. Shouldn't that be checked before getting my money. Refund my money ASAP.

@airtelindia sitting in your Powai outlet. Wanted to port from Jio to Airtel. Horrible customer service, guess I have reason to stick to Jio. Bare minimum teach your staff, basics of customer service!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband 08048651055 in not working since 28th April 2022 and i am getting emails from them that problems will be resolved within 48 hrs. And when i complain through phone dialing at 121 i get assurance that it will be resolved within 24 hrs

@Airtel_Presence i have been facing lot of network drop issues nowadays, please look into the issue. It takes around 5 min. Of time everytime to get the network again. @TRAI @airtelindia
