    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I also complained earlier, Number of times. There is no Airtel Network in my area. Why should I pay postpaid Bill, each month. Even m not dialing 20 calls in a month. Upset with Airtel.

    @airtelindia Such a stupid expereince with Airtel. They unable to provide me the GST bill for Recaharges done 1 month back due to software issues. @GST_Council @FinMinIndia We nd some policy whr evry cmpny shld automatically shr GST bill. Despite many req they are not doing.

    Dear @airtelindia my customer ID is 1375072361, have 4 number & enclosed my location also. I have raised complaint for Internet issue already, but u guys are not taken any action. This is my last way to notice u. Otherwise I will switch to @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence had made my WFH experience hectic. I regret to switch to Airtel Fibre net. No proper customer care team. No trained executives. Wasted my money on Airtel Fibre. Facing issue since morning. Not able to raise SRs. No emails from tech team. PATHETIC.

    @airtelindia im facing the network issue in laxmi nagar ,new delhi only the network works in one room when i went inside the whole network disappear and it switches to no service kindly fix the network problem in our area as soon as possible. Thank you

    @airtelindia Normally Mobile operator companies discontinue services of those customers, whose bills are due and unpaid. But Airtel discontinue services after postpaid Bill payment. Thanks Airtel. Maybe next month I will switch to other company Worst experience all the Time

    @Airtel_Presence It's playing on every single call ... It's so irritating and u have to wait until it's complete then your call will be completed... Why?? Can't I go to consumer court ? Even for emergency call u have to wait for complete 1 minute @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I've been your WiFi customer for 5+ years, but the recent experience has been very disappointing. Integrating AI into customer service needs to be done carefully — what's been rolled out feels like sheer stupidity and will drive customer churn if not fixed.
