    @airtelindia By mistake have done a wrong recharge of 455rs transaction id 109649824 i want this recharge on my another number. however when i call customer service your representative guide me wrong so please help me i m ur customer last 13years

    @airtelindia If you can't give service to your customer then mention in written that you will not provide any after service. I have activated DND, after that have to respond unnecessarily calls. @rsprasad kindly do something about DND Services.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been 2 days our internet is not working and the reason we are getting is that someone has damaged the main wire of airtel in BRS Nagar Ludhiana. Just 2 days back I got the wifi fixed and after that there is no internet since 3 days.

    continuous providing cheap quality service by #Airtel finally wasted 1 month pack bcoz they providing 2 gb daily from lst 28 days bt i unable to use even 1 gb in total from last 28 days.complaint registered 28 days ago bt no resolution yet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia you claim false promises that your networks are everywhere, we can use data everywhere even in mountains as per Advertisements but the reality is very different I'm not able to able to use data even in my room. I also raised my complaint thrice.

    @airtelindia please lel m knw the steps to port my no. bcz i knw ur customer service is available & always provide a solution as compared to @JioCare their customer service is poor like a helpless housefly stuck in a cup of tea. Its beeter to change the service provider.

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's not new, it's well known issue, was quoted many times over months in reddit t_t switch to jio/Vi whichever is better in your area it's good and unlimited here in kolkata ( atleast till now )

    @airtelindia Ur service airtel fast lane has been very bad as the network stops in between Video conferencing and felt so humiliating in front of bosses and other dignitaries. I have took the matter previously with ur customer care but of no use. Also previous month my bill was elaborated.

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence thatss true , in my phone it shows 5g but it deducts from my capped data until i dont have all those bar in signal .even 1 bar of signal lesser they turned off that unlimited feature

    @cneuralnetwork @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - No service provider provides truly unlimited. - If you sue them, they can charge you back with a “unfair use of data” because fair use allows 20gb per day and 300gb per month limit. After that the speed falls to single digit Kbps. - Its literally there in the T&C dawg.
